Hi,
I was booked a ticket from chennai to coimbatore for a travel date (18/11/2016) and booked on 14/11/2016.Amount of RS.806.20 was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked and again i tried second time ticket was booked and also amount deducted.First time deducted amount is not yet refunded to my account.Please look into my complaint.

    This svr travels has given me the worst travel experience. This bus which is supposed to make journey form Bellary to Bangalore left the Bellary one hour late. And it had just travelled 33kms that it got screed. The next thing was to do by the staff was to repair and moved ahead or at least should have told that it would not be possible. The staff kept repairing for 4 hours till morning and didn't even think to tell the passengers about the te required to get it done repaired. Passengers woke up surprised as the bus had only travelled 33kms from Bellary and yet not informed as all the passengers were asleep in this sleeper bus at night. The time they spent in reparing the bus was equal to the journey time form Bellary to Bangalore. Now the worst is that they didn't inform about this repair that how long would it take neither did they provide us any bus to Bangalore nor did they refund our money. The behaviour form the staff was so disgusting and the owner of the bus didn't even receive the calls yet calling him several times all the night. Need to take an action. At least a refund is fair enough. The bus number is Ka01-d-8525

      Hi,

      I have booked a ticket using redbus app.

      After booking they sent me a mail that they are not able to book a seat and soon an executive will call me and I can then book another ticekt or go for refund.

      After that I have tried as many as 10 times for refund but fail to gey any response.
      After that now they are saying that they have booked the ticket.

      I'm attaching the screenshot of their mail.

      Please help me.

        To whomever this letter may concern my name is paritosh singh and i would like to convey my disappointment with the redbus service.
        I had booked a ticket on tge 29th of october trip i. D[protected] from lucknow to agra. But instead my my money was debited from my account and i was promised i would be refunded the money being 932 rupees within 7 days to my bank account for which i have already provided to the customer care.
        Now its been 20 days and when i have called them more than 5 times but they are showing no interest.
        Its very saddening that ive lost my money for such an irresponsible service
        I would really appreciate if an effective action is taken

          I had booked a ticket from pune to latur on 6th november 2016 worth rs.356 from your redbus.in site bus operator was sharma travels nanded naka. Money got deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. Similar thing happened even today[protected] from your same site redbus.in for pune to latur ticket worth rs.259 bus operator being new gajanan travels jai mata. So i request you to refund me the total amount of rs.615 as soon as possible. And also reply to my this complaint immediately. Thank you!

            I had booked a travel ticket via redbus (Bangalore to thrissur) on 18/11/2016..
            The dropping point mentioned at the time of booking and in the ticket provided by redbus after booking is 'thrissur'. But the bus stopped only at 'mannuthy bypass' instead of thrissur. Due to this i had to take a cab from mannuthy bypass to thrissur for which i had to pay an extra amount of 400.

            I request redbus team to refund rs 400 as the information provided by them at the time of booking was incorrect.

              Dear redbus team,

              Since last 18 days i am taking continuous follow up of my refund for ticket nashik to vadodara dated as 31st oct. 2016 which has been cancelled. I was booked ticket of rs. 914 using hdfc debit card. From my hdfc account rs. 914 was debited but ticket not booked. Same time i got ticket cancellation message as well as mail and assured me that my debited amount will refund within 5 to 7 days. But now after 18 days no any refund i got. When i called to your customer care, i got only assurance about my refund but no any action taken from your end.
              Also, as per your offer that, as book ticket from redbus app using hdfc debit card, 375 rs. Cash back will get.in this offer, if book ticket more than 1000, then, rs. 250 will credit in hdfc account and remaining rs. 125 will credit in redbus wallet. As per this offer, i booked another ticket of rs. 1217 on same day. My this ticket was booked but as per your offer, rs. 250 not credit in my hdfc account.
              From this incidence you have been proved that, you are failed to keep your commitment and your service is not loyal and trustful. I never book ticket with the help of redbus service in future and suggest to my all near people to avoid redbus service. I really disappointed from your service.

                    I have booked my ticket from bangalore to madurai in redbus website. The travels which i booked under was thangam travels. My travel was on october 25, 2016 at 10:00 pm. I got a call from thangam travel around 6:40pm on the same day saying that the bus got broke down at hosur and they cancelled my ticket. It was so inhuman of them to just cancel the ticket without any alternate solution. All i asked them for the ticket refund and they said i have to mail the details of the ticket to a guy named muthu to redbus. I mailed the details to that respective person under [protected]@redbus.com. Its been 23 days and they have not refunded the amount. This is rediculous and the red bus hasnt responded yet. I have called the travels people to refund the money and they are irresponsible and behaving immaturely. Proper actions has to be taken against them and i would i want my refund back.

