I was booked tickets from vijayawada to bangalore in redbus i given my details and amount is debited my card but ticket not confirmed, when i called to customer care they responded very late too much waiting time to talk to them and it's chargeable i spoken about 20 mins they saying that you made 3payment options in one transaction that's way ticket not booked then i asked for why you didn't intimate me same when i going to book they replied only sorry sir amount will be refunded in 7days and you need to go through fresh booking i don't have money to book again i said, they only sorry customer don't want any sorry, and i said i'll go to consumer forum they replied no problem sir.

    Hi team,

    Redbus – india’s number 1 money greedy bus ticketing and hotel room reservation platform

    As i came to know that, paytm is giving discount for every journey with a
    Minimum of 100 per ticket or more in every month. whereas in redbus it not the case. so help me in providing the discount for the booked tickets on 13/07/2016 to reduce greedyness for money by redbus.

    If not the case, plz make awareness for people about the greedyness of
    Money with redbus compared to paytm.

    There should be reasonable uniform bus ticket rate booking discount website platforms compared to other bus ticket platform websites like paytm

    Red bus should amend their policies which comes under delhi jursidiction & booking tickets for availing discount in other states which should be revised accordingly w. r. t paytm instead of cheating people by offering more valued discounts from redbus or it should scrap ticketing platform website from end as a service motto instead of only doing business.

    For example, if one people is travelling, red bus asks customer to book a ticket of worth inr 2000 to avail offer of rs.150 upon rs.2000 with coupon code "rb150"

    Whereas in paytm, a people can book a ticket & avail a discount of 30% cashback or bus150 cashback into their paytm wallet.

      I booked a bus from delhi to moradabad that was shatabdi ac.. The tickets were booked successfully.. I reached the destination mentioned on the ticket.. And that was anand vihar.. While the real destination was kaushambi.. Due to this problem i missed my bus.. I booked it for my convenience.. And it became a problem for me instead.. Please look after this as soon as possible.. I was sick and now had to travel in roadways.. Unlike me dont let other sick customers suffer due to your companies mistake.. Please.

        Dear Red Bus Service provider,

        On Sunday night (10.07.2016) I traveled from Coimbatore to Chennai in Apple travels booked through Red bus. Even though the charges are exorbitant for safety reason I have selected red bus. The travels contact no given by you is always ringing and not responded. One time they have responded but not answering satisfactorily to the customer. During the travel, near Ulunthurpet at night 3.00 a.m the drivers taken a different route rather than highways to avoid toll charges. The Bus met with accident in a rural area due to driver's fault. The bus skid into 4 feet depth and all passengers received shock injuries and one passenger fractured his hand. (sent through 108 ambulance). It is purely on drivers negligence and not following ethical route, the accident has happened.
        All the passengers suffered a lot and I am on medical treatment and not able to attend my regular duties. Red bus also responsible for selecting such travels in their service scope. Your explanation and action is warranted for this accident.

        "A little while ago, Krishna Bus travel (Delhi -gorakpur) there was a bus accident, but we're all okay. The bus driver was driving very fast and he's not experienced. He's just a 25-year-old boy."

        And this bus driver didn't stop the bus at food point, And this is mentioned in the ticket that 30min food stop. That why I didn't bring food. And I request to drive please stop the bus for buying snacks at least. But he is Misbehaving . PNR 344481
        I need my money back, I left the bus at Lucknow due to safety reasons. Thank you

          Driver called me on 11:15 said he was leaving i told him there is still time for me to board the bus then he asked me to come at katraj which is the next stop and from there will leave at 12:30 i said ok, i was at katraj at 12:20 and i am trying the driver number is switched off, when i called red bus the guy said he will calm the driver and arrange for my transport in the very next bus and it might take around half an hour so i waited but after waiting for more then 45 minutes, i called back again the other said to manage it by my own i the middle of the night around 2:15 am this was the worst thing ever happened i just paid around 450 bucks to the taxi driver to drop me at katraj as per the drivers words, my friend told me about this red bus if not i would have never taken it, i received a call on the other day from some guy from sharma transport he just asked me did you board the bus i said no he said he will co tact me but no sign, no to enquire i called up red bus they said they have sent some number on my friends gmail address that is [protected]@gmail.com she has lost the password for it and i am asking the guy is there any other way he straightaway denied this is rubbish service i need ans.

