I have booked two seats through redbus service from Agra to Jaipur. The bus belongs to Amar Travels. My seat no was 9, 10 but when I reached for boarding along with my wife their chep said me to take seat No 19, 20 and they behave roughly. I told them about complaint, they said you may proceed. They advised to me for don't booking through online via redbus. Here which seat we will provide you will take either you may cancel your booking. At that time my mobile network was not in proper form and my journey was so important. At last I performed my journey at seat no 19, 20. During the boarding I saw that they were giving booked seat to others as per their choice at heavy cost. And other pessangers who have already booked their seats was suffering. So please take a suitable action against him. So that they will not repeat such types in future.

Redbus customer care service mobile number is also not updated at the website. When I want to take the help of customer service of redbus which was sent to me on my mobile along with seat information which was also wrong. After proceed the journey I want to bring this matter into notice of redbus customer service their number was also not updated at the website. Then what will happen with the passengers. Both are playing game with the traveler.

    Hi Redbus, i have expereinced a very bad service from Redbus today when i wanted to cancel my bus tickets i booked through sai dasari travels i wanted to cancel before 12 hr but they denied refund as that particular bus does not have cancellation policy this is cheating. All redbus customer care agents hanged the phone on me and where i would not refer redbus to anyone and would put this on facebook and all social webiste you Guys are cheaters and took my money off, I HATE REDBUS

      I booked a ticket in redbus, for dec-8, sitara travels, trip id - tjd[protected], i received a message from sitara travels, that is the bus is cancelled and amount will refund, but till now i didn't get the refund, and in redbus they are showing as trip completed, and when calling to redbus customer care, there network is so busy and not able to connect. The services provided by redbus is getting down day by day, and we are losing trust on redbus.

        I travelled with my wife by Kallada travels from Pondichery to Ernakulam on 11/12/2016. The ervice was lousy. Though the company sent us message that they are giving us a bolltle of mineral water and snacks it did never happen.
        The staff were non communicative. They never announced stoppage for refreshing at intervals and those who were awake could manage . The fare was high when compared to other operators.The other operator YBM provided excellent service. Unless he improve his service, people will reject this so called popular operator. It seems he is interested on cargo movements and the passengers are secondary to him.

          Refund the money, your servcies are very poor, where is the bus operator he had not called to us, i had booked 2 seats from Anand Rao Circle Bangalore yesterday with Pnr No.TJD[protected], dtd 11.12.16, we had not travelled in bus we tried the given number of SRE TRavels to atleast cancel the ticket but he is not ready to cancel and no bus operator is in position to pickup any calls, kindly refund the money.

            Due to the demise of our Former CM your bus service was cancelled by Liucky Travels. the travellers had called me and intimated me that sincethe trip is cancelled by them the redbus will refund the entire amount transferred from my credit card.             I had booking from meerut to jaipur by pooja travells on 18th nov 2016 & recieved massage from pooja travells that the bus got as rto got cought the bus. I have called the pooja travells and lodged the complaint at redbus but not got refund. Ticket no. TJCE77329959, PNR NO. 51075546

              No cordination between redbus and the operator.. Problem pending from last 20 days. Because of their confusion i had to deboard the bus and as it was midnight so i had to again pay full amount of ticket n board the bus again.. Complain raised on same day bt its been 15 days no action taken.. Very poor service. Will never recommend to anyone.. Hating redbus.. Called customercare 1000 times.. Already talked to supervisor bt nuthing happened.. Poor service

                Hello Redbus,

                I am the regular customer of the redbus.

                This is was the first time i applied for the cancellation and my ticket was not cancel and i didn't get refund of my ticket.

                I already sent an email regarding the same to red bus team, but didn't get any response yet from your team.

                Please refund back my amount, otherwise i will think twice to travel with redbus.

                Even i went twice office to cancel my ticket but they said we cannot cancel it, you have to cancel it from red bus.

                And when i tried to cancel the redbus, my ticket pnr was not working to cancel procedure, so i wrote an email on that day for the cancellation, still your company does not response.

