Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that I booked a ticket - THCG74622752 from Red Bus by my credit card ( ICICI BANK ) name of " Sunil Kumar Arya " Mobile No-[protected], Travelling date was 25th November from Noida TO Aligarh, Seat No-21
( Male ) Dep time 7: 20 a.m. and Rs. 159.20 deducted from my account .
But I cancelled this ticket from my registered email id [protected]@rediffmail.com and some times I received a mail that your ticket has been cancelled and same amount Rs. 199 /- will be refunded in your account within 7 days but it has past very long time .
No refund received in my credit card account !!!
I received only Rs. 159.20 in my account against previous cancel ticket-THC[protected], From- Aligarh To Noida Dep Time 9:a.m., Seat No- 5 ( Male )
Travelling date[protected] .
Now Red Bus Team is saying that we had processed Rs, 199 /- in your Pay U money wallet on[protected] . How can it possible because my travelling date was[protected] and refund process approx 7-8 working days .
I have discussed may times with Red Bus and also Pay U Money but no positive response till date .
So, I therefore request you to please credit refund amount in my account at earliest possible...
Remark-
I had discussed with Red Bus Team, Pay U Money many times but no resolution till date .
