Bus fare raised during festival season

It has become a general practice for the private bus operators to raise their bus fares twice or thrice during festival times. They are using the peoples need in favour of them. Indirectly does it mean people who can afford alone can celebrate festival ? Cashback of rs 110 not received till today

It's busy 24*7 apparently. Further it's been over 10 days that i'm contacting them through email for refund of money. All i have got is failed assurances. Totally unexpected from such a reputed company.

My name is Batton Jose. 8th October 2016 I Travelled from Bangalore to Thrissur in golden pearl Travels scania 2+2 bus. Ticket booked through Redbus. Departure time 9.30 pm but bus 4.30 hours late, and 9th early morning 5.30am bus brake downed in Near by Avinasi highway. Driver and 2helpers try to repair bus. I waited 1.30 hours after that they dose not told how many time to taken for repair bus. They dosen't make another travelling arangment....

Regarding refund of money

This is to indicate red bus about there poor service and pathetic redressing system. My order ref no. 83829575,, on 4th september, it was mentioned that as per ref no. 99784803 amount of 300 will be refundable with in 3 days, but it didn't even after 1month. My ticket was from hyderabad to kankipadu.. It is indicated to verify the details and refund to respective bank account

Forcing cansalation without customer knoledge

We have booke the ticket from red bus in advance and we called by bus proider to cancle ticket forcefully. We ask redbus to provide othe alternative with same facility.

But still red bus say will refund money. Because of this our week travel shedul will get affected.
