I booked and paid for a front seat for a journey from gurgaon to jaipur through REDBUS, and i did that because i had some genuine medical condition. Firstly, i had to wait for more than an hour for the cab. Secondly, when the cab arrived, i was forced to sit at the back, and that's not what i paid for. I tried to talk to the customer care dept. & tried to tell him my medical concerns, now instead of talking properly and understanding my concern, that person was way too rude and started shouting. After that i was made a false promise that after gurgaon toll, i would be shifted to the front seat, but as obvious, it never happened. And all these things happened near gurgaon border where there was no means of transport, so i didn't have any other opfion than complying with them.
I think if we are choosing and paying for a particular service, we are entitled to its delivery, and if the service provider fails to deliver that, that's when we are entitled to claim our money back.
