Refund amount 1026

I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 07 oct 2016 (reference number :[protected] from bengalore to vellore for dated 09 oct 2016 that tckt amount was 1026/- rs. and canceled it automatically on 07 oct 2016 (tracking number is[protected] and complaint no 041494.)

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within...

Amt deducted but not booked ticket

Dear sir / madam

i have booked ticket yesterday from udupi to bangalore journey date 26/10/16 and amt rs 550 debited from my account but not booking done

uptop payment gateway everthing was going right once i mentioned my password the payment gateway dissappeared and neither msg of booking appeared nor any confirmed mail received from sugam bus dept

please let me know what i shall do to get...

Regarding deducting twice for a single seat and not yet refunded...

I had booked a ticket from shivamoga to banglore on[protected] Evening at 23hrs:55mins in Seabird travels via REDBUS portal and payment was done using SBI debit card. Find the below mail sent by SRS travels abt the intimation of the cancelled bus . I even cross checked with redbus on 20th Oct about the cancellation, redbus official confirmed the cancellation and asked me to look for an alternative arrangement for the travel and as i took alternative travel and lodged the complaint for the refund (063441 yesterday . Kindly cross verify with concern operator as i have not used the service.

Delay in refund of ticket

I booked ticket for Pune from Bangalore on 6 Oct 2016 by National Travel from your portal but ticket not get confirmed and amount deducted from my account. Then I call the your customer care number as per discussion with them the deducted amount will come in your account within 7 bank working days but still not get the amount. Refuse to refund ticket amount when service is cancelled

Ticket not being booked in spite of deduction of money from card

This is not the first time i'm facing such problem. Many times money got deducted, but ticket has not been booked and there is no proper information provided about the issue whether the ticket will get booked within a while or else money will get refunded. Being a very popular app and this kind of ignorance is very bad on your part. I'm never gonna use this app again....

Refund amount is not initiated from redbus

This is regarding the rebus ticket number - tjau97562962, which was cancelled by traveller for journey date 30th sep 16.

I got a call from swamy ayyappa travels on 29th sep-16, conveyed, the bus was cancelled due to cauvery water issue. also confirmed that the refund will be initiated from red bus only and nothing can be done from traveller end.
