Dear Sir,
I have booked Two Ticket from yavatmal to pune by using SBI netbanking on the date of[protected] but the first time request was declined then i have tried for 2nd time then the request was accepted but the amount was deducted for two times i.e., 1320 rs. extra. I had taken an action for this but there is no response given by redbus.in. I have send all essential statement of my account to redbus but they dont responded me.

    I booked online ticket from mumbai to madgaon, but the date selection i was done wrong bi-mistakably, i called your support operator, but they cant change the date of journey on cannot refund also.

    i want to change the dOJ only 15 march 2016 to 23 march 2016

        I wanted to book the tickets for 23/3/2016 from Mumbai-Goa, the redbus website kept on refreshed and I didnt notice that the date also change automatically and I booked the tickets and when the tickets is booked and I was so shocked to see that the date changed to 10/3/2016. I cancelled the tickets immediately and Red Bus refused to refund the full amount. They said only 90rs will be refunded out of 1714 Rs. Please help!!!

            I had booked tickets from chennai to kumbakonam in red bus with madurai balajee tours and travels on today[protected].
            Booking id TJ[protected].
            Was charged ₹300 each for 5 tickets. But when i boarded in driver said that bus has changed due to internal issues .and thy wer charging ₹200 for co passengers. I need refund as im unsatisfied with travel in uncomfortable bus journey .
            And bus change with lower cost bus.

              It is a case of harassing women travelers.
              The seats on the replacement bus was changed causing problem to my old mother-in-law and sister-in-law. We requested to provide the same seats on the replacement bus but the conductor was rude and asked us to cancel our ticket just an hour before the departure.

                Hi,

                I booked a ticket to travel on 26/02/2016 by RTS travels, my ticket was cancelled by the travels agency due to some bus breakdown reasons at the last minute and they replied that money would be refunded by redbus within 24 hours but i did not receive any call or messages from the concern regarding this. I have notified about this to redbus.in several times earlier and have registered about this in Consumer complaints. This has resulted a loss for me of RS.500.

                  This is with regards to request for cancellation of ticket.

                  I had a ticket booked to travel on 26/02/2016 the travel agency sent a message stating "Journey has been cancelled due to bus breakdown"

                  I had requested for the same and it has not been done providing a reason that they cant do so.
                  While I had gotten approval from the concerned Travel Agency, Redbus didnt support on timely manner. And this has led a loss of Rs.450 to me.

                  Though I had requested much before time my request wasnt acted upon.

                  Request you to take appropriate action.

                    Booked bus from ludhiana to delhi. operator called me and said they will charge extra as they were rerouting the bus. i asked them to refund me my money. no money yet its more than 1 week now. i called back the customer service, they asked me to get directly in contact with the bus operator. If i wanted to get directly in contact with the operator, why in this world should i book it from red bus then. every time i will go to operator site then. really fed up with the service.                       On 25th feb, and 4th march i tried to book tickets using redbus. but in both days at first booking i lost money, again i tried to book ticket, then i got confirmation. i dont why the network problem of payment gate occured at first booking only. this is the cheating of redbus. I definatetly go to consumer forum to file case. still i didnot got refunded my lost money. redbus is responsible for that while i lost my money because i go through redbus.

                        I had cancelled 2 tickets, was expecting my refund. Pathetic pathetic pathetic customer service advisor, not providing exact reason, one refund they did it for payu money wallet, in account which I never created, I was been informed I will be getting in my bank account, I m sure I will think 100 times to use red bus.. Still with no resolution..

                          I have booked a ticket through REDBUS on 28th Feb from Bangalore to Chennai Departure time 9.50pm A/C SLEEPER towards JABBAR travels, but unfortunately the bus was one hour delay and the bus is not fit to run as a A/C SLEEPER the bus is really capable to run as a local municipality bus only, I was not provided a blanket untill I asked and was not given any snacks too which has been advertised. The worst part was the BUS was keep jumping for the whole journey and it made me sick for a back pain for two days. TJ3X98938426 TS-RB25987358QUQ/260156/.                               We booked the ticket on 25.2.2016 from coimbatore to chennai in National travels. We booked for berth but while travelling the travels office alloted seater. we feel inconvenience in travelling national travels. we didnt get the refund money also. and we didnt travel in national travels on that date. national travels is worst travels. For making money they are selling tickets in their office as well. and same thing they are given in red bus also. so for one bus they are selling tickets in two different locations. we are totally disappointed with your service. we request national travels to be removed from red bus. otherwise you will be loosing your customers in future.

