I am sharada devi.
On 11/10/2016 I booked through redbus 2 tickets(orange travels seat no. L14, L15 from Hyd 2 Nagpur & dt of journey is 15/10/2016. Rs. 2150/- was debited from my hdfc acct. But I did not receive any message for my booking. We thought booking was not done & the same amount will be refunded to my account. So on I booked through agent & got message immediately that 2 orange travels tickets U5, U6 were booked for 15/10/2016 Hyderabad 2 Nagpur busno mh40y7278.. Surprisingly 2 hrs before journey I.e. 15/10/2016 at
19.57 pm i got message from orange travels for 2 bookings tickets now. U5, U6 L14, L15. I Was shocked how could it happened. We spoke to driver he said he was helpless. Ok. Look into the matter & Refund my amount Rs.2150/-busno.mh40y7278. My mobile no is [protected].

    I am using red bus app for bus ticjet booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so I got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transfer my wallet cash to my bank account. Therefore I request to redbud team to Please return my wallet amount to my bank account.

          I got message from Garydalaya travels saying that due to some issue with bus my ticket has been cancelled and full refund will be issued
          When I contact them they ask me to contact red bus and when I called your customer support call was waiting n got disconnect automatically

            I have booked ticket in golden pearl travels from redbus for 0ctober 6th 2016.But on october 4th i got a message from golden pearls saying the bus got cancelled due to vehicle breakdown.As per redbus and golden pearl instruction i made another transaction in redbus.Again on october 5th i got another message saying only the seat got shifted .Till now i haven't got any refund money.

              Iam the regular user of red bus app.I have tried to cancel my ticket on 12/10/16 but "cancel ticket" icon not enabled in red bus app. Worst customer service .There is an option call support but nobody answers the call, only music is played for long time. I have booked ticket for 750 Rs. But Iam not able to cancel the ticket through your app. Now i I want refund. If not i have planned to file case on consumer court.

                Sir,
                I made a reservation in r s yadav bus through red bus, today at 11:25, when i confirmed the payment i checked that i mistakingly made reservation for 14th, i had do it for 15th .so i called customer care and they said as per their policy, tickets cant be cancelled after 9:15, even though it has been booked at 11:15.
                Such a stupid rule
                Then i went to their site to check the cancellation policy, tgere were no, available .

                Please help me in the matter.
                The ticket coat was 1628 .
                Please help me in this matter, the amount is huge as a child

                  It has become a general practice for the private bus operators to raise their bus fares twice or thrice during festival times. They are using the peoples need in favour of them. Indirectly does it mean people who can afford alone can celebrate festival ? The bus fare is not the same as other normal days, infact during the festival times people travel more and that's when buses are actually needed. This should also be considered as looting and serious actions should be taken on those service providers

                        I had booked a ticket through the website almost two weeks backs. Though the payment was debited from bank, i never received the ticket. Every attempt to reach the customer care was futile.. It's busy 24*7 apparently. Further it's been over 10 days that i'm contacting them through email for refund of money. All i have got is failed assurances. Totally unexpected from such a reputed company.

                        Redbus, request you to kindly credit the ticket money asap. Also please improve your customer service. Disgraceful.

                          I have booked Bangalore to Madurai on 23 Sep 2016 on SRS travels vide Ticket no: TJAN87864277 &
                          PNR no: TS-RB34014259YLO/14735862/

                          However, the bus was cancelled on that day. Till now, I have not yet received the refund of that particular ticket. Hence, the refund is to be done at the earliest.

                            Hi Sir, madam
                            I have tried to book a ticket from Bangalore - Chennai on 07-OCT-2016 using red bus mobile app. Ticket amount 900/- has been deducted from my account and the ticket was not confirmed . The customer care executive told they will confirm the ticket within 2 hrs but there was no communication from them . So i have booked another fresh ticket for the same which got confirmed .
                            I have submitted a query with all necessary information to the redbus team still there is no positive response from them. Please find image attached regarding the deductions .

                              I boarded a bus from mumbai to udaipu during the long weekend . Paid 1075 for the trip.The bus was supposed to reach at 8.30 am at its destination but was 280 lm away till 11.00 am and broke down on the way in some secluded area. Being a single female passenger, I called on the female helpline provided by redbus.They picked up the call, listened to the probelem and put the call on hold.After 1 week of raising compalains and escalations, redbus provided me a refund of 300 .I had to pay 1000 to another bus from the place where i was left.I require complete refund.Moreover the female helpline should be better managed

                                My name is Batton Jose. 8th October 2016 I Travelled from Bangalore to Thrissur in golden pearl Travels scania 2+2 bus. Ticket booked through Redbus. Departure time 9.30 pm but bus 4.30 hours late, and 9th early morning 5.30am bus brake downed in Near by Avinasi highway. Driver and 2helpers try to repair bus. I waited 1.30 hours after that they dose not told how many time to taken for repair bus. They dosen't make another travelling arangment. That time I got a Lift in car to Avinasi, I endered in car and reached Avinasi and catched 4buses reached Thrissur in 2pm. Bus fair paid from my pocket. I booked ticket in redbus in first time. That was a very bad experience. Last year I Travelled this rout 10 times. This is in first time

                                    After booking the ticket i got a call from muskan travels their vehicle has some issues & trip will be cancelled.

                                    When i inquired muskan representative told me no need to panic, he will inform red bus & money will be refunded.

                                    Till now i have not received any refund amount, so, i sent mails & made a call also to red bus.

                                    There is no response & they are saying it is not cancelled & asking me to contact directly muskan travels.

                                    Its their responsibility as i paid through them but they veering the responsibility to some others court.

                                    Frantically i called muskan as there is no support from red bus, muskan confirming that the trip is cancelled & they gave the concerned no to be called by red bus.

                                    The same i have detail y mailed to red bus & it looks frivolous.

                                    I need my refund amount cheated by red bus.

                                        Please give me a refund as I have done 3 transactions(2 with SBI and one with axis bank) for booking a single ticket and all failed eventually.
