Sir, I have booked 2 tickets from Coimbatore to Chidambaram (City Travels) on 06.12.2016 22.00Hrs. for the Passengers named Mr.Selvabharathi and Allen George, seat no 13, 14. But on that day lately City Travels announced that trip was cancelled. The Ticket No.TJD[protected]. for Rs.710/-. Sir Please refund the ticket amount to my SBI A/C no.[protected].

    Very bad experience, booked online looking at neeta booked tkts for return from pune at 10;45 pm, bus no mh04 gp 552, as said bus from neeta we booked tkts but totally was having prb, as said ac but totaaly no ac was operated, as asked he said we will put when reach to main road, cleaner was saying no gas, so we travelled totally without ac that after shouting at he opened windows on top as no air for breathing. How neeta such a reputed name provide such 3rd class bus, really sorry for this and worse exp of travelling, pl take necessary action. Bad bad bad very bad

      I booked 2 tickets from mumbai to bhuj using redbus mobile app, to attend the rann utsav festival in bhuj. The tickets got cancelled and all we got from the travel partners was a single line text message stating the same. We called redbus, raised our concern and were put on hold for almost 20 minutes, thrice.in the end, we had no option but to book 2 flight tickets from mumbai to ahmedabad and then additional 2 bus tickets from ahmedabad to bhuj. There was also a major time difference between the flight and the new bus, because of which we had to roam for almost 8 hours around the streets of ahemdabad and that too in the dead of the night. Redbus has still taken no responsibility for the same and are, most certainly, oblivious of the fact that the bus got cancelled. I have received no refund for my cancelled tickets. I had to pay an additional charge of inr 6300 because of the whole hassle. I request redbus to refund my original amount and pay the additional charges as compensation. Failing to do so, i would be bound to raise an official complaint with the indian consumer court under the consumer protection act - 1986 and move the courts. Thank you for such a miserable experience.

      As a online bus ticketing platform, redBus does not take the responsibility for bus cancellations (Please refer to the terms and conditions mentioned on our website - https://www.redbus.in/info/termscondition. Please refer to point 1). However, we do take the responsibility to coordinate with the bus operators to facilitate the resolution of any customer complaints.         I had cancelled the ticket on 5th nov, raised many concerns on the redbus website but i keep getting response that -
        We have initiated the refund on 7th Nov 2016. Your bank will process this refund and it may take up to 7 Bank working days

        & it is 29th Nov now, and i dont think i will have my refund ever looking at the redbus response.

          For Ticket no: TJCK75333377 PNR no: 51226155, while booking the ticket through redbus.in, after deduction of money from my credit card, I received a failure message from Red Bus. Thus I have booked another ticket at that moment considering the message as genuine. Now for the mistake of redbus, I had to booked another ticket.
          Thus I need the refund of Rs421 for this Ticket which was showing error message on redbus website while the payment is deducted from my account.
          I have contacted the customer service of redbus and also wrote several emails to the company but they are not agreed to the fact that there was a error.

          Any update on my refund amount to be received. The date of booking was 22nd Nov 2016 and now it is 2nd Dec 2016.
          Why should the settlement took so long time if you have been provided with all details and proofs of your own mistakes.
          Please let me know if you are really serious about closing this issue.

            This is ashish traveling to Dehradun from new delhi. I have booked a bus ticket through red bus whoses operator is Blue World Tourist company which is useless in management and also waste alot of time during traveling. They charged alot also bus which they provide has broken seat . I m writing here bus no : DL 1PD 3418
            I m requesting here to eliminate this Blue world tourist company from this tourist pool.

              I have booked the 4 tickets of Atmaram Travels( Global ) from Madgaon to Mumbai for 20th November. When I reached at Mumbai I found that Bus Supporting staff has done some goof-up and lost two of my hadbags. Those bags were containing stuff of almost 10000 Rs. Bus Supporting staff didnt support me. I have launched complaint on Redbus but didn't bothered to contact me or reverted me regarding this. I have contacted this Atmaram Travels( Global ) also but they also wasn't reverted on my query.

              I applied coupon code and I need to get 300 rs from redbus. But last 2 months redbus support team simpley always saying we intiated our payment you'll get within 48 hours. But today they said they couldn't give me my refund. Redbus is havng one of the worst support team. I never expect this from redbus. Useless support.

