Today i have booked an online ticket for aurangabad to mumbai on dolphin travels, through redbus. After completing payment cycle on payment gateway there was message displayed on screen"we are sorry. Your ticket could not be generated successfully. Your money..." same message has also been received by sms.
Misguided by the message i have booked another ticket. Later on after verification it was noticed that there were 2 tickets booked by me (Pnr no.70774013 &[protected], for same person on same bus, due to erroneous message from your system.
Up on cancellation of the 2nd ticket only 50% of fare has been refunded to me. Hence please arrange to refund balance amount rs 649+ immediately, since it is purely their mistake.
