Hello. It was 30dec when I booked my bus from Delhi to Jaipur from redBus (ashok travels). I got confirmation mail and the amount has been deducted from my account. I was waiting for the bus on bus stop at Karol bagh. My bus was at 6.25pm I waited for the bus there till 8.30pm. I mailed to the customer care mail id at the same time. And I was trying to get in touch of customer care but thy doesn't respond. 😈😈😈😈😈😈

    Hi, I am Arun, i have booked a ticket using RedBus on 23rd December 2015 in SMPK travels. PNR number for the ticket is PNR no: TS-RB23401770KVK/69767/bang to cochi and ticket number is THDJ55274238. The bus got break-down and we waited on the road from 4.30 AM to 12 PM and arranged our own transport and left. Please refund the booking amount as i have used my own transport for the journey. The bus operator told us to complaint to the booking authority. I have called RedBus customer care around 10 times and complained the same. Each and every time i am getting the same response from customer support team that your query will be resolved within 6 hours. I waited for 10 days there was no response. Also I complained to superior officers in customer support team on 03-Jan-2015, but getting the same response that your query will be resolved within 6 hours. I don't know what is the use of Customer Support team in RedBus. They are not ready to help the customers or not able to solve their issues. Can anybody please resolve the issue ASAP and refund the amount. Regards, Arun.

      Hi Team I have been continuosly calling Redbus team for money refund on the cancellation of my ticket dated 13th december 2015 where the bus operator had cancelled the ticket stating vehicle cannot operate due to breakdown. I was notified through an SMS atleast a call should have been made . I have called the Redbus helpdesk several times and i have to explain them the entire scenario from the beginning . They keep on raising new complaints but my refund has not been processed as of now. The Guy named Shafiq whose number was mentioned in the cancellation message also confirmed that the bus was cancelled. Shafiqs contact number - [protected] I am attaching the snip of the message that i got upon cancellation. The ticket number is THD[protected] Bangalore to chennai AC sleeper 11:35 departure time from silk board 2 seats Amount - rs. 2400.           Hi Team, Actually I had Planned vacation with my family from 27th Dec. 2015 to 2nd Jan 2016. So initially I booked one ticket for my wife on 27th Dec from Hyderabad to Bestavaripeta, and then 2 tickets on 30th Dec. 2015 for me and for my father from Hyderabad to Bestavaripeta, (Andhra Pradesh) then I planned my return Journey on 2nd Jan.2016 from Bestavaripeta to Hyderabad. The Problem started here, I have selected all three seats on Redbus.in for journey date of 2nd Jan, I also took the Screenshot of same, and made Payment for all 3 tickets, but when I checked the status, I was shocked the Date of Journey was showing as 24th Dec. 2015. How can any one plan a return ticket before reaching the destination. I have called Customer care thrice, all three representatives agreed that it is a Technical Issue, and you would get a call or mail from Redbus regarding the refund of your money with in 24 Hours, now it is over 10 days, I did not get any call or mail from REDBUS regarding the Refund details. Wrong ticket # details : THDK96939438 and THDK98629254, these were showing that tickets were booked on 24th Dec. 2015 due to technical issue it is showing 24th Dec, but these should be for 2nd Jan. 2016. Please see the screenshot attached showing the exact date of journey and seats selected in their Site. Please help me in getting my Money back.             Today I have booked a ticket for 1 week later but on submitting all details and paying amount journey date has been changed to todays date so that I could not refund my amount and cancel the ticket. After this I called customer care but of no use. I poured my money in this scrap web application. Later I tested the site very keen and found a problem in it. This is purely application fault and because of that I booked a ticket where I could not cancel or do a journey. I am going to reveal this site error in consumer court if I do not receive any response from redbus in 24 hours.

              Booked tickets for 24th December from Hyderabad on AP Tourism bus from RedBus.in site. but on 23rd morning 11AM I got a call from[protected] which is the official number shared in ticket received from RedBus on which the person said that the service is cancelled and refund will be initiated. I have booked tickets for another travels using paytm paying extra amount for last minute booking. On the journey day I was receiving messages from RedBus about journey time and boarding point, I tried reaching all the numbers provided in ticket but in vein. I tried continously for two hours to get some one on line but NO there is no one answering calls. Next day when I called and mailed RedBus they simply said that they dont have any information and hence can not refund the amount. I have shared the screen shot showing that I got a call from the official number. This is simply unethical to cheat me like this and there is no proper contact number where in I can get any information which made me waste 1300/- plus 3 hours of torture trying to contact any of the numbers provided plus these many followups without any information from redbus. Please don't use RedBus.in and get cheated. Regards, Kiran

                I have booked a ticket through Red Bus for travel from Chennai to Namakkal on 25/11/2015 by MGM Bus travels(seat No 2) which starts from Koyambedu by 9/15 PM.The A/c through which the ticket was booked, was debited but the ticket was not generated. In this connection I have made two complaints. On 18/12/15, a reply was given by the company that the refund process is initiated and the bank will credit the A/c within 7 working days and they have given the Ref No as:69818978. But even after a lapse of more than 7 working days, the account is not credited. This is unfair and you are violating your promise. Please credit the amount as early as possible. T.Santhi [protected]

