Travelled in Neeta travels from Pune to Bangalore on 18th Jan 2016. The bus was scheduled at 6.45 PM from Swargate, Pune, but got delayed and departed from Swargate at 7.45 PM. My ticket costed 1700/-, co-passengers had paid[protected]/- for the same bus, but we ended up in a regular AC Sleeper bus, not Volvo. That is unfair pricing for a bus that should not cost more than 800-900/-. The windows opened. The curtain holders fell down. The bus number sent to us was PY-01-CD-9729 but the bus was KA-51-B-9729. Clearly, not the designated bus. The last three seats (1 + 2) were occupied by ladies, me and other 2 women. 10.30 PM into the night conductor came up asking us to shift the baggage somewhere else because he wanted the bus crew member to sleep in between the ladies seat. After a heated conversation, when we did not let the bus crew member sleep in between our seat, the conductor threatened us ensure that the bus is late. Bus driver and helper were drunk, wanted to sleep in between 3 ladies !!! On top of that they threat us that we will see how you people reach banglore. Unclean bus, not a single led was on at night full blackout in the bus, windows and doors doesn't shut, rash driving, helper has no sense how to talk with a customer (lady), and for all this they charged us 1700/- per head. After asking for help from Redbus what they said was totally unexpected. Redbus suggested women to get down at whichever stop comes next and they'll reimburse the amount. How on the Earth do they expect women to get down anywhere on the highway at almost midnight?The bus reached Banglore at 11 AM which was actually scheduled for 7.30 AM. After a full 4 hours delay, the driver stopped at Sheshadri road claiming it to be the last stop, while we already had checked with the Neeta travels office that the last stop would be Majesty, Banglore.
Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I rushed to SRS kalasipalyam office, they told it is not at all possible to do anything.
Then i spoke to redbus team, srs team, and also payatm. Then redbus told me to send a mail according I lodged the complain on the same instance itself.
But at the same time i am very much disappointed that my case has not considered in a justice way.After one month persuation through email they have given a reply that there is no technical fault.No technical confirmation required as it is visible to a naked eye and it is apparent that there is a system problem by which all these episode happened.
As per my attachment Anybody can easily notice the date on the top is 01/1/2016 and below it was showing the scheduled time and the availability of the bus for the date of 20th dec 2015 (no where you can observe that date of 20th is shown) Also in the second screen shot again it was showing the date as 01/1/2016 but is was showing the seat available for 20th dec 2015.
By the way i got panicked and approached one and all immediately knowing about the fraud happened to me. The same i can substantiate by the mail and the recorded conversation. You can observe that i have not travelled on the day is enough support to inform i have not intended to travel on the 20th dec 2015.
However with all this reason behind my claim, simply they have rejected my claim. Because of their undue delay in replying i could not reserve my ticket for the said date. I could able to get my ticket for 31st instead of 1st, and i can confirm with the tickets. With all this i was mentally tortured, i could not get the tickets on 1st. i was subject to all these loss.
Once again i am stressing the fact i was defrauded with the website for which i have got enough proof. I am sure with all this i can claim my loss.
