I book my ticket from visakhapatnam to guntur in drk travels on 27/10/2017. But my ticket was cancelled by travels. But i can not get any refund. Please informe me how to get refund. My ticket number is tkbk46451280. The ticket was cancelled on 27/10/2017. It is cancelled travels only. I want to know why it is cancelled. Is it cancelled first time or always.

      When i was cancelling my hotel, i had mistakenly selected redbus wallet while selecting refund method, now plz plz transfer my money to bank account. My email-ritik. [protected]@gmail.com. And voucher id-t17ap7341984. Please help if you can't transfer that money to bank then please allow me to apply coupon redfirst that was applied in this booking but after cancellation i am unable to apply it. Please help!

        Bus booking date : 11/10/2017. Ticket no. Tkb[protected]. Narration. Nb pilani soft labs pvt. Ltd [protected]. Ref:no. Gacegcxg0. Rupees 950. Bus operator : blue bird travels. Trip: pala to payyanur. Seat no.3&4. Date of departure 14/10/2017. 7pm. I booked 2 bus tickets from pala to payyanur on 11/10/2017. But on the journey date the bus operator (Blue bird travels) cancelled the bus due to shortage of passenger and informed to contact redbus. But in their data base the booking details are missing. Please make the needful to get money (Rs.950) back.

          I booked a ticket in red bus on mithra travels from vskp to vijayawada on doj[protected] with id opte169860, after few hours of successful booking i got a message that bus cancelled, when i call to red bus, they told not to cancel the current ticket we will refund soon, and told me to book new ticket, as per their suggestion i booked new ticket without canceling my current ticket, but the amount was not refunded yet, i called red bus customer care many times, customer care person said that few of the complaints are registered about this but have no proper information about bus cancellation, money not refunded yet.

          I have booked 6 seat in redbus ambikanagar to surat. and i paid money to net banking. but ticket coulden't be generated successfully. and u have initiated a refund of Rs.1367.64 and Rs.1337.16 for my transaction on 10/24/2017 9:55 aand 10.06AM no ticket issued. and my refund is not will credited.

            Sir,
            Ticket no: tkah38395778, journey date 2 october 2017, from coimbatore to villupuram by kallada travels. They cancelled the bus and informed me about it on 30 september 2017. Till october 10th, i didn't get any refund. Then i booked complaint on redbus for refund on 13 october 2017, ref no. 2097743 and again on 16 october 2017, ref no. 2118989. Till today 26 october, i didn't get any reply for these two complaints.
            Pl. Resolve this and arrange refund.

              I have been using this site for booking bus since a significant time back.

              In the normal run when there is no trouble, everything looks smooth. But when there is a dispute between the customer and the bus operator, they just go with the bus operator and stand with them neglecting whatever you have to say.

              In my case, the bus operator departed the venue before the scheduled time - I had called the Redbus customer care and registered a complaint on the same, expecting a justice. But what they did was very surprising. They just asked the bus operator & got their opinion and then simply closed my request !!

              IF THIS IS THE CASE I WOULD DIRECTLY BOOK THE BUS FROM THE OPERATORS' WEBSITE - WHY I HAVE TO COME HERE AND PAY EXTRA PENNY TO THEM? WHAT IS THE ROLE THEY PAY FOR THE MONEY PAID TO THEM?

                I was traveling from Mumbai to Rajkot on 16th october'17 in Neeta Volvo Bus with no. MH04FK6969. first of all, due to festive season, the rates were very high so i paid 2500 for single journey hopping for a good service, but my expectations were wrong. The bus was around 45 min late, there was mo light in the cabin, the sleeping coach in which i was traveling was torn. In other buses we travel either its ac or non ac, we are provided a bottle of water, but in this journey, no water bottles were provided either. the staff of bus was really non co-operative, also the timing of bus was worse. it guaranteed 13 hour journey but took around 15 hours.

                  Hello this is sephalika, i had booked ticket on 19th october 2017 in greenline travels.

                  I didn't travel in green line travels as bus is cancelled due to machinery issue, which i get the information through call.
                  Also i was informed to call to the customer care regarding this issue and raise the ticket for cancellation of ticket for which i should be getting the full refund of money.

