Dear sir
I have taken a bus ticket for indore to nagpur. But the mandria bus was cancelled due to break down on 13.05.16. They told us the refund will come in 3 days. Still i have not received information of refund. The details are as: tj6c97357454, pnr[protected]. The refund is not reflected in my credit card statement period 19.4.15 to 18.5.15. Also i have not received sms for refund.

    I booked ticket on 19th May 2016 for 20th may from bangalore to thrissur in golden pearl travels.
    I got confirmation and I given the payment also.Later 19th night from the travels they telling you booked for 19th not for 20th .And they are not given the ticket for 20th.
    Travellers saying its a mistake from RED BUS.They are not supporting us and they are not taking any initiative to book other bus ticket also.
    Its a worst service.

    They are not given my ticket amt Rs.1100, they are telling they need 7days.

      Till now i dint get money in my wallet or bank account please solve my problem. I never expected such a bad experience from red bus.
      I booked a bus ticket from redbus. I cancelled on 5 may 2016, first they told me to wait 5-7 days, now they are telling to contact freecharge. I booked a ticket from redbus not freecharge website freecharge is gateway. Freecharge support telling like to contact redbus, redbus support are telling like to contact freecharge. Please solve my problem. Rs 402 till now i didnt get in bank account or wallet. For proof i attached mail..

        I booked a neeta bus through redbus.In from indore to pune for journey date 16th may, 2016. I received a message that boarding time would be 7.50pm at rajendra nagar. My complaints are:
        1. The bus (Mp30p5500) arrived almost 1hr late at rajendra nagar.
        2. At midnight, the driver allowed entrance of local/unreserved passenger inside the bus. Those passenger were sleeping on the floor of the bus hence making reserved passenger movement difficult. They could have stolen goods.
        So i would request authority to take necessary action. Otherwise due to such attitude of cabin crew, passenger will hesitate to travel in such buses.

        I booked ticket from chennai to sivakasi for May3 in Leeya Travels. The amount was charged and no ticket issued. I mailed them and asked them many times regarding this. There is no proper respone or even status from their side for more than 3 weeks.

          I booked 2 tickets through redbus The bus was cancelled at the last moment and redbus CCE said refund will be in my account within 24 hours.
          They also asked me to make another booking, so I booked 2 tickets again and paid again.
          It's been a month and after several follow-ups and emails they are refusing to refund saying bus was not cancelled.
          the CCE's are just trying to buy time so that I give up and stop following up

            I have booked ac sleeper bus from red bus on 7th may 2016 (Ahmeda to pune – mahavat travels) but after boarding i found there was no ac available. I have complained to travel agent and redbus to pay back the amount as well as he refused to arrange another bus. Also i have raised complain against bus operator and requested for partial refund. Bus operator has approved partial refund but redbus stolen that money and not processing my partial refund.
            It is ridicules and worst service from redbus. My no. Is [protected] and [protected]

              I booked a ticket n Redbus Pollachi travels 13th march2016 bus timing around 9:45 I was there on 9:15.. They gave one link to track bus I was doing that then finally after long time bus reached thambaram I'm n next to thambaram that s Perungulathur, Chenab. Then I called to travels people they said please madam wait we will pickup u we won't leave to it seems I also waited because traffic s very horrible I was tracking a bus again its went to vandaloor it means after Perungulathur, vandaloor will come wat it means they left me here and they went I was keep on calling its got switch off then I called to drive number they didn't pickup till 1 Clk I'm calling no one pickup that bus very longggg distance at least I have proof that how much time I called they didn't pickup its OK fine atleast they should refund my R's. 1000 that also they didn't even I record all their calls am complete fed up with Redbus Pollachi travels please help me to refund

                I was trying to book my bus ticket by redbus on 17th april 2016 from bhuntar to delhi that tckt amount was 933/- rs. But due to some issue my booking was not confirmed however amount has been debited for the same.

                But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5-7 days( for your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                Why they are not refunding my amount.

