Booked a hotel in pondichery through red bus. I didn't get any confirmation from red bus but amount of 1286 rs deducted from my acct. I made calls to customer care they were assuring me that i will get back my money with in one week but when i asked for any reference no. for complaint they didn't provide me any complaint no. or reference no. At the day of booking customer care executive was saying your booking is in process and you will get confirmation within 30 min but after one day i didn't get any confirmation an now they are saying your money will be refunded with in a week.

I have already contacted red bus for refund, they assure me to return money within 5-7 working days now its more than 2 weeks. I didn't get my money back . My -ticket # for complaint is[protected]. Please do the needful.

      I have booked a ticket from VIKAS TRAVELS for 19th December, 2015 from Delhi to Jaipur at 11:55PM boarding from Dhaula Kuan through Red Bus. But when I reached Dhaula Kuan then there were only 2 buses which were totally full & no space left even for standing in those 2 bus. But I tried to enter in that bus then the driver said that 3 more buses are arriving you should come in that which is fake call by the driver to the passengers who are waiting for those 3 buses. Police vehicle was also present there and we complaint to the police by calling them on 100. Police make arrangement for another bus but unfortunately the bus arranged by police want money Rs.27000 because there were no money given by Vikas travel to the bus agency for carrying passenger of Vikas Travels and the bus owner refused to go until he get the money but ultimately we have to go by HARYANA ROADWAYS BUS at 3:00AM

            Am Sajeed Ahamed this is second time am facing same problem they went another route without informing me I was on the time to the stop @ 9.20 and I was waiting here for more then 1hr till 10.30 still i didn't get and then u contacted bus driver he didn't pick the call then after 2 try he picked the call and said he took another route and went and cut the call it's very disappointing in this rain u people provide worst service. I need my money as refund Bus contact no : +[protected] After this mail they created ref no[protected] and i have been tracing them for past 14 days and i called them regarding this they where saying your process is in process and you will receive a confirmation mail from us but no response from them again they are saying wait u will receive in next 7 bank working day after confirmation, worst service i have faced.

                redbus has booked ticket on a wrong date Please credit the money back to my account as I have not asked for this date Proof of date of request .ie 29.12.15 is got by screen shot of request page. proof of wrong date ticket by redbus is also got by screenshot The mistake done by redbus is causin mental agony Hereafter if I ask for a particular date, redbus will give ticket for a different date Hence, redbus web page is totally collapsed. Red bus, be carefull hereafter while booking bus tickets ask for the customer for confirmation on date before proceeding to payment.                   Hi, I have tried to cancel the tickets before cancellation, but unable to reach any hotline numbers. even i have tried through whats up, but no use. Then i have tried calling no response even after 20 attempts. Then finally i cancelled the ticket. As per the flood relief cancellation policy 100% are not refunded. Then I called and asked Chennai number, they ask me to send email regarding this. But the problem is during the those days in Chennai complete mobile network problem and only internet was working.                       Dear Team, Please find attached bank statement highlighted yellow stating that on 4th Dec 2015 while I was trying to book my travel ticket through redbus it was not booked but amount deducted against attached reference/Txn no. Then I immediately made contact at[protected] there I got confirmation that my ticket is not booked yet the amount is in between and this will go for refund only within 7 Days. Now it has been completed almost twelve days and the amount has not been refunded please do the needful.

                          I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum on 2 Dec 2015 via Redbus online booking site. They have given me ticket number and travel operator details (Thirumaal Alagu Travels, Ticket # THCV[protected]. I went to the bus operator office on the same day and they said they will not operate the bus due to Chennai Disaster and cancelled the bus.I stood there around 2 hours and informed redbus support centre. Support team told me that they were trying to contact the bus operator and could not connect. Next day I put a mail to Redbus and no response from their end three days, after that I called the support centre and they said wait for another 7 days. I wait another one more week and after that I got a mail from Redbus saying that " As per the discussion with the team, we clarify that they have denied refund claiming that the bus was not cancelled on the day of journey." again I called the support centre and asked about this, support team told me wait for wait for another 24 hours and get a positive response and get the money back. Nothing happened I called again today 16-Dec-2015 talked to Support team Ms Somali, said they will not process the refund and they have confirmed with the bus operator and other passengers the bus was not cancelled. Support case #[protected] Again we called the travel operator TAT and checked with them and they confirmed they were cancelled the bus and refunded the amount who booked the ticket directly at their office. REDBUS IS REALLY CHEATERS AND LOOTING MONEY, THIS IS VERY SHAMFULL AND PITY ON THIS KIND ATTITUDE SUCH A REDICULUS BEHAVE TO PEOPLE.

                            Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that I booked a ticket - THCG74622752 from Red Bus by my credit card ( ICICI BANK ) name of " Sunil Kumar Arya " Mobile No-[protected], Travelling date was 25th November from Noida TO Aligarh, Seat No-21 ( Male ) Dep time 7: 20 a.m. and Rs. 159.20 deducted from my account . But I cancelled this ticket from my registered email id [protected]@rediffmail.com and some times I received a mail that your ticket has been cancelled and same amount Rs. 199 /- will be refunded in your account within 7 days but it has past very long time . No refund received in my credit card account !!! I received only Rs. 159.20 in my account against previous cancel ticket-THC[protected], From- Aligarh To Noida Dep Time 9:a.m., Seat No- 5 ( Male ) Travelling date[protected] .                                   Hi, i booked ticket from bangalore to tirupathi, the registration phone.no is [protected], on Nov 10th 2015. the thing is that time bus was not came. and i got my ticket regret cancellation from APSRTC dept.. in that message mentioned like. "you'll get refund amount and T&C applay. I given complaint to Redbus customer also. they told like we will initiate ASAP". this one done lost month only. but still i ddn't get any refund amount from yours.

                                    I had booked a ticket through REDBUS for the first time today(12/12/2015). I had booked a ticket for a Bangalore to chennai Bus of Sangita Bharati travels. The departure time was mentioned as 3.15 PM on 12/12/2015. Redbus had confirmed my ticket and deducted money from my account. I hired a taxi from my hotel and reached the boarding point at Majesty in bangalore half an hour before the specified time. When I went to the Sangita travels office, the operator person who was at the office asked me who I am and what I want. I told him about my ticket. But he said there is no buses available and asked me to cancel my ticket to avail refund. He also asked me to take another bus from shanthi nagar and asked me to pay Rs. 750/-. When I refused to pay, he started to abuse me. He started shouting at me. This was around 2.30 pm. Around 3.45PM, finally one of their representative told me that she had initiated refund. I received a CR no after an hour. CR no:[protected]. I then had to take a cab to shanthi nagar and travel to chennai by SETC bus as there were no other buses available after that.
