I cancelled the ticket from tirunelveli to chennai by contacting customer care on 22.11.17 at about 43pm thro ivrs and as already explained and i was assured that my tkt was cancelled and a refund of about rs 1400 would be made,

The operator from hebron transport called on me on 23.11.17 to ascertain my travel. Then i understood that redbus did not cancel my tkt.
But redbus cheated me by informing that they did not receive any request on 22.11.17from me for cancellation and refused to refund

    I had book for bus from shirdi to mumbai money get deducted and bus operator called me and informed about bus cancellation and altertate bus arranged at 4pm however i checked out at 1pm due to cancellation of bus i suffered 1pm to 4pm no hotel. Very bad experience my money get stuck, need to pay again for bus for that i preferred redbus only after this issue, it is my kind req pls make 100% refund in mu case i had made payment of rs 422.20 pls send me full refund. Pls refer my attached document, for that i claiming full refund, in this case there is not my single mistake and still i suffer,
    Kindly help me for 100% refund, which is deducated from my mode of payment

    Due to cancelltion of 1pm bus, i have to stay 3hours in shirdi on road during high sun in mid noon,

        Ticket booked from bangalore to ernakulam on 4th of nov 2017. Ticket not booked created, but money got debited from account. As per bank customer care and bank statements, money got successfully credited to redbus account. But they are not agreeing the same and i am behind redbus from past 22 days. Redbus is not considering my mails and not responding properly. Please take immediate action so that none of the customers will face the same in future.

          I tried to book ticket using redbus.in website but unfortunately due to some technical glitch the tickets were not generated. I asked them to refund on the same day i. E. On 3rd nov but it was not possible from their end. The amount for the same ticket was debited twice from my account and i got the refund of one and that too on 15th nov which was very late from the date of the incident. And since then i have been suffering and calling them for the refund. I haven't received any positive response from their end and now almost half month has passed and half of my amount hasn't been refunded yet. So now i want the compensation for the time, money and stressful efforts made by my side plus the unethical behavior and not at all supportive nature from their end.

            I want to partial cancel my ticket no. Tkca79323225 tuticorin to chennai for 1/12/2017.
            The ticket states partial cancellation is allowed.
            Please cancel seat no l5 and process refund asap.
            Redbus app doesn't allow partial cancellation.
            I tried calling in the customer carr numbers given in the internet but was not able to talk to any customer care executives.

              i want to do money transfer from redbus wallet to my bank account

After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transfer my wallet cash to my bank account. Therefore i request to redbud team to please return my wallet amount to my bank account

              Sir,
              My name is ravi kishore on 22.11.2017 i booked ticket for my father from marturu ka to hyderabad. Actually my intention is to book from marteru but mistakenly it is mentioned as marturu ka. After booking the ticket i realized the mistake and contacted immediately the red bus customer care but they said it not possible to cancel the ticket and no money will be refunded and even not possible to alter the ticket. I want justice for this transaction.

              How can you say sorry sir!! Red bus is a reputed organisation ..one should have minimum comman sence for customer requirements...on what trust we again book tickets in red bus...this is unfair .

                I tried to book tickets from redbus website but unfortunately due to some technical glitch the tickets were not generated and amount got debited from my account twice (For the same seat) i. E rs. 1016. I asked them to refund money the same day but they said it is not possible. This incident happened on 3rd of november and when i saw that they did not respond for a long time or even bothered to contact me for the same, i called them on 7th november. On response to my call they said the auto refund failed so we will have to initiate the neft. Shouldn't it had been their duty to contact me and inform that the auto refund has failed and ask me to provide them with my account details! Since then i have tried calling them couple of times asking for refund but every time they ask me to wait for 7 days. On 15th november they refunded rs. 508 and when i asked for the refund of the rest of the amount they asked me to wait for another 7 days. Now half of the november month has passed and still the amount hasn't been refunded. Due to this incident i have already wasted a lot of time, money plus i was also not able to focus on my work.
                Now, i expect an instant refund and an additional compensation for the lack of support and unethical behavior on their part and the time that i wasted on focusing on all this along with being stressed out.

                    This is one of the shocking and serious experience i ever had with redbus. I have booked a ticket (Attached ticket details) for today. Bus was supposed to arrive at 10.50.. First of all bus was tagged with live tracking while booking, but today received a message saying no live tracking available for bus. Did not get bus details or any contact number.. The contact number given in ticket was not picking the call. I mean what is this.. There is no proof that there is bus which i booked. I did not get any call. After waiting for one and a half hour, i took another private travel (Jugaaad).. This is seriously frustrating.. Are you guys sure the bus i booked from ur site actually exists..!!!? I seriously demand an refund for this and to take necessary action against the bus operator.. I am a regular customer for redbus. Seriously shocked by this.. I mean i was in middle of the road in midnight for almost one and a half hour and no idea where is the bus..

                      I had hired a bus fro red bus for a family outing planned for 29 sep 2017. Booking reference# 4cak7nx64u. However, the operator was unable to complete the trip since he did not carry his driver's license. We had to arrange alternate transport to complete the trip.
                      I had requested redbus for full refund but settle for 60% refund which amount to rs 15445. After lot of struggle i got rs 6405 as refund on 2 nov.
                      It has been more than 1.5 months i am yet to get rest of the amount from redbus. I have been following up with redbus representatives over phone an email. The representative just gives some false hopes.