              Hi,

              I had booked a ticket from Red Bus on 4th June 2016 for a journey from Goa to Mumbai on 5th June 2016. The ticket amount was 900. I booked only 1 ticket but the amount was deducted twice from my account (totally 1800).
              I spoke to the Red Bus Customer Care team about this 4 to 5 times. Every time they say that the refund is in progress, but the amount has still not been refunded to me.
              I request you to look into this matter and help me get my refund amount soon.

              It was never said that the amount was not received by RedBus. The customer care team used to always said that the refund is in progress, but maybe delayed due to some issue.
              I can provide a screenshot of the deductions that have been done from the bank.
              Its clear from the screenshot that there were 2 deductions from my account.

                  I booked a ticket on 22nd May 2016 for my travel. I booked the ticket in morning for next day and at around 7PM I got message that the ticket has been cancelled. I ran to bus station to book myself a new ticket. The reason for ticket cancellation was given as that the bus operator cancelled the bus. Since that day I am running emails to their support to refund my money, which should not be very difficult, but till date they have not made any progress on my case. Each time I email them they give back a auto generated message that somebody will get back to me, and no body does. Its been about 1.5 months and I have still not received my money back, and I have lost hope to do so.

                  I warn everyone against this fraud company. Although you might not have faced any issue with the yet, but in case you do and you ask for refund they will never refund your money.

                    I booked ticket in redbus 15days before my trip and 3days before my trip i got a call frm redbus support that the bus is cancelled and they will refund the amount or give last seat of non ac bus instead of ac bus frnt seat wch i booked or else they refund my money. bt when i opened the site the bus was still on list bt the price is doubled and remaining buses price also increased to double and its there responsibility to allot other seat in other bus bt when i asked the same they r nt responding and replying carelessly.

                      I have booked a ticket from sullurpet to hyderabad with Ticket no: TJ7Z42274327 on redbus website on july 3rd .But the operator has not responded to my calls and bus didn`t arrive at the spot where I have waited for 3 hrs and redbus also have not got the operator online and after three hours I am helpless and redbus executive told me to arrange for alternate resource to my destination after waiting for 3 hrs in the midnight at 12:00 am .They don`t understand the customer priority to reach the destination. they didn`t provide me an alternate resource either .

                        I've booked at ticket through orange travels... in the name 'Arun Kumar' .. of journey from Anand Rao circle., bangalore to vyttila, kochi..on the date[protected]...and time 11:30pm...
                        At the specified time for departure i couldn't find the bus... and wen I called and enquired at the contact number given in the message... they told that they couldn't trace the ticket details...
                        bt.. the ticket costs Rs. 1150...and i lost the cash from my bank account...

                          I booked a ticket via redbus pnr no.:[protected]/98 from delhi to hamirpur.
                          From evening 5 pm of 24th of june, 2016 i continously tried redbus customer care for enquiry regarding bus conductor and bus boarding place but got no response. When i have contacted hrtc office delhi then i got reply"sorry there is no bus at 8.42pm registered with us to hamirpur". I again tried customer care of red bus but still no reply and as a result i missed my bus to hamirpur.
                          I got a loss of rs.1020. Due to irresponsible emloyees. I booked another ticket to hamirpur pnr no.:[protected]/16 to hamirpur. For 25th of june.
                          So what should i do now, should i stop booking my ticket through redbus or the firm will take any necessary action

                            I had a test & interview at Kochi Kerala on 22&23 this month. I booked a hotel room at Kochi & a seat on 2.45 pm 21st June flight from Delhi.To reach Delhi from Roorkee i booked a seat in red bus booking no TJ7K26667568 . Picking time was given 7.41 am 21st June. But the cab came at 9.00 am. I could manage to reach the airport at 2.30 pm. I was denied the flight for being late. I incurred a loss of around rs 9000.00 towards flight etc & the prospect of getting a job. Had the red bus cab come in time or even by 8.30 am this would not had happened.Is it not company responsible for all this? I demand total compensation for my financial loss & Rs. 50000.00 for mental agony & losing a job opportunity.

