    Hi Team - I am much worried on the experience i had with redbus and their service provider (Apple Bus) for the ticket # THBZ79459535. I am about to get my bus yesterday (11/06/2015) @ 11:20 PM and to get its current location status - I called them @ 11:00 PM. By then, they are telling me that the bus has not been scheduled. Its very annoying for me to call them and know the status of the bus being cancelled. As per the schedule, the bus must have been started by 09:15pm @ the source. They might have informed us if the bus was really cancelled due to technical issue, but these guys are cheating redbus and its customers. I am shocked to see redbus defending such kind of service providers and asking me to arrange for alternate travel @ the midnight.

    Originally the bus was not cancelled, instead they sold the ticket in private for 1000 bucks and left the redbus customer uncared and fooled.

    As a result, for being the redbus customer - I lost Rs.1500 to reach my destination and above all with pain @ untime. I am totally unconvinced and feeling bad for the most unfair thing happened..

      Ticket no-THB[protected] PNR no: TS-RB20386558FQT/52259/Chennai to Bangalore . I booked the ticket on redbus app, and when as the bus was cancelled.There should be a refund of cash in my account, but no refund took place, even after I lodged a complaint to redbus and having given assurance about the refund. Please help.

        Please find the attached ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on Oct 26, 2015 booked through Red Bus for ticket details.

        On Oct 26, 2015, one person called from the bus operator, Kaleswari Travels and informed that my scheduled bus was under breakdown and my bus changed to Hitech. There was no proper info or message regarding the bus number or anything.

        I came to the boarding point at 10.15 pm while the bus departure time is 10.45 pm. I am continously contacting the numbers given on the ticket while none of them responded. I was confused regarding the change of bus and there was no proper guidance.Finally after repeated attempts, one of the person received my call at 11.25 pm and he told that the bus changed to New Dhanunjay Travels and the bus also have arrived.

        In the morning after i woke up at around 7.30am, to my utter shock and surprise the bus of New Dhanunjaya Travels was at Jadcherla and the bus driver and helper ranaway keeping the bus aside. Many of the passengers lost their belongings. I lost Rs.3000/-. They are not receiving the phone calls and finally we have to go to Hyderabad in another bus which is very far.

        Is this the kind of service given to customers? If this is the case I will never use Red Bus and also advise my friends and relatives regarding the same. This is the worst experience and ill treatment meted out to customer.

        Kindly take necessary action against the bus operator and refund my ticket amount.

          Hi, I would like to file petition through the consumer forum, because of no response from the redbus services. redBus Ticket - THBD92438322 Someone Pavan Chintapalli (red bus service manager) agreed to pay the amount, but not yet paid. Not at all responding to my mobile and also tried with couple of other numbers. Their site says, "tickets booked from their site are refundable", but so far not happened. Transport services which are not registered in practical are placing their services through redbus, and redbus encourages those fault activities. Asked for list of registered transport services and MoU between the transporters and redbus, But no reply. Still struggling to get the list.

            I had booked 5 tickets through DUTT KRUPA TRAVELS from pune to surat before one and half month of travel date. And just before 10 days travel agent called me and told that bus is cancelled and money will be refunded.And for further queries i should talk with redbus and not the travel agent. when called to redbus they were completely negligent and did not find themselves responsible for any inconvenience caused to the passengers. they were not willing to help in any matter and moreover they even didnt provide us with alternative travel option. firstly, the tickets booked before one and half month costed me 700 each and now the same travel costs me about 1200 for each ticket. why would i book ticket before one and half month if at the end of the day i have to book again for almost double rates. secondly, why is redbus not responsible for any inconvenience caused to its customers. if the travel agency says that you need to talk with redbus as you have booked tickets through it and redbus says that we cannot do anything.. who is responsible for such inconvenience? thirdly, we would have booked tickets before one half month only because the travel was so important to us. so at the very last moment when the prices have hiked we are left with no option but to book tickets with higher price again using the same redbus platform.(so double commission by redbus) fourthly, when talked with two phone operators of redbus and a person from higher authority they provided the same reasons and excuses of not doing anything about it and not responsible for anything. then why have you created such a platform for the customers if they arent responsible for any damn thing? fifth, the money to be refunded will be the same amount that is 700*5 = 3500. so, extra money will be paid by us for the same tickets and nothing that we get back for the hiked prices of the bus rates. is this some kind of strategy? so that the customers are bound to pay high ticket rates when the prices of tickets are hiked during season time. this is truly unbearable. travel date 6 november registration in name of pratik kotadia travelling from pune to surat we just want our tickets replaced by any other available bus with the same amount we had paid earlier.

