Its been 2 month over still not got any refund of my deducted amount.this is my latest complaint number 371981.already i have made two complaints for this issue, but no response from redbus. worst service by redbus. customer care peoples are saying we will resolve within 24 hours but its been 2 month...what this idiots are doing ?..here is the previous complaint number 1419159.now i am requesting everyone don't do booking .if this kind of issue will happen they will not bother.

Thanks For giving clear reply.all this misunderstanding happen due to mail and sms sent by redbus people.you people sent message that you have initiated refund.so that is the reason all this happen but now i got my money from bank.thanks for your kind reply. again it's proved that redbus is best company for online bus booking .

Redbus is completely fraud...it's their responsibility to make sure that if they have refunded money. it should reach to customer..they are not bothering at all.i haven't received my payment till today(2 month over..)..what the #### company is ?everytime customer care and higher authority peoples are saying within 24 hour we will resolve issue.i think these peoples are mentally sick.. i sent mail to ceo as well but no response...don't book ticket from redbus...

    I've booked a ticket logged in by an old email address of "[protected]@gmail.com" and reserved a seat on a bus for traveling from jeypore to gunupur, the following are the details,

    Seat no: 9

    Ticket number: tjcv59286458
    Contact no: [protected]

    On the date of journey, the "bus did not arrive to the station" and while enquired at the counter, i've been told that the bus has been cancelled.

    While i contact the redbus service number, i've been told that this matter is forwarded and i shall be contacted or matter be solved within 2days of time,

    I waited for few days and again called to enquire, i've been responded just as same as the last time, since then i've been waiting for their contactor refund of my payment.

    I've submitted a copy of my online ticket, by attachment.

    I humbly request you to solve this matter as soon as possible.

      How can bus members leave passenger at hotel during dinner and without checking whether passenger occupied allotted seat or not after having dinner just ridiculous.

      Konduskar(SR Travels) travelling from Bagalkot to Bangalore today(21/12/16) 8:30pm departure they stopped bus near ilakal city some hotel at around 9:55pm saying 20 min for dinner and hotel supplier took some time to supply food we got late and bus started moving at 10:15pm exactly after 20 min without bothering whether all passager came back or not they just started on their way leaving me at hotel. Realy am telling one of worst exp ever I had. Some how I managed to catch bus after seeking help from seabird Travels.

      It took 30 min to finish high drama.
      I hope red bus will remove them from list this has happened with one of friend also.

          I've booked a ticket from visakhapatnam to chennai on 6th Dec, 2016 to travel on 7th dec. I got a call from bus operator that they have cancelled the bus due to unrest in chennai and they dint make any alternate. I've tried calling on your numbers but i couldnt reach you at all.             I sincerely appeal my sense of thanks to consumer complaint forum, a close follow up has been made to my complaint and the issue was resolved, My money refunded back to my account. This works really very well for country like India.

              I have booked a ticket in swamy ayyappa travels from Salem to chennai on December 05 through redbus. But due to Tamil nadu chief minister death bus operator has send a msg that trip has been cancelled. Till now I didn't received my money back to my account. Really when someone cheating us it's making mentally disturbed.

              Please do the needful and I want my money back.

              Am keep on sending mail to redbus customer care but no response. If I call their customers care number but not connecting.

              I cldnt cancel the ticket at last moment...my ticket totally costs 1500..u wil not refund the amount also..since morning we have been trying and der is no use...ur customer toll free num s of no use...they dnt even attend d calls...i want my entire amount of ticket refunded ...
              I have booked a ticket on 23.05.2016 to travel from Thoothukudi to Bangalore on 27.05.2016. The same has been cancelled on 25.05.2016 vide ticket no. TJ6P37375455. The message came as" the refund amount will be available in redbus Wallet". Kindly confirm the same at the earliest.

                I have booked a ticket on 05.12.2016 from madurai to chennai through sanjay travels by red bus service but due to tamil nadu ex, cm was dead on 05.12.2016 the journey was cancelled by the travels, also bus service are stopped all over tamil nadu, but am not received the amount back. So i request you to check and refund back my amount immediately.

                  Dear redbus team,
                  I am akash vispute. I have registered my redbus account by using this email id:- [protected]@gmail.com my mobile no:- [protected].
                  I booked a bus ticket from pune to chopda on 09/11/2016, 05:43 pm by using sbi debit card through freecharge in redbus mobile application. ₹ 459 was deducted from my account. But they said payment for redbus is failed. So again i tried second time by using different sbi account and same thing happened again and ₹ 459 was deducted second time. Transaction was successful from my bank account, but i did't get any booking confirmation was failed. I have paid ₹918, but couldn't get tickets.
                  The ticket was not booked due to some network problem. But the amount for that ticket has been taken from my two different sbi account. I got a message from redbus saying that, "your amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days". But still i didn't get that amount. I also called to their customer care. But yet didn't receive any refund. I paid twice that is ₹459+₹459 = ₹918, and didn't get refund till date...
                  Please check my transaction details, i also attached the screenshot of details, do it needful and refund to my respective bank amount as soon as possible.

