I have booked a ticket on 14-08-15 with below details Ticket number (TIN): TH9B52258595 From: Lucknow To: Anand Vihar Date of journey: Friday, August 14, 2015 Travels: Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport CorporationUPSRTC Bus type: VOLVO (2+2) Boarding time: 08:30 PM No of seats: 1 Seat number: 17 Due to some reasons I cancelled my booking. For that they have given me a cashback coupon (cash coupon ID: CH9BSDKCEG6K) which was valid till Feb'16. But when I tried to book ticket in Nov'15 then I was unable to use that coupon. Then I spoke to Redbus team several times and they told that this cash coupon system is not working anymore and then they promised to return the same into my bank account. In addition to that I have send my account details to their escalation team in November 2015 and tried to follow up with them on phone several times. But till date they have not returned my amount.

    Travelled in Neeta travels from Pune to Bangalore on 18th Jan 2016. The bus was scheduled at 6.45 PM from Swargate, Pune, but got delayed and departed from Swargate at 7.45 PM. My ticket costed 1700/-, co-passengers had paid[protected]/- for the same bus, but we ended up in a regular AC Sleeper bus, not Volvo. That is unfair pricing for a bus that should not cost more than 800-900/-. The windows opened. The curtain holders fell down. The bus number sent to us was PY-01-CD-9729 but the bus was KA-51-B-9729. Clearly, not the designated bus. The last three seats (1 + 2) were occupied by ladies, me and other 2 women. 10.30 PM into the night conductor came up asking us to shift the baggage somewhere else because he wanted the bus crew member to sleep in between the ladies seat. After a heated conversation, when we did not let the bus crew member sleep in between our seat, the conductor threatened us ensure that the bus is late. Bus driver and helper were drunk, wanted to sleep in between 3 ladies !!! On top of that they threat us that we will see how you people reach banglore. Unclean bus, not a single led was on at night full blackout in the bus, windows and doors doesn't shut, rash driving, helper has no sense how to talk with a customer (lady), and for all this they charged us 1700/- per head. After asking for help from Redbus what they said was totally unexpected. Redbus suggested women to get down at whichever stop comes next and they'll reimburse the amount. How on the Earth do they expect women to get down anywhere on the highway at almost midnight?The bus reached Banglore at 11 AM which was actually scheduled for 7.30 AM. After a full 4 hours delay, the driver stopped at Sheshadri road claiming it to be the last stop, while we already had checked with the Neeta travels office that the last stop would be Majesty, Banglore.

    This is ridiculous, Red bus to ensure strict action is taken against concerned staff and all are informed with the same.
    Strict action needs to be taken on their service ASAP..
    Complaint is not only for delay, it's also issue about passengers safety! how they can change the bus without informing passengers!

      In red bus site, they have mentioned the departure time from chennai as 08:30 PM on 14 th Jan 2016 so i booked the ticket for that time.. but I called the travels and they are telling there is no bus available for that time and they are not allowing me to cancel the ticket around 10 Pm in the night of 13 th Jan 2016. I have a screenshot too, , because it is their mistake that they have updated the wrong timings. Authorized travel people are telling red bus people updated the time wrongly so i should contact them. I called them and i raised a complaint on red bus. These people are not refunding my money and simply closing the complaint alone. I have the valid ticket id and proof of their wrong timings. This is the case id : RB[protected] which i have raised a complaint in red bus. These people are not responding properly. Simply they are telling they have escalated this to tech team .

        I have booked ticket with Redbus for Venba travels from Bangalore to tirupati. After a journey of 30 mins there huge smoke into the bus because of no oil in the engine. They not even check the bus conditions before it starts. They left us in the middle and not even responding properly. SO whom I should ask for money Refund. ANd how the travels starts without an oil in the bus?

          I had booked a ticket on 1st January 2016, but this transaction was not successful and money was deducted. So, again did the transaction to book the ticket and was successful.

          The amount was deducted twice but ticket was booked only once.
          I waited for a week to get the refund, but not received yet.

                    I booked tickets through redbus app. After deduction of amount tickets won't booked. It's happenes trice in 10 days. No body looks this issue even I called customer service they responding very poorly. I[censored] unable give service please ruled out ur app. I have all evidence with bank proofs . it's worst app I have seen

                      I had booked a taxi with Oriex travels through red bus from Agra to Delhi on January 11 at 2 p.m. I paid the amount of Rs. 464 and got a confirmed ticket as well. However on the date of travel, I was trying to co ordinate with both Red bus and the cab operator, Oriex travels, but both just harassed me and did not help me. All I wanted to know was the exact pick up point at Taj Mahal ( As Taj Mahal is very huge and I just wanted to know where exactly to stand) and I wanted to cab number plate and contact details of the cab driver, so I could co ordinate and spot the taxi. I was trying since 11:00 a.m in the morning of Jan 11 to get this information, but Oriex travel, kept disconnecting my call and keeping their number busy. At one point when I got in touch with them they said they would text me the details in 5 mins, but did not get in touch nor answered my call till 2 p.m. At 2 pm they message me the drivers mobile, which was switched off. After another 10 mins, I got another sms saying another mobile number. At this time, I was convinced these people have duped me and I have lost my money in this At 2:30pm ( half an hour after the scheduled time for pick up, I got a call from some third mobile number, three times continuously in a span of less than five minutes and that was it) . So in short I was harassed for two hours before scheduled pick up, the pick up was half an hour late, and they did not even wait for 5 mins for me to get back) not to mention they did not answer my call and kept disconnecting my call, even though I just wanted simple and important pick up information. This information was given to me at 2 p.m., that too it was mis information and I was given two different phone number, both did not answer my call and were switched off. Becoz of which I could not cancel my ticket becoz cancellation is two hours before, but these guys kept harassing me up to 2 pm ( which was the pick up time) I could not make my journey becoz of them and now no one is responding to me and giving me my money back. Please beware of both these vendors, RED BUS and ORIEX TRSVELS. They ensure they harass you and do not return your money back . The reference of my ticket number for this unfortunate event was TJ2D38944688 .

