I have booked the ticket on 3rd october 2017, from vijayawada to hyderabad through red bus app.
On that day i have received the mesaage from apsrtc as "the service has been cancelled so u have to cancel u r ticket at issued portal" so i have done that.
But i didn't receive my total refund money till now.

He said that he z calling from Red Bus and asking about my Debit Card Details etc..

    On 12th october, 2017 i tried booking bus from chennai to tiruchirappalli with renganathan travels via redbus.in.

    Date of journey: 13th october, 2017.
    Amount: rs. 849.

    I made payment through google tez application via my upi account linked to my icici bank. But ticket was not generated.

    After some time, i tried booking same ticket with citibank payment. This time ticket got booked successfully.

    Icici bank has made it clear that payment has been transferred to beneficiary merchant account which is axis bank. Axis bank also has agreed to this payment. Below is reference details:

    Payee name: ibibo group private limited
    Payee account: xxxxx465
    Payee ifsc: utib0002628
    Payee vpa: [protected]@axisbank
    Reference retrieval number:[protected].

    Even after providing above details to redbus.in, they are still in denial mode. They are not agreeing to pay my money back. Can you help here?

      I was not given the pick up address & advised to contact these numbers by red bus [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected]/22971203, [protected], [protected].[protected] but the phones despite repeated attempts were not reachable between 7 pm &9 pm.

      As it was getting late, i had to book another bus to bangalore. Kindly refund my amount.

        Hi,

        I have booked the ticket with redbus from bangalore - sangli via konduskar travels.
        The bus met with accident after 2 hours of journey from bangalore which is not even 20 % of total journey.in the middle of night we have to arrange our own convenience to reach sangli after lot of fight with bus operator and redbus they only returned 130 rupees. The actual ticket price was 1323.

        I am still following up with them but not getting the satisfactory replies called several times but they are only promising to get back to me in 24 hours but not getting any proper response please help.

        I glad that atleast you responded here on my complaint.

        I dont see any point creating more ticket with redbus help desk.Because I am only getting the routine replies that the ticket has been resolved without even bothering to answer my queries or confirming with me.

        Please find the list of ticket I opened with you since the time the bus got with accident.

        How many more tickets you want me to create you didn't even bother about your passengers safety.
        looking at your service I am not expecting for that but at least return my money as you haven't provided me the alternate conveyance and we have to arranged on our own in middle of the night at around 2:00 am.

        I am really regretting my decision to book the ticket with you as never seen such a worst service by any of the online portal.

          I have accidently booked ticket on wrong date and talk to customer care about cancelation ammount was not credited om my wallet they assure me that i can transfer my amount to bank account and then i bokked another ticket..             I have cancelled a bus ticket for the journey, kolkata to bhubaneswar on 25th october 2017 booked with the service agency redbus. The pnr number of that was tkbh12976018., it was bought using my debit card. After cancellation it was said through email on 25th october that that my refund request have processed and i will get the refund within 7 working days, as said on 25th october 2017. Today 15th november still i have not got the refund.

              Hi sir,
              This is srinubabu ravilla, i am a software engineer working in hyderabad. I have booked ticket from markapuram to hyderabad on[protected]:50pm) the ticket fare is 435/-. Actually my mobile got switch off so that's why i had waiting at markapuram (Near to bus stand) boarding point. I was waiting for bus from 10:00 pm to 11:10 pm. After that i call to driver he speaks wrongly with me. He didn't came to boarding point and he speaks wrongly.
              Totally i loss one day office (Loss of pay)
              If you people's are not responded i will proceed further actions.

                We (5) have travelled bangalore to cochin through aeon travels semi sleeper scania bus (Total prize 6100 for 5 people) bus booked via redbus on 03-nov-2017. Allocated bus were not in proper condition without any preliminary checking and safety precautions had been allocated. Passenger could not sleep bus mainly backside full of noise (Glass break sound). Due to that noise got awake entire journey for that but luckily that cause helps me to notice some of burning smell as well smoke in the bus (All passengers slept) around 2 am at near coimbatore (Travelled 220 km from bangalore). I only informed the driver, he immediately stopped the bus aside away from 60 km coimbatore. It was full smoke and engine oil spilling fumes (Leaking the engine oil). Driver stopped the bus around some time, many of does not what was the issue. Only few passengers know we missed big tragedy and who are argent looked other source of transport. As driver promised we will refund the amount, then we catch another bus after struggled some time and we spent around 4000 rs to reach my destination.

                Bus operator and redbus people were not responding, logged 3 times same issue. They were telling we had raised request on priority, looking into that we will get back within 2 days. Now around 12 days from journey but did not get any response.

                Due to that cause we have missed our tour package and lost around 20k.
                Who is responsible??
                I paid through redbus hence am asking to refund the 6k + 4k. Total 10000 rs as we spent to reach my destination.
                I asked for refund full amount for below reasons.
                1. Safety check not done
                2. If it is not noticed on time, that may cause very dangerous event. (About got fire the bus)
                3. While boarding only very disturbing sound observe-red, that can be easily identified bus not in proper condition.
                4. Failed to re-arrange bus
                5. After had this serious event no-one enquired or taken any action.
                6. Failed in customer satisfaction.
                7. Failed in safety of customer.
                I have lost valuable time, money, struggled at midnight-jungle.

