On 3rd June, I travelled to Ahmedabad from Gurgaon via Srinath Nandu Travels.
While booking ticket, first ticket was not confirmed due to session expire during transaction. I didnt get any message or confirmation of ticket for 1st booking. Then I booked second ticket, and it was confirmed.
However, Red bus deducted money (1450 Rs/-)for the first transaction and didnt confirm the same and didnt book the ticket. Still they have not returned the money. When contacted with the HDFC bank, they said merchant has already deducted money for the transaction.
