Sir,
I booked online ticket from haridwar to delhi on dated 10/09/2017, departure time 23.45 pm.
I received sms on same day from uprstc site, bus has been cancelled, but reason not mentioned.
During online ticket, i also taken travel insurance policy, i proceed claim for bus cancellation, but insurance company want exact reason for bus cancellation.
If we provide exact reason, insurance company will settle my claim.

I talked ur customer care executive, but he not provided information, i mailed several time but not response.

So i request u pls solved my problem.

    I had booked three tickets on 18th sep from chennai to coimbatore to travel in a1 arthi travels on 29th sep.
    The same was cancelled on 27th sep with the privilege of 100% refund on cancellation.
    I got mail that amount of rs.2550 would be refunded in 5-7 working days which completed on 4th oct.

    The Kallada travel from Calicut to Hyderabad, boarding time 7 o'clock in Mysore has been delayed by one hour and the passengers were asked to come to the last pick up point of the city. So I request you to refund the money which was spent due to change in the pick up location.

      Worst service by redbus I have done booking from dehradun to ghaziabad(kaushambi) from red bus my ticket no is tkat82406288 . While travelling in bus, bus driver told that we don't go to ghaziabad(kaushambi) I don't know how u booked the ticket and he leave me 30 km before the destination point I have selected . I was with family. while travelling I made calls to red bus customer care and mail number of times but no one respond me I was in a big problem. it really disgusting any thing could have been happened to me and my family . Then some how my family manage to come at the location where bus drop at midnight by taxi and spending another rs 2000. I want my ticket charges back as I faced a life threatening problem and spend money from my pocket because of yours website issue I am really fed up with red bus service .

      I have posted my problem on red bus Facebook page and they have marked me as spam . Really fed up with red bus service .I am raising my voice on d8ffrent platform so that I can expose this fraud company .please find the facebook comment screenshot where they have marked me as spam

      Bus got cancelled on 25 september 2017 and same as informed to Redbus ..Funds are yet to received from Redbus ...

        I have taken khushi travels just for the sake of the dropping point. It was near my home only but that traveller dropped me 20 km before my dropping point saying that this is the last stoppage.
        I have spent 1000 rs just for one seat from bangalore to chennai thinking of reaching it by 6 hours but it took 10 hours. No ac, no water, no pillow was provided inside the bus. Shameless redbus travellers.

          9:00am, at 7am 2.10.17 i have call to[protected], for bus details but they reply me that"before 1hr of departure you will get details". Share a phone no.[protected] to contact, i have tried several times but no body responds. I have not received any massage regarding bus details.
          There for couldn't board bus for kolkata, missed my office on 3.10.17
          Request you kindly revert my money pl. Don't harass customers through careless service provider.

            I had tried booking a ticket on redbus on 1st oct 2017. Cash was deducted from my bank account, but the ticket was not booked. I received an sms: (Dear customer, we noticed that you did not complete your booking with us for your bangalore to kottayam trip.). Please help in getting the cash refunded.

              I have booked a bus ticket from goa to pune of October 2nd through redbus Trip ID: TKAS16003749.
              There was only one contact detail of one person that its.
              Bus timing was 7:30 from madgaon goa.i was trying to contact that person from 5 pm but the number was coming switch off..
              then I tried to contact redbus customer care they have provided me wrong travel agencies details.
              then when i called agian to get the answer they said it might be possible that the driver must be driving so that his phone is switch off wait for some time or else we will provide you another bus.
              i tried several time to contact redbus customer care but then they have just raised one service request and then after that stopped picking my calls.
              i waited till there till 10:45.and now i left with no choice other then spending another day in goa..
              i missed very important meeting because of wrong information provided and have to spend more money beacuse of next booking.
              and this is not ends here then around 10 pm i have received mail from redbus saying your issue is resolved.
              how can they resolve my issue and what was the resolution I don't know..
              this is the worst travelling experience of my life ..
              I want my ticket refund as well as the hotel booking charges for the night I spent there..

The numbers are [protected],[protected].in the second time i have been provided by your executive the common online bus booking enquiry number.[protected]. They informed us to contact redbus again. Notwithstanding, me and my daughter were waiting beside paradise hotel near neeta travels from 9:00 pm. The others also much unaware the position of the bus. After waiting upto 10:30 pm and returned as there was heavy downpour of rain and my daughter was not doing well. To our astonishment they called us at 10:45 from an untold number[protected] asked us to report to van. When we asked “why you are so late”, they have cut the pone and when we tried to contact back with the intention to join if they are nearby they did not pickup the calls. Once again from another untold number [protected] one more person called at 12:25 am of 3rd early hours and asked “where you are”. As a lady who is suffering due to sickness even if she travelled miss bhuvana, the passenger decided to drop the journey due torrential rain and could not have reached in time bangalore due to abnormal delay.                   I wanted to give my complaint about the recent travel about a bus operator that i booked through redbus.

