Respected sir/madam As i am booked 2 bus tickets of referense id 69485038 from Bangalore to ganavati, in the name of Veeresh Angadi by REDBUS web site, and they immediately deducted amount of rs 1100 through PAYUMONEY, but seats are not allocated by redbus and they said that they will refund that amount within 7 working days, but I don't have anymore amount for further new booking right now, but I have to send my parents today itself to native since one of them are patient who appeared heart surgery recently, so this situation creates very much problem to me, so please solve this problem and take charge on them, so only no one will get problem like me because some time money and time plays very crucial parts in our life no matter how much amount it is.     I have booked the bus ticket november 10 th, 10.00 PM, in SRM Transports with the use of Redbus . But bus driver was not allowed to enter into bus .because they told another person booked the ticket .and driver told me next bus will come check with that bus . I was waiting there at more than 2 hours no bus came .I called the red bus customer care and also SRM transports customer care they
    did not pick the call. Then next day i called to redbus asked to refund my money .i am not getting proper response and i dropped many mail they even no response

    Mr Salman Driver was not enter into bus they already booked the ticket with another person they some another bus will be came i waiting there almost 2 hours there is no bus was came .they told like that i am not responsible i have booked the ticket with u .They not entering into the bus .At that i am trying to call your care no one attend the call and also called SRM Transports care they also no respond what i do .how u close the ticket .
    i want the refund money .

      I had booked a ticket on October 28 2015 and the bus got cancelled due to breakdown or something. I had to book a ticket via another bus through Redbus. Redbus had to refund me the amount for the cancelled trip. I had made payment partially from Redbus wallet and online debit card payment. I got the refund for the amount that was paid via Debit card but the wallet amount was never refunded. Now it has been almost one month. When ever I call redbus they generate a new ticket number and never process it. The worse customer service ever.

        I booked bus ticket from redbus with advance payment (Ticket number THC[protected]Date 6-11-15)
        And redbus gave me wrong SMS details about BUS Contact number.

        That day, Bus didn't came on scheduled time. i wait for it full night on same Boarding point.(I.e. i was alone waiting on road with my luggage from 11-10 PM to 4 AM)
        and i tried to call customer call center of redbus but they were not available within those 4 hours.

        Redbus spoiled my schedule and that was very miserable .After waiting 4 hours i went off from there.

        next day on[protected] i complained about it By customer care. My service request number is[protected].they were talking about my refund at that time.

        But till now[protected], Red Bus didn't responded me by sms either by call.
        Infect i called them 4 to 5 times, but they are not giving me proper information.
        I lost my too much mobile calling balance behind this.

        I was not expecting this from redbus.This is totallly .
        I was Depressed mentally by redbus service.

        Please give me revert back.

          I have tried to book ticket for 21/11/2015 and 22/11/2015 through online twice through red bus for travel from lucknow to delhi. During which my account number was twice debited for rs.1099/- and 857/- And for rs.1099/- Transaction the ticket was not booked but red bus executive called me and booked the ticket with 899/- for 21-11-15 rupees and informed me reaming amount I will get as coupon from redbus for 1099/- and other 857/- transaction will be directly credited to my account.

          But Money was not refunded till date and also I didn't get red bus coupon also even I called twice to their customer care .

          And also they booked the ticket for sleeper seat but while boarding bus guys given me normal seat..They are not responding at all.

          Plz have a look into this.

            I have booked one ticket on Oct 20th for AC semi sleeper bus.but they provided AC seater push back.
            More than an month i asking about this issue . Every time i am getting mail and asking feebback only.. they dont care about the complaints what we raised.
            I raised issue on 11/11/2015 - case id[protected]. Even this week goen.nothing progress on thier side.

            Beware of Redbus, bzc After booking if you ask question to Travels, they simply answers we are correct, you can ask redbus.but redbus they dont care about such a things
            RedBUS will calls you only when if your booking transaction got break, bzc they want money. :)

            Other Improtant thing redbus customer care is not free.So i lost & wasted my money by call redbus customer care.

            plz Beware of Redbus and Travels they show in site.

              I booked a bus on Redbus.in for travel to Ahmedabad to Bhuj. The website clearly mentioned departure at 10:20 and arrival at 04:05. I had a flight at 6:25 but when I got on the bus they told that the bus I booked was discontinued without any information to me due to which I could not board my flight as the bus was scheduled to reach at 6.

              Red bus has the most horrible customer service, dont ever try travelling via this app, they have a 3rd rated rescheduling policy, we had booked 3 tkts from bangalore to mangalore and wanted to reschedule 2 tkts, it was not giving us an option, they say we need to reschedule all 3 tkts, worst service, dont ever use this app to book your tkts, they only know to fool customers

                I booked a ticket on 4th November 2015 from Delhi to Lucknow. I had the most horrible experience i've ever had.

                The bus departure timing was 10:30 PM from Anand Vihar. I left from my place at 8:40 keeping traffic into consideration. I mid of my way at 9 i got a call from a guy stating that you have booked a ticket with us and we want you to come early as the bus will leave before time. I said the timing was 10:30 PM how can bus leave early and still i agreed that alright i come before time. i reached the departure place and found that the bus has already left, I asked the guy were is the bus he said it is at petrol pump you go there. I somehow reached the petrol pump and boarded the bus.

                I went in asking for were is the seat number which was on my ticket, on which I got a reply that there is no seat number here you can sit anywere.

                I asked the driver to refund the balance payment n I will go sitting. They started fighting that it is not in our hand.

                The driver and his group they were DRINKING (HARD DRINKS) in the bus as well.

                I request redbus to please take action upon this and refund the complete amount.