                          On 12th october, 2017 i tried booking bus from chennai to tiruchirappalli with renganathan travels via redbus.in.

                          Date of journey: 13th october, 2017.
                          Amount: rs. 849.

                          I made payment through google tez application via my upi account linked to my icici bank. But ticket was not generated.

                          After some time, i tried booking same ticket with citibank payment. This time ticket got booked successfully.

                          Icici bank has made it clear that payment has been transferred to beneficiary merchant account which is axis bank. Axis bank also has agreed to this payment. Below is reference details:

                          Payee name: ibibo group private limited
                          Payee account: xxxxx465
                          Payee ifsc: utib0002628
                          Payee vpa: [protected]@axisbank
                          Reference retrieval number:[protected].

                          Even after providing above details to redbus.in, they are still in denial mode. They are not agreeing to pay my money back. Can you help here?

                              I have booked the ticket with redbus from bangalore - sangli via konduskar travels.
                              The bus met with accident after 2 hours of journey from bangalore which is not even 20 % of total journey.in the middle of night we have to arrange our own convenience to reach sangli after lot of fight with bus operator and redbus they only returned 130 rupees. The actual ticket price was 1323.

                              I am still following up with them but not getting the satisfactory replies called several times but they are only promising to get back to me in 24 hours but not getting any proper response please help.

                              I glad that atleast you responded here on my complaint.

                              I dont see any point creating more ticket with redbus help desk.Because I am only getting the routine replies that the ticket has been resolved without even bothering to answer my queries or confirming with me.

                              Please find the list of ticket I opened with you since the time the bus got with accident.

                              How many more tickets you want me to create you didn't even bother about your passengers safety.
                              looking at your service I am not expecting for that but at least return my money as you haven't provided me the alternate conveyance and we have to arranged on our own in middle of the night at around 2:00 am.

                              I am really regretting my decision to book the ticket with you as never seen such a worst service by any of the online portal.

                                I have accidently booked ticket on wrong date and talk to customer care about cancelation ammount was not credited om my wallet they assure me that i can transfer my amount to bank account and then i bokked another ticket.. Now balance credited and there is no option to transfer wallet amount this is wrong misguiding the customers by red bus... Ticket no is - tkc[protected]

                                  I have cancelled a bus ticket for the journey, kolkata to bhubaneswar on 25th october 2017 booked with the service agency redbus. The pnr number of that was tkbh12976018., it was bought using my debit card. After cancellation it was said through email on 25th october that that my refund request have processed and i will get the refund within 7 working days, as said on 25th october 2017. Today 15th november still i have not got the refund.

                                    This is srinubabu ravilla, i am a software engineer working in hyderabad. I have booked ticket from markapuram to hyderabad on[protected]:50pm) the ticket fare is 435/-. Actually my mobile got switch off so that's why i had waiting at markapuram (Near to bus stand) boarding point. I was waiting for bus from 10:00 pm to 11:10 pm. After that i call to driver he speaks wrongly with me. He didn't came to boarding point and he speaks wrongly.
                                    Totally i loss one day office (Loss of pay)
                                    If you people's are not responded i will proceed further actions.

                                      We (5) have travelled bangalore to cochin through aeon travels semi sleeper scania bus (Total prize 6100 for 5 people) bus booked via redbus on 03-nov-2017. Allocated bus were not in proper condition without any preliminary checking and safety precautions had been allocated. Passenger could not sleep bus mainly backside full of noise (Glass break sound). Due to that noise got awake entire journey for that but luckily that cause helps me to notice some of burning smell as well smoke in the bus (All passengers slept) around 2 am at near coimbatore (Travelled 220 km from bangalore). I only informed the driver, he immediately stopped the bus aside away from 60 km coimbatore. It was full smoke and engine oil spilling fumes (Leaking the engine oil). Driver stopped the bus around some time, many of does not what was the issue. Only few passengers know we missed big tragedy and who are argent looked other source of transport. As driver promised we will refund the amount, then we catch another bus after struggled some time and we spent around 4000 rs to reach my destination.

                                      Bus operator and redbus people were not responding, logged 3 times same issue. They were telling we had raised request on priority, looking into that we will get back within 2 days. Now around 12 days from journey but did not get any response.

                                      Due to that cause we have missed our tour package and lost around 20k.
                                      Who is responsible??
                                      I paid through redbus hence am asking to refund the 6k + 4k. Total 10000 rs as we spent to reach my destination.
                                      I asked for refund full amount for below reasons.
                                      1. Safety check not done
                                      2. If it is not noticed on time, that may cause very dangerous event. (About got fire the bus)
                                      3. While boarding only very disturbing sound observe-red, that can be easily identified bus not in proper condition.
                                      4. Failed to re-arrange bus
                                      5. After had this serious event no-one enquired or taken any action.
                                      6. Failed in customer satisfaction.
                                      7. Failed in safety of customer.
                                      I have lost valuable time, money, struggled at midnight-jungle.

                                      Please don't trust this people especially redbus and aeon connect travels. This people runs buses unconditional buses with high prize especially weekend. Government should take action for this.in total 60 people would have been lost the lives in midway of road. (It definitely got fired if not awake and took action.

                                      Due to this i have lost my total tour package and bus charges (Extra charges for 250 km) around spent 4k. (Total we spent 10 k)+ 20 k tour package.

                                      Please look into this and take necessary action for the same refund full of amount which i spent.