                  But they do not have the feedback system properly. The drop down box does not list the travel i made. They just gave 120 characters to give my complaint.

                  Also i could not rate the operator about my travel experience. This make the bus operator bold enough to make the mistakes he makes again and again because there are no negative points and comments he can get via redbus that would affect him.

                  I just went ahead to create a login. That too was very difficult and i could not create a new login to register any complaints.

                  Following is the complaint i wanted to make.
                  [protected]. Kumaran travels. Ch-to-mdu. This bus operator tactically sends msg that bus will be 1 hour delayed just 45 minutes before the bus departure time. I waited at perungalathur since 10.30pm. They reached only at 12.35 all the way from koyembedu to perungalathur, taking nearly 2 hours to reach perungalathur.
                  In the meantime they stopped the bus at each point all the way from koyembedu to tambaram inside the city and solicited for passangers for higher rates. They also filled my seat with a higher amount when they reached perungalthur. I stood there at perungalathur for 2 hours.

                  After 2 hours of standing they just gave me a last vaccant seat and shut me up. Very worst tactics.
                  I booked 4 days ahead through online to just to get this kind of treatment?

                    I booked two seats (U11 & u12), using red bus app on sri amarnath travels for the journey date 28/09/2017 from chennai to srivilliputhur. My ticket number is tka[protected]. Even though the starting point was koyembedu (7:50 p. M.), this particular bus is known to stop at various places in chennai including mahindra city. On that particular date, i received a message in the afternoon, that koyembedu will be the only boarding point. It wasn't convenient for me to leave office (Infosys ltd.-mahindra world city) suddenly and abruptly to board at koyembedu. Hence, i called sri amarnath travels and asked them if they would stop at mahindra city. They also agreed. However, when i called them again at 8:30 p. M. After reaching home, they said that my ticket was cancelled. For nearly an hour, i struggled to make them understand that i never cancelled any ticket, by sending them my ticket on whatsapp and also as an sms, but they denied ever receiving it. They said that two other people had boarded those seats and asked me to check the date. Even though everything was accurate on my ticket, they refused to believe it, putting me through mental stress and agony. My friend and i, both girls had to catch another bus late at night and pay another lump sum to reach home. I want my ticket amount (2398 rs.) to be refunded to my account, since i never travelled by that bus on that date due to their negligence and dishonorable behavior! I understand that this is a business, but the least i expect from a reputed travels is honesty-they should have had the guts to tell me that they raffled off my tickets, instead of lying to me about it which would have saved me a lot of time. I have already called red bus customer care and they assured me that i would get a refund within 24 hrs (Ref no: 2009075). Until i get a suitable reply, i won't be using red bus ever again and certainly won't recommend it to any of my friends or colleagues!

                      I have booked a ticket tkaw63420857 from hyderabad to bangalore for 3rd oct 2017 10:45 pm on 2nd oct 17. At around 2pm in afternoon when i cancel the ticket it is not accepting saying that the travel policy doesn't accept it.
                      Redbus has not informed the customer the travels policy, so by hiding the details it is duping the customer. I have lost my total ticket money by booking through redbus.

                        I have booked a ticket to travel from hyderabad to kerala on 1st sept 2017 through red bus. At the time of booking 14th aug i have paid 2100rs and got a conformation. Later on the same week i was surprised to see the msg that aeon connect have withdrawn their service from red bus and your refund will be initiated. Today 22nd aug i could see the same bus listed again with a whooping hiked price of 3500rs and they expect to take people for granted to pay the out of the world price. I will try my best neither me, nor any of my known persons will use red bus or aeon connect service if this issue is not solved.

                          I have booked a ticket from bidar to bangalore for 2/10/2017. I had earlier erroneously selected 1/10/17 as the date, and later booked the ticket as per our existing schedule. To my surprise i was cancelled my refund on the grounds that the operator did not honour his commitment. I spoke to mr. Ganesh sakhare - so called team lead who put me on hold for a good twenty minutes before calling me back with an 'apology'. He again summed up my plight in one word which is 'sorry'.
                          I've made it abundantly clear to him that this is the last time i'm ever going to use redbus and i'll be using other portals for my extensive travel that i keep doing using redbus.

                          If a company cannot overlook a simple mistake of a date for one of your longest users, then i don't think that i deserve to be with such a company.

                            I am travelling sattur to chennai by abinaya travels.. My hand fully observed more rain water due to the worst maintenance of the bus operator.. The rain water leaking continuously on my hand and face from the top of the window glass... Dont promote this type of operators on redbus... I need compensation for this worst travel i never travelled like this

                              I have booked a ticket trough red bus application, bus will starts at 10:50 pm from the boarding point, i have reached boarding point at 10:30, at that time the red bus and the travels{meghana} stating that the bus was cancelled and they are not arranged any alternate for me, i felt so uncomfortable and i could not reach my destination on time, i hope kindly take some actions on them

                                My self nitish kumar patel.