                  I booked a ticket on redbus from chennai to banglore on 14th may, bus operator is orange tour and travels.
                  Bus operator has to give a taxi pick up from shollinganallur at 4:45 am, which they refused at the mean time and not only that, they not informed me about this earlier, when i waited for 30 mins and then call to that bus operator at 5:15 am they told me like this. Then i confirm with redbus and orange tour and travels that i ll going by ola cab and wait for me, i ll be reach at koyemabadu at 6:30. That moment they both ready. When i reached at koyembadu at 6:30, the bus was moved and when again i call to bus operator and redbus, they gave me bus driver contact number. When i called to driver and told him i have a booked ticket on your bus as seat no. B2, he refused and told me that there no booking on your name. Again i called to redbus and explain them everything, they said like okay we will escalated this and refund you the amount of your booking and also the amount you spend on ola cab. But still i did not received any confirmation of my refund and did not get my money back. Really a very bad experience.
                  Suggest you guys dont book ticket in orange tour and travels and also at redbus.

                    Respected sir/ madam

                    I had Booked bus ticket - Bangalore to Coimbatore for travel on 13th May 2016 and it was GNR travels - redBus Ticket - TJ6A55362944.

                    Bus was supposed to start at 11 from Madiwala...and as bus did not come on time, I called the phone no given in the ticket st around 11:40 PM... The person picked the phone said bus has been cancelled and has been informed. Also he told that any further calls to be made to redbus only.

                    Tried calling redbus cust service no and it was getting disconnected after 15 minutes waiting online and I had tried atleast 5-6 times .

                    I was never informed nor messaged about this cancellation. Now no other bus also and I have an important appointment tomorrow morning. Tried for tickets and due to long weekends tickets are all fully doldout. Only option is that I have to travel by early morning flight which will cost about 7000. This is caused purely due to the negligence of redbus and GNR bus team.

                    Redbus team needs to compensate for the agony I underwent and unwanted excess cost incurred.

                    Request you to review this and accord suitable action at the earliest.

                      I booked ticket to trichy and mentioned as Volvo a/c bus in the redbus web site. But this MMK travel is taking us in the van. Not even in the bus.

                      I am going to file a case against redbus and mmk in the consumer former. This is like cheating every body and also taking 1000 rs per ticket.

                      We should banned like this companies were they are making money from us.

                        I was trying to book a ticket from Kasganj to Delhi on 13th may 2016. I tried for three times in a row but every time money from the bank deducted. It was 373 rs which deducted three times in a row. The message shown all the times was payment is received but seat cant be booked. when i called customers care they said only one payment is received. I have transaction number for all three times which are ID:74901432, ID:74903985, Id:74973478. Redbus.in is a thief and cant provide a promt resolution. I have lost nearly 1000 rs. Dont know it will be refunded or not. Be aware from this. Highly not recommended.

                              I booked tickets for goa to hyderabad on 2may2016. Pnr no[protected] @rs 1000*5=5000+300 (Taxes). On the date of journey 11may2016 suddenly the travels agency changed the bus sleeper coach to semisleeper bus. They promised me pay back for difference amount. At time of day redbus.In showed me the price @rs 750/-. But they paid me rs 750/-. I actually my return amount is rs 1250+300/-because of their fault. I faced so many problems in traveling. Hence i request you to take nessary action and refund my remaining amount.

                                Yesterday i am waiting for royal travel madurai. Booking message give to travel person. He told waiting sir bus 30 minits late. I am waiting for 11:30pm again ask travel person he told bus for waiting 5 minit in kalavasal your go to cach auto (Travel to kalavasal 9 km). Travels not given bus number. He ask fully funny answer (Travel person [protected]). City place how reach 9 km in 5 mini.

                                  I have booked 2 tickets for ac bus from kolkata to bhubaneswar (Tran ids tj[protected], tj[protected]). Once i boarded the bus, after 30 minutes of travel, the ac as well as fan of the bus became non functional. After complaining to the staff, they tried something for nothing for an hour, and they told it can't be fixed, and told us to adjust. Also the staff didn't open the window after repeated complaints when we told it's suffocating. They have broken windows in the bus which they have sealed. When i looked up at website to lodge this complaint, the website does not have any complaint box it seems. Because there are 2 ways to reach the company. One is a "contact us" page which does not load up correctly to lodge a complaint, and a request never gets submitted. And another option is the toll free call service which never let's you go to a company representative to lodge the complaint.

                                  When the company knows the bus is faulty, they should not allow such buses to be booked at all. This is clear case of cheating and fraud.

                                    Sanjaya here. I bookked my seat thought redbus from banagalore to belgaum on 6th night with sri balaji tourist. My ticket number is tj[protected].

