Hi Team, I have booked the tickets from Hyderabad to Shirdi (travel date on 22-Dec-2017) and then Shirdi to Hyderabad (travel date on 23-Dec-2017). However, we waited the fro 5 hours on 22-Dec-2017 for the bus and it didn't show up. Then next day we called redBus and the customer care confirmed that the bus was cancelled. We have been told that we will get the refund in next 15 days and it's been more than that now. And since we didn't go to Shirdi, we have been told by customer care officer that the Shirdi to Hyderabad ticket will be refunded. Every time, we call up redBus and we only get information that the ticket have been created and it will be resolved in next working day. We didn't get any email about our refund status and we don't have any hope of getting our money back. redBus customer care is the most pathetic customer care in the world and we will tell everyone not to book any ticket anymore in redBus. Please help us getting the refund back.
