My self vijay shukla i have booked hotel in agroha lodge in ujjain in 25 to 26 jan.2018. A. C room. I have booked. Inside room no towel is inside no soap provided. When i ask for water, so hotel management provide me a go ground floor ro is fiited take water by self. A. C is also not working. I didn, t get a good facility. I wan, t refund my money. My voucher id t181p5125635. & my booking id htlb2b3wvvx6g.in room no network it's to conjusted. When i compliant to red bus they denied to my request. I have attached screen shot of red bus reply. Why red bus not helping the customer.

    I was travelling with sea bird bus - ka 01aa 2509 on 4th feb, from belagavi to bengaluru, via hubli.

    Bus breakdown near davangere and there was no alternate transport provided by sea bird. We were left shivering in cold night.

    I had to arrange my own transport.

    Please check if travel company refunds customer in case of bus breakdown as it heavily adds to travelers inconvenience.

          I have booked ticket for chandigarh to taranagar ticket no. Is tm[protected] and pnr no. Tngre[protected]. My pickup point as per tickect was sector 43 but there was no bus of this route. I had spoke to your customer care and they given me number of rajasthan roadways helpline no. But that too was of helpline no. Of jaipur. Further your customer care againt said to stay over there and bus conductor will contact me but i have not received any call. I have lot of trouble and also unable to catch bus.             I booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on 8/1/2018 in Kallada G4 travels through Red Bus but the service got cancelled that day and it has been nearly a month now that i have been asking red bus customer care for refunds but hav not got refund yet.

            Every time i talk to the customer care they say it will be refunded in 5 workings days. But i haven't got any!

            I am soo much irritated with this. Do not book tickets with Red Bus. They dont value their customer!

              I booked a ticket for two from Siliguri to Kolkata for 2/2/2018 after the payment was made I Realised the date booked was 1/2/2018. I immediately called the company's customer service located in Kolkata who informed me that I couldn't get a refund neither they could modify for 2nd Feb 2018.I had to book another ticket for 2nd Feb but I would like a clarification from the redbus why can't they simply modify my booking and change for the next day it was a genuine mistake from my side and I acknowledge that but I was not asking for refund but to change the travel date which redbus customer service denied. What would the company do regarding this they could charge a cancellation or modifications fee but to simply say it's non refundable does really make me feel sad that my hard earned money has gone for a company that boast about giving excellent customer service and outstanding travel service.
              Hope redbus management handles it more appropriately and does something regarding their date modification .

                I had booked a bus with redbus for travel on jan15th from chennai to palani. Travels name is sri sst. We got to know from travels that bus got cancelled due to mechanical problem. But as per red bus the travel is still on. Informed red bus immediately but no action from red bus. The ticket is still not refunded.

                I had also raised complaint with redbus. Complaint # 2906828.

                No action yet. The ticket is still not refunded

                  On 13 jan 2018,
                  I booked a ticket from vishakapatnam to jagdalpur and chose the a. C luxury bus provided by the osrtc. The bus got cancelled and i had no other option to reach jagdalpur because i had to a continuous journey. Me and few other people who booked the same bua had a quarrel with the conductor. Somehow i managed to get on the non ac bus paying regular charfes and sat behind the bus driver all night without sleeping, that uncomfortable it was. Now when i am asking for refund they say the bus was not cancelled and blame it all on me. I have called them 5 times and every time i have to explain the same scenario for 10 mins. Even the bau conductor told that this happens all the time since they started ac buses. But now redbus and osrtc raising their hands and putting whole balme on me as if the bus wasn't cancelled and i missed it. I also gave an advice to check with other passengers who had booked the bus ticket on the same date but still no reply or refund.

                    This complaint is against refund required for below mentioned ticket -
                    Trip Id: TM2T28602961
                    Bus Operator: VRL
                    Customer: Ayaz Ali (39 Years)
                    Date & Time of Journey:[protected] | 11.16 PM)

                    Because of email (please find attached email copy) which I received from red bus care on[protected].38AM which states that VRL bus was cancelled by the operator. I saw that email at 5PM in the evening. After that to confirm what it is about I've contacted customer care. While talking to him, he told me that when your phone is not reachable we send bus cancellation information in email. I told him to confirm with bus operator. After some time he told that bus operator cancelled their service and they didn't provide alternate options. He told me to book another ticket and take the refund from VRL counter. I confirmed with him twice and requested him to connect me with his senior team members but he disconnected the call after keeping me on hold for more than 10 min. I made another call to customer care and he also confirmed the same thing.

                    After that I booked another ticket for the same time, same journey and same person (please find attached ticket details for reference). After doing that at the time of journey I got a call from VRL travels and they told me that bus was not cancelled. I thought what the hell. I booked another ticket after confirming it with customer care and he is saying bus was not cancelled. I've sent email to support just after that (please find attached email copy).

                    Because of the miscommunication I had booked another ticket by paying 2-3 hundred extra on actual amount.

                    I've raised the complaint asking who is going to refund 1680/- rs for that cancelled journey. I know it's because of red bus customer support miscommunication all mess happen.

