I had booked from kanpur to jaipur on 1st june 2015, that was shatabdi bus service (Ticket no: TH6W26539463 PNR no: 2TG2Z2S).Because of some fault in bus it got cancelled and I managed to go to jaipur by some other bus service.I called Red bus customer care service on 2nd june regarding it and gave the number of ROYAL TRAVELS ([protected]) to confirm the cancellation of bus.One week passed no response.My service request number given to me "[protected]"I called them again and they told me that your refund of rupees 1198 will be done within 2 days.another 10 days passed I called them again they told me that there is no confirmation for the cancellation of the bus.What the bull is this. So red bus service is gud till the bus dont get cancelled, once bus gets cancel you may have to asked for refund for many times and may be they will give you in 2 to 3 month.I thnk better not to book from this bus service.Very cheap response.

    Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket through red bus from Sivakasi to Chennai on April 13, 2015 in KPN transport. The Ticket number is TH5C84583876 and the PNR number is D[protected]. The Bus has cancelled by the KPN on that date. I have not yet received the refund from them till now. On April 29 2015 I have intimated them through E-mail that the bus has cancelled and request them to refund the ticket. And on 13.05.2015 I have contacted through phone and got the service request id as[protected]. While contacting their customer care executives they informed me that the request is in process and you will received the payment within 7 days.       Hi, I booked a ticket from Pune To Akola( Ticket No: TH6T[protected] with Noor Travels through redBus app. My bus was scheduled on 29 May 2015 @ 9 P.M. from Sangvi, but the bus never arrived. Finally called Noor's office & at 11p.m they confirmed that bus has been cancelled due to some technical reason. After that, I called redBus customer service 3-4 times & every time your support center replied, that they will giving me a callback in half an hour after confirming with Noor travels regarding bus cancellation, which their support never did. I even wrote a mail to their customer service, but they never replied. Finally, I have to submit a complaint to your site as redBus is simply not replying.

        had booked a ticket no. 8 for surat from rajkot on19 June. Upon boarding the bus we were told that our seats have been sold to people offline even after we booked it through redbus. And they make me out from bus. And replies that the problem between you and redbus. And after that make me out from bus as no seat is available in this. So, what is a mistake fromnmy side. How can we believe now on such type of facilities from you. Who will pay for next bus booking And what about my money that is already debited. ...??? So, I request you and your team to raise your eye brow for such a ridiculous behaviour with your clients.

          I had booked a ticket for 4 from manali to delhi on 2nd June. Upon boarding the bus we were told that our seats have been sold to people offline even after we booked it through redbus. For the 7 people to board the bus from that boarding point with valid reservation and seat numbers, the bus had only 4 vacant seats.Of the 7, 2 girls were shifted to a different bus after a lot of debates and the rest 5 were asked to adjust in 4 seats. Redbus customer care was informed of this and i was assured i will get my seats but nothing happened. Upon writing them a mail, i got a response that the concerned team is working on it and i will get a reply in 3 days(ie till 18 June) but till now there is no revert from redbus's side.

            Ticket no:TH7C28593678 Dear Sir, I faced a lot of problem yesterday by traveling in your bus. The bus got stuck up for 3 hours in the midnight due to some problem. Then later the bus got totally stopped dye to some problems in tire at Humnabad. Then I took govt bus from Humnabad and reached Hyderabad. The journey was totally useless. Iam requesting u to please refund the money back.

              we booked a volvo bus from r.k. ashram to manali on dated12/6/2015.when we reach at this point no any bus is available here, red bus provode a bus no from delhi at 5.0pm but these bus in manali that time.no any executive of red buses present at this point.they chet with customer.at last 7.00pm a tempo trax provide by red bus'. behaviour of red buses like a frod company.( photo attach of volvo bus by red bus but actually this is a tempo trax by force, red buses say this is a volvo a/c bus.

              red buses is a frod / cheater company .no any person will booked buses by red buses, otherwise you invite a problem yourself.
              cheater /frod company . company responsibilty is end after received the on line payment. they have no bus . they contact very poor bus service operator like BFC HOLIDAYS.

