My amount has been detected from my bank account for bus booking paid through freecharge from red bus on 08/08/2016 at 12:30 AM i tried to book my bus from hyderabad to chittoor in JBT Travels.My red bus details are " [protected]@gmail.com" and paid from freecharge account i.e " [protected]@gmail.com ([protected]) "...try to solve my problem...

Cancellation policy

I have booked a ticket from Pune to Akola on Aug 03. Journey date Aug 05.

I wanted to cancel the ticket due to some emergency on Aug 04.

But now RedBus is not allowing to cancel this ticket. The reason they say is, as per their policy, the cancellation time has expired. Means, passenger can only cancel the ticket only before 48 hrs from journey.

What the hell is this policy. This is clearly a chitting...

Ticket cancellation and refund amount

Ticket amount = 477Rs. i wanted a book a ticket for thursday[protected] from pune to Malegaon and the server got refreshed and they booked a ticket for Wednesday[protected] Today). i immediately cancelled the ticket and the amount that they are charging me for cancellation is Rs. 450 !! why the hell should i pay this huge amount just because of their server issues ? if you people cannot seriously handle such websites then you should definitely...

Unethical behaviour

I am highly disappointed with the service provider of redbus.In named "shrinath travel agency". I booked my bus ticket from website "redbus.In" from gurgaon to beawer on dated 27th july 2016. Bus departure time was 9.30 p. M. From 'iffco chowk' i was there on 8.55 p. M. To board the bus as per the mentioned boarding point beacuse my daughter was hospitalised and immediately have to go.

Lost money for booking bus tickets in Paytm linked with Redbus

I have booked my ticket on 02/07/2016 and at that time that was unable to book. At that time i got a message that your refund will be done within 8-10 business days.
Today it's 17th july and still i have to enquire you and then you are responding like that it will take more 8 days.
What should i do now? I wish my refund will be with me within 24 hrs.
I have tried write to us for 10-15 times but i have not got even single...

Transaction fail

High charges and poor in customer service

I was booked tickets from vijayawada to bangalore in redbus i given my details and amount is debited my card but ticket not confirmed, when i called to customer care they responded very late too much waiting time to talk to them and it's chargeable i spoken about 20 mins they saying that you made 3payment options in one transaction that's way ticket not booked then i asked for why you didn't intimate me same when i going to book they replied...

Redbus – india’s number 1 money greedy bus ticketing and hotel room reservation platform

As i came to know that, paytm is giving discount for every journey with a
Minimum of 100 per ticket or more in every month. whereas in redbus it not the case. so help me in providing the discount for the booked tickets on 13/07/2016 to reduce greedyness for money by redbus.

Hi,

I had booked a ticket from Red Bus on 4th June 2016 for a journey from Goa to Mumbai on 5th June 2016. The ticket amount was 900. I booked only 1 ticket but the amount was deducted twice from my account (totally 1800).
I spoke to the Red Bus Customer Care team about this 4 to 5 times. Every time they say that the refund is in progress, but the amount has still not been refunded to me.

I booked a ticket on 22nd May 2016 for my travel. I booked the ticket in morning for next day and at around 7PM I got message that the ticket has been cancelled. I ran to bus station to book myself a new ticket. The reason for ticket cancellation was given as that the bus operator cancelled the bus.
