This is regarding the rebus ticket number - tjau97562962, which was cancelled by traveller for journey date 30th sep 16.

I got a call from swamy ayyappa travels on 29th sep-16, conveyed, the bus was cancelled due to cauvery water issue. also confirmed that the refund will be initiated from red bus only and nothing can be done from traveller end.

On the same day (29th sep16), i had called red bus support team and conveyed the message. red bus support agent conveyed that cancellation process was initiated end of that call.

I didn’t get the refund amount of 1900 (2 tickets) from red bus till now.

In the mean time, i have contacted red bus support team couple of time back, and agent were saying to me, they did not receive any official bus cancellation message from traveler (swamy ayyappa) and thats why the refund is pending from long time.

Really i don’t know what is happening between redbus & travells to complete the refund process.???

I am much disappointed service from red bus, since till now there is no corrective action taken and am writing this email with painful heart.

Please treat this action as a top priority and would expect the resolution asap.

Note: here with i have attached the soft copy of the journey ticket.

    My ticket from Chennai-Bangalore on 12th Sep 16 ( #Ticket no: TJA[protected];PNR no: HT[protected] was cancelled by the operator Hebron transport. .
    I was expecting a default refund. But not happened. While contacted, redbus responded as they have to check the operator bla, bla.etc.. Finally they accepted the cancellation, and claimed that they initiated the refund on 24th Sep (#[protected]. But no refund happened yet. Filed 2 complaints ( #045224 &054451). They have a readymade answer that refund was initiated, but no refund in the bank. Pending for more than a month. please do the needful. Made 5-6 calls, written two times. But no action except their fake promises. They are taking ride on passengers, by keeping the money.

          I Have booked a ticket no; TJAP39294677 DATED[protected] was asked to come to Wilson garden KPN Bus Departure at 21:00 and KPN Bus left at 11.30pm and reached Attibele check Post 12.20 Pm The Police did not permit to enter Tamil Nadu and the Bus was sent back to Wilson Garden,

            Had booked bus to ernakulam from bangalore on 12th Oct, ticket no TJB[protected]. Unfortunatly bus got cancelled due to break down, and said amount will be refunded.
            But still no refund.
            Kindly refund the same.
            It is Bangalore - ernakulam bus, had to departure on 7.45 AM from bangalore on 12th october 2016.
            Got message stating bus has been cancelled due to break down and amount will be refunded.

                I had booked 2 tickets for a bus journey by vishal tourist from banglore to udupi on the 12th of september. Due to bandh and riots in banglore the bus was cancelled and I am yet to receive an amount of 1400 rupees for the 2 tickets. All of this even after sending an email to the customercare email address of red bus. Extremely shameful behavior and not a care for the grievance of its customers. Highly disappointed. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                  I have cancelled my ticket in redbus.in from namakkal to bangalore for 30th october, 2016 and the amount has got credited to my wallet balance. I would like the redbus to refund the amount of rs1105 from wallet balance to bank balance immediately. The customer service is horrible. I couldnt reach to anybody from the redbus. The tol free number given by them isnt reachabe. The other office numbers of the red bus doesnt get answered by the eole working there. This is not happening for the first time. The way they treat the customers is rediculous and cannot be tolerated.

                      On 11/10/2016 I booked through redbus 2 tickets(orange travels seat no. L14, L15 from Hyd 2 Nagpur & dt of journey is 15/10/2016. Rs. 2150/- was debited from my hdfc acct. But I did not receive any message for my booking. We thought booking was not done & the same amount will be refunded to my account. So on I booked through agent & got message immediately that 2 orange travels tickets U5, U6 were booked for 15/10/2016 Hyderabad 2 Nagpur busno mh40y7278.. Surprisingly 2 hrs before journey I.e. 15/10/2016 at
                      19.57 pm i got message from orange travels for 2 bookings tickets now. U5, U6 L14, L15. I Was shocked how could it happened. We spoke to driver he said he was helpless. Ok. Look into the matter & Refund my amount Rs.2150/-busno.mh40y7278. My mobile no is [protected].

After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so I got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet.                             I got message from Garydalaya travels saying that due to some issue with bus my ticket has been cancelled and full refund will be issued
                            When I contact them they ask me to contact red bus and when I called your customer support call was waiting n got disconnect automatically

                              I have booked ticket in golden pearl travels from redbus for 0ctober 6th 2016.But on october 4th i got a message from golden pearls saying the bus got cancelled due to vehicle breakdown.As per redbus and golden pearl instruction i made another transaction in redbus.Again on october 5th i got another message saying only the seat got shifted .Till now i haven't got any refund money.

                                Iam the regular user of red bus app.I have tried to cancel my ticket on 12/10/16 but "cancel ticket" icon not enabled in red bus app. Worst customer service .There is an option call support but nobody answers the call, only music is played for long time. I have booked ticket for 750 Rs. But Iam not able to cancel the ticket through your app. Now i I want refund. If not i have planned to file case on consumer court.

                                  I made a reservation in r s yadav bus through red bus, today at 11:25, when i confirmed the payment i checked that i mistakingly made reservation for 14th, i had do it for 15th .so i called customer care and they said as per their policy, tickets cant be cancelled after 9:15, even though it has been booked at 11:15.
                                  Such a stupid rule
                                  Then i went to their site to check the cancellation policy, tgere were no, available .

                                  Please help me in the matter.
                                  The ticket coat was 1628 .
                                  Please help me in this matter, the amount is huge as a child

                                    It has become a general practice for the private bus operators to raise their bus fares twice or thrice during festival times. They are using the peoples need in favour of them. Indirectly does it mean people who can afford alone can celebrate festival ? The bus fare is not the same as other normal days, infact during the festival times people travel more and that's when buses are actually needed. This should also be considered as looting and serious actions should be taken on those service providers
