Improper communication

My journey from chennai to bangalore boarding is at koyambed 7.30 am. I was calling the given numbers for many times and the mobile number was switched off and the land line number no one was answering the call. Bus left without notifying me. And when i reached boarding point, the office attendant told that they called me before starting the bus, but they did not call and i did not get any call from them.

I had travelled from Mumbai to Hospet on 01.10.2016 by VRL. Ticket was booked by Android app and through Red Bus only redBus Ticket - TJAV78624538.At the time of booking, it was assured of 200/- cash back to my wallet as per offer within 24 hours post journey. But till date it is not credited in my wallet.
I hope this amount should be credited immediately after this complaint.

Payment Done But Ticket Not Generated

Hi, I tried to book 2 tickets from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad on 24 September 2016. The payment has done but ticket not generated. So I immediately called to customer care number available in the redbus app, they said the payment of Rs 1332 will be credited back within 10 days.

Regarding this I even got a message from REDBUS stating "Your refund request of Rs 1332.00...

It has been more than twenty days of problem i was faced by redbus. While i was trying to book the ticket, money was taken and the ticket not booked on sep 13, from chennai to kovilpatti. I contacted customer service on next day, they said like refunding was initiated and u l get it on after seven banking working days.