                              Pathetic service ever gone thru... Red bus sucks to the core.. Make sure my refund is provided at the earliest.. Mr charan kumar from bangalore office promised me to call before 2 days.. No response yet... M suffering as my money is with you guys for no service provided... Will make sure this is bombared on social media

                              I booked my ticket on 16 06 2016 around 8.30 p. M. I intend to travel from mangalore to bangalore on 17 06 2016 and was booking ticket for the same. Total of 4 tickets.. Rs 3000 odd. While the ticket was confirmed, i check my email which said the travel date was 16 06 2016 where as i selected 17 06 2016.. Immediately i called the number provided on the ticket, which was of durgamba motors & they straight away told me that they cant help it as payment was made thru redbus gateway.. I called redbus within 15 mins of booking the ticket, but they told i shud have contacted them before 6.30 p. M (Which is their standard time before which ticket needs to be cancelled).. I spoke to different executives for more than 3 to 4 hours as my ticket for next day was not confirmed and also my money was already with redbus.. Finally got to speak to a so called supervisor named charan kumar who spoke to me for 30 mins and agreed to call me within a day with resolution and to be patient enuf while he check the issue... Afr 48 hours i sent an email to charan against asking for status & he replies on 19th saying, give me time till tomo 11 am which is on 20th.. Today is 22nd and still have not replied me or informed be whats happening..

                                I have booked bus from delhi to salasar the conditions of bus was miserable first the started bus 1nd 1/2 hour late because of illegal loading on roof of bus nd then they take ugly passengers between the root nd they were sitting on floor of bus it was miserable as we were travelling with ladies this was not comfortable nd we were facing a lot of problems i hope u will take care of not giving these discomfort from next time

                                  On 3rd June, I travelled to Ahmedabad from Gurgaon via Srinath Nandu Travels.

                                  While booking ticket, first ticket was not confirmed due to session expire during transaction. I didnt get any message or confirmation of ticket for 1st booking. Then I booked second ticket, and it was confirmed.

                                  However, Red bus deducted money (1450 Rs/-)for the first transaction and didnt confirm the same and didnt book the ticket. Still they have not returned the money. When contacted with the HDFC bank, they said merchant has already deducted money for the transaction.

                                  i booked a bus for indore at 20/06/2016 at 2:30 am varma travels. but i donot have any bus, i do not get any responce from varma travels as well as on responce from redbus customer care..

                                  i need my Rs 585.00 + Rs 50 back (50Rs of i did call to red bus customer care and spend for generating a complaint )

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have booked the ticket through redbus and unfortunately i have not received the ticket due to their system error and the amount which i have paid as per their policy its suppose to credit into the customer account in 7 working days and they are responsible to send an SMS or mail for the same. But till yesterday after many times conversations with call center people they could not resolve or send an email confirmation . Later on have approached the Payment gateway support partner (PAY U IN ) .Through their support i have received my payment details in which Redbus have received the amount on the same day of reservation. My booking date was on 12/06/2016 . Against this proof of my email support from PAY U have send an email to customer care and PAY U team they are also send informed to REDBus by email on 17/06/2016.Finally i have received and email from REDBUS stating my refund has initiated on 17/06/2016 which suppose to happen on 12/06/2016 itself. What if im not calling or following for my refund? Why they are giving falls promised to the customers of refund policy ?

                                    I requesting your kind support the issue should not happen to other customers?
                                    Kindly help me to urge the a compensation from REDBUS

                                      I have booked the tickets and bus driver told me we will not be able to drop you on selected destination point so i spoke with redbus customer service and they said we will refund you please don't travel with that bus so i booked another bus and they are saying now after a month that you will not get refund so please help me and please give me my amount back

                                        I have booked ticket with redbus for mumbai to goa.
                                        Due to their system error ticket was booked for 29.05.2016 implace of my selected date of 17.06.2016.

                                        I have made several call and email regarding this error but still have not received at timely response.

                                        Cost of the ticket was also[protected] .

                                        I dont think that this is less money to leave.
                                        could redbus people sort it out ASAP.

                                        I really appreciate an quick response and decision.
