On :16/2/18, in hebron transports, i have booked 3 tickets for travel on 17/2/18 from villupuram to coimbatore. Tin :tm3j85464618 and pnr : ht[protected]. Later i cancelled the tickets and immediately i got the mail from redbus.in and payu.in about refund. The money will refund within 5- 7 working days. Till this moment, 2/3/2018 i haven't received the amount.

    We booked our tickets in SVR Travels Hyderabad to Shirdi and return jurney also Shirdi to Hyderabad.[protected] &[protected] with respectively, While going on 26.02.2018 our seat nos : L9 & L12, SVR bus no : AR11 3626 reached Shirdi around 9.30 PM actual schedule was 6-30 PM. we thought accidentally it is delayed and we kept silent .
    But while coming back the same SVR travels, bus no : AR11 3626 (Seat nos L9 & L12), started exactly at 6.05 PM from shirdi, reached Miyapur, Hyderabad at around 10.05 AM ( scheduled time 6-00 AM) apart from that left us & all the passengers at Miyapur it self and made no arrangements to drop the passengers to their further destinations Hydernagar, KPHB, Ameerpet etc and driver kept innocent face and explaining us i am only driver, what i can i do . we requested the driver to contact their management and arrange alternative vehicle to drop all remaining passengers to their nearest destinations as per our bookings. we tried to call both nos given in the tickets cell : [protected] / [protected] both nos no response and no action has been taken from SVR travels.
    Al most we reached kukatpalli our home around 10-50 AM after spending Rs 150 to our home.
    One of the working lady was almost humbly requesting the driver, i don't have money to reach ameerpet which cost RS 400, please arrange something but no reaction ...

    Kindly take necessary action and please see to get the amount spent by the passengers to reach their destinations from Miyapur

      I had booked a bus ticket from delhi to allahabad on 1 feb 2018 of 28 feb 2018 through redbus with tapzo app. On booking date (28 feb) when i called to traveller (Amar travellers), i came to know that my ticket is cancelled. How is it possible when i didn't cancel my ticket and no body picked the call of redbus helpline number.
      If it is cancelled then where is my refund money and if you can't manage the online booking services, please stop this because these types of fraud keeps the people away from digital booking, shopping etc.
      Kindly resolve my issue by refunding my all booking money.

        This bus got canceled but till now i didn't got the refund amount. I called 3 times to customer care but now any positive response from them. They are simply telling we will refund your amount.

          Hello all,
          I booked the ticket in rathimeena travels using redbus app on 11th Feb, 2018.
          But Travel people called me and told that I booked ticket on 10th Feb, 2018.
          When I was checking with RedBus customer care, they mentioned that they will get back with in 24 hours. Every day I am calling to customer care and they are telling like they will get back in 24 hours.
          I am seriously got irritated with Redbus for such a irresponsible behaviour.

            This is very pathetic service provided by redbus. I have done my booking from goa to pune

            Pnr no: 33tmb9nd
            Since 7.30 pm was departure time and till 10.00pm we are trying to reach redbus and bus provider but no response regarding bus delay or cancellation is provided. You are telling us at the last moment to go for alternative at around 10pm.
            For your kind information all the bus leave around at 7-9 and mostly buses are occupied so how can we find an alternative? They have not even called and told anything.

              I was waiting at the location but the bus driver did not receive my call nor updated his location of stop. Later he asked me even to come till perambadur which is 200 kms from my boarding point and get into bus there. I had to book another bus and go in that. Need a complete refund on this since the bus authorities negligibly enacted on not waiting for the passenger at the location mentioned nor updated the passenger regarding the next location.

                I was surprised as bus has bèen cancelled at the of boarding. I never been informed by redbus nor bus operator. I called to redbus and bus operator no one was responding.
                I was helpless in the night with my wife n 11 month baby. I didn't even get the sets in the other buses also. I came back to home at 10pm
                I missed my cousin marriage.
                It was a worst experience in my life ever had.
                I will not leave this. I request to escalate concerned court.

                  Hi, i booked 2 tickets from bangale to kanchipuram on 19th feb 2018 to travel on 20th feb 2018 early morning bus along with return journey on same day night.
                  After book the both tickets through red bus, around 8:00 pm bus operator canceled the service intentionally due to less reservations.
                  Informed over the phone to passenger and canceling the ticket with full refund.
                  But return journey ticket not canceled, when i asked about how to do return travel without travel from blr to tn - kanchipuram.
                  For that cancellation you need to talk redbus. Then contacted and updated.
                  Later redbus support team told will refund amount wuthin 7 working days. The
                  Wonder is here opened complaint number closed without my knowledge and not initiated any request or followup with bus operator. Bus operator contacted tge passenger and waiting for boarding.
                  Informed to operator about morning bus canelled hence not travelled.
                  Till now no clue whether i will get rwfund or not.

