This is regarding the rebus ticket number - tjau97562962, which was cancelled by traveller for journey date 30th sep 16.
I got a call from swamy ayyappa travels on 29th sep-16, conveyed, the bus was cancelled due to cauvery water issue. also confirmed that the refund will be initiated from red bus only and nothing can be done from traveller end.
On the same day (29th sep16), i had called red bus support team and conveyed the message. red bus support agent conveyed that cancellation process was initiated end of that call.
I didn’t get the refund amount of 1900 (2 tickets) from red bus till now.
In the mean time, i have contacted red bus support team couple of time back, and agent were saying to me, they did not receive any official bus cancellation message from traveler (swamy ayyappa) and thats why the refund is pending from long time.
Really i don’t know what is happening between redbus & travells to complete the refund process.???
I am much disappointed service from red bus, since till now there is no corrective action taken and am writing this email with painful heart.
Please treat this action as a top priority and would expect the resolution asap.
Note: here with i have attached the soft copy of the journey ticket.