                                We booked a journey from Hyderabad to kakinada through redbus on[protected] in Sree Hanuman travels .In this journey the traveller was asked to sit beside the drvier.She made a journey sitting beside the driver even though we booked a seat .We were not provided any service that was offered.Its not a part of inconvenience it's mistreating the passanger(women). Please take necessary action on travels.we don't need a simple explanation we need serious action to be taken and will not hesitate to proceed judiciary if there is no response.

                                  I want to launch a complaint against Red bus regarding the below incident:

                                  I have booked Bus ticket on 13th Feb 2016 for travelling from Thane to Ahmedabad by Red bus. The travel name was Ganga Travel Aeroline Free Wifi. Date of Journey was 21st Feb 2016.

                                  As per schedule I was waiting at the asked location on 20th Feb 2016 (MAJIWADA NEAR CNG GAS PUMP BUS STOP) from 23:55 to 00:40 PM but bus did not arrived. Mean while was also continuously calling on number [protected] (Mentioned in the ticket) but could not connect as the number was switched off. Also was trying the number [protected] (Bus Conductor) but the same was also switched off.

                                  Than after waiting till 00:40 I called on the land line number[protected] of Red Bus and have explained the concern. The gentle man on other hand took some time and straight away has asked to take some other transport to reach Ahmedabad. The Gentle man words were “I can't arrange any other transport for you at this moment. Its better you book it from your end”. Being in same industry if Red Bus can't book a transport than how does they expect a normal man to book it at Night at 01:00 AM. Mean while have also got connected to [protected] (Bus conductor, Ganga Travel Aeroline Free Wifi) and he conveyed that there is no seat reserved for me for 21st Feb 2016.

                                  After this I was forced to book air ticket for Morning 05:30 AM till Ahmedabad as my availability on the day was very important. Below is detailed list of Expense occurred while opting other mode of transport. That was a sleepless night for me as I was struggling to get the other mode of transport. And even next day haven't sleep as I was involve in some personal assignment in Ahmedabad. Same night (21st Feb 2016) again I travelled back to Mumbai.

                                  Total amount spend by me to take other mode of transport:

                                  307/- Taxi fare till Airport from Thane
                                  3520/- Air Ticket charges from Mumbai to Ahmedabad
                                  275/- Taxi fare from Ahmedabad Airport till destination
                                  Also the Bus ticket worth Rs. 550/- booked from Red bus from Thane to Ahmedabad is an addition.

                                  As you might have understood, that the above deviation in journey caused mental stress & agony to myself with the other inconvenience that are linked to it.

                                  So the total amount which I have to lawfully claim from Red bus is addition of above, Plus the Mental stress and agony to be charged extra by Red bus.

                                  This was the worst's experience the one can ever have.

                                  After several reminders and follow-up team Red bus is not giving Proper assurance about the claim and is not investigating the case correctly. I have raised my concerns on 22nd Feb 2016 through mail and even have narrated the incident to customer care executive. There are several mails to me by Red bus which differs from one other and gives all together different depiction of investigation.

                                  It's my humble request you to intervene into for speedy resolution.

                                    I booked a ticket through redbus for Amaravati to Aurangabad by MSRTC. Then at the bua stop the MSRTC people did not let me board the bus and rejectes my reservation through redbus As my travel was urgent, I took on the spot ticket from the conductor and travelled.

                                    Now when I ask for refund, the redbus people ask me to contact msrtc and the msrtc people reject my reservation.

                                    This is an unacceptable solution.

                                      I booked ticket from redbus on 22 Feb for mumbai to ahmedabad travel time was 2.35 am from kashimira and travels was mahavat travels after 30 min of waiting on highway bus was not arrived I called up mahavat travels several time but number was not reachable after that I called up redbus 3 times they told me mahavat travels number not reachable so u wait for 15 min I waited for one and half hr but not came so I lodge complain again to redbus they told me we will investigate on this issue and will refund u after investigation. Infact on same day I called 3 time and all 3 time redbus unable to contact mahavat travels they need more investigation after all drama I left at 4 am for home I waste my money I waste my time and today on 24 Feb redbus told me via email that we can't refund because they called me up on that night bus will b late and we can't refund . Infact no one called me from mahavat travels . I know my amount is not that big for refund but I suffer a lot from redbus and need some action against redbus

                                        Due to some personal emergency, my travel was cancelled at early dawn on 19-Feb-2016. As per red bus Policy, one can cancel ticket 12 hours prior to journey. My bus timing was at 08:20 PM in the evening. So 12 hours prior will be 08:20 AM in the morning. Not to take any risks, I just googled the customer care number of Red Bus and called on[protected] at 06:01 AM in the morning. Now the IVR ask to press 01 for Bus bookings and 02 for Hotel Bookings.

