Dear sir/madam
I have booked the ticket for the following bus. But couldnot board the bus as mr. Ganesh from svk travels called me and informed me that the bus is cancelled due to some technical reasons and informed me that within 2 days amount of 1810 rupees deducted will be refunded.

I received two messages from redbus that the issue is resolved. But i havenot received any message regarding money credit.

Kindly do the needful. Money is not single penny, it is 1810 rupees, a huge amount for me. I have been doing all my transactions through red bus. It reflects the image of the website.
Kindly do me the needful and let me know the refund status.
