The bus was taken from barmer to balotara for parcels & returned back to barmer & then taken to jodhpur. Bus reached at 9:45am instead of 7:30am. Dropped last at shamikpura instead of written drop at "kalpatru".

Also below all seats as well as in dikki, parcel luggage was filled...

bus didn't arrive at boarding point.

I booked a seat online in aug.17 for my son to travel from pune to indore on 14.10.2017 by paying three times of normal fair rs.1986/- (Ticket no. Tk9e29999325, pnr[protected]. As he received sms, he was waiting for the scheduled bus mp 09 fa 7580, from 17.30 hrs to 23.30 hrs at boarding point nishant travels. Bus did not come. He therefore had no way except to travel by other bus, so he did and paid fair again. He had to travel...

This is me rajshekhar goswami. I had booked two tickets via red bus for guwahati to tezpur journey and again tezpur to guwahati via volvo astc. It was booked on 5th oct for d journey on 7th oct. Bt at next day it was cancel on 6th. The ticket cost was rs 240/ticket and d refunded amount was rs 216/ticket. Till now it's not been refunded. It's urgent kindly do it soon. I have booked purple bus from pune to amravati. Tkb[protected] this is my ticket number. I have paid a high amount for this just trusting redbus. This bus doesnt even have a name of purple
I have booked seat 2nd last row ther is not even my seat no. They have written seat no by chawlk and given me last seat.

Is this for we trust redbus this is not expected from company like redbus and purple.

dropping point issue

I have taken khushi travels just for the sake of the dropping point (Shollinganallur). It was near my home only but that traveller dropped me 20 km before my dropping point saying that this is the last stoppage.
I have spent 1000 rs just for one seat from bangalore to chennai thinking of reaching it by 6 hours but it took 10 hours. No ac, no water, no pillow was provided inside the bus. Shameless redbus travellers....

refund not received

I booked bus ticket from patna to jamshedpur on 5th oct 2017 from redbus & my date of journey was on 6th oct but due to some cause i cancelled my ticket. Today its been 6 days but still i haven't got my refund back to my bank account.

I had a journey on 2nd october 2017 from kundapura to bangalore in sri durgamba travels. But due to bus issues people were not agree to travel in that bus. Bus went back to depot. Then on 3rd october i contacted sri durgamba travels for my refund. They told to contact redbus. I contacted red bus through call and they are telling me to wait 24 hrs. Each and every time when i call them they are telling like this only. Today is 10th october....

I booked online ticket from haridwar to delhi on dated 10/09/2017, departure time 23.45 pm.
I received sms on same day from uprstc site, bus has been cancelled, but reason not mentioned.