                      These liars pretend that they have not received my compliant ! In short they are the highest unprofessional organisation who get satisfaction when they cheat consumers and do not have to return their money

                        First time I'm using this app, worst service, dey costing 1500 for Chennai to cochin in sona travels a/c, feel like travel in mini van, a/c not working, blanket not given, if any one wants to book in redBus see d bus and book...                           Hello, Had very high opinions of redbus, the bus ticket booking portal in India, shattered now when realized the utter dishonesty handling refunds - amounting to cheat, and lack of response - amounting to hiding the cheat. Booked to-and-fro tickets (THDC[protected] for family from redbus from Bangalore to Kodai in AC Sleeper coach. When the day of travel came, the bus was delayed long, and finally a junk came which was not AC. We decided to travel as further bookings were made. Though all the passengers asked for the refund in the difference between AC and non-AC coach and they said it will happen later! There is huge difference in ticket price considering the tickets for a family of 4. We were assured to get a refund for the difference amount, and also created a escalation ticket [Ticket#[protected]] (Call THDC[protected] at redbus for demanding the refund amount. Since escalation ticket got created, till date there is NO response from redbus, sent them multiple email reminders ([protected]@redbus.in AND [protected]@redbus.in) Pity that there is just a shameless silence. This is certainly cheating the customers. Hope Phanindra Sama, who founded redbus, and Prakash Sangam who is CEO are reading these complaints, and initiate to find the wrong in their value system. Social media while amazing to give boost to such start-ups, cheese moves just too fast when such cheat happens, and deliberate silence is maintained. You lost one customer redbus, and am ok you keep my money as charity. May be you need it more than your customer, but this pot only boils once.

                              I booked a bus ticket from redbus on 01/01/2016 from manali to delhi with kalpana travels volvo bus. I was given seat no. 11 and 12 and the timings were 4:30 pm. When we reached the boarding point and when we got on to the bus we found that our seats were already occupied. We then asked the person there to give us our seats and they told that we have to manage with the last seats. Last seats were not semi sleeper and we paid for semi sleeper plus why should we manage with the seats when we already booked ours. there were other passengers as well and they also had the same problem. We argued and we dint let the bus move. When nothing happened i called manali police telling them abiut this but they told me that there is nobody in the police station except one person as everybody is busy in elections. I called them atleast 10 times and then one policemen did turned up but till then the bus agents already had one lady from the union (i guess) which the policemen already knew and they told us that they cant do nothing, i have to get in touch with redbus. We boarded the bus on the last seats as it was geeting dark and i called the redbus. I told everything to the redbus executive and he told me that he will speak to kalpana travels and then he will call me back . He did called me and said that he has spoken to kalpana travels and they have told him that there was something wrong with the redbus server which he told me was not true as he has discussed with his backend team. So kaplana travels told redbus that this issue was because of redbus servers. He told me that as kalpana is blaming redbus even though it is not true we will take action against kalpana travels and we will give you Rs. 1000 as refund. I have still got the recording and redbus executives words were.. sir inki dawa hum jante hain, inko hata denge to inka bhot nuksaan hoga. you dont worry, you will get the refund. Now after few days i called redbus again and i explained them, now they are saying to me that we spoke to kalpana travels and they are saying that you were given the same seats as booked which is not the case as their own executive told me that kalpana travels said that happened because of the error in redbus servers. I told them i will complaint about you, he said you can complain if you want.

                                Have booked my Ticket on Dec 20 for a Travel on Jan 16, now when i called the Bus operator to check the boarding address came to know that ticket is not confirmed. Called redbus customer care got a reply that bus is cancelled while the same bus is showing available in all other ticket booking websites. These guys don't have the concern to call your customers and inform that the bus is cancelled.. Imagine if i would have not called customer care in the last moment i would came to know about this pathetic... Horrible customer service facing the same issue second time.. Ticket No - THDF99886624. I dont need a Refund now need a ticket in the same bus.

                                    After ticket cancelling I received an SMS mentioned as refund will be credited with in 7-10 working day's but it almost 1 month over but payment not received Worst service Paytm is better after cancelling amount get refunded quickly

                                      It's been three weeks but still the ticket fare is not refunded.i called the customer care thrice and every time the answer is "we'll resolve ur issue within 24hrs". No message or update regarding the refund. I need to follow up and call customer care for status. Even the issue is not solved but the ticket is closed bu team. Very bad support from redbus customer care. It seems like no responsibility and their communication is worst with customers.