                      Theres lot of fake bus travels...in red bus... Last time one travels cancelled their bus but i didnt get any refund. This time PAULO TRAVELS sent us in regular state bus.. Whereas i booked for a/c sleeper. They changed the bus in the mid route. So i couldn't say much to them. Because i was compelled to travel. The timing was from 5: 15am to 12: 30 pm and i reached my destination arround 3 pm. And because of that i could get my works done.

                        Dear Team,

                        I have been using redbus.in since people didn't know about it, but this time I have serious problems with the team.

                        My ticket TJBY74579437 journey Mumbai to Bangalore was never so horrific until I boarded this bus from your website on 5th November.

                        Let me brief you on the sequence of events on this terrible journey.

                        1.Boarding time was 6:30 PM (Sion) - No notification send from either the bus operator and redbus prior to the journey. On calling the bus driver the only answer was "araha hu sir yaha bahut traffic hai aur mai abhi borivali se nikla hu."

                        2.On calling the customer care they said the bus will be coming shortly and we have spoken to the bus operator and our supervisor will call you in 15 min, which never happened.

                        3.The best part was on calling the travel agency number mentioned in the sms, they replied " ye hamari bus nahi hai"

                        4.Finally after waiting for 3 hours at the boarding point at 9:30 PM the bus arrives at SION. The bus driver and cleaners shouting "chalo jaldi andar aao aur doosri baaten baad mey karna."

                        5.The bus finally reaches Pune around 1 AM and boarding the passengers even without informing them that the bus is late. Then right after we touched the highway the Bus breakdown at around 1:30 AM in middle of the highway.

                        6.All the bus staff gets down and try to fix the issues while the entire bus was smelling of fuel leakage inside (OMG) God saved our souls that day.

                        7.Finally the bus starts at around 4 AM in the morning. We finally reached Bangalore some 5 hours delay.

                        Now let me ask the team some serious questions?

                        1. Who is responsible for all the lives travelling in the bus forget about the service?
                        2. Who will compensate for the loss for not reaching the destination on time?
                        3. Is the common man so helpless to be at the mercy of the drivers to take them to the destination according to them?
                        4. Why does redbus enroll such bus operators?

                        Saying as sorry doesn't compensate for all the losses we have gone through. "Sorry doesn't make a dead man alive."

                        Moreover I asked the customer care to please cancel my ticket and refund me the amount so that I can book another bus or else please put me on another bus. The answers form the agents where so pathetic as if I have asked for their kidney. Is making money only the motive for the company keeping the the security of the passengers at stake.

                        I've also overhead the bus staff speaking that "yaar isi condition mey wapis se bus mumbai leke jana padega kyunki company isko repair mey daalegi toh bus cancel karna padega for next trip." Also the bus staff haven't slept overnight the previous night because they were running late a trip earlier.

                        Please give me proper answer and please don't tell me we are sorry for the inconvenience.

                          I had booked a Ticket on tge 14th of October Trip I.D[protected] from bangalore to kottayam. But instead my my money was debited from my account and i was promised i would be refunded the money being 1000 rupees within 7 days to my bank account for which i have already provided to the customer care.
                          Now its been 1 month and when ive called them they are showing no interest.

                              Hi, my name is mini chaudhary, just to inform you that i really fedup from your services because i called you guys many time but no response. I booked my online ticket from delhi anand vihar to lucknow on 28th oct 2016 in e-bus india through red bus india & my boarding point was anand vihar (Karkardooma road) near indian oil petrolpump pillar number 216. I reached the boarding point 1hr before and started calling the bus driver & nobody picked up mah call even they disconnected it many time. Then i called red bus cs they told me to stay on the boarding point and wait for the driver call and also they told me that the bus is on the way and it will reach on the given boarding point but i didnt gt any call from the driver either from you guys. Also i started calling the driver and he picked up mah call, i asked him about the status he jus said the bus has left and disconnected my call and again when i called back the driver he switched off his mobile. I called red bus again they told me they will call us back with in 10mins to tell us the status but no reply came from you. I called the driver and asked about the status again i was actually surprised to hear that the boarding point was changed. Driver said the msg was sent to all the passengers to inform this but i swear i didn't received any message for that. I struggled over there alone for 3 hours. There was a long queue to reach you and bus driver didn't picked up the call. After a long wait i spoke to one of your guy and he advised me to look for another bus at 12 at the night and told us to raise a refund. But no response from you from that day till now. I am really fedup now dont force me to go to consumer code to get valuable money back and also for the inconvenience i faced. Thank you.