                  Red bys customersupport says will check with concern team and get back wirh ib 24 hour's this is standard answer fron the and traind them very nicely.

                  Everytime calling and tellibg the entire problem.

                        I booked a ticket from tata to gaya on 1st jan, 2018. When i reached the bus stand, i found that bus was not there. I called red bus and bus agency both. They told me that bus has been cancelled, you will get your money back. I faced a lot of problem due to that. Since then i have called red bus more than 10 times to get my refund back, but still they havn't refunded my money back.

                          Traveled from chennai - bangalore on 4th dec 2017.

                          I booked a ticket from chennai - bangalore on sangitha travels through
                          Redbus, bus operator cancelled service and informed me about that and told that i will get refund from redbus.

                          After a month i checked my account i didn't see any refund, so i called sangitha travels who told me that since i booked ticket through redbus, i should be calling redbus customer care, so i called them (I think in dec end, 2017), redbus customer care person, he took all my details and told me that i will get the refund in few days.

                          I believed him, after a month, i casually checked my account, i didn't find the refund, so i again i called redbus customer care (Feb, 17, 2018), the person told me that they initiated it but they need proof the bus is cancelled, so the person told me to contact service operator and send a mail to them on cancellation.

                          There are serious issues.
                          1) if bus is cancelled, refund should be automatic, because i used redbus service in booking and i'm customer to redbus not to sangitha travels, sangitha travels is business partner to redbus not to me.

                          2) first time i called redbus customer care, they told they will refund the amount and he didn't ask me to contact sangitha travels for any cancellation mails but my money was not refunded, if they need any cancellation related details they should have called to sangitha travels as they are their business partner

                          3) if redus is holding the money because they don't have cancellation details (Ideally received from sangitha travels), they should have informed me, because even if we consider sangitha travels not intimated redbus about bus cancellation, i called redbus and given complaint, so they have my details.

                          So it concludes that redbus does not want to refund my cancellation money and fraudlently hold it back. I thought redbus is professional service but it is acting in a very very cheap unprofessional way.

                          Had i not checked my bank statement and believed redbus customer care person, i would not have caught this fraud.

                            I have booked a bus in red bus in Mettur Super Services for my journey on January 25, 2018. The bus was cancelled due to bandh and I received an SMS that the money will be refunded. I called the customer care several times. But still it's not fruitful. I did not receive my refund.

                              Me and My husband booked ticket via Redbus, the bus operators was KERALA LINES. The bus type which was mentioned in redbus was "Scania Multi axle". We expecially searched for "Scania" bus and booked by paying an amount of 2100INR. How-ever we got cheated and the bus type which came was old model VOLVO. The bus condition was very bad, too noisy. The journey was not at all comfortable. If this was the condition, we had many other options to book for the journey. We wont have opted for this bus, since its expensive. There are many other VOLVO buses available for cheaper price or KSRTC bus even.

                              I have attached the snapshots stating these. Also you can see the bus number which I got as message is same as in image.

                                I had booked a bus ticket (Mumbai-pune, neeta tours and travels) online through redbus on 4th feb 2018. The bus was supposed to depart at 3:55 pm from my stop. The bus got delayed by over an hour without prior notice. At 4 40 pm i received the message from the operator of the bus that the bus has changed and it will be delayed etc. I had to book another bus and filed a complaint online for refund. It has been 10 days since the complaint has been registered and the refund has still not even been initiated. I have followed up with customer care at least 6 times during this week. Every time a new executive answers the call and gives wrong information about the status of the refund. For the past 2 days the executives have been confidently stating that the refund has been initiated and it will be credited by eod. However nothing has reflected in my account as yet nor have i received any kind of communication regarding the same. The customer executives refuse to connect my calls to senior management stating that they are busy attending other calls. They promise a call back which do not happen at all. I need to get the refund initiated as soon as possible. Thanks

                                  I was booking the ticket with for my journey from pune to byndoor for 7 feb, 2017 sugama tourists and i was in payment page
                                  For booking tickets for 3 passengers. I initiated the payment of
                                  2443rs. The app was showing 'request cannot be processed due to problem with operator' error.