                    We booked tickets under refernce trip id[protected] which got not booked due to fault in the red bus online system. we asked them to book manually.They refused .They asked us to book again on the ground that they will return the money in a week .
                    we booked again transaction id 6413473
                    this also did not work due to red bus system problem
                    we telephoned immediately
                    In total we have lost inr 3520 Plus 3520 from our Bank account.
                    we request your intervention and make them to pay a penality of what we lost and please tell them to refund INR INR 14080.

                        I am antony joy. I booked a bus ticket from barmer to ahmadabad on 24/11/2016 10:15 pm by using sbi debit card through redbus mobile application. Rs:508 (On payust[protected] will deducted from my account. Transaction number is #[protected]. But i don't get any booking confirmation, or ticket. I think it was failed. Please check my transaction details and do it needful. If booking error please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                          Hi team,
                          I had to travel from pune to goa in krishna varun travels on 24th nov 2016 @6:45 pm. I reached at the pick up point following gps from red bus @6:00 pm and since then have made more than 10 calls to kv travels to track the bus. Scheduled time of bus arrival at the pick up location was 6:45 pm. After continuous calls i got to know that bus is delayed, i waited at the pick up location for some time.
                          ; at 7:30 pm i saw that bus was at the opposite end of road. I crossed the road somehow and asked the bus to stop for more 5 mins as my friend was also coming. But driver said that we are too much delayed and do whatever you want to do and moved the bus. I went to red bus office and krishna varun travels office at dhobi ghat, pune. They asked me to drop a mail.
                          I got injured while crossing the road in a hurry and was much harassed.
                          Please let me know if anything could be done in this consent.

                          We are here to complain about ur services regarding the above deatils, ur servicing bus was in good condition still the driver or the management neglected the journey and shifted the customers of the bus at the midnight 12:00pm to another sitting bus at anakapalli, I am a cardio patient, you have been treated the bad towards the customers, the amount has been taken for the sleeper and the customers has been sent on the sitting bus, it is to be regretted and from now onwards I will never prefer ur travel services forever

                            On[protected] i had booked online ticket from ganpatipule to mumbai for amt 675.50 and details of transaction which i can see from banking system is [protected]igaaekcld9 transfer to 459 (to (transfer inb pilani soft lab pvt. Ltd ).
                            I had not received ticket hence inquired with red bus but they said they have received the money hence once again i made payment and booked the ticket
                            however i have not recd refund and sbi confirmed that money had been successfully transfer.

Syed and he told he cannot do anything about it. I lost rs. 995 of my hard earned money. I request the concerned party to refund my amount as much as possible. The website does not reconfirm date and time before proceeding for payment. Please kindly request to do the needful.

                                    Hi, I have booked a ticket from chennai to karur in vivegam travels using REDBUS.

                                    Ticket booked date: 20/10/2016

                                    The ticket was not booked due to some network problem..But the amount for that ticket has been taken from my account. I got a message from redbus saying that, "your amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days". But still i didn't get that amount.

                                    Ticket amount: Rs.562

                                    I booked a ticket through red bus on 20.10.2016 for 31.10.2016.The amount of Rs.562 alone got debited.But ticket was not booked.Moreover, I was calling to red bus customer care so many number of times but there was no response. Having such a big business why dont you have alternate contact numbers? Credit me asap.

                                        HI i have booked ticket from shirdi- hyderabad on 11-NOv-2016 . redBus Ticket - TJC[protected]. The ticket value is 2128.The transaction went through and amount also got debited from my account. But the ticket is not confirmed. So i called customer care . they have told that transaction is successfull but the ticket is not booked and asked me to go ahead and do a fresh booking .Also they have told that they will provide the full refund for the earlier transaction. So i went ahead and booked the ticket one more time .The redBus Ticket - TJC[protected].This time the ticket is booked for RS:2128.They have raised a complaint and gave me the reference number for the refund of 2128.The complaint reference number is 132447.But i have called almost 5 to 6 times, they are providing the refund.Each time I call, they are saying they will revert within 24 hours but they are not doing.This is really pissing off . Why are you fooling around the customer saying that you will revert within 24 hours and don't care to call the customer????
