With reference to my Ticket No: Ticket no: TH[protected], PNR no: 2RBY254 Actually I have booked the ticket from HYD-PUNE on 11.06.2015 & my departure time is 09:45PM at Afzal Gunj but when i reached there to the traveller office no one is there in their office & i have asked to the neighbour people & they have told that the bus wont come here u have to go to Nampally stage so i have rached there & i found 1 Bus i.e, . SAHARA TRAVELS i thought that this may be my bus only but after the bus starts the driver said that this is not your bus ur bus has already arrived & it may be crossed the city so iam unable to do any thing its getting night 10.00Pm-10.30Pm & they have given unnecessary answer but no bus was there & i paid 1000 Rs to go to Pune & what about my payment through Online for RED BUS.COM.     Fake Customer Care service. Nobody is there as service executive. Call status shows waiting no 17 and after 17min. Call automatically disconnected no of times. I have made full payment for tickets Ahmeadnagar to Bangalore bus on 16th June. U1 & U4 seat no. I have received the payment receipt also, but ticket confirmation message not received. What is the problem. also booked 2 different tickets in same bus at same time & those are confirmed. Resolve the issue as early as possible or I want Refund.       Hi, I took the ticket for Sanjay Neeta travels with Rs.1800 online from redbus. but later got to know the ticket was getting sold in Rs.1000/- and also the bus was not comfortable didnt reach in time.this is the second instance with redbus ticket i had disappointed with larger extend. there was no response to my previous request though.Why such pathetic service.         I booked my bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 1st June (Ticket No. TH6W[protected] using Redbus.com by Paying Rs.1, 990. I was travelling with my Lady Friend. My Bus was scheduled to come at 10:15pm on designated Bus Stand (Mekhri Circle). However, we waited till 1:15am on the Bus Stand and the Bus didn't come. We waited for 3 hours in the night. The 2 out 3 Phone numbers given on the Bus Ticket was not working. The only working number was not being picked consistently as were trying to reach the driver for update on the bus status. Every time we call, we said 20 mins the bus would arrive. Post 11:45pm, the number went out of reach and switched off. We waited till 1:15pm and having no success in reaching either the Driver or Redbus call centre (which is closed post 8:00pm or 9:00pm). We leave the bus stand as it was getting extremely unsafe to wait there. We reach home and try the bus driver couple of times and reach him at around 1:30am. The bus driver or conductor, tells us that the bus is cancelled and asked for my seat number. I gave him my seat number. He said the money will be refunded to me by redbus. I wrote to redbus the next day for the refund. Shockingly, Redbus wrote in a email that, I wasn't present at the bus station when the bus arrived. Apparently, the late Bus arrived at 1:30am. Hence, I will not be refunded the money. This is the case of complete cheating as the Bus didn't inform us and we were unable to reach and communicate with them.

          I had a worst experience yesterday, unable to travel even i book the ticket before itself. The person whom i contacted many times (Received contact via SMS) for urapakkam (Pick up location) pick up did not responsive, not answering properly and disconnecting call before talk, did not inform me correct location for pick up, i was waiting at Urapakkam school stop but bus crossed me without picking me, he called me and asked why i was not near at Urapakkam tea kadai bus stop. I was called him 4 times before bus arrival but he never told me anything about this, i was begging him to wait for just 2 mins (Can reach that place in 2 mins by auto, just 500 Meters) but he was not listening and disconnected the call by telling they are starting... This is disgusting, ..Feeling robbed, ... Missed an important marriage function at Coimbatore, my family is there, i have to pick them up, ... everything lost because of this irresponsible person (Who talked to me over phone @ [protected])... This is not acceptable, i would suggest everyone about this and not to book the ticket online... Please take an necessary action for not having bad experience like me for others... Also i would request you to refund my paid amount asap...

            I have booked a ticket to Nagarkoil on 8-May-2015, Travel Date is 28-may-2015. The Transaction has been failed and the amount has been detected from My card...Once i call for Redbus they said the amount has bee refunded. But when i call for my bak they says the there is no such refund transaction for your account, on other time when i call for Redbus they are saying a different reason. It is shame on Redbus to bluff like this...Poor respose...

