Sir,
I booked online ticket from haridwar to delhi on dated 10/09/2017, departure time 23.45 pm.
I received sms on same day from uprstc site, bus has been cancelled, but reason not mentioned.
During online ticket, i also taken travel insurance policy, i proceed claim for bus cancellation, but insurance company want exact reason for bus cancellation.
If we provide exact reason, insurance company will settle my claim.
I talked ur customer care executive, but he not provided information, i mailed several time but not response.
So i request u pls solved my problem.