                                        I Pressed 01 for Bus booking.

                                        Now the option 02 is for cancellation, I pressed the same.

                                        It now asks to enter my mobile number followed by hash (#) key.

                                        I pressed the same and the call is disconnected.

                                        BOOM !!! I am shocked. No response, no acknowledgement, no sms whether it has been cancelled or not.

                                        I tried it again and again the same thing.

                                        The call is disconnected.

                                        I repeated the Process 8 to 10 times over next 40 minutes, and same thing.

                                        Now point to be noted over here is that the IVR is asking for mobile number and not ticket ID. Hence there is no back tracking in the system through PNR. So Red Bus is not ready to accept that there is fault in the system.

                                        This time I felt that I need to talk to some person and not machine. After Pressing 1 in IVR, I selected option 5 that is for any other query.

                                        This time, it was a bit different. The phone was not directly disconnected but after two or three beeps it was disconnected.

                                        Remember, its 06:40 AM in morning, I have to go at work, finish my regular activities and have other priorities too. But What i am doing. I am just trying to get some response from the so called Technology based company.

                                        Finally at 07:00 I tried to drop a written complaint. And I opened the mobile APP. here I found the option Call Support. I tap on it and was surprised to know that the Customer Care number over here is different. It was[protected].

                                        I tried on this number as well. The IVR was also similar and I again tried to cancel the ticket but in vain. For the last time I tried to connect and pressed 5 for other quries. Finally after 73 minutes I was able to talk some human from the IVR. The lady informed me that I cannot cancel the ticket as the deadline to cancel the ticket was 06:45 AM. Now the point to think over here is that, for a bus at 08:20 PM the 12 hours prior is 08:20 AM and not 06:45 AM. The operator has entire day to get replacement. Also I tried well before time but I was not able to cancel ticket due to Technical glitch in the system.

                                        I asked the executive to escalate the request but she informed that all the supervisors / floor managers will be available after 08:00 AM. I was promised by her that her senior will call back me within next 6 hours. I dont know why she need 6 hours when her superior would be available in next 45 minutes. Fine, but I accepted.

                                        I waited till 02:00 PM but no response. I again called back and this time I was again told the same BS story. They asked me to talk to the Operator.

                                        I called on [protected] and asked the person to do the needful. Now this guy is ready to cancel the ticket but has no intent to return even partial amount. He took my seat number and all other details so that he is sure that this seat will be vacant. This shows he will sell the ticket at high price in the peak of weekend but has no ethics to return the amount. Dear all never travel in such travels. They may also leave you in the journey.

                                        But being Indian I am not expecting any honesty or ethics from Travel and Transport companies. We all know thugs these people are.

                                        I again called back the customer care and repeated entire story again. The lady named Shewta asked for one hour time so that she can check at her end. Fine being a tolerant passenger I agreed to the same.

                                        20-25 minutes later I receive a call from Mr. Ganesh[protected] saying that he is from redbus and he cannot cancel the ticket. I again retold entire story to him and the foolish person is asking me why didnot you wrote mail to us in the morning itself.

                                        Now, please understand at 06:00 AM in morning a person has to cancel his travel due to some emergency, then whether will write emails to support or will he directly call and cancel the tickets.

                                        I am not expecting 100% refund, whatever may be the charges that redbus can deduct and return the amount.

                                        In such personal problems going on, why I am writing all these things is because the intent of the company is not good. They claim themselves to be technology based company and yet behaving like paper-pen based organizations. In 2016, when everything is tech-based and I am not able to cancel a single ticket using different ways, its really pathetic.

                                        Why should a consumer suffer when its Technical fault of the service providers. Even railways refund if there is any fault in their systems and these companies have no sense of operations.

                                        If it had been any western country the consumer would have been rewarded for highlighting the system bugs but its India and nothing can change over here.

                                        Mr. Prakash Sangam I really feel very sorry for you that you work for such dirty organisation.