                    दि 12/12/2016 रोजी पारोळा ते पनवेल प्रवास करण्यासाठी रेडबस चे ऑनलाईन बुकिंग केले, श्री दुर्गा ट्रॅव्हक्स चे l10 व l 15 हे सीट बुक होते. रेड बस च्या टेक्स्ट मेसेज नुसार दिलेला बस नंबर आणि प्रत्यक्ष आलेली बस यात ताळमेळ नव्हता शिवाय ही बस तासभर लेट आली आणि जेथून पिकअप होते तेथून न घेता अर्धा किलोमीटर पुढे बोलावून बस मध्ये घेतले. जे l10 नं चे सीट बुक होते त्यावर दुसराच प्रवासी झोपलेला होता, म्हणून बस कंडक्टर ने वेगळे सीट दिले त्यावर प्रवास केला. पनवेल या पोहचण्याच्या ठिकाणी बस 2 तास उशिरा पोहचली त्यामुळे ड्युटीवर जाता आले नाही. L 15 हे दुसरे सीट आईसाठी बुक केले होते त्या सीट च्या शेजारील पॅसेज मध्ये तात्पुरते सीट तयार करून एका प्रवाशाला झोपायला दिले होते, त्याचा त्रास आईला होऊ नये म्हणून मी त्याठिकाणी गेलो व मला दिलेल्या सीट वर आईला बसवले. रेडबस चे एका सीट साठी 711 प्रमाणे 2 सीट ऑनलाईन बुक केले याचा पश्चाताप वाटला. एकंदरीत सेवा पुरवठादार श्री दुर्गा ट्रॅव्हल्स आणि ट्रॅव्हल एजंट रेडबस यांच्या संगनमताने प्रवाशांची लूट होत असावी असा संशय बळावला.

                          I have booked two seats through redbus service from Agra to Jaipur. The bus belongs to Amar Travels. My seat no was 9, 10 but when I reached for boarding along with my wife their chep said me to take seat No 19, 20 and they behave roughly. I told them about complaint, they said you may proceed. They advised to me for don't booking through online via redbus. Here which seat we will provide you will take either you may cancel your booking. At that time my mobile network was not in proper form and my journey was so important. At last I performed my journey at seat no 19, 20. During the boarding I saw that they were giving booked seat to others as per their choice at heavy cost. And other pessangers who have already booked their seats was suffering. So please take a suitable action against him. So that they will not repeat such types in future.

                          Redbus customer care service mobile number is also not updated at the website. When I want to take the help of customer service of redbus which was sent to me on my mobile along with seat information which was also wrong. After proceed the journey I want to bring this matter into notice of redbus customer service their number was also not updated at the website. Then what will happen with the passengers. Both are playing game with the traveler.

                            Hi Redbus, i have expereinced a very bad service from Redbus today when i wanted to cancel my bus tickets i booked through sai dasari travels i wanted to cancel before 12 hr but they denied refund as that particular bus does not have cancellation policy this is cheating. All redbus customer care agents hanged the phone on me and where i would not refer redbus to anyone and would put this on facebook and all social webiste you Guys are cheaters and took my money off, I HATE REDBUS

                              I booked a ticket in redbus, for dec-8, sitara travels, trip id - tjd[protected], i received a message from sitara travels, that is the bus is cancelled and amount will refund, but till now i didn't get the refund, and in redbus they are showing as trip completed, and when calling to redbus customer care, there network is so busy and not able to connect. The services provided by redbus is getting down day by day, and we are losing trust on redbus.

                                I travelled with my wife by Kallada travels from Pondichery to Ernakulam on 11/12/2016. The ervice was lousy. Though the company sent us message that they are giving us a bolltle of mineral water and snacks it did never happen.
                                The staff were non communicative. They never announced stoppage for refreshing at intervals and those who were awake could manage . The fare was high when compared to other operators.The other operator YBM provided excellent service. Unless he improve his service, people will reject this so called popular operator. It seems he is interested on cargo movements and the passengers are secondary to him.

                                  Refund the money, your servcies are very poor, where is the bus operator he had not called to us, i had booked 2 seats from Anand Rao Circle Bangalore yesterday with Pnr No.TJD[protected], dtd 11.12.16, we had not travelled in bus we tried the given number of SRE TRavels to atleast cancel the ticket but he is not ready to cancel and no bus operator is in position to pickup any calls, kindly refund the money.

                                    I had booking from meerut to jaipur by pooja travells on 18th nov 2016 & recieved massage from pooja travells that the bus got as rto got cought the bus. I have called the pooja travells and lodged the complaint at redbus but not got refund. Ticket no. TJCE77329959, PNR NO. 51075546

                                      No cordination between redbus and the operator.. Problem pending from last 20 days. Because of their confusion i had to deboard the bus and as it was midnight so i had to again pay full amount of ticket n board the bus again.. Complain raised on same day bt its been 15 days no action taken.. Very poor service. Will never recommend to anyone.. Hating redbus.. Called customercare 1000 times.. Already talked to supervisor bt nuthing happened.. Poor service

                                        Hello Redbus,

                                        I am the regular customer of the redbus.

                                        This is was the first time i applied for the cancellation and my ticket was not cancel and i didn't get refund of my ticket.

                                        I already sent an email regarding the same to red bus team, but didn't get any response yet from your team.

                                        Please refund back my amount, otherwise i will think twice to travel with redbus.

                                        Even i went twice office to cancel my ticket but they said we cannot cancel it, you have to cancel it from red bus.

                                        And when i tried to cancel the redbus, my ticket pnr was not working to cancel procedure, so i wrote an email on that day for the cancellation, still your company does not response.