                        After investigating it came to my knowlegde that there’s no such bus operator in kangra named as “pal travels” who operate within kangra chandigarh route.
                        Redbus.in didn’t gave us any details of the bus operator. After asking for refund they said you’ll get your refund but...

                          Yesterday, i traveled in srs multi axle scania bus from vijayawada to bangalore. I was seviourly injured by bed bugs i informed to bus driver he says to complaint at management office. Below mentioned details are of my journey ticket and photographs of injuries.                               I'm writing this to you make a complaint against redbus and srm transports. I booked a ticket in redbus from chennai (Medavakkam) - erode on 16th october 2017 and the trip id for the same is tkbc17504475. While receiving the ticket details from redbus no contact number was given to contact the bus operator.

                              I was asked to reach medavakkam-nilgiris by 9.10pm and i was waiting therefrom 8.45pm and nobody has made a call till 11.45pm.in the meantime, i tried googling and got some numbers of srm transports and tried to reach them. Disgustingly all the numbers were either switched off or not reachable. I even reported to redbus regarding this after 11.30pm, the customer care person tried to reach them and finally said, "sorry all of their numbers are not reachable so i'm escalating this and please find an alternate way to reach your destination". I waited till 2am and i was the one who waiting there and i want you guys to imagine, what if some female passengers or older people were in that situation. Till now the bus operator hasn't contacted me yet and apologized for the mistake. One thing is sure that i'm gonna file a case against them legally for their shameless activity and i want you to inquire and take an action against them. I want the refund for the trip which i haven't traveled and i need a penalty from srm transports or from redbus for the restlessness and depression i've faced on that day.

                              Now after complaining redbus so many times, nobody has approached to deal this but i've been receiving emails stating my ticket has been closed. This is seriously shameful action from both redbus and srm traasnsports to close the ticket without my acknowledgment

                                I was supposed to travel from siliguri to kolkata on 2nd oct through volvo bus booked through your platform. I have booked at whooping price of rs.3204 for 2 tickets. Though we were at the time of departure in the boarding point, this high valued bus left us, two passengers (Including a female passenger).

                                1. Phone numbers mentioned in the red bus ticket were not reachable.
                                2. There was no proper communication from the bus operator
                                3. We were kept stranded in a so called office which has not even a rest room facility, at least for female passengers.
                                I had a terrible experience and a horrible travel.

                                Please check your records. I have made several calls to your customer care but redbus, yourself, were not able to contact this bus operator.

                                Red bus is not having any hold on this operator.

                                Kindly do not find loop holes in terms & condition and thereby again harass your customer.

                                I have not travelled in the bus and for aforesaid reasons, i demand a full refund and apologies from concerned people. Your positive response and goodwill gesture are highly appreciated to your valued customer.

                                  I booked bus in redbus website from pondicherry to thanjavur on 20th october bus time is 2.30 pm.. And we were waiting for the bus till 4pm bus didn't came. We were trying to reach bus service provider alagappa travels their number not in use. And trying customer service of redbus also no response... At last found one phone number of alagappa travels and they said no bus service in the afternoon ask redbus customer service for refund. I am trying redbus service customer service from last 3 days no response please help me to get my money back

                                  Also, the bus operator further confirmed that there was no services only on October 20, 2017 due to unforeseen circumstances. The operator also requested to convey his apologies on the issue faced.

                                    I am jaipreet. '25 years. Female.
                                    Was travelling last night from jalandhar to delhi.
                                    Firstly the bus arrived from amritsar an hour late.

                                    The most importantly, when i entered the bus. Came to my knowledge that my seat was not with a female.
                                    I booked the ticket using your website because you give an option to have a seat with a female.
                                    It gets very uncomfortable for a girl to travel...

                                    Today..21.10.2017 we booked davangere to mangalore in sri durgamba travels g-down, seat upper7 sleeper, satvik gs, ticket no.[protected] and informed to office 15min early abt our pickup place.. But conductor or driver not stopped the bus at our place nor called to us abt our picking. After we recalling office expiring his departure time, they forced us to send in next bus. Its very bad experience.. Tomaro i will share further journey experience details... Worst service red bus online booking service we experienced. Hats off.