              Greetings I was booking bus ticket to pune on 2nd june through app booking. I had chosen date for 4th June departure. Due to some technical issue, the booking date changed to 2nd. I have complained to your customer care on 3rd evening to ur representative Reshma, who assured to respond within twenty four hours.                 Sir I am a loyal customer of Redbus. I have recommended you to many of my friends too. It's my first time to complain such issues and irregularities experienced in travel from Kolhapur to Nashik, by reputed SRS travels vide Ticket No. TH6R97989463 on May 27. I was surprised to note the fare difference at the counter and what I had to actually pay on line. Red Bus has never done this before. In addition, after paying double the normal fare by other volvo buses, the scheduled bus was arrived at 12.30pm midnight, and there was no place for waiting etc. Kindly check the irregularities and revert the difference of amount to the account.                   i have booked the ticket from Bangalore to madurai on 4th June 2015 and date of journey on 5th June 2015. Now i tried to cancel it is showing cancellation is not permitted as per the bus operators policy. The same not been informed during booking about this.                     I HAD BOOKED BUS FROM NEW DELHI TO LUCKNOW VIDE PNR NO NCETHB5, TICKET NO TH6U47934698, ON REACHING FEROZABAD, THE AIR CONDITIONING OF THE BUS WASN"T WORKING, WHILE REPAIRING THE SAME, THE BUS ENGINE BROKE DOWN AND NEVER GOT STARTED, WE WAITED THERE FROM 1.30AM TILL 5.30 AM, THE BUS STAFF RAN AWAY LEAVING THE BUS, THE BUS OWNER WAS CALLED BUT HE REPLIED VERY RUDELY. NO BACKUP BUS WAS PROVIDED, ULTIMATELY I HAD TO SOMEHOW MADE ANOTHER ARRANGEMENT TO REACH LUCKNOW, BUS WAS OF JBG VOLVO BUS SERVICE NO- UP65 0055., IN VIEW OF THIS YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY.

                      Hello Consumer complaints team, Tracking number[protected] I Booked for the below trip for chennai to sivakasi in JeyaMurugan Travels Seat No 29, 30 At 10.30PM From Alandur Post Office, Chennai (Ticket no: TH6T23853298 PNR no: EBKJURZ). We boarded the bus 11 PM at above mentioned address and around 02:45 AM Where the bus at villupuram on national highway, and bus met accident by smashing the divider at the center median and bus-engine was leaking diesel from engine around road, along with this windsheild also broke and we all passengers got drop-down suddenly as we saw the bus accident was worst case that the engine at front hangs with a central median aluminium pipe length with 50 meters which stopped the other side buses too. We (Wife and two children), then checked with dirver about the next journey how to carry on, he was unable to provide any information and concluded bus wont move at all, and you have to make your own journey, then i tried to reach redbus customer care it seems it operative only at 7-11pm for the day, as we didnt get any help and no other choice, we then made our own paid journey to the destination by that midnight from that place. So i request to make necessary refund process get initiated so that i get the refund of the money. I already reported the issue to redbus customer support executive at 09:15 AM at 29 MAR 2015 by calling[protected], and they asked me to send a mail to report about the accident and and for the untraveled ticket refund process to get started. and today 31 mar 2015 i spoke to shamime regarding the update for refund process and no updates or no information has been recorded which i spoken to redbus customer care representative on 29 Mar 2015 which is unfair, and shamime added the tracking number as[protected]. Please help so that i get my money back, for the untraveled journey. Thanks and Regards Esakki Selvam.

                        I was alloted two seats of one of the buses of Jagannath Travels which was about to depart from Silchar to Guwahati on April 30, 2015 at 5:45 pm. But all the buses were cancelled due to sudden declared strike. I was assured that the money will be transferred automatically in my account. But, it has not been refunded from your side till now. Several calls have been made from my side to your customer care service number but no one received the call. I also enquired the matter in Jagannath Travels' office but they said it is your company's responsibility to refund me and also assured that I shall receive the money very soon. Please look into the matter as soon as possible

                          Dear Sir, This is regarding the REDBUS travel policy i am writing it. This is very strange & disappointing that the policy seems to be ill-logic I was booking a ticket on 19th June and i don't know when i checked ticket print i see its 1st June and it was already booked a ticket today @ around 12 in the non the same day of travel and few minutes later i just wanted to cancel the ticket but your policy says it should be cancelled on 31st of MAY. logically speaking when i have booked the ticket today how will i cancel on previous day. I just want to raise a complaint regarding this how can i cancel today's booking the previous day. Kindly take this into serious consideration and hope for action. Regards, Vijay Naik.

                            I booked my ticket through redbus.com from coimbatore to chennai. Actually the bus departure time was given as 10.59 and i reached the bus station around 10.15 from te till 11.30 i searched bus all along but i was not able to find. when i enquired about the bus in saheel travel agency they revert me by saying the bus actual time is on 10.15 and the bus has left. and i had to repay for another bus and got going. we are paying our cash through you because we feel redbus.com is one of the best customer friendly site. but is this the way you actually do the service. The worst ever experience. i shld get my cash back 1000 which i hav paid to book the bus. The trust worthy to red bus has been broken up with this kind of service.

                              I refer above caption subject submit that i Hemant kumar meena travelling from Ahmedabad to Pune my TIN no.is TH6U75238752 and PNR is 29449019 on 30.5.15 Travels Prasanna Purple LCD Coach With Choice Of Movie with Seats 3(M) bus no. 1590 Total Fare Paid Rs.1930/- but unfortunately my LCD is not working. I ask bus staff to do something but they are nor attending nor replying, apart from paying such big amount we are not getting service. Who bus company can claim LCD Coach With Choice Of Movie where LCD is not working

                                i have booked ticket from Tanuku to Hyderabad, the bus is supposed to arrive at 10:30PM and at 10:40 PM gave an SMS bus got cancelled. I have tried to call redbus, from 10:40PM to 11:00 PM my call was kept waiting and at 11:00PM call hung up. When i tried to call back IVR was telling their office hours are over which is from 07:30 to 11:00PM.., by the time a writing this message its 07:51AM its saying to call after 07:30 AM. Also this is not the first time. The worst and stupid service. at 08:10AM they answered the call and told me they have raised the issue, when i ask for acknowledgement, they say they dont have any acknowledgement saying it was an issue not complaint.

