I booked a ticket from Delhi to Allahabad for tonight 10 pm through RedBus. I got the ticket of KK tour & travels. Initially they were very unhelpful and careless in giving me boarding details, and when I reached there, the guy said that the bus is cancelled and my only option is to board a bus going to Kanpur and then figure out my route there onwards. I was shocked at his callous response. When I asked him why didn't he inform this to me earlier he started behaving very rudely. I had a bus at 10 pm and here I was standing at Anand Vihar till 11:30 pm as the guy was still confused. Upon any query he was just treating me very arrogantly as if I had caused some harm to him. Today I am very saddened at the indecency and rashness of this guy but even more so about the sheer unreliable and terrible experience of Redbus.       I have booked a ticket online in red bus for Universal travels from Pondicherry to Chengannur on 12th July 2015 morning around 6.10 am. The journey was for the same date. Ticket has not been booked but money has been deducted from my bank acnt and till now it is not been credited to my account.

        Hello All, Am saravana Guru ([protected]) from Chennai. Have booked the 2 travel tickets in Chozha travels through Redbus for below itinerary. No of Tickets : 2, From : Chennai. To : Eral. Travel Date : 14th July. Ticket booked date: 11th July. Amount Paid : 1500INR. Travels : Chozha Travels (Sleeper Class, 09:15 PM). Have planned this travel for very critical personal need and my booking has confirmed on 11th July. All of sudden, have received a message on mobile at around 4:26 AM on 13th July and informing the cancelled service. Have reached respective contacts through mobile and asked for alternative travels but they responded very harsh way and treated us very bad manner. Apart from the money spent, There is no consideration of alternate booking after so many calls from my side and am frustrated with their response. I need respective management should acknowledge this in proper way as have been insulted with their response.
        Red bus customer care and support is utter waste and the people are irresponsible. They never get back to us after assuring that we will be receiving response. I have and incident recently and would like to raise it to the higher management of this waste service site.Can anyone let me know how to do so, as I dont see any response for the above complaint, just wondering this complaint forum actually works.

          Hi, I have booked tickets in red bus 2 days prior for 25th june travelling. for some personal reason had to cancel the tickets, so did called up hebron transports for which I booked and requested to cancel the tickets both by phone call as well as dropping a electronic mail to the cancellation team of hebron on 24th june. neither parties turned up to refund and simply asking me to contact the each other parties. I dropped an email to redbus with the screenshots of the mail I sent to hebron for cancelling the tickets on 24th june. I again called up support team of red bus on 7th and 10th to inquire the status, there was no proper response and asking me to contact hebron only, whereas hebron team refused to refund saying that they do not have the bank details, neither they confirm it to redbus that I have not travelled. so pathetic it is thinking the 2 parties customer support and this way they loot money from people. my PNR no is : HT298064 REd bus customer complaint number is:[protected] Ticket number is: TH7N36539275. I atleast called the support team of both red bus and hebron once everyday and the call lasted for more than 45 mins everytime, still nothing is resolved. Contact number: [protected] for cancelling and following up with the same number from hebron [protected] this is red bus customer support number. I have all the e-mails with me that I have been communicating with red bus as well as hebron.

            Y'day I travelled from Hyd to BLR and booked ticket via RedBus. when I did not see bus ontime at boarding point, i called Redbus customer service and 3 times they disconnected after going thru automated msg and choosing option. This is pathetic service from them. Need notjust improvmnt bt decipline

              i have booked a ticket from nainital to new delhi ticket no. TH7U77473683 and PNR NO. XY8QQDM, date of booking is 05/07/2015, boarding point maill roadcnainital, but i not recived the bus no. upto boarding time ie 9.30 p m, after contacting on telephone no. which is printed on ticket, nobody can pick my telephone. i reached maiil road at 9.00 pm to tate cate of my journey but i m shocked that no travel bus is there in the above said mention ticket no. then i picked a private taxi to reach my hometown ( delhi ) with my faimily which is very expensive to me tell me who is resonsible for suffering my journey.if it is happens, i never bought the ticket on line through redbus or any other tourist operator kindly resolved my issue otherwise i can ecxilate this mail to other seniors and transport authority people

                Booked ticket for KPN chennai trivandrum Mercedes bence sleeper from redbus.in ...bus is already running 1 hr late and they cheated us by giving a normal Volvo sleeper one without informing any of the travellers about the change... When we complained to KPN travels head office they told they can't do anything if we don't like the bus then just cancel the ticket and look for another one..which is absolutely ridiculous...the bus is an absolute ...none of the reading lights or charging points are working...also I got to know that Volvo sleeper cost is much lower than Mercedes ones...the staff has no ear's to hear our complaints..so friends be careful when you plan your trip with KPN #kpn #Redbus TIN-TH[protected] PNR-G[protected]
                Red Bus is a big cheat..I booked 11 nos. of ticket for Digha to Kolkata on 7th June, 2015 for Ex service man bus.Istead of 1 month prior confirmed booking one through Redbus only 9 seats were provided that too in two separate bus and 2 of my family members had to come standing for the whole journey.After repeated mail follow up I just used to receive auto generated mail reply or a reference number.Number of time I called their toll free customer service desk, there also they used to tell me that I will be getting a call back in 48 yrs, but that 48hrs never came.After 1.6 months I got only Rs.100 refund fro their end.On what basis out of 700 they decided to refund only 100 really don't have any clue.

