I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 07 oct 2016 (reference number :[protected] from bengalore to vellore for dated 09 oct 2016 that tckt amount was 1026/- rs. and canceled it automatically on 07 oct 2016 (tracking number is[protected] and complaint no 041494.)

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days.
Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. please give me response as soon as possible.

I have booked the ticket from udaipur to ahmedabad on 3rd nov 2016 i cant get any deatil about confirmation of ticket and getting error but my money was deducted feom my account.its not a thing that without conformation of tickets you cant deducted money ... so plz refund it...

    i have booked ticket yesterday from udupi to bangalore journey date 26/10/16 and amt rs 550 debited from my account but not booking done

    uptop payment gateway everthing was going right once i mentioned my password the payment gateway dissappeared and neither msg of booking appeared nor any confirmed mail received from sugam bus dept

    please let me know what i shall do to get back my money

    My travels booking of Rayal Chintamani Ahmednagar to Nagpur 16 Oct 16 at 10.30pm was cancelled by operator (Royal Chintamani) on 16 oct 16, n not refund to me from you. I call your customer service so many time but not answering properly.

      I got a call from the bus services saying that the bus has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to my account . But no amount has yet been credited to my account .

      Kindly look into this matter and arrange for the refund my ticket amount paid for the services cancelled by the operator and not of my fault.

        I had booked a ticket from shivamoga to banglore on[protected] Evening at 23hrs:55mins in Seabird travels via REDBUS portal and payment was done using SBI debit card. I have noticed deduction of twice the amount of the ticket price ie rs=800 was charged instead of rs400 for the same seat booking, On[protected] and i asked for a refund via mail and called the customer care, but there is no response from REDBUS, I have attached my e-ticket which i got from REDBUS.

          Find the below mail sent by SRS travels abt the intimation of the cancelled bus . I even cross checked with redbus on 20th Oct about the cancellation, redbus official confirmed the cancellation and asked me to look for an alternative arrangement for the travel and as i took alternative travel and lodged the complaint for the refund (063441 yesterday . Kindly cross verify with concern operator as i have not used the service.

                  I booked ticket for Pune from Bangalore on 6 Oct 2016 by National Travel from your portal but ticket not get confirmed and amount deducted from my account. Then I call the your customer care number as per discussion with them the deducted amount will come in your account within 7 bank working days but still not get the amount.                     I have booked ticket in redbus portal on 4th may 2015, But the ticket got cancelled immediately(got the information through message and phone call). I am still having SMS undeleted in my phone.
                    so I informed redbus call center and they promised me that amount will be refunded in few days,

                    I waited patiently and even after repeated calls and followups no refund is issued.

                    It is very disturbing that my hard earned money which is supposed to be refunded is getting denied for no reason.

                    Even after customer service representative committing that it will be acted and I will be getting feedback or response with 48 hours,
                    still no one responded to me on this.

                    Multiple followups but no help.

                      Hi,
                      This is regarding a bus ticket cancellation for which the money has not been refunded yet even after a month. Multiple calls were made from my side to the both online bus ticketing partner redbus and the travels company orange travels. Both have failed to provide proper solution.

                      On 19th of september i have booked 4 tickets in orange travels via online ticketing portal redbus.in. Booked for thiruvananthapuram to bangalore and the date of travel was 24th of september. On the date of travel (24th sep) i got a message from orange travels stating that the bus has been cancelled due to some reason. I got a call as well stating the same. When i asked about the refund, they said redbus will take care of it and i within a week money would be refunded. I have been calling both redbus and orange travels from the day (From the day that they said the money would be refunded) and there were no proper answers. They are just blaming one to another (Redbus blaming orange travels and vice versa).

                      After so many calls were made i have decided to make a final call on last thursday (Oct 13). I got really angry to the customer care representative when they said another lame excuse and i said i want to escalate this issue to the higher level. After around 20 mins of hold, finally they said the refund has been approved and it would take another one week for the refund. I waited one more week. I again called them yesterday (20 oct 2016) since there were no updates. They said the refund has been initiated and i will get a mail regarding the same. I am still waiting for there update. After so many efforts i am getting hopeless from their lame responses. Please take this complaint to them do the needfull.

                      I have posted the complaint in Redbus facebook page. I have listed all the efforts that I have made to get the refund along with ticket details. I have even put comments on their promotion posts. After posting the issue they have commented that they will look into the issue. After 30 mins I got a message from Redbus that the refund has been processed. I have even received message from bank as well that Redbus has reversed the payment. It might take another 7 days process the refund completely

                          I tried to booked ticket on 6th or 7th of october for shirpur to mumbai, all of travel servicing websites are been handled by pilani soft labs pvt. ltd to which my payment was done, the ref no of transaction is: [protected]igaaarcnq9
                          The amount of 812 inr was deducted in my account, but the ticket was not issued! thus i also wanted my refund back, i cantacted the service center for describing the issue, they said that they didn't recieved the payment! my money has been deducted & it has not been transfered back to my account.

                            My name is krishnakanth. Recently i booked a ticket from nellore (A. P) to bangalore for traveling date1-nov 2016 in redbus by hp travels for the payment of rs.699 (Original price). Ticket is conformed on oct 18th, but two days after i got a call from hp travels and telling that your ticket is cancelled so call redbus customer care and asks for refund. But now the same bus they r charging rs.1300 in the same redbus site. They did't say any proper reason why they cancelled that bus

                              This is not the first time i'm facing such problem. Many times money got deducted, but ticket has not been booked and there is no proper information provided about the issue whether the ticket will get booked within a while or else money will get refunded. Being a very popular app and this kind of ignorance is very bad on your part. I'm never gonna use this app again.

                              i dont have any option now.

                                    This is regarding the rebus ticket number - tjau97562962, which was cancelled by traveller for journey date 30th sep 16.

                                    I got a call from swamy ayyappa travels on 29th sep-16, conveyed, the bus was cancelled due to cauvery water issue. also confirmed that the refund will be initiated from red bus only and nothing can be done from traveller end.

                                    On the same day (29th sep16), i had called red bus support team and conveyed the message. red bus support agent conveyed that cancellation process was initiated end of that call.

                                    I didn’t get the refund amount of 1900 (2 tickets) from red bus till now.

                                    In the mean time, i have contacted red bus support team couple of time back, and agent were saying to me, they did not receive any official bus cancellation message from traveler (swamy ayyappa) and thats why the refund is pending from long time.

                                    Really i don’t know what is happening between redbus & travells to complete the refund process.???

                                    I am much disappointed service from red bus, since till now there is no corrective action taken and am writing this email with painful heart.

                                    Please treat this action as a top priority and would expect the resolution asap.

                                    Note: here with i have attached the soft copy of the journey ticket.

                                      My ticket from Chennai-Bangalore on 12th Sep 16 ( #Ticket no: TJA[protected];PNR no: HT[protected] was cancelled by the operator Hebron transport. .
                                      I was expecting a default refund. But not happened. While contacted, redbus responded as they have to check the operator bla, bla.etc.. Finally they accepted the cancellation, and claimed that they initiated the refund on 24th Sep (#[protected]. But no refund happened yet. Filed 2 complaints ( #045224 &054451). They have a readymade answer that refund was initiated, but no refund in the bank. Pending for more than a month. please do the needful. Made 5-6 calls, written two times. But no action except their fake promises. They are taking ride on passengers, by keeping the money.