                                  I thought this is some genuine error and i have not taken the screenshot of the error message. If i knew that this would happen
                                  Next, i would have surely taken screenshot to make a compliant!
                                  I trusted this app that the ticket booking won't happen and continued booking my bus ticket with srs. I booked tickets for 3
                                  Passengers t. I made a payment of 2883rs. For the same.
                                  I got the ticket from srs as the ticket is confirmed and got the confirmation at 10.34pm.
                                  2 minutes later, i got the ticket confirmation from redbus that my sugama tickets is confirmed at 10.36pm.
                                  How this would happen when the ticket booking is cancelled, your ticket is booked without your consent?
                                  I have attached the whatsapp confirmation message confirming the ticket is booked with srs at 10.34pm and with sugama at
                                  10.36pm.

                                  I had raised customer query for the same and all response i got from the customer care was to share the screenshot of the error. I had shared the ticket details, the payment deductions screenshots at 10:32pm and 10:34pm and requested them to resolve the issue.

                                  The customer care didnt acknowledge any of my requests and didnt resolved my issue. After 1 week of follow up, the sent an email saying the ticket booking was normal and there urno error and this is your resolution.

                                  I tried replying this and also tried contacting [protected]@redbus.in, but there is no response.

                                  I have already raised a complaint on this yesterday, the complaint number is 3162607. the complaints team closed the issue within 1 hour by 'copy+paste' of the resolution given by the customer care team for the original issue..

                                  what kind of customer care is this?

                                  I then called the customer care team in the afternoon requesting them to explain "how my ticket booking is normal when my payment debited from my bank account at 10:32PM and I got a confirmation at 10:36PM?" the customer care guy had put my call on hold for 15 minutes and then he told he has raised a new ticket - 3105964. and ASSURED that I WILL get a response from the escalation team within 24 hours. its been 23 hours,
                                  I haven't heard from any 1 from redbus.

                                  How many days need to resolve this ??

                                  I tried calling the customer care team who DONT KNOW what to respond!

                                  I checked my inbox and I could see I got THIRD "Copy+Pasted" response from YOUR CUSTOMER CARE team that confirms that
                                  "ticket was booked as selected and the confirmation was also sent on time, hence we will no be able to take your request forward."

                                  since day 1 I have informing that amount debited at 10:32PM and I got a confirmation at 10:36 PM after I booking the ticket with redbus.. How this will be normal and ON TIME????????? when a customer makes payment online, I should have got the ticket at 10:32PM itself as confirmed by your resolution three times..
                                  I have already shared all the payment details and ticket i got from redbus...

                                  I booked a ticket from ANAND VIHAR (new delhi) to DEHRADUN. When i book my ticket in International tourist centre ( seat no. 17 Ticket no- TN7E[protected].. It's show ₹399 with 50% off.. After applying my wallet money ₹348 + COOL prome code it goes to the ₹26 that was paid through my debit card.. But after payment ₹425 will be deducted from my account.. I trusted this app so i don't take Screenshot that time and when i talk to the customer care, they said that they don't give 50% off on any ticket.. So i take Screenshot of my nearby seat to prove there is 50% on some seats.. Solve this issue ASAP..

                                    Sir/ma'am,

                                    I make created ticket from kota to jaipur on 7th feb, 2018 for 9:00pm.

                                    When i received ticket immediately i recieved call from shrinath travel agancy. He told me, "the bus for which you booked ticket is already cancelled, you have to go by other bus", and he offered me bus which will be on 11:30pm.

                                    But i have to go early that's why i booked ticket for 9:00pm. So i told him, i don't want to go so late. If you have other bus service on about same time, then it will be ok. But he denied for same.

                                    So this not my fault, if bus was cancelled, ticket should not be created, why travel agency informed after created ticket, same bus should not be shown at the time of creation ticket in app.

                                    So that i could not traveled by that bus due to travel agency's fault, and i have to create ticket again and traveled by other bus service.

                                    After that i dropped mail to red bus to refund but they are saying, travel agency is telling bus was not cancelled, while i have audio recording of same call with travel agency.

                                    This is gap of communication between travel agency and redbus/phonepe.
                                    App should be updated as per bus services of travel agencies.

                                    I had to suffer because of your fault, i told him "please think why i got tickets from other service for same time same day. What can i do if agency is lying."

                                    But red bus is not refunding my amount, please help me.
