Refund of cancelled ticket

It's been three weeks but still the ticket fare is not refunded.i called the customer care thrice and every time the answer is "we'll resolve ur issue within 24hrs". No message or update regarding the refund. I need to follow up and call customer care for status. Even the issue is not solved but the ticket is closed bu team. Very bad support from redbus customer care. It seems like no responsibility and their communication is worst with customers....

Hello. It was 30dec when I booked my bus from Delhi to Jaipur from redBus (ashok travels). I got confirmation mail and the amount has been deducted from my account. I was waiting for the bus on bus stop at Karol bagh. My bus was at 6.25pm I waited for the bus there till 8.30pm. I mailed to the customer care mail id at the same time. Worst customer support and worst service provider

Hi Team I have been continuosly calling Redbus team for money refund on the cancellation of my ticket dated 13th december 2015 where the bus operator had cancelled the ticket stating vehicle cannot operate due to breakdown. Unauthorized money deducted without my concern /OTP

Non refund of unbooked ticket amount and compensation of call