              WIth respect of above subject, I have a redbus cash coupon of Rs:807.50 tried to redeem by booking bus ticket but couldn't after contacting redbus customer care came to know this facility been withdrawn and he suggested to contact redbus support team, i have sent a mail regarding the issue and relevant details but so far not got any updation and response on this. I have sent reminder mail 2-3 times .requesting you to kindly consider and help me out to get back my money .                 This complaint regarding my redbus trip hi, i always use to book the tickets though REDBUS APP but bad luck 2 monts back i was booked the ticket but it was very painful when i got to know that i dont have any bus to travel in which i have booked we have done the Booking u can check previous history and 1 more thing there is 2 Hosangadi one is Kerala and other one is kerala hosangadi u can see in your app and its not the customer mistake which was done always we use to book through same APP and same route but this time operator was changed u can investigate with other operator whether Hosangadi is from MOODABIDRI or Kundapur now how can customer know which operator has saved his boarding point this is very clear your also mingled with operator and blaming, if it my mistake i can accept now what should i do for this response u are there to give Customer service ..

                  Tried booking ticket on 28th October 2015 to Dindigul for an amount of Rs.570/-. the amount got deducted for Rs.470/- after Rs.100 discount which I paid thru payu money. But the ticket was not booked and got a message and email from redbus saying my amount will be credited within 7 days. Till date havent received the refund and no response when I tried contacting them over phone.

                    I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Trichy on 01.10.2015. Booking time is 07:54 PM departure time is 10:45 PM. PNR number of the ticker is: M7BGDF2 When I boarded the bus at 10:30, the authorised person in the bus told me that the ticket is blocked by the travels and my seat number 18 is sold to some other walk in passenger. I showed them I have booked ticket and received SMS and showed them my ticket. The travels agent informed that Red Bus had opened the ticket which we blocked for our purpose and it is sold now. I said I do not know such things as they are your internal matters and I asked them to give me my seat. I am supposed to travel in SBT Travels. Bus No. is TN45 BC 6427 ( Air Conditioned Bus) The travel agent convinced me by saying he will give seat in some other bus. As I want to go to Trichy immediately I accepted it. But he gave me a seat in Non-AC bus ( Bus No. TN 04 K 0429), I asked for refund, because I paid 850 rupees for travelling in AC bus but he allotted me a ticket in Non-AC bus. The Non-AC bus I travelled met with an accident near Villupuram around 03:00 AM on 02.10.2015. Fortunately all passengers are escaped without any major injuries. I got another local bus on the way and reached Trichy around 08:30 AM When I contacted the SBT Travels for Refund they asked me to contact Red Bus. But there is no response from Red Bus. I am going to file a compliant in a legal forum so that I will get my refund and compensation.

I have not yet received the bus refund amount status. The customer care number you provided is not picking up. And finally i booked return ticket from goa to hyd. Details below - redBus mTicket - Goa to Hyderabad THAT77933532 P[protected]/H91 Paulo Travels 05:15 PM Oct 3, 2015 20(M), 24(F), 23(M) Rs.8502 Rs.8477 Rs.25 -- As i was not ready to travel with paulo travels again for the dumbest service.i tried for cancellation on 1st Oct. But i was not able to cancel from the ios app. I tried calling customer care but around 3-4times it was busy and i could not able to contact your customer care. I have tried my best to cancel this ticket but lost hope from your side. Iam not in a position to lose money where i was no way related because of the techincal issues from yourside. And when i discussed with your customer care they asked me to write this big mail. I love redbus a lot of your service but i am worried if i would lose my trust towards you. I have already complained in facebook redbus page.

                        We booked name of Somashekhar Bulla on 6th Oct 15 from Sindhanur to Bangalore and ticket ticket number is TIN:THB[protected], PNR:TS-RB20236995 SNY/248158/RAI-MAN-SIR-BALLARI-BNG 555 WITH MEENAKSHI TRAVELLS. AFTER SOME TIME WE RECIEVED MESSAGE, 'Dear Passanger, today bus is cancelled due to break down onile will refund ur full amount' www.meenakshibus.com. after that we checked meenakshi number about seat number U7 and they some other names. immediately we booked with Sugama with redbuss only. since yestarday i am wasting my time & patience with sending mail & reaching with customer care number, there is no response. redbuss customer care is very worst and i am loosing my believness about Redbus & PayUmoney.

