We booked AC Bus Ticket through RedBus - Carnival Holidays Mumbai Starting from Borivali West return. In the morning the Bus with without Air Condition upon complaining they asked us to adjust according to situation. After that they changed the Bus having in Dadar we had to wait under bright sun for 30 to 45 minutes. They only covered four sight seance excluded Siddhivinayak Mandir, Haji Ali etc. covered only Musuem, Gateway of India, Boot Ghar, 3D Show, Mahalakshmi Mandir only . Where as it should have covered hanging garden, and other important land marks in mumbai. They charged INR 1200.00 extra for entry fees which is very high compared to actual charges. They have cheated us. We want our half money back for inaccurate trip. Contact [protected] or [protected]

      I booked a bus ticket from bareilly to Delhi for 22nd August on 17th August..The money was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. There was just this message from the site "The payment was collected But seat could not be booked due to an error. Please call customer care on [protected].Your payment reference no. Is 59441571." I contacted the customer care but the problem was not resolved, they said that someone concerned would call me in a while. Please resolve this problem. My mobile number is [protected]

      I booked a bus ticket from amalapuram to hyderabad for 30th september 2015 .The money was deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked.           I booked a ticket from Ranchi to Patna with "Prithivi Tours And Travels Pvt Ltd" on 11 Aug, today at 02:52 pm I received a message on my registered mobile that "Due to unavoidable reasons the bus for your trip dated[protected] has been cancelled". I checked with Prithivi Travels and they also said that bus is not running on 16 Aug, hence my PNR(JVPPQHA) is still showing confirm instead of cancel, and he said they can't arrange any alternate and I'll get my refund in four days. Well this is not at all acceptable since it has not been cancelled from the customer end and then why should customer wait so long for his refund. All my concern is arrange an alternate before 16 Aug or refund the booking amount ASAP. I am not going to book another ticket with you guys, since this kind of situation is waste of money and time. AGAIN I received some calls from Red-Bus Executives, First thing is they called and verified my issue and disconnected the call and doesn't even bother to call again. I made the call back and discussed my issue but they said we are not responsible for such issues. If your ticket get cancelled by the service provider not a concern of Red-Bus and could raise your refund request that will take 7 days to reflect in your account. It was around 20 min call and cost me more the 20 rupees, another decimate. I believe you guys forget that I am a customer of Red-Bus. Received a call at around 8 O'clock too, he also did the same thing and disconnected and never called. Your executives are not at all eligible enough to make calls to customers, not even their seniors(can't believe they called themselves seniors). They were not able to handle the customer nor able to give a reasonable answer. Personally I didn't like their behaviour, ethics and presence. I want my ticket to be cancelled. And refund right away. Also would like to suggest, I know Red-Bus, not your listed service provider. If any problem occurs Red-Bus should take responsibility and give customer a better services. Answering Red-Bus is not responsible for this, not responsible for that, ... BLA BLA... is not at all professional ethics.

            On july 28 i have booked a ticket from vijayawada to hyderabad in green line travels using the RED BUS website. I arrived on time at the boarding point, but for my surprise bus didn't stop there after waiting for half an hour i called the operator asking about bus where about after 10 mins he called me back and said the bus left the point without stopping there. i asked him the reason for not picking me. He said that the drivers number was switched off that's they didn't pick me. This is the response given to me and he said we will process the refund in 2 days. I have waited for 3 days but he didn't respond properly. That's why i have mailed to Red BUS on July 5 stating the same and they have responded me that they have called the operator & he accepted that the mistake was on his side and stated that they have done the refund, the amount will be refunded in 7 days. After 10 days i have again mailed them but no one responded regarding the issue. So, i have called the REDBUS care seeking the reference number for amount payed by them. But for surprise they responded the next day stating that they have called the operator now & he haven't accepted that the mistake was not from his side & he said that i am not on time at the boarding point. After seeing that mail i have responded them with the previous mail & the reference number but, they are not at all responding for the mails. I have attached all the mail conversation with the RED BUS. Initially i was least bothered about the refund but after seeing the behaviour of the red bus i am asking for the refund which they have promised by them so that this will be like a lessson for them too.

                Hi, I booked a tkt from Udumalaipet to Bangalore in non-ac sleeper for 19th July 2015. (PADMESH TRAVELS) The boarding time was 9.30pm and they informed us that bus broke down & it will take 30 min to provide another bus. They kept on changing the time from 9.30pm to 11pm. When I called at 11pm they were least bothered to answer my call also. They rejected my call thrice. I was stranded on the road along with my friends (4 girls) and all the shops were closed. Finally they came at 11.30pm by city ride bus and asked us to board that bus, when I asked the bus we booked was sleeper not the city ride bus, then they said rudely that you have to board this bus else leave. I CAME SEATING IN CABIN NEXT TO DRIVER FULL NIGHT AWAKE

                  I have booked ticket from Eluru to Nellore on 23/07/15 by red bus to Sree Kaveri Travels. The Bus Departs by 10.30 PM. I reached boarding point by 9.45 pm. and wait till 2.00 midnight. i didnot get any confirmation call by operator Side. so i called red bus toll number. they gave me one local number [protected] and he doesnot lift the phone. I search by net and get driver number, he tell me that there are no booking from eluru and given his accountant number [protected]. he simply tell me if there is driver number on ticket. i tell no and he tell me that you will never get refund and spoke rashly and didnot lifting the phone. I wasted time and money in this incident, so i request you to take necessary actions in this regarding. in this view i am providing the bus ticket i have purchased

