I have booked msrtc bus ticket through redbud app and also received confirm seat .. bus name wrong mentioned in app it shows bus starting boarding point is mulund mhada colony but when I asked controller at thane cbs bus stop but received answer no bus depart from mulund mhada colony..I wait and asked each and every bus conductor for 2 hours that he should confirm me bus time..bus conductor of dadar shirdi bus passing through thane cbs bus stand informed me to seat in bus but when I get into bus same seat ticket already confirmed on 2.11.2018 to another customer. Conductor inform me to leave the bus ..after word I received a call from conductor as there is duplicate seat no found..so you can travel through another bus by paying different..I have not accepted this...and required strick action against red bus.com

    I have already booked tickets for my two sons for travel to be made on 12.04.2016 through redbus in madurai harsha travels. While booking the ticket for my husband for travel to be made on the same date ie 12.04.2016, net work got struck up and i do not know whether ticket booked or not but in my sb account, an amount of rs.750 was deducted being the ticket value for travel to be undertaken 09.04.2016. But i mentioned the date of travel as 12.04.2016. As such, i request you to cancel the ticket if booked for travel on 09.07.2016 and refund the amount to my sb credit. I will separately book for my husband for the travel on 12.04.2016.

        Hi,
        I have booked a ticket to do journey on april-7th-2016 and due to some issue i have cancelled the ticket on 5th evening after 6pm
        My actual ticket cost is 999 & the cancellation charges even before 2 days is 499..It's very high

        If you are doing cancellation charges immediately..Refund my amount also immediately is very high cancellation charge

          I want to booked one seat in red bus dated on 22/02/2016 but driver not come at destination on any time and passenger was waiting many time .After that customer want to cancel the ticket but no responding so i want to refund my full amount which are already debited from my account.

          I have received Many Calls from +3844 and asked me that i am speaking from red bus and he want to get my banking ID & password in his portal but i denied the he told me i will not refund the amount. I want to Refund account my deducting SBI account whose ticket has been booked but journey not completed.
          I booked my ticket from coimbatore to chennai instead of 15th apr 2016 at .10 pm by mistake I selected current data that is 14th Apr 2016 at..10 pm

          latter(14th Apr 2016 at 6pm)i noticed my mistake and contacted national travels and red bus customer care
          the both said no possibility to cancell aswell as change the travel date. .

          my family members, friends and me a frequent user of red bus but now I decided to avoid red bus and I m going to spread this to all to avoid REDBUS.

            I have booked a ticket for the journey from Chennai to Dindigul on Mar21 - 2016. I faced so many network issues while booking, few like your seat has been already booked and you are unable to book it, still it is available to be booked and so many turn overs while I have reached the payment gateway. After all this I've booked a ticked first, it got canceled and I got a call that the amount would be refunded. Again I tried to book in the same bus service using Redbus. Same issue repeated and again my amount got withdrawn. It got cancelled twice and my amount withdrawn twice from my account. Later I got a call stating that my amount would be refunded in next 7 working days but still I didn't get back my amount credited.
            Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                This is regarding my journey as on 27 march 2016, i was waiting for bus till 11:00 pm and on that day still not body has informed me regarding bus cancellation. Even though i got a confirmation massage for journey on 27 march 2016.And i was trying to call bus operator for 20:00pm onwards regarding timing he answer my call at 23:00 and simply say bus got cancelled in last moment .Due to that i missed my office and got a warning from my office with lop which cause me a personal harassment.
                I wanted to charge penalty from red bus
                Could you please do the need ful

                  Red bus not given proper responce again following complaint

                  Date of incident:- 26-march-2016
                  Red bus ticket no;- tj[protected] (Pnr -9t894qg)
                  I was booked online ticket for my wife (Kavita mahajan) booking date:- 5th march-2016
                  From ahmedabad (Gujrat) to jalgaon (Maharashtra) journey date :- 26-march-2016, reporting time 5:15pm & departure time:- 5:30 pm from vishal surounding park,
                  My wife had reported to correct time & correct location. But after 40 min. Her received the sms from red bus "your ticket was cancelled due to bus schedule cancelled from bus operator" but already her seated inside the travellel. After cross the ahmedabad near (Ctm stop) bus operator left her form bus. This time i have ensure with bus operator they are telling "we have no one information (By system) from red bus about your ticket "that why they are booked seat to other person. When my left the bus red bus called her about we have refund your amount in your account but this is not fare, red bus was given the irresponsible service to single journey women. When i have call to red bus about what is issue they are give proper ensure.
                  My wife standing on road out side the city. End of time i have requested to bus operator on phone & my wife was given the extra charges to bus operator then they were arrange the other seat in other bus


                  Red bus had given me refund amount:- 550/-
                  & i have demanting the penalty 30000/- from red bus
                  But have given only 235/-
                  This is very irresponcibility from red bus team.

                  So requiest to you please support to me...

                    I have booked a wrong ticket from red bus . Then i asked from customer care for refund of money after cancellation.
                    They sent the message in my mobile that money will reflect in my account after 3- 5 working days .But still they din't refund the money. Almost 10-12 days gone .
                    I am asking from red bus company ... If your service is not good(I.E if you are not capable to five service within 5 days ) ...Then why you are commited from customer .

                        On 22-March-16 I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Rajkot for 23-March-16. I paid through axis credit card. Payment was successful. I got payment successful email also. I didn't receive any PNR number via mail or message. When I was about to board, bus operator didn't allow me to as my ticket was not booked. So I called REDBUS customer care, he said there was some technical error and your ticket was not booked. My concern is I had not received any mail or notification for booking failure. I had to attend some meeting at Rajkot urgently. So I had to travel through a private cab which costed me Rs.5000 as due to festival there were no seats available in other travels. I sent two mail to customer care of REDBUS and am not getting any response. Today, I sent reminder mail and they gave me new reference number again but didnt answer for previous mail. I can send a mail chain of REDBUS if required.

                        Please guide me what shall I do?

                                  We have booked tickets from delhi to moradabad(Volvo) journey date 23.03.2016 & a vice versa journey dated 26.02.2016(Ac shatabdi) but regrets as both of the journeys results in pathetic experience faced by us.
                                  Firstly from delhi to mbd our seat no.Were 34&39 but 39 no. Dont even exist in volvo & red bus have charged us for the seat that dont even exist.
                                  Secondly in the return journey our seat no. Were 13&14 but suprisingly some other passengers also having an online ticket with the same seat no. As a result after so much of chaos we have to get down from the bus in the outskirts of the city.
                                  We will definitely take this case of yours in consumer forum for cheating & harresment.

                                    The bus was of a higher price thang regular even the services were bad, these were the problems :
                                    1. i did not get the seats i had booked for (i had booked an upper seat, got lower instead )
                                    2. the bus made so much noise and it was so uncomfortable that sleeping was impossible ( the shocker and the engine noise )
                                    3.the service of the bus was bad they did not stop even when when i felt a little nauseous because of all the non-comfort.
                                    4. no proper place to put the luggage

                                      I booked a bus ticket from Thiruvalla to Bangalore. The journey date was on March 28, 2016. To avoid the overcharge imposed by the travels during festive season (Easter eve), I booked the ticket on Feb 27, 2016.
                                      I managed to get a seat on Kerala Lines multi axle for Rs.999. On March 24, 2016 i got a message that it got cancelled and I called the redBus customer care for an alternative for me to travel on the same date.

                                      The straight answer was a NO. They said that its on my side to find an alternative. When I went to their site the rate went up to 2000+.
