I was book bus ticket from banda to mumbai by redbus.In website i was use promo code but next day redbus cancle my all 5 ticket because promo code is wrong...After redbus cut my 300 rs from bus fare ...I am waiting from 20 days for my balance fare that is after cuting 300 rs...Please help me above matter because redbus is really fraud

    Hello all,
    I booked a seat overnight from bangalore to mangalore on sri krishna travels and tours. Pfa the ticket id.
    Much to my dismay, the bus never showed up. Luckily i booked a regular ksrtc and got a ride back. I thought i'd drop a mail and a refund would be initiated. To me, redbus has always been outstanding when it comes to customer service but not this time. The only reply they had to my queries was that it's been assigned to another personell. I finally dropped a mail (A month later) that i was going to escalate this. Hope i get some kind of response here.

        Hi, I tried to book 2 tickets from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad on 24 September 2016. The payment has done but ticket not generated. So I immediately called to customer care number available in the redbus app, they said the payment of Rs 1332 will be credited back within 10 days.

        Regarding this I even got a message from REDBUS stating "Your refund request of Rs 1332.00 against proposal no: 3939194 received from IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days."

        But still now the amount has not been refunded..to complain about this I called to customer care many times but after transfering the call to the person the call automatically gets disconnected.

        Please solve my issue ASAP...

          Coupon code applied successfully, but money not credited in the redbus account. Email sent on [protected]@redbus.in and [protected]@redbus.in but they ask to wait for 48 hours but even after long, complaints are not resolved.
          Customer care executives are always busy and no response to phone calls. Complaint is closed, without any resoution.

            I had booked a ticket for madurai to chennai 0n 11 oct 2016 through red bus its pnr no is tja[protected] on 07 sep 2016 (booked date). by thangam travels. and mbile no given for booking is [protected]. unfortunately before 10 to 12 days back i received a message saying that your tkt is being cancelled and call the service provide for refund. i call him he told a different story and said to send a mail to [protected]@redbus.com for refund i send a mail to that address but till now the amount is not refunded today is (30/09/2016). kindly do the full refund the earliest to my bank account on which i booked the ticket. red bus is not responding on phone calls also.

              Message : i have tried to book a ticket on 16-sep-2016 through net banking (From: coimbatore to: marthandam). But after completing my payment ticket was not generated. Intimated to customer care they said within 7 bank working day amount will be automatically refunded to my bank account. But so far i didn't received my amount. Checked with customer care team, they told me to visit the nearby branch and intimate about this (Everyone will aware of this we need a proper assistance from redbus team to take ownership to solve the issues). Its really frustrating with this poor service. I am a long time user for redbus service, customer grievance should be addressed properly. Even there is no toll free number to dail in.

                It has been more than twenty days of problem i was faced by redbus. While i was trying to book the ticket, money was taken and the ticket not booked on sep 13, from chennai to kovilpatti. I contacted customer service on next day, they said like refunding was initiated and u l get it on after seven banking working days. Then i keep on trying to contact customer service they said the same thing (Lie). So i hope i won't get back my money sure. I request all of the citizens of india, kindly do not book the ticket via redbus. It is such a fraudulent i experienced.

                Ive booked a ticket on 8th of september and the transaction took place but diddnt booknthe ticket and they said the money would be refunded within 7 days. And the money was refunded till now.

                  Today I booked the bus ticket from Red bus from my registered mb No [protected] and TIN no : TJAR28375535 & PNR No : 48813082, As per RED BUS timing is 3.30 p.m. but BUS already left at 3.10 p.m. from Green land chowkde point, These is really embarrassing for me and surprise how can BUS left his pick point in advance without any prior notice.

                  I am putting complaint against RED BUS and same to Shreenath agency for these harassment and so un professional into service industry.

                  I need my entire refund amount and also apologize letter from RED BUS and same to same Shrinath agency.

                    I have booked ticket on 10.09.2016 to travel from coimbatore to bangalore. The ticket booked on 10.09.2016, ticket no. Tja[protected], pnr no: msasc5x jayam travels.
                    On 11.09.2016 at around 10.00am, i got a call from the operator, stating that the bus has been cancelled due to some reasons and i have to do my own arrangements for travel. When i asked about the refund of ticket cost he said that it will be refunded to my account by red bus directly. Then on the same day, i informed to the customer care of red bus about this incident and they assured me that i get my refund in one week. But till now i did not get any refund for their faulty service.

                    I have also raised the ticket (Service ticket id: rb[protected] with red bus customer care. But it has been more than 2 weeks now, i have not received any reply from the red bus on the refund status.