                                I booked ticket on[protected] from chandigarh to ludhiana. Departure-12:45 pm, seat no.12,
                                When i went to in side bus and spoken with bus conductor about seat then he told i am not provided any seat if booked through red bus,

                                I am very upset and sorry to say, this is very bad experience with red bus, this is worst. I am deeply regretting now.

                                Coordination is so poor or null. I called to support number but no result found. Redbus didn't take any responsibility towards the booking bus.
                                Also i am try to cancel ticket then he not allow to cancel,

                                What is this?
                                Are you kidding with me?

                                I will raise this issue to high-level.

                                  I am sorry to say, this is the worst pilgrimage ever in my life. I used to travel mostly towards tirupati via kstdc. This time, i gave a try to redbus, which i am deeply regretting now. I took pilgrimage package not made a booking for bus or hotel.

                                  Coordination is so poor or null. Redbus didn't take any responsibility towards the package except booking the hotel and bus. I don't know why are calling its a pilgrimage package.
                                  There is no help or support from redbus.

                                  We just took a bus from bangalore along with many others. No idea how many were there for package. We came step down at tirupati at nearly 4.20. No one is there to pick us. After a while i asked a middle aged man (Mohanraj s). Are you on redbus pilgrimage package and he told yes. I was wondering that time thinking what to do. The ticket is not having any contact number of hotel or there was no one to pick us. Then we found hotels number and contacted them. They told you can take an auto and come. If we can do everything, then what is point of this package. We asked everyone over there to find anyone facing same issue from redbus. We found 4 more. We took a auto and went to hotel. The hotel paid for auto. Great!!

                                  The hotel guy (One on the reception) was not much aware of what was going on. We asked them when to leave for darshan. He is like anytime.

                                  Atlast by 8 i left the hotel, no is asking about breakfast or any information about the others. I went and asked him he told you can have it from here, then he arranged a guy who took me to bus stop by walk and got me a bus. I have no idea about what to do after reaching there or no information about the other devotees. If this is the kind of service you are providing. Then just stay with bus booking and hotel booking. Don't call it pilgrimage package.

                                  I went to temple. Since it's navarathri, then temple was over crowded and all i have is free darshan ticket. After a every long queue, nearly after 3 hours i went inside a cabin, where it was excepted time of darshan is next day 5 am (27/9/17). I was so happy to knew. Since my phone was with ttd. I have no way to contact anyone and my return bus was at 11 pm today (26/9/17). All i can do was just coming out without darshan.

                                  If you people have no idea of what is going on there in tirupati. How long it will take a devote to get darshan?. If you can't arrange a single guide even to help us. Why the hell you call it as pilgrimage package and looting us?. We know to book bus and hotel tickets with/without help of redbus. Please don't waste our time and money.

                                  Next is about hotel (Slv grand), without saying this it won't be complete, i got a room where there is no remote for operating tv and setup box. The flush is not working. Untidy bed, and the best part is food, we can't choose anything whatever they are giving we have to eat. At the end got a call a from nikhil he told my drop off is arranged. When we went down the hotel guys told its walkable distance only. So in this rain we both walked to find our buses.

                                  You are good at booking bus tickets. I never faced any issues till this time. With that belief i booked this. Pilgrimage package means not booking of bus ticket or hotel, it's so many things more to do with. Kindly do see kstdc, thomascook or via how they are working.

                                  I am posting this feedback on all social medias and never suggested anyone to use redbus pilgrimage.

LATER I GOT A CALL FROM[protected].I didn't cancelled my ticket but they(redbus operator) said, " your ticket was cancelled due to bus routes and timings are changed and we will refund the full amount rs.400 to your account".

                                    if you cancelled my ticket then how can i go to chennai?
                                    still the amount was not refunded.

                                    daily i call you, you simply said, "it will automatically updated in 24 hrs".

                                      I'm writing this to report an issue with red bus. None of them in redbus were able to help me out. Recently i booked a mini bus through redbus for our upcoming family trip with rs20/km. Booking number hatj9d6gx2. I paid initial advance and started contacting costumer care for traveler details. I didn't get any response for 3 days. Then i called again and finally able to reach respective person. Surprisingly she informed me that bus travelers are charging rs.2/km more than what they initially coated. I tried reaching everyone, but no luck. One senior supervisor explained me that their employees forgot to update the price during my booking, he want me to pay for his mistake. I'm traveling in next 6 days, i booked all the hotels, but i'm not sure about this bus. Kindly do the needful. I believe in redbus service. Thanks!

                                        In sep 8 2017, i booked two ticket for madurai to chennai sleeper, but due to some reason i cancel the trip, in the booking free cancellation policy is available, i always cancel the booking before end of cancellation policy. They said after 10 working days amount should be refunded but now it 14 days are over still they cannot give the refund amount. It makes bad reviw about redbus booking...
                                        Immedietly need to refund the amount...