                                As my railway tatkal ticket did not get confirmed till last minute, i had to travel from hyderabad to mumbai by other routes. It was unfortunate of me to trust redbus in such emergency situation and book a travel from hyderabad to mumbai at around 10.30am on 13th nov, 2016 for the bus traveling on the same day at 6 pm. I was at visakhapatnam then and had no clue of the hyderabad city about boarding points. I chose jntu-kbhp boarding point mentioned in the site and booked the ticket that expected me at the stop at 6.20pm. I took a flight from vishakhapattanam to hyderabad at 11.40am and landed at 2.20pm. As soon as i landed i called the office of redbus asking about details of the boarding point and the bus operator. The executives every time could give me one of two numbers for the bus operator which were invalid. Thinking i should boarding point on time i took pushpak bus from airport to jntu. There was absolutely no communication from redbus regarding the exact location of the bus and the appropriate number of the bus driver.
                                I made more than 30 calls to red bus from 2.30 to 6.30pm just to get a proper number of the bus drier and bus number so that i can locate the bus correctly. All in vain, i got some eight numbers from themm which were useless. The svr travels that their ticket showed, when i called on their office number rejected of any such service to mumbai.
                                Till 6.30pm, 10 minutes past my boarding time, i was unaware if i am standing at the right location as their were no travels halting at the stop which their gprs system told me to board at. I was standing at jntu-kbhp stop in from of manjeera mall and all alone, single lady in an unknown city, that too at 6.20 pm in dark on 13th november. Their bus tracking system also did not work.in spite of me requesting thousand times about bus and bus driver number they did not provide me the details.
                                It was only after the bus driver called me to ask where i was i came to know the exact stop i should have been standing, which was sony electronics, allwyn, madinaguda which was another half an hr drive by auto for me from the point red bus had given me.
                                The total incident has tortured me emotionally and financially and expect a good punishment to this fraud travel agency red bus.

                                I have booked tickets on 16/10/2016 and 21/10/2016 the tickets was not booked due to transaction fail but RedBus charged totally 1950 but yet they didn't refunded their is no proper customer service

                                  I booked ticket for mandsaur to ahemdabad, on 24 oct 2016 for 1 nov 2016 .
                                  I got successfull booking mail and when i reached to departure the local operator said your ticket is cancle because bus is damage. i didn't get any caal or message or mail regarding cancellation and didn't get rufund of ticket till now. i am very unsatisfide by the booking i mailed to [protected]@redbus.in

                                      My name is Ankit Trivedi, and I had reserved 2 seats from Delhi to Varanasi on October 28, 2016. You have charged us INR 3828.00 along with ICICI Lombard Travel Insurance Policy worth INR 30.00 per head. The seats 07 and 08 respectively, were allocated to us in the Bus No. 2225, that was registered with Royal Travels Delhi. The first inconvenience was caused because of delay departure of the bus that was scheduled from Akshardham Metro Station, departure time was scheduled at 23.00 Hours and the bus departed an hour late.

                                      Secondly, the price paid did not met the expectations or the amenities of the bus. Now moving on to staff's behavior, an accident took place near the vicinity of Shikohabad because of the driver's negligence after which he ran away from the place leaving all the passengers in the mid of the journey. After an hour, came the conductor who said that there is no hope of another bus from Redbus, he asked us to manage on our own and his exact words were " aap apna apna dekh lijiye ". We waited for an hour at the same place where the accident happened but, no help arrived from your end. After the incident we had suffered a lot in terms of journey and monetary loss. We had to arrange a bus from Shikohabad to Kanpur then, from Kanpur we traveled to Mughalsarai via train and the Ticket Collector charged us with the penalty as we didn't had the reservation, we are attaching the scanned copies of all the tickets and penalty bill and we want refund for the same. We were supposed to reach Varanasi by 12.00 hours on October 29, 2016 but we reached on October 30, 2016 by Midnight.

                                        I had booked a ticket from your website on november 11, 2016, from guwahati to namsai with reference id[protected]. My payment was done but no call was received from your customer care regarding the confirmation. I had tried to contact you through your provided phone number but again no response was received. Why are you putting charges for the tickets you cannot provide? I want a refund for the same as soon as possible or get my ticket confirmed.
