Hi Sir, madam
I have tried to book a ticket from Bangalore - Chennai on 07-OCT-2016 using red bus mobile app. Ticket amount 900/- has been deducted from my account and the ticket was not confirmed . The customer care executive told they will confirm the ticket within 2 hrs but there was no communication from them . So i have booked another fresh ticket for the same which got confirmed .
I have submitted a query with all necessary information to the redbus team still there is no positive response from them. Please find image attached regarding the deductions .

    I boarded a bus from mumbai to udaipu during the long weekend . Paid 1075 for the trip.The bus was supposed to reach at 8.30 am at its destination but was 280 lm away till 11.00 am and broke down on the way in some secluded area. Being a single female passenger, I called on the female helpline provided by redbus.They picked up the call, listened to the probelem and put the call on hold.After 1 week of raising compalains and escalations, redbus provided me a refund of 300 .I had to pay 1000 to another bus from the place where i was left.I require complete refund.Moreover the female helpline should be better managed

      My name is Batton Jose. 8th October 2016 I Travelled from Bangalore to Thrissur in golden pearl Travels scania 2+2 bus. Ticket booked through Redbus. Departure time 9.30 pm but bus 4.30 hours late, and 9th early morning 5.30am bus brake downed in Near by Avinasi highway. Driver and 2helpers try to repair bus. I waited 1.30 hours after that they dose not told how many time to taken for repair bus. They dosen't make another travelling arangment. That time I got a Lift in car to Avinasi, I endered in car and reached Avinasi and catched 4buses reached Thrissur in 2pm. Bus fair paid from my pocket. I booked ticket in redbus in first time. That was a very bad experience. Last year I Travelled this rout 10 times. This is in first time

        I have booked 1 ticket from red bus site for 11 oct 2016 (nasik - pune) journey.

        My ticket number is tjb[protected].

        However this bus was cancelled by service provider (purple bus services). i received a call for this cancellation but there were no communication about refund.

        I am trying to reach red bus operator but no luck on this.

        Kindly do the needful on this

          After booking the ticket i got a call from muskan travels their vehicle has some issues & trip will be cancelled.

          When i inquired muskan representative told me no need to panic, he will inform red bus & money will be refunded.

          Till now i have not received any refund amount, so, i sent mails & made a call also to red bus.

          There is no response & they are saying it is not cancelled & asking me to contact directly muskan travels.

          Its their responsibility as i paid through them but they veering the responsibility to some others court.

          Frantically i called muskan as there is no support from red bus, muskan confirming that the trip is cancelled & they gave the concerned no to be called by red bus.

          The same i have detail y mailed to red bus & it looks frivolous.

          I need my refund amount cheated by red bus.

            Amount (1726) is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked for that transaction.
            I again booked fresh ticket & 1741 rupees get deducted from my account. This time i received my ticket.
            I want 1726 rupees refund details below

              I have booked 3 sleeper non ac tickets in kpn travels vide pnr no. J[protected] seat no. L16, l15, & l28 for rs.2345.00 through redbus. Journey date.10.10.2016 time.9.15 pm but that bus was cancelled and we have booked another travels.
              Hence i request you to cancel the above 3 tickets and reimburse the amount of rs.2345.00 already paid.

              Please give me a refund as I have done 3 transactions(2 with SBI and one with axis bank) for booking a single ticket and all failed eventually. This is the Ref. No. [protected]IGAAABPKV4 of one the transactions. Later I booked the ticket. The Transaction was done on 2 OCT 2016 around 2-4 pm.

                Hi,
                I have booked the bus ticket for journey Pune to Malkapur for 29 oct 2016, I received the confirmation mail for the same. For ticket please see the attachment.

                Booked On: 03 oct 2016
                Booking Amount: Rs. 711

                Now, I received a call and sms today about my ticket cancellation.
                They cancelled my ticket today after 7 days of booking, and now I am not getting another ticket for my journey.