                    Kindly look into this matter and arrange my refund as early as possible

                        Sir its very unfortunate to put a complaint in this forum as I realise that people normally go through these complaints before availing any service but I am forced by freecharge and redbus customer service response. I have made many calls and mails to freecharge and redbus but no satisfactory reply. on 5th September I have attempted 5 times on redbus portal(two different accounts) to book three tickets (confirmed tickets enclosed) from ganganagar to ludhiana and all the payments made from freecharge wallet (three different accounts & debit statement enclosed). Out of these five attempts two was unsuccessful at redbus portal due to there server problem but money got deducted from my freecharge wallet all five times and for one unsuccessful transactions i got refund and for another failed transaction freecharge is telling they deducted the money but redbus is saying they have not received it. In first attempt the amount debited from my freecharge wallet([protected]@yahoo.co.in) Rs 600 (transaction no. 3284819) and was successful. In second attempt Rs. 600 was debited from my freecharge wallet ([protected]@gmail.com) and I got message payment received ticket could not be generated and amount refunded back to my account. In third attempt amount of Rs. 550 (freecharge id 3287278) from my freecharge wallet ([protected]@gmail.com)deducted and same thing repeated money deducted and ticket could not be generated. In forth attempt Rs. 550 (freecharge id 3287551) deducted from my freecharge wallet and ticket generated and fifth attempt also Rs. 550(freecharge id3288349) deducted and ticket generated. I have written mails to both freecharge and redbus and freecharge has confirmed that all the five transactions were successful and for that I have received three tickets (S35-Rs600; S21-Rs.550; S-22 Rs. 550) and one refund of Rs. 600. one additional debit of Rs. 550 is confirmed to be successful by freecharge but redbus is saying no money got deducted. still I am attaching snapshots of redbus tickets and freecharge wallet debit statement. I request if all three transactions of Rs. 550 (freecharge id3287551; 3288349; 3287278) was successful than redbus and freecharge please tell which sleeper or seat was allotted to me and please enclose the ticket generated. all transactions and tickets generated are enclosed for your ready reference. please intervene otherwise these type of portals will keep looting mine type of people.

                            I have booked a ticket from Lonavala to Ahmedabad on 3rd September 2016 by redBus app (with Jakhar travels". But at that day i missed the bus because they provided me the exact location where i need to stand and wait. I'm also attaching the messege that i got and ticket details also. I called after that to the redBus as well as Jakhar travels but i didn't find any solutions. I applied for a request to get ref but they are saying like you are not eligible for refund. The fault is yours. So, i humbly request you to take any action.

                              I booked a bus ticket thru redbus for travel today at 2.45pm and booked in rpn travels and for some unforeseen reason i had to cancel the travel. Since 11am trying to cancel the ticket but still unable to. Redbus says rpn travels is not accepting cancellation and rpn says i have no issue in cancellation but have to cancel thru redbus. But redbus is not cancelling the ticket for reasons unknown. Hence request other readers to book tickets directly not thru redbus as these guys are cheating customers.

                                Red bus is not at all professional service. I ([protected]) was trying to book tickets from ravulapalem to hyderabad and payment made but tickets were not booked.
                                1st Issue: I receive a message saying that dont worry we will book the tickets and we will get back to you in 15 min but the worst part is I did not get the call in one hour also.

                                2nd Issue: I have called customer to book my tickets and they said we cant book but we will refund. I dont know the reason but I feel deceived.

                                3rd Issue: I have only 1300 rupees before I booked my ticket and now I dont have money to book ticket and I dont have any one to help me in ravulapalem.

                                Question: Red bus want me to wait in ravulapalem untill they refund my money and book tickets and goto hyderabad?

                                I was booking my ticket pune from partwada but suddenly cancelled that bus.
                                Than no any information and no any help provide from travels side.
                                I m totally up set.

                                  I have already rasied the ticket with redbus customer care as below. But its been 1 week now, i have not received any reply from redbus on the refund status.

                                  TICKET:

                                  Please let me know what is the status of service request raised (Service Ticket ID: RB[protected]. Ticket number (TJA[protected].

                                  I have by mistakenly booked the ticket with wrong date journey.
                                  Instead of booking it for date 5/09/2016 (depature 23.00 p.m.) but on the date of booking by default today's date was selected that is 4/09/2016 (depature 23.00 p.m.). I was booking the bus on 4/09/2016 at around 23.00 p.m. But website did not restrict the booking as the bus departure time was already passed. But I would like to know that how REDBUS takes the booking after departure or just before departure.

                                  Kindly initiate the full refund as it is genuine case and complain raised for it also genuine.

                                  Please help me to resolve this issue and take strict action against REDBUS.

                                  I have booked ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 5th Sep 2016.
                                  from my Debit card amonted to 1344. Amount got deducted but not received
                                  E ticket when contacted Red bus i was told the amount got strucked in the Gateway.

                                  Hi, I booked a ticket to travel from Marthandam to Hosur on 12th September 2016. But the bus is canceled due to strike at karnataka. When we reached the boarding point, they said that bus is canceled due to this issue. But my ticket money is not refunded. My ticket number is TJAA55742278. Please do the needful. Thank you.

                                    Hi,

                                    I booked the tickets to travel from Chennai to Hyderabad on 5th Sep 2016 and i have cancelled on 5th Sep 2016 @ 3.12 PM and before cancellation it has been mentioned as till 3.15 PM if i cancel there will be a deduction of 601 RS and seeing that i cancelled by 3.12 PM and after cancellation i have got a mail from redbus by 3.13 PM as the cancellation is confirmed and the amount to be reimbursed is only 113 RS which is not acceptable at all.

                                    I have been following up with in the mail where they are not reimbursing the amount. Email ticket no : RB[protected].

                                      Bloody and cheap customer service and fools as driver and conductor.what are they going to gain by making the passenger suffer by giving bloody lame and stupid explanation, saying that once the bus gets full and only then they ll increase the cooling effect..

                                      I was traveling from Tanjore to Chennai on 4/09/2016.And I have booked two ticket in AC VOLVO in parveen travels.And there was no AC effect at all in the last seat.and I asked about it and the conductor, told that in KUMBAHONAM, passenger will come and then they increase the cooling effect.What the [censored] is this...aren't we also passenger, they charge for AC as well for each passenger and why the hell do they want the bus to get filled.this is atrocious and bloody response from those guys.worst service, I ll give 0/5 for this kind of cheap, money minded, service...