                But I would like to aware everyone never ever book through Redbus to avoid such cheating.

                  The Ticket was book on 30th may 2015, Trip ID: 51723076 in name of Harshal Panpaliya from Pune to Surat. The amount 285 was unnecessarily cut. Many times a complaint was dropped and every time the assurity was given that within 7 working days, the money will be refunded. Now, almost one month is gone, But only our bills are increasing to make a call to you. Please, I Kindly Request you to take the action as soon as possible, though its already too late from your side. Please do take immediate action in this concern as it only increases customer inconvenience. Thanks

                          On 28th June 2015 I booked return tickets to Thanjavur at 20.17 hrs and paid through Indian bank credit card for Rs.1054.56 for which tickets were not issued by Red Bus through sms or email. I checked up with Red Bus and Rathi Meena Travels over phone but there was no response. Hence I could not able to make the trip. Refund of Rs.1054.56 has not been received so far.                             This is for your kind information that, i had a travel from banglore to tirupati and with HP travels with ticket number (TH[protected]) the bus driver was full drunk and he slashed the vehicle so hard on the humps that the engine oil drum got cracked and the oil started to leak the bus came to halt after some time and these guys started to mend it using m seal. How stupid idea was that. The whole journey is so painful that the bus drove whole journey with that oil leak problem saying they don't have another bus to replace and one question for you guys how would u encourage these kind of travels, i know you are just a service provider but the passenger safety is your responsibility. If anything goes wrong i know you guyz need not answer anyone but just think about the families once.so i just need the partial refund for the ticket as we traveled in a non AC bus and paid for the AC bus. And i had a return ticket from tirupati on 11 may with the same travels with ticket number (TH[protected]) at 11.30 pm the bus was cancelled, this i came to know when i reached the travels and they were like they have informed you guys earlier and redbus didn't inform you.they didn't even transfer us to any other bus. we had to come back in a KSRTC bus standing just think how pathetic this is .so i need the whole refund of the ticket as i didn't travel in this bus.And i kindly request you to do the needful and plz dont encourage these type of buses.the tickets of both the travels are attached herewith for your reference. This was the mail sent to redbus and even after following them repeatedly they couldn't refund the amount stating that the operator has not cancelled the bus service, i just need to ask a query if you do believe on the operators then wat about the customers they believe in u n pay you but u don't respect their deeds???

                                I had booked from kanpur to jaipur on 1st june 2015, that was shatabdi bus service (Ticket no: TH6W26539463 PNR no: 2TG2Z2S).Because of some fault in bus it got cancelled and I managed to go to jaipur by some other bus service.I called Red bus customer care service on 2nd june regarding it and gave the number of ROYAL TRAVELS ([protected]) to confirm the cancellation of bus.One week passed no response.My service request number given to me "[protected]"I called them again and they told me that your refund of rupees 1198 will be done within 2 days.another 10 days passed I called them again they told me that there is no confirmation for the cancellation of the bus.What the bull is this. So red bus service is gud till the bus dont get cancelled, once bus gets cancel you may have to asked for refund for many times and may be they will give you in 2 to 3 month.I thnk better not to book from this bus service.Very cheap response.

The Ticket number is TH5C84583876 and the PNR number is D[protected]. The Bus has cancelled by the KPN on that date. I have not yet received the refund from them till now. On April 29 2015 I have intimated them through E-mail that the bus has cancelled and request them to refund the ticket. And on 13.05.2015 I have contacted through phone and got the service request id as[protected]. While contacting their customer care executives they informed me that the request is in process and you will received the payment within 7 days.                                     Hi, I booked a ticket from Pune To Akola( Ticket No: TH6T[protected] with Noor Travels through redBus app. My bus was scheduled on 29 May 2015 @ 9 P.M. from Sangvi, but the bus never arrived. Finally called Noor's office & at 11p.m they confirmed that bus has been cancelled due to some technical reason. After that, I called redBus customer service 3-4 times & every time your support center replied, that they will giving me a callback in half an hour after confirming with Noor travels regarding bus cancellation, which their support never did. I even wrote a mail to their customer service, but they never replied. Finally, I have to submit a complaint to your site as redBus is simply not replying.

                                      had booked a ticket no. 8 for surat from rajkot on19 June. Upon boarding the bus we were told that our seats have been sold to people offline even after we booked it through redbus. And they make me out from bus. And replies that the problem between you and redbus. And after that make me out from bus as no seat is available in this. So, what is a mistake fromnmy side. How can we believe now on such type of facilities from you. Who will pay for next bus booking And what about my money that is already debited. ...??? So, I request you and your team to raise your eye brow for such a ridiculous behaviour with your clients.

                                        I had booked a ticket for 4 from manali to delhi on 2nd June. Upon boarding the bus we were told that our seats have been sold to people offline even after we booked it through redbus. For the 7 people to board the bus from that boarding point with valid reservation and seat numbers, the bus had only 4 vacant seats.Of the 7, 2 girls were shifted to a different bus after a lot of debates and the rest 5 were asked to adjust in 4 seats. Redbus customer care was informed of this and i was assured i will get my seats but nothing happened. Upon writing them a mail, i got a response that the concerned team is working on it and i will get a reply in 3 days(ie till 18 June) but till now there is no revert from redbus's side.