                                    My boarding time was 10:30pm from govardhan theatre, yashawantpur.
                                    I tried to call balaji on the no given.[protected] at 11 pm asking for where is the bus. But the reply was it will come in 10 min. I used to call every 10 min, that balaji guy used say after 10 min. Then started teliing note down the mobile number at 11:30 pm. I told you send the message as it is your duty to send the message and not mine to note down. Then he told red cloour bus of national travels will come there and board in that. I got shocked, i told i booked for balaji and you are telling me to board for national travels.
                                    He told thier bus got cancelled so arranged seat in national travels and i took him left and right. That bull guy cut the call.

                                    Bus arrived at 12:15 am, a delay of 1 hour and 40 min. This is very ridiculaous, my friends who bus from other travels like srs, they boarded the bus in just 10 min delay of thier scheduled time. Balaji says the majestic route is jammed so it will be late. I dont agree on this. This is the bus operator to decide on the time and keep the time if required they have start early from their first point.

                                    When bus came instaed of l6 they gave me 1st upper saying it is not your bus which you booked and the 1st upper sleeper seat of national travels is horrible to sleep also with one bag.

                                    My first question is why balaji is not sending the message like srs, vrl and others send regarding bus no. And time.? Hope balaji is another bullying travels and they have cheated me here. And same thing they have done for 7 passengers.

                                    Second thing who authorized them to reserve my seat in national travels (Ntho)? Why redbus is not taking any action on this.?

                                    Any how i dont like the way staff of national behave with the passnagers
                                    For many years.

                                    Why redbus is not gave strong intruction like every bus operaters should send the details of the bus compulsorily for every passnger.?

                                    I think that even redbus is mingled with these travels for the profit? Confirm on this. I have taken this seriously and i will go to rto or i amy got to leagal on this as i have to show who i am and who did this should pay for me.

                                    Redbus is sleeping and getting the profit from the customers and i strongly feel it is redbus responsibility to handle the travels like sir balaji and national the most cunning operators.
                                    Already one girl has started the legal action on you for her molestation by bus guys and i ahev signed her petition also.

                                    Now you will file another petition from my side and i will fight on this.

                                    Hope i will get the reply and justice on this. As no will tolerate for this type of humiliation after paying more than 100 rupees for bus booking although it was not worth.

                                      The buses that are enlisted here do not have adequate information.Some of them are not in a very good condition.Those must be put off from the list.Traveller safety must be their concern too.Bus policies are not clear and redbus does not take liability if the bus malfunctions, making refund a difficult process.Women also feel unsafe because no background investigation is done about bus drivers and helpers .
                                      Do verify before enlisting buses.

                                        Hi,
                                        i have booked a ticket on Red bus app from my Iphone. the ticket is from Anakapalli to Hyderabad on May 2nd 2016. the time shown at the time of booking is 7:40 PM.
                                        But after booking the journey time changed to 9:40PM. because of that, my complete journey got shifted by 3 hours.
                                        actually time i thought to reach hyderabad is 6:40 AM next day.
                                        but i actuallly reached by 10 AM.
                                        because of that i have reached office late, and missed some important meetings.
                                        The travels is Gautami Travels.
                                        the app which i have used to Book is Redbus. i have attahced the photo images
                                        1. image which says that the goutami travels is scheduled at 7:40 PM
                                        2. image which says that the ticket got booked and the journey time is 9:40 PM.

                                        I have called them for the mistake happened, they did not repond properly, and offered me to book another ticket and told me that they will cancel the ticket booked at 9:40 PM.
                                        But by that time i got this reponse from them almost all the tickets were sold and the remaining tickets are all back seats. I am suffering from back pain, so i could accept that solution given by them.
                                        And after that another executive from red bus, told me that he is taking the complaint and his team will get back to me with in 24 hours., But it is already 48 hours from the time i have given the complaint, no body called me.
                                        i have spent about 50 minutes talking to them on their customer care number [protected], which is not toll free.
                                        i called from my phone so bill is also against me.
                                        I could not get any sleep that day in the bus, i am always thinking about the next day office. As i could not get proper sleep, i could not work properly the next day.

                                        can you please consider this and help me get the compensation for the time waste i have experienced and the mental torture i have experienced for this whole issue and the phone bill i have spent for the complaint.