TH8G53725447 [protected] 08:45 PM Jul 19, 2015 S21(F), S22(M) Rs.2232 C.t.m cross road First time I have facing pathetic experience, approx 15km pass on expressway suddenly A/c not work and we feel hot too much suffocation, when complaint to driver for the same he was replied there is some problems in alternator it will be start/done as well as we reach at Baroda. So we all keep mum and cooperate with him up to Baroda but when we reach Baroda he again excuse it will take some time and automatic start. I really can't understand the problem, travels agency just cheat with us even we paid for A/C not get any facilities.                             Chennai-Bangalore bus was booked through Redbus on Sharma Transport for next sunday 26jul15. Twice in 2 consecutive days it happened that post payment through my netbanking, their message prompts saying "we got your money but booking didnt happen". Then their agent calls offering some other seat in someother bus for extra fare or lower grade (semi-sleeper for your earlier sleeper booking) saying fare match. Otherwise, refund in 7 days leading to Customer (our) money locked with them for their working capital & rotation. During my long conversation, CS agent (level 2) Bhuvana pointed the finger to Sharma Transport saying "Their booking system is down and hence unable to process". If this is true, shouldn't Redbus de-list! Sharma Transport to not allow their loyal customers getting cheated? I suspect this to be some drama by Redbus or their agreed working drama-model with engaged service providers to push high fare tickets or book semi-sleepers first and in the name of refunds, they enjoy Customer money for few days.

                              I have tried a booking from Bangalore-Sindhanur for Meenakshi Travels ( Non A/C Sleeper (2+1)) Boarding from Anand Rao Circle - 09:30 PM for 19th Jul'15 with Red bus website. And the money got debited from my bank account but I got the failure message that == Oops, we could not book seats for your onward journey. (Trip id :[protected] WHY == Due to some technical reasons we were not able to complete your booking and we have already received an amount of Rs. 600 NEXT == Don't worry we will try and call you to help complete your booking with trip id : 56401886. Please use this trip id for further communication regarding this booking. The above message is the error message I received, I have called to customer care for redbus, the advisor SONU has received the call and spoke arrogantly and there is no resolution possible apart from refunding the amount, but my initial expectation would be to book a ticket. And the call has been transfered to Manger(Keshav) and he too arrogant towards the customers. What is going ON ????

                                I booked a ticket from Delhi to Allahabad for tonight 10 pm through RedBus. I got the ticket of KK tour & travels. Initially they were very unhelpful and careless in giving me boarding details, and when I reached there, the guy said that the bus is cancelled and my only option is to board a bus going to Kanpur and then figure out my route there onwards. I was shocked at his callous response. When I asked him why didn't he inform this to me earlier he started behaving very rudely. I had a bus at 10 pm and here I was standing at Anand Vihar till 11:30 pm as the guy was still confused. Upon any query he was just treating me very arrogantly as if I had caused some harm to him. Today I am very saddened at the indecency and rashness of this guy but even more so about the sheer unreliable and terrible experience of Redbus.                                     I have booked a ticket online in red bus for Universal travels from Pondicherry to Chengannur on 12th July 2015 morning around 6.10 am. The journey was for the same date. Ticket has not been booked but money has been deducted from my bank acnt and till now it is not been credited to my account.

                                      Hello All, Am saravana Guru ([protected]) from Chennai. Have booked the 2 travel tickets in Chozha travels through Redbus for below itinerary. No of Tickets : 2, From : Chennai. To : Eral. Travel Date : 14th July. Ticket booked date: 11th July. Amount Paid : 1500INR. Travels : Chozha Travels (Sleeper Class, 09:15 PM). Have planned this travel for very critical personal need and my booking has confirmed on 11th July. All of sudden, have received a message on mobile at around 4:26 AM on 13th July and informing the cancelled service. Have reached respective contacts through mobile and asked for alternative travels but they responded very harsh way and treated us very bad manner. Apart from the money spent, There is no consideration of alternate booking after so many calls from my side and am frustrated with their response. I need respective management should acknowledge this in proper way as have been insulted with their response.
                                      Red bus customer care and support is utter waste and the people are irresponsible. They never get back to us after assuring that we will be receiving response. I have and incident recently and would like to raise it to the higher management of this waste service site.Can anyone let me know how to do so, as I dont see any response for the above complaint, just wondering this complaint forum actually works.

                                        Hi, I have booked tickets in red bus 2 days prior for 25th june travelling. for some personal reason had to cancel the tickets, so did called up hebron transports for which I booked and requested to cancel the tickets both by phone call as well as dropping a electronic mail to the cancellation team of hebron on 24th june. neither parties turned up to refund and simply asking me to contact the each other parties. I dropped an email to redbus with the screenshots of the mail I sent to hebron for cancelling the tickets on 24th june. I again called up support team of red bus on 7th and 10th to inquire the status, there was no proper response and asking me to contact hebron only, whereas hebron team refused to refund saying that they do not have the bank details, neither they confirm it to redbus that I have not travelled. so pathetic it is thinking the 2 parties customer support and this way they loot money from people. my PNR no is : HT298064 REd bus customer complaint number is:[protected] Ticket number is: TH7N36539275. I atleast called the support team of both red bus and hebron once everyday and the call lasted for more than 45 mins everytime, still nothing is resolved.
