I have booked ONE seat in AEON Connect travels on 28.11.2017 as my journey was on date 30.11.2017 from Hosur to Coimbatore through red bus online.I got the Bus cancellation message from Aeon Connect, also i got a communication from redbus customer care executive, and ia have raised complaint to redbus, ref no.is 2499622. Yet amount not got credited to my account. I Kindly request you to take necessary steps to refund my amount.

    I had travelled by bullet bus on[protected] from hanumangarh to delhi, my details are:
    Ticket no: tkd[protected], pnr no:[protected]
    My concerns are, which will help you to make future improvements:
    1. No water bottle was provided by the bus conductor, but it was supplied only to those passengers who had asked for this same. I support the understanding is: one bottle is provided to all the passengers (As this was done when i travelled from delhi to hanumangarh on 12th dec. By same bullet bus).
    2. There were flies in the bus, for which conduct should take care of.
    Serious issue:
    I noticed driver of the bus was using cell phone for major portion of journey which is very dangerous, as he is driving a extra large vehicle and constant use of cell phone diverts attention and this can lead to serious issue. I suppose use of cell phone should not be allowed.

    Please look into this.

      Hello sir, my self bipin mishra ihave concern regarding red bus hotel service. I have book one hotel in bilaspur name of hotel is hotel sharda booking i'd is ti[protected]. When check in room room is too smell. Pillow is not clean, washroom is dirty. Wall is dirty with gutka and panmasala pick. And no bucket in washroom ihave requested to 4 times then he provide me bucket. E and room what ibooked is deluxe air cooling room. I have paid 532 online to red bus. I have enclosed a pic of hotel room. I wan, t refund my money.

        My redbus account details:

        Registered email : ranjithkumar. [protected]@gmail.com

        I have made a recharge for rs.399 for my mobile number [protected] on december 4, 5:25pm. I have done two trnasactions on december 4...

        One is december 4 morning 8:09am — for this, the recharge got failed and i received the refund instantly.

        The other one is december 4 evening 5:25pm — for this transaction i got only the redbus wallet refund... I paid 150 using my redbus wallet and remaining 249 from paytm wallet.

        After payment the recharge was failed and the amount 150 has refunded to my redbus wallet and in my paytm wallet i did not got any refund so far...

        The next day, i contacted redbus customer care and they said redbus did not receive money from paytm and they asked me to approach paytm customer care.

        I sent a query to paytm care, they replied that the transaction was sucessfull and the merchant received the money.

        What should i do now, if both are not taking responsibility for my money?!!

        Paytm is asking for a confirmation from the merchant that money not received... Send me the required details or detailed confirmation so that i can approach paytm further.

        I have attached the paytm's response along with this email.. Refer it and help me regarding.

        Always iam facing issues with redbus. And iam keep on waiting for refund every time i use your service!!

        Hating redbus!!

        Daily iam contacting customer care they are also taking the complaint but i didin't get any response till today. But every complaint is resolved then and there without any reply to me... I dont know how and why!!

        I have tried this recharge many times in my account but every time it got failed and the refund received every time.. But on last time on december 4 5:25pm it failed again and refund not received!!

        Please do reply to customer complaints and take responsibility for the refund.
        I had approached customer care many times they are taking complaints and asking me to wait for 48 hrs every time (Customer care person is marking the wrong transaction with my complaint so it gets closed automatically without my knowledge) and i also mailed redbus email support.. But still now no reply for my emails!

        UUfff... Heard this kind of reply lot of times... You are may be looking at some wrong transaction or previous transaction .. search my transaction with that paytm payment reference.. I got nothing back in my paytm wallet. If you assure that the refund is processed then send me the payment reference numbers for that refund.. so that I can claim my refund with paytm care

        I can explain what happened that day... Many times, I tried recharging continuosly for two to three days.. Every time it failed and I get the refund instantly but on dec 4 evng it failed asusual and for that no refund have been initiated at that time... Even my wallet history shows that i made only one transaction on december 4.. But the truth is I attempted twice on the same day. For the first time, it failed and i got the refund instantly and during the second time I lost my money... And that transaction even not showing in my app.. You customer care people are always beleiving what you are seeing on your computer screen... You are always seeing only the first transaction made on december 4 and replying me regarding that... understand my problem and approach the technical team to verify my transaction.

        Atlast after 10 complaints with customer care...

        Today morning I got the refund!
        Bus driver switch off his phone and A1 travels people not responding properly. I paid 550rupees for sleeper ticket.they didn't pickup me and not responding also. They are cheating the public and looting money also. I have to reach coimbatore in the morning otherwise it's going to become huge problem for my job. Right now I don't no what to do...

              I booked tickets in redbus on nov 23. I received a message saying money is debited and the ticket is not issued. The ticket price was for rupees 1260.00. I called the customer care, they said there is a technical issue on their side and they will call after 24 hours.

              After that, i did not receive any confirmation from them for the tickets.
              On nov 24th the bus driver called me to board the bus. I said i did not receive any confirmation regarding this ticket.

              I sent an email with all the information and i followed up with phone calls even though they said someone will call me within 24 hours. Nobody called and furthermore, i have to explain my situation to every customer service representative.