                As not only I had a bad experience n missed the bus, I faced a loss of work as well.


                I sent this mail on 5th november 2015, n no action is taken upon it yet.

                  I have had bookedbooked online ticket for two passengers having ticket number THBX38465328 for journey on the date 6th November 2015 from goa to pune by paying amount 1650 by debit card. But after booking the ticket I realised that I wanted to book the ticket for the journey on 7th Nov.instead of 6th. So I had cancelled the ticket on 3rd. And booked another ticket by paying another 1650 Rs. After cancellation of ticket I have got SMS that the refund of Rs. 1460 will be credited within 7 days. But even after 16 days I have not received any refund.

                  I have received a feedback from redbud.in customer care saying that to they have already refunded the amount in account and asked me to contact with my bank.
                  When I have contacted to bank, the bank representative told me that there is no such transaction in my account on or after 03rd Nov. This means that redbud is making false statement and I feel that they don't to to resolve the problem or they want not to refund my money.
                  I was regular customer of redbud since last two years. But now because of such a bad experience I will not book any ticket on redbud and I will suggest my friends and everyone not to use redbus.in to book any ticket

                      I booked a ticket from pune to shirdi on 04-15 ticket no THBP65223379 which was cancelled by travel agency at last moment and were promised that the money would be refunded within 7 days. but till date it has not been refunded and the the customer care is very pathetic and unresponsive. Even the operator informed the service has been cancelled but there is no proper response. Hope REDBUS looks into the matter earnestly and does not trouble passengers like this.                           I have booked my ticket on 6/11/15 to travel from Bangalore to belgaum on 9/11/15 through redbus I have booked Paulo travel ac sleeper at 10:30. On 9/11/15 at 6:30 pm 2 hours before bus departure I receive message that my ticket has been cancelled due to some uncertainty. I called to redbus operator to find out what actually has happened they told to that due to brake fail in the bus due to which bus has been cancelled I told to the operator its ok now please book another ticket ac sleeper of same price for me as it is emergency for me i have to go today only I can't book another ticket at last moment has there are limited bus with high price with backside seats I have back problem I can't travel in sitting bus and I don't want backside seat the operator has refused to book my ticket the operator told that they don't have authority and I called Paulo travel even they told same thing. They told they will refund my money back in 7 working day. What kind of service it is at last minute cancellation of ticket and not booking another ticket and refunding the amount immediately..

Time 19.00 Hrs @ Koyambedu Chennai on 14.11.2015 and return ticket booked by Parveen Travels AC., Mercedes Benz Dept. Time 21.30 Hrs boarding @L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad on 15.11.2015.
                            I Have paid through my IOB Net Banking Account Total Rs.2, 687.60 Paise and money debited. But the ticket is not booked yet. Kindly confirm my booked ticket or refund the amount immediately.

                                Hi Team - I am much worried on the experience i had with redbus and their service provider (Apple Bus) for the ticket # THBZ79459535. I am about to get my bus yesterday (11/06/2015) @ 11:20 PM and to get its current location status - I called them @ 11:00 PM. By then, they are telling me that the bus has not been scheduled. Its very annoying for me to call them and know the status of the bus being cancelled. As per the schedule, the bus must have been started by 09:15pm @ the source. They might have informed us if the bus was really cancelled due to technical issue, but these guys are cheating redbus and its customers. I am shocked to see redbus defending such kind of service providers and asking me to arrange for alternate travel @ the midnight.

                                Originally the bus was not cancelled, instead they sold the ticket in private for 1000 bucks and left the redbus customer uncared and fooled.

                                As a result, for being the redbus customer - I lost Rs.1500 to reach my destination and above all with pain @ untime. I am totally unconvinced and feeling bad for the most unfair thing happened..

I booked the ticket on redbus app, and when as the bus was cancelled.There should be a refund of cash in my account, but no refund took place, even after I lodged a complaint to redbus and having given assurance about the refund.                                     Please find the attached ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on Oct 26, 2015 booked through Red Bus for ticket details.

                                    On Oct 26, 2015, one person called from the bus operator, Kaleswari Travels and informed that my scheduled bus was under breakdown and my bus changed to Hitech. There was no proper info or message regarding the bus number or anything.

                                    I came to the boarding point at 10.15 pm while the bus departure time is 10.45 pm. I am continously contacting the numbers given on the ticket while none of them responded. I was confused regarding the change of bus and there was no proper guidance.Finally after repeated attempts, one of the person received my call at 11.25 pm and he told that the bus changed to New Dhanunjay Travels and the bus also have arrived.

                                    In the morning after i woke up at around 7.30am, to my utter shock and surprise the bus of New Dhanunjaya Travels was at Jadcherla and the bus driver and helper ranaway keeping the bus aside. Many of the passengers lost their belongings. I lost Rs.3000/-. They are not receiving the phone calls and finally we have to go to Hyderabad in another bus which is very far.

                                    Is this the kind of service given to customers? If this is the case I will never use Red Bus and also advise my friends and relatives regarding the same. This is the worst experience and ill treatment meted out to customer.

                                    Kindly take necessary action against the bus operator and refund my ticket amount.

                                      Hi, I would like to file petition through the consumer forum, because of no response from the redbus services. redBus Ticket - THBD92438322 Someone Pavan Chintapalli (red bus service manager) agreed to pay the amount, but not yet paid. Not at all responding to my mobile and also tried with couple of other numbers. Their site says, "tickets booked from their site are refundable", but so far not happened. Transport services which are not registered in practical are placing their services through redbus, and redbus encourages those fault activities. Asked for list of registered transport services and MoU between the transporters and redbus, But no reply. Still struggling to get the list.