                                  Hi, I booked a bus for 28th from hyderabad to mumbai. I had to attend a very important function the next day. I booked with Sahara travels with ticket # TH6T95723594. 1 hour before the journey i get a message saying that "today ur service hyderabad to mumbai cancelled technical problem, please contact ur ticket operator and his phn # [protected]". I called him he gave me another # to call and this # know one answered the call. Going for me was imp so i booked another bus instantly with SVR tours and travels with ticket # TH6T63589238.I went to the boarding point 10 mins early and waited there for more than an hour. No bus came the # which was provided with the tickets to call and check for the location both were switched off. Red bus call center hold for 15 mins and still could not get through a customer care. At last i could not make the journey and i am not sure if i would get a refund as not a single person called me and told about what is going on and like a fool i am waiting at the boarding point till night 12 waiting for the bus. Please do something about it because this can lead to big problems and issues in future. And this type of service is not required in this well advanced world. I would like to file a complain i have all the proof with me the ticket and stuff. Please help

                                    Meenakshi travels bus with scheduled departure on 28th may 2015 9:30 pm From ginger hotel pine never arrived. Understood From operator that this bus is not running since last three days yet red bus never had info about this. I received a message from redbus three hours before journey start that the bus will run as per schedule. Had to bear a cost of 5000 due to their mistake. Red bus was not even ready to arrange for a ticket on the next day. They made false promises when contacted over call center but kept changing the stance every time. Later they are telling that money will be reimbursed in next 7 days rather than arranging for alternative. All operator phone no's provided were not working

                                      I am Sasidharan C K, 59 years old a central government employ . I was traveled from Valancheri to Trivandrum on 13th May 2015. Travel was just ok. But behaviour and responsibility of galaxy bus staff was very very bad. 'Galaxy' was my bus and My boarding time was at 11-05 pm. I was waiting at Valancery bypass Jn. as per their mobile message guideline details, and there was horrible rain. At last I found my bus(I assume that should be). It was a Blue 'Galaxy' bus They stopped there and i shown my booking details. "They were not agree with that booking details and told me this is not the bus you are booked and your bus will come next to this". But i was waiting along for my bus. I was absolutely worried about journey. Because one of the white 'Galaxy' bus was already passed valanchery just before and also I asked them. their replay was also same . So I decided to wait for another bus. The time was around 12 mid night and nobody was on the road and the rain was aloso getting heavy. Mean time I got a call. It was from one of the bus staffs and he told me "bus already passed valachery by pass and stopped some were else. So have to reach there immediately. Fortunately I got an auto with the help of a shop keeper at valancery bypass Jn. And I reached their newly informed destination, were they waiting for me. I was really angry, when i see the bus.It was same blue 'galaxy' bus was waiting for me. I feel, they ridiculed me. I really got BP. But they were not ready to s even a simple sorry for their mistake. Next day Morning I went hospital for body check up. I lost time, money and health though the journey booked by Red Bus.in. I am expecting to get a from the Indian consumer forum for the bad experience from red bus.in and galaxy travels for their lack of planning. Regards sasidharan CK +91 [protected] +91 [protected]
                                      I felt very bad !!! with Galaxy bus

                                      I want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of both the driver and the bus conductors with the commuters. They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very unfriendly and absurd way. They lack etiquettes and use filthy language.

                                      It is my humble suggestion to the bus owner that before their recruitment, the drivers and the conductors must be taught how to deal with the passengers.

                                        i booked the ticket from ongole to bangalore through the red bus mobile app and the date of journey is on may23, 2015 and dept time is 9:15pm and My ticket no:TH6J94766576 and Seat Number:11.Unfortunately, i want to cancel it, While cancelling the ticket it is showing Wrong Cancellation charges.So, I called to RED BUS Customer Care for cancelling ticket.they didn't respond correctly to my call so after that i called to the travels in which i book the ticket.ie, JTS Muthalib Travels.that Travels agent said u don't cancel it, If you cancel the ticket online more money will goes to RED BUS people.So, i will cancel your ticket and i will refund your money like that He said.After that i will give my bank Details to him and he said you will get after one day but still i didn't get the my refund amount.After that i am trying to call him but he didn't lift the phone.what's the bloody fool will do with my money..stupid guy and stupid travels.Please take immediate action on that travels.i faced this problem because of this stupid RED BUS, so you have to solve my problem.I ever Never faced this type of problems. thanks and Regards, Your customer