                And I have not received the refund amount yet, they are saying it will be refunded after 7 working days. And I dont have money to book another ticket now. If I wait for 7 working days then the ticket amount other booking will be 1500 to 2000 rs, which I can not afford.

                So I need my ticket booked from redbus using the same amount I have paid. They should be adjust my seat in any bus for Pune to malkapur on 29 oct 2016.

                I have booked tickets of 7th October 2016. By mistake I booked the tickets of the morning where as I needed the tickets of 7:25during the night. Please do the needful and cancel my tickets.

                  On 9th oct, called to bus operator to confirm but they denied the bus availabilty and ask to cancel the ticket.

                  Since we have not been informed earlier and date of travel is same, there is 100% cancellation charge.
                  Since boarding person is female we have booked another ticket and did not wait for this ticket closure.

                  Please look into the matter.

                      Amount deducted, but ticket not booked.. Refund of ticket amount

                      My name is midhun chittilappilly. I have booked 3 tickets for a trip from thrissur to banglore and the name of the travels was sps travels kalyani on 7th october 2016. It showed some error after the payment and the amount was debited from my account and the amount was tranferred to ibibo as per my banks transaction statement and didnt get any information regarding the same after this.

From jaipur (Raj.) to udaipur (Raj). On 29 september 2016. But the trip was cancelled by operator and the money has not refunded yet... Seven days have passed but no response either from operator or redbus... Please tell me when i will get my money.

                            This is to indicate red bus about there poor service and pathetic redressing system. My order ref no. 83829575,, on 4th september, it was mentioned that as per ref no. 99784803 amount of 300 will be refundable with in 3 days, but it didn't even after 1month. My ticket was from hyderabad to kankipadu.. It is indicated to verify the details and refund to respective bank account
                            Please refund asap, or else severe actions could be enforced against your entity.

                                I booked a ticket with red bus on 5 july from rana travels.
                                Journey Details : 5 July 2016 10:20PM.
                                They issues me a ticket with mail and message.Same is issues by rana travels.
                                When I awaited for my journey, false information is provided to me from travel agent on bus late arrival.
                                Red bus executives too didnt provided me a proper assistance instead they are just making my time pass.I called them thrice and at last they said your ticket was not confirmed and bus is gone.
                                I was expecting an important work on the next day.
                                I am looking for refund to my bank account with compensation for my loss.
                                I wasted a lot of money calling the red bus executives.

                                  My journey from chennai to bangalore boarding is at koyambed 7.30 am. I was calling the given numbers for many times and the mobile number was switched off and the land line number no one was answering the call. Bus left without notifying me. And when i reached boarding point, the office attendant told that they called me before starting the bus, but they did not call and i did not get any call from them.

                                  I missed my bus due to improper communication.

                                  I lost one day of my business

                                    I had travelled from Mumbai to Hospet on 01.10.2016 by VRL. Ticket was booked by Android app and through Red Bus only redBus Ticket - TJAV78624538.At the time of booking, it was assured of 200/- cash back to my wallet as per offer within 24 hours post journey. But till date it is not credited in my wallet.
                                    I hope this amount should be credited immediately after this complaint.

                                      Using redbus, I booked a ticket on Sep16, 2016 from chennai to madurai, the ticket was not booked but my amount got debited .I have called customer care ppl and raised a complaint but till now the amount is not credited to my account.

                                      When I called them on sep 27 they told that the refund was failed (the one initiated on sep 17) and they have initated once again on sep 27 but still refund is not completed.They say 7 bank working days...but its more than 7 working days...its almost going to be a month..

                                      My reference no given by customer care was[protected].

                                        I have booked a ticket from delhi to kanpur for 7th oct 2016 but the ticket got booked for 5th oct 2016. Now i am not receiving any refunds from the redbus operator. The customer care assistant is saying that it is my fault somewhere.
                                        Also there are no seats available for the slot i want to travel. My travel is also compromised as well as the money that went into the 100% cancellation charge due to the fault of the service provider, redbus