              I am not sure how it will help me in complaining here. Today is dec 12 and so far only frustration is going on my side not able to get my money back.

                  I had to travel from delhi to lucknow at 6:00 on[protected] using following detail by ashok travels (Regd.).

                  But no bus arrived to take us at boarding point mentioned and no communication was being made regarding this by travel agency. Even my calls were not being responded and no alternative was suggested finally i have missed my trip.                     Called the the bus operator he is okay to give me a cancellation refund but redbus redbus india policy does not allow me to cancel the ticket.

                    The mobile app has no option to cancel the ticket. You are forcing me to keep the ticket while i am not traveling. So according to your records - i am travelling while i am not. Very ambiguous and dangerous.

                    How can you ensure no other passenger will travel against my name? Your design of the booking system is awful.

                    Your records prove my false presence that i was in the bus. Atleast allow me to cancel the ticket.

                    Your support team also cannot cancel. Pathetic!

                    Am unhappy customer. Every one said abhibus is good. I agree.

                      I booked a ticket (Tkd[protected] in redbus on 8th december 2017 to onward my journey from chennai to ervadi (Ramanathapuram) in parveen travels and my boarding point was @ perungalathur. When i reported for my journey @ perungalathur, parveen travels operators were telling that the bus i booked was not going to ervadi (Ramanathapuram) instead it was aligned to nellai (Ramanathapuram). I contacted redbus and they provided me a solution that the bus was just going to stop 4 kilometers before the destination but the real difference between these two destinations are 172 kilometers. Redbus is just providing irrelevant information in their application and just filling their pockets with passengers money and they don't care about the passenger's sufferings.

                          Ticket no. - tk4u27978389 booked in march. Bus was cancelled at the last moment and no alternative provided. I initiated a complaint vide ticket id - 976475 and have been following up for the refund for the past 8 months and utter rubbish response from their end.
                          Each time i contact the customer care, i have to explain the whole scenario for 10minutes. Fraudster service is the exact word for them

                            Bus departure time was 11 pm but it was not avail till 11:45, i had a flight for kolkata next mornig thats why without taking any risk i hire a taxi..

                              I had booked one tickets from mumbai to ahmadabad through redbus.in. I have received following message during departure time 12:10 am.

                              "hello, you buscode a50 form goa to ahmedabad via mumbai is cancelled due to sudden breakdown due to sudden breakdown. Very sorry please collect your refund www.paulotravels.com"

                              Nobody is informed me form redbus or paulo travels earlier before departure time.
                              I have called customer care of paulo travels and redbus but nobody is responding.

                              I have missed my exame on 1st december at ahmedabad.
                              This is very poor service from redbus or paulo travels?

                              I am awaiting for your positive response.

                              When shall i receive refund?

                              Please help me with this issue.

                              I have booked tickets and they are taking the whole charge as cancellation 15 mins after booking. They are the bloody thief all Redbus.
                              worst experience with online ticket booking .

                              we understand that there should be cancellation charger but not the whole amount.

                              Never ever booke ticket from redbus .

                                I cancelled the ticket from tirunelveli to chennai by contacting customer care on 22.11.17 at about 43pm thro ivrs and as already explained and i was assured that my tkt was cancelled and a refund of about rs 1400 would be made,

                                The operator from hebron transport called on me on 23.11.17 to ascertain my travel. Then i understood that redbus did not cancel my tkt.
                                But redbus cheated me by informing that they did not receive any request on 22.11.17from me for cancellation and refused to refund

                                  I had book for bus from shirdi to mumbai money get deducted and bus operator called me and informed about bus cancellation and altertate bus arranged at 4pm however i checked out at 1pm due to cancellation of bus i suffered 1pm to 4pm no hotel. Very bad experience my money get stuck, need to pay again for bus for that i preferred redbus only after this issue, it is my kind req pls make 100% refund in mu case i had made payment of rs 422.20 pls send me full refund. Pls refer my attached document, for that i claiming full refund, in this case there is not my single mistake and still i suffer,
                                  Kindly help me for 100% refund, which is deducated from my mode of payment

                                  Due to cancelltion of 1pm bus, i have to stay 3hours in shirdi on road during high sun in mid noon,

                                      Ticket booked from bangalore to ernakulam on 4th of nov 2017. Ticket not booked created, but money got debited from account. As per bank customer care and bank statements, money got successfully credited to redbus account. But they are not agreeing the same and i am behind redbus from past 22 days. Redbus is not considering my mails and not responding properly. Please take immediate action so that none of the customers will face the same in future.

                                        I tried to book ticket using redbus.in website but unfortunately due to some technical glitch the tickets were not generated. I asked them to refund on the same day i. E. On 3rd nov but it was not possible from their end. The amount for the same ticket was debited twice from my account and i got the refund of one and that too on 15th nov which was very late from the date of the incident. And since then i have been suffering and calling them for the refund. I haven't received any positive response from their end and now almost half month has passed and half of my amount hasn't been refunded yet. So now i want the compensation for the time, money and stressful efforts made by my side plus the unethical behavior and not at all supportive nature from their end.