                          This is to inform you all that I had booked my ticket from Hyderabad to Goa for the 1st of October, 2015(Ticket reference no.- THAK[protected] in Akbar travels but were seated on a different bus called newdhanunjaya . the bus was supposed to leave 630 in the the evening but it left at 10.30 in the night. They stopped for two for 1-2 hours on the way(apart from dinner and breakfast) for no apparent reason and what surprises me the most is that the driver did not know the ways in Goa and drove us around for more than an hour extra to find his way. He dropped us off at 3.15 in the afternoon at Panjim, Goa instead of 9.30am. We lost most of our day because of no actual reason but simply the ignorance of the driver, the bus attendant and the travel agency (Akbar travels). I demand a refund for my tickets from Redbus as I had booked my ticket through them.

                            Date - 5th Oct 2015. Client- Chamunda Travels. Incident: Just because of some commission and money they stop bus at very worst place for dinner . they did not provide us a single bowl and not even water itself . it was too worst place. cost was touching like 5 star hotel and i was feeling that i am in Jail. top of that driver was so rude and countinously saying to talk to redbus because they have their cut over there. Red Bus must shame on such uneghical behaviour with their customes.

                              I have called red bus on several occasions and they are not in a state to provide me a refund. It's been more than a month since I am behind for the refund. I request you people please do not book tickets through red bus. Really we need to act and shud business of such a company The bus was booked for purple travels and they have also processed the refund but red bus is holding the money Red bus makes business in this way by not refunding money and holding with them Please do not use their service. You shall face a lot of problems as I am one here Hope this helps all

                                I had booked a ticket from delhi-kashmere gate to rishikesh for yesterday night.The Bus no. UP65AT0444 of AG travels was been booked for the same. First of all there was an issue of allotment of seat no 37 to three different passengers..then came the issue with the ac of the bus which did not consists of locks due to which the bus was extra chilled and was unbearable to stay .Then the bus was in such high speed that we the passengers at back seat was bumped every now and then into the seat or the fan which was really hurting. And the last one was out of control which is this that at haridwar the bus suddenly stopped and they started shouting that we have reached haridwar and they did not convey correctly that the passengers of rishikesh has to get down of the bus as they will be sent in a different bus because this bus will not go to rishikesh..so there was lot of confusion due to which four passengers including me didn't get what's happening and we did not get out of the bus. When we got to know wht was happening we told them that we have left here only so they said OK we will adjust you all in any roadways bus and brought us to bus stand..from there they said come with us and when we all get down they suddenly disappeared and ran away with the bus. We were left at haridwar bus stop without any arrangements done for reaching haridwar neither we were given our money back for that..these people are frod and I strongly suggest not to board any red bus i[censored] want a comfortable journey.
                                Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                For such a and service I will not give even 1 star.

                                  Shameful to say we have organisations like red bus who deduct money by fraud means and don't book tickets over and above they don't tell you for 10 days...After that they offer ticket with double cost ...The company should be disbanded for fraudulent business ...Shame on Red bus

                                    I booked a ticket on 20th Sept and the journey is on 21st Sept., my bus was cancelled by service provider(dhanunjaya travels) and the was not yet refunded till date, at least i wasn't given any intimation regarding refund intitiation ...even when i was trying to reach them on their customer service number they were too busy such that they cannot even ans a call

                                      This is regarding bus ticket booking from redbus mobile application. I was trying to book a bus ticket on 11.09.2015 from redbus mobile app. While making the payment the amount was debited from my a/c but the ticket was not booked. This was happened twice, For the second time I approached to their support team so they booked the ticket for me for the second transaction, however for the first failed transaction the money has been debited from my account but the ticket was not booked now its been 20 days redbus is not refunding my money. I am having the reference no. for failed transaction which is 50113683. As per the refund policy i have waited for more than 10 days but the amount has not been refunded.I have been continously calling the customer support desk but every time they ask for 24 hours time but dont refund the money.Its been 20 days now my money has not been refunded.                                         I have tried to book a bus ticket on 30.09.2015. While making the payment (credit card) the amount was debited in my a/c but the ticket was not booked. This was happened twice (second time I confirmed from their support team, that things won't fail again), I hereby attached the error message shown on your site. Also, I got a same message in my mail id and mobile. The payment details are shown below for your reference
