Description: few minutes ago By mistake i have booked a ticket for today ticket number is TJBF88562692. I want to book for 25 october. When is called the cutomer care of redbus and Shatabdi travels, both are denying to help.
i am requesting for cancellation then they are saying zero refund.

Money not refunded

Had booked bus to ernakulam from bangalore on 12th Oct, ticket no TJB[protected]. Unfortunatly bus got cancelled due to break down, and said amount will be refunded.
But still no refund.
Kindly refund the same.
It is Bangalore - ernakulam bus, had to departure on 7.45 AM from bangalore on 12th october 2016.
Got message stating bus has been cancelled due to break down and amount will be refunded....

Non booking of ticket and non refund of money

Refund not paid

I had booked 2 tickets for a bus journey by vishal tourist from banglore to udupi on the 12th of september. Due to bandh and riots in banglore the bus was cancelled and I am yet to receive an amount of 1400 rupees for the 2 tickets. To refund my cancelled amount from wallet balance to bank account

Bus ticket booking

I am sharada devi.
On 11/10/2016 I booked through redbus 2 tickets(orange travels seat no. L14, L15 from Hyd 2 Nagpur & dt of journey is 15/10/2016. Rs. 2150/- was debited from my hdfc acct. But I did not receive any message for my booking. We thought booking was not done & the same amount will be refunded to my account. So on I booked through agent & got message immediately that 2 orange travels tickets U5, U6 were booked for 15/10/2016...

Return my wallet amount to my bank account

After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so I got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. When I contact them they ask me to contact red bus and when I called your customer support call was waiting n got disconnect automatically

Cancellation of ticket

Iam the regular user of red bus app.I have tried to cancel my ticket on 12/10/16 but "cancel ticket" icon not enabled in red bus app. Worst customer service .There is an option call support but nobody answers the call, only music is played for long time. I have booked ticket for 750 Rs. But Iam not able to cancel the ticket through your app. Now i I want refund. If not i have planned to file case on consumer court.

Not cancelling the ticket even when no cancellation policy is shown at there site

I made a reservation in r s yadav bus through red bus, today at 11:25, when i confirmed the payment i checked that i mistakingly made reservation for 14th, i had do it for 15th .so i called customer care and they said as per their policy, tickets cant be cancelled after 9:15, even though it has been booked at 11:15.
Such a stupid rule
Then i went to their site to check the cancellation policy, tgere were no, available...

Bus fare raised during festival season

It has become a general practice for the private bus operators to raise their bus fares twice or thrice during festival times. They are using the peoples need in favour of them. Indirectly does it mean people who can afford alone can celebrate festival ? The bus fare is not the same as other normal days, infact during the festival times people travel more and that's when buses are actually needed. This should also be considered as looting...