                    They took 2-3 days for investigation and after that they told me that it was not their mistake and it was done by me. First I got frustated with all these. She told me that you've raised bus cancellation request on the portal and because of that you received that email. But I asked her I did that 3 days before and that was for another bus which was from PUNE-BHARUCH. She was not listening to me at all and told me that they can't issue the refund. I asked her simple thing if I did that 3 days before then that email should have been came on 25th JAN itself. Even though if by mistake I've raised the request but before booking another ticket I've called customer care to clarify on those but they said that bus operator cancelled the service. If they've properly checked and confirmed with bus operator I shoudn't have booked another ticket and I would have travel into that bus. But she is not accepting it at all and was trying to impose her decision on me.

                    I think consumer forum will help me in this regard. If we get all call recordings which I've done 28th and rest of the thing I've in email. If they go through all those carefully then things will get sorted out and I'll on the wining side. It just that RED BUS customer support service is not accepting that mistake is done on their end and don't wanted to initiate the refund.

                          I have been asking for a refund since 29 january 2018 for the booked ticket: 31 january 2018 by following the procedure stated in the website but there is no reply either from the email or the cancellation ticket redbus website.
                          I ask your pardon in helping me retrieve my refund and i choose redbus because of its cancellable ticket policy stated in their business policy. It would be unethical if they do not conduct what has been said in their policy.

                              I have booked ticket on[protected]. Actually when i called bus operater to know the status of he told me that bus is running on this since last 15 days. Even thogh red bus is books ticket for same.
                              I have applied for refund but till date there is no progress.
                              I am very upset. Hey guys tell is there any forum where we can raise our complain. Because i dont have faith in red bus.

                              I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Kankipadu in Redbus - Sai Dasari Travels, received a call from the Bus operator regarding the Bus cancellation. But after so many follow up's with the red bus customer care also i haven't received my refund till now

                                I have booked a bus from pune to bangalore in rebus.com for srs travels redbus gave me tracking location and timing as 6 pm bus the srs travels guy called me and told that the bus was at 5.25 pm only and they are leaving because i am not at bus station at 5.30 pm and the message from srs travels came very late after the departure time. There is no time for me to reach the bus station on time. So what should i do and whom i should blame for the missing of my bus. You can see the proofs for the below screen shots.

                                  Today i have booked an online ticket for aurangabad to mumbai on dolphin travels, through redbus. After completing payment cycle on payment gateway there was message displayed on screen"we are sorry. Your ticket could not be generated successfully. Your money..." same message has also been received by sms.
                                  Misguided by the message i have booked another ticket. Later on after verification it was noticed that there were 2 tickets booked by me (Pnr no.70774013 &[protected], for same person on same bus, due to erroneous message from your system.
                                  Up on cancellation of the 2nd ticket only 50% of fare has been refunded to me. Hence please arrange to refund balance amount rs 649+ immediately, since it is purely their mistake.

                                    Last week we were at kodaikanal and we book bus tickets by redbus agent named stc travels stated at kodaikanal. As we reach to kodaikanal from ooty, the owner of stc travels named munnabhai came to us and said that he is coming from stc travels and he will drop you to your booked hotel so we get in his car. Than he drive us to his office and forced us to take a sight seeing paln of his travels at high rate. Same time we are offered at low price, so we said him that we will tell you after disscussion. He told us that he is giving free lift to drop us at hotel. When we take onther party's plan than he came to our hotel and use abuse words. He make us forced to pay 300 rs as fare. We are not worried about money but he make us insulted at our hotel and disturb us at our journy.

                                      My self vinay shukla i have concern regarding hotel service. Yesterday i have book hotel for 3 people in bhopal for 6 hours. From redbus website. I pay 454. Hotel name is pisals in malviynagar bhopal and i booked non ac room. Inside room wash room very bad smell is coming inside toilet. Bed also coming too much smell. I have requested to hotel staff please change the room. They ignore my request. Again after i request to hotel staff please change the room again he say to me please adjust you have take room only 6 hours if you stay more than 6 hours then i change the room.                                       My self vinay shukla i have booked hotel in ujjain. On 25 jan 2018. Hotel name is agroha my room number is 201. The prblem is this that in website i show i booked ac room but when i enter my room a. C is not working. Gyger is also not working. Water came in bucket very slowly. I requested to hotel staff provide me a a. C remote so hotel staff say you charge extra 350 rs more. So, this is misguide the customer. Please refund my money back i have attached all files booking i'd is htlb2bfccj94.

                                        Hi Team, I have booked the tickets from Hyderabad to Shirdi (travel date on 22-Dec-2017) and then Shirdi to Hyderabad (travel date on 23-Dec-2017). However, we waited the fro 5 hours on 22-Dec-2017 for the bus and it didn't show up. Then next day we called redBus and the customer care confirmed that the bus was cancelled. We have been told that we will get the refund in next 15 days and it's been more than that now. And since we didn't go to Shirdi, we have been told by customer care officer that the Shirdi to Hyderabad ticket will be refunded. Every time, we call up redBus and we only get information that the ticket have been created and it will be resolved in next working day. We didn't get any email about our refund status and we don't have any hope of getting our money back. redBus customer care is the most pathetic customer care in the world and we will tell everyone not to book any ticket anymore in redBus. Please help us getting the refund back.