                Please don't trust this people especially redbus and aeon connect travels. This people runs buses unconditional buses with high prize especially weekend. Government should take action for this.in total 60 people would have been lost the lives in midway of road. (It definitely got fired if not awake and took action.

                Due to this i have lost my total tour package and bus charges (Extra charges for 250 km) around spent 4k. (Total we spent 10 k)+ 20 k tour package.

                Please look into this and take necessary action for the same refund full of amount which i spent.

                    I was travelling from bhilwara to jaipur on august 23rd, 2017 to catch a flight which was on august 24, 2017. I booked a bus on redbus website whose arrival time was 1:35 am on august 24. The bus got late by 1.5 hrs even though there was no traffic. It reached jaipur at 3:15 and i lost my flight.

                    On august 23rd evening i called the redbus consumer care to confirm the arrival time as the local bus agent told that bus would reach late in any case. The redbus customer care rep was in a conference call organised by me with the bus operator. I had him listen the whole conversation. He assured me that except anything like traffic or unnatural circumstance the bus won't get late.

                    I filed a complaint in http://consumerhelpline.gov.in, complaint no - 402401. They rejected my plea of reimbursing the flight ticket amount which i missed because of 1.5 hour delayed arrival of bus and case was closed.

                    Since it is because of your incorrect time display I lost my flight and had to immediately get a new flight. I need a refund for my flight tickets as well. I had involved your call centre rep in a conference call and the local agent of the bus service himself was confirming that bus will get delayed (not because of traffic). Your call centre rep was still with his words that bus won't get late. This is the second time this has happened with me on red bus. I had earlier also complained in consumer portal for which you refunded a modest amount in red bus wallet which I had to mandatory consume within 3 months.

                      I had two bus ticket to kota from jodhpur. I cancelled a ticket, and was told that the entire amount would be refunded and mails from mr. Hardeep singh and mr. Basavaraju attesting the same. It's been two months. I have not got the money, and nobody responds. The customer care puts us on hold for 10 minutes. I have been calling them but nobody has responded. It's been very tiring.

                          I have booked Tickt from Ahmedabad to Mumbai for FATE : 05-NOV in Hk Travels .

                          I have used UPI application of TEZ to make trasaction, that is integrated in reDBus App. My amount was deducted, but ticket was not booked.

                          I called customer care, but they told me that they will Refund amount in 7 working Days . today is 9 th working Day still not refunded. Called Customer Care multiple Times, but try to make fool to customer.

                            I booked two tickets from byleuppe to bangalore on 1st nov 2017, the tickets were arranged in ashwani travels at 11:45pm. The contact numbers given were switched off when i tried contacting because the bus was not arrived even after the expected time. I contacted the customer care of red bus and they provided a contact number ([protected]). When i contacted i did not get any positive reply and got a text message that the bus is cancelled. We were two females stuck under threat of safety at midnight and the company was irresponsible in taking care of our travel needs. I request you to refund tickets price as well as to provide us compensation for the fault. Thank you

                              1. I booked my ticket on line (Red bus) from buldana to pune on 01 nov 2017 for shri swaminarayan travel and & i received message that sbi upi user, your account is debited inr 750/- on date 01/11/2017 at 07.50pm

                              2. When i enquired from shri swaminarayan travel malkapur regarding bus ticket booking, they replied that your ticket has not been booked. If you want to journey you must pay rs 750/-. Then i paid the amount and travelled on 02/11/2017 shri swaminarayan travel seat du & bus no mh 28ab7902..

                              3. Therefore, you are requested to refund the amount rs 750/- immediately in my account.

                                  I am s r ch murty rallapalli. On the day of 14 oct i booked a ticket from morning star travels with pnr: ts[protected]qxvk/4922627/115a from hyderabad (Punjagutta) near redrose restaurant to vijayawada with ticket number tkba76137784. On the day i boarded the bus at punjagutta and in the mean while the bus stopped at a place called allipuram. The bus driver was unable to cop up with the management and at the last, the manager lifted the phone and told the driver that to request us to go by their own arrangement and he will return the money with in next 2 day. But, till date the money was not refunded. As i have physically called the management for 6 times and asked the manager about the refund, they are not addressing me in a proper manner.

                                    I booked an lucknow-delhi share car ride (Tkt no-tkbh[protected] on redbus app on 22 october... Paid through tez app using upi.. After few hours i have recieved a message stating cancellation from operator side.. When i called them regarding my refund, they told me that the refund has been initiated..
                                    Its 2 november, and i havent recieved any refund from redbus..
                                    I contacted red bus team, they told me to contact tez team with certain pg id[protected]..
                                    I contacted tez team... They told that they havent received anything from redbus.. And i need to contact to redbus team for my refund..

                                    I contacted rebus back... They are just ssaying-they have initiated it..

                                    I m stuck... Help me out.

                                      Hello,

                                      I booked a ticket from ujjain to ahmedabad on 20th october. As because of the festival time the charges was nearly thrice of the actual charge but i hace urgent work so i booked ticket in gagan sarkar upkar travels but during transaction al attempt the amount was deducted from the account but redbus was not able to generate ticket so it failed.

                                      I already emailed to support team and they acknowledge that they have received the amount and started refund process and i will receive my amount within 7 days but i haven't received my refund money after 10 days.