                  I tried to book ticket from Hyderabad to pune on on 03.01.16 through Mobile. While booking I need to provide OTP to complete my payment transaction but I didn't received the OTP due to which i tried after sometime and second time. I recieved error as you hit the breaker. Later I had made my successful transaction using credit card secure pin. Afterwards I found that I received three tickets and amount has been deducted without my concern. Tickets no. TJ[protected], TJ[protected] & TJ[protected]. To cancel unwanted tickets I.eTJ[protected]& TJ[protected] I made a call to customer care(Mr.Rehan) where I insisted acknowledgement no which he refused. I request concern authority to check this malfunctioning of Payment path and correct it and refund me the amount of the balance two tickets immediately.                       I booked a ticket with seabird travels via redbus on Dec 9th 2015. And my ticket number is TS-RB22709448END/2917196/BLR-VEL-CHN NIGHT (A/C Sleeper). I booked for a sleeper coach. When I went there they said that the bus was cancelled and they gave me an alternative semi sleeper coach. I immediately called redbus bus customer care and raised a request. The redbus agent asked me to give the phone to the travels agent and the funny part is the travel agent was not ready to talk with the red bus customer agent. I really don't understand the relationship both the parties share. Then the red bus agent asked me to get another travels and since the sleeper coach is cancelled the amount will be refunded. I got a different travels and reached the destination. The request id I received for the complaint I raised with redbus for the same is[protected]. Now if I call redbus and ask about the refund status, they say that the travels claim that I travelled with them that day and so the amount cannot be refunded. And they are asking me to call the travels. If I call the travels they say that they are not responsible for this and I need to contact redbus regarding it.

                        I have tried booking ticket to my family on 4th Dec and 5th December via mobile number [protected]. But the transactions failed 4 times. After every failed transaction I called redbus customer care regarding the website problem. But they assured that the site is set right. So I ended up paying 4 times. Ticket amount is all together rs 2500. For the reimbursement of the amount I called 10 to 11 times to the customer care which is chargeable. But still I did not get my reimbursement. After vigorous follow up I got 1800, but for remaining amount redbus is playing with me and not bothered to escalate call. I lost all together Rs 278 in calling redbus alone. I do not know how many are suffering like this. I request for refund o[censored]nbooked ticket amount, phone call and compensation of Rs 5000 for this mishap

It got changed to 14-Jan-2016, but at the time of booking it got changed to 28-Dec-2015. It is very unfortunate to have such kind o[censored]ser experience a your website.                             On 11 th Dec I had tried online travels ticket booking using Red bus.in. I got the error message that you had hit the speed breaker please try after some time. Rs 1320 got deducted from my account. I just wait for sometime and tried to book the ticket again. Second time also I got the same error. Again 1320 got deducted from my account. I was shocked when I see the messages that they have confirmed both the ticket. As it was the technical error, I had immediately called customer care to get one ticket cancelled, however they were laughing in background and replied that they can not refund the amount. As it was the technical issue redbus should refund me the amount deducted. Because of that technical error unnecessary I have to pay 1320 from my pocket. Please help me to get the amount 1320 to be refunded... Details of the booking - redBus Ticket - THD[protected] seat no 11 and 12 that I have not travelled on these seats. I am complaining for this booking. redBus Ticket - THD[protected] Seat no. 5 and 6. I had travelled on these seats.

                              I had booked tickets for Tirunelveli to Chennai through Redbus site. My Ticket no: THD[protected] and PNR no: RB925EE54. I have received SMS from SRMBUS that an amount of Rs.1543 has been refunded on[protected]. Today is[protected] and money has not been credited into my account. Kindly look into this matter and ensure immediate crediting into my account of Rs.1543.00

                                I had booked Padmesh Travels from Nagercoil to Bangalore on 27th Dec. 2015. The bus was supposed to depart at 6pm. When I reached the boarding point, I was told from a 3rd party agent that there's no bus at 6. I tried to call on the contact numbers given on the redbus ticket. all in vain. same guy picked up the call on 2 numbers and told he can answer only boarding point related queries. I called redbus customer care twice in half an hour gap. They assured me they would get back to me after contacting the transport people and will update me on the same. which did not happen. finally the travel agency at the boarding point gave me contact of another travel service, who told me that, This padmesh travels bus was cancelled and my ticket has been transferred to Thirumala travels. which was scheduled to depart at 8.30pm. Neither Padmesh Travels, nor Red bus bothered to inform me about this. Even after repeatedly calling them to check on status, they were of no help.

Before 2 hours I got a SMS from Redbus with bus no. But the bus got cancelled without any intimation (I came to know after cheking in the bording point) and they didn't refunded my amount 700 Rs.                                   Thanks a lot, I got mail from this mail id on 27 Dec 2015 ([email protected]), in that mail they informed that the refund process has been initiated. And I got my amount back within 2, 3 working days

                                  I wanted to ask whether Redbus Customer care asks for any credit card information over phone to initiate Refund. I got a phone call from someone called RK Jain ( Employee ID : 0603412)and he asked for all the credit card details on front and back to do refund. Shouldn't they just send the amount to the same account I used to purchase tickets like all vendors do. This really sounds fishy to me.

                                    I booked a ticket from redbus from Coimbatore to nagercoil ticket#THDF69459745.when I boarded the bus the operator did not allow me to board the bus as he said that the ticket has been cancelled but I did not get any intimation regarding cancellation in my mail. when I contacted redbus they said ticket is not cancelled and they accepted to pay full amount refund INR420.the service request number for refund is[protected].redbus customer care number takes 10-15mins to respond to there customer and they charge std call rates for this call from the beginning before the customer care executive answers the call.for single call its takes 30 rupees for filling a single complaint in redbus.very poor customer care.i request you to take proper action and make my refund as soon as possible