                    Very bad experience, booked online looking at neeta booked tkts for return from pune at 10;45 pm, bus no mh04 gp 552, as said bus from neeta we booked tkts but totally was having prb, as said ac but totaaly no ac was operated, as asked he said we will put when reach to main road, cleaner was saying no gas, so we travelled totally without ac that after shouting at he opened windows on top as no air for breathing. How neeta such a reputed name provide such 3rd class bus, really sorry for this and worse exp of travelling, pl take necessary action. Bad bad bad very bad

                      I booked 2 tickets from mumbai to bhuj using redbus mobile app, to attend the rann utsav festival in bhuj. The tickets got cancelled and all we got from the travel partners was a single line text message stating the same. We called redbus, raised our concern and were put on hold for almost 20 minutes, thrice.in the end, we had no option but to book 2 flight tickets from mumbai to ahmedabad and then additional 2 bus tickets from ahmedabad to bhuj. There was also a major time difference between the flight and the new bus, because of which we had to roam for almost 8 hours around the streets of ahemdabad and that too in the dead of the night. Redbus has still taken no responsibility for the same and are, most certainly, oblivious of the fact that the bus got cancelled. I have received no refund for my cancelled tickets. I had to pay an additional charge of inr 6300 because of the whole hassle. I request redbus to refund my original amount and pay the additional charges as compensation. Failing to do so, i would be bound to raise an official complaint with the indian consumer court under the consumer protection act - 1986 and move the courts. Thank you for such a miserable experience.

                        I had cancelled the ticket on 5th nov, raised many concerns on the redbus website but i keep getting response that -
                        We have initiated the refund on 7th Nov 2016. Your bank will process this refund and it may take up to 7 Bank working days

                          For Ticket no: TJCK75333377 PNR no: 51226155, while booking the ticket through redbus.in, after deduction of money from my credit card, I received a failure message from Red Bus. Thus I have booked another ticket at that moment considering the message as genuine. Now for the mistake of redbus, I had to booked another ticket.
                          Thus I need the refund of Rs421 for this Ticket which was showing error message on redbus website while the payment is deducted from my account.
                          I have contacted the customer service of redbus and also wrote several emails to the company but they are not agreed to the fact that there was a error.

                          Any update on my refund amount to be received. The date of booking was 22nd Nov 2016 and now it is 2nd Dec 2016.
                          Why should the settlement took so long time if you have been provided with all details and proofs of your own mistakes.

I have booked a bus ticket through red bus whoses operator is Blue World Tourist company which is useless in management and also waste alot of time during traveling.                               I have booked the 4 tickets of Atmaram Travels( Global ) from Madgaon to Mumbai for 20th November. When I reached at Mumbai I found that Bus Supporting staff has done some goof-up and lost two of my hadbags. Those bags were containing stuff of almost 10000 Rs. Bus Supporting staff didnt support me. I have launched complaint on Redbus but didn't bothered to contact me or reverted me regarding this. I have contacted this Atmaram Travels( Global ) also but they also wasn't reverted on my query.

                              I applied coupon code and I need to get 300 rs from redbus. But last 2 months redbus support team simpley always saying we intiated our payment you'll get within 48 hours. But today they said they couldn't give me my refund. Redbus is havng one of the worst support team. I never expect this from redbus. Useless support.
                              Often facing payment issue.. my account got debited still the amount has not get refunded. kindly refund my amount. rupees 1020/-

                                  I have booked tickets from mangalore to Goa, money has got deducted 1200rs but I haven't received ticket. Application was showing transaction processing which never happened. Please I request ull to look into this. I need my tickets for tommorrow night. If tickets are not confirmed please credit back / inform about the procedure how I can go about. I have booked prior on your website things have worked out fine. Plus your customer care number doesn't seem to be working kindly look into this thank you

                                    We booked tickets under refernce trip id[protected] which got not booked due to fault in the red bus online system. we asked them to book manually.They refused .They asked us to book again on the ground that they will return the money in a week .
                                    we booked again transaction id 6413473
                                    this also did not work due to red bus system problem
                                    we telephoned immediately
                                    In total we have lost inr 3520 Plus 3520 from our Bank account.
                                    we request your intervention and make them to pay a penality of what we lost and please tell them to refund INR INR 14080.

                                        I am antony joy. I booked a bus ticket from barmer to ahmadabad on 24/11/2016 10:15 pm by using sbi debit card through redbus mobile application. Rs:508 (On payust[protected] will deducted from my account. Transaction number is #[protected]. But i don't get any booking confirmation, or ticket. I think it was failed. Please check my transaction details and do it needful. If booking error please refund my amount as soon as possible.