                I am Selva, I booked ticket on 16.06.2015 at 3.45pm unexpectedly our meeting has postponed to 19.06.2015. So I cancel my ticket and the same book on 18.06.2015 but you told that cancellation of ticket is not possible and also your fund was not refundable. The worst response from your side otherwise you are doing theft business. Ticket Transaction details - Coimbatore to Chennai at 9.30pm 2 Nos. - Rs.1302.00. Very very worst behavior from your side its not expect.

                  I have booked ticket with REDBUS for traveling on 10-May and bus has been cancelled by the SUPER OPERATOR. SUPER REDBUS haven't returned my fund for the past 1.5 months. I have called more than 10 times to the SUPER REDBUS CUSTOMER CARE, they say today we will REFUND all the time. When I call next time they say the same thing by hearing to all the Stories from starting. I have to get RUPESS 650 from you with booking charges, I have made calls more than 650 rupees still couldn't get that amount. My TICKET ID is TH[protected]. When will I get my fund. I am posting it on all consumer sites let me see any one to help me on this. Also let me try to share my experience with many of my friends who use this SUPER REDBUS sites. The 4 owner's who found this REDBUS lets get chance to see this message and know the pain of the customer. They feel'd the pain of booking and started this site and now forget the pain of the customer with REFUND...

                    I booked 3 bus tickets from KANPUR to DELHI using redbus online website www.redbus.in on 30th MAY 2015 (TICKET ENCLOSE). BUT after booking of ticket just before 2 or 3 hours of departure I called for the confirmation of the bus( time and departure) on the given number [protected] which was provided by redbus. The person who picked up the phone told me that your bus had a breakdown that is why it has been cancelled so your ticket amount will be refunded within 7 days. I didn't get my money till now. I called redbus customer care number ([protected]) after 7 days 4-5 times. They are not taking my complaint seriously. one time they gave me service request number[protected] on 9th JUNE 2015 but after that they didn't send me any e-mail or phone call or SMS. Instead of helping me redbus is saying that I took their bus. Its been more then 15 days and I've not got my refund. please help us. I'll be highly obliged to you for your this kind act. Delhi - Manali Monday, May 18, 2015 Ticket no: TH6E59779625 PNR no: B2XZF6H Inline image 2 But while going to Manali from Delhi we found that in our Volvo Bus of Royal Travels Air Conditioner is not working.We all bus member started suffocating.All bus paasengers have talked to driver and asked him to stop it on the road.Consequently driver called to Ower of the bus and he confirmed to us that all paasengers will get 50 % reimbursement of the ticket while reching at Manali.We reached manali without air conditioner and after reaching at Malani we asked driver that call your office representative to reimburse us that said payment.But they strait away said "No".W have not thought that Redbus's service is this kind of worst service.It was very very bad exeprience for us.After words we all passengers reached to near by police station to complaint about it and gave written complaint with signatures to PSI. I have tried to call Redbus about the matter on the same day from Mob no-[protected] and asked one of your collegue to lodge the complaint.Your collegue replied that you need to drop email to us.So afterwards i tried to call Redbus about this matter but your number was not reachable.We are attaching written complaint with signature of all passengers. We request you to reimburse our whole money for making this kind of fraud with innocent passengers of other states by saying Volvo Bus and without Air conditioner Bus given to us. With reference to my Ticket No: Ticket no: TH[protected], PNR no: 2RBY254 Actually I have booked the ticket from HYD-PUNE on 11.06.2015 & my departure time is 09:45PM at Afzal Gunj but when i reached there to the traveller office no one is there in their office & i have asked to the neighbour people & they have told that the bus wont come here u have to go to Nampally stage so i have rached there & i found 1 Bus i.e, . SAHARA TRAVELS i thought that this may be my bus only but after the bus starts the driver said that this is not your bus ur bus has already arrived & it may be crossed the city so iam unable to do any thing its getting night 10.00Pm-10.30Pm & they have given unnecessary answer but no bus was there & i paid 1000 Rs to go to Pune & what about my payment through Online for RED BUS.COM.                               Fake Customer Care service. Nobody is there as service executive. Call status shows waiting no 17 and after 17min. Call automatically disconnected no of times. I have made full payment for tickets Ahmeadnagar to Bangalore bus on 16th June. U1 & U4 seat no. I have received the payment receipt also, but ticket confirmation message not received. What is the problem. also booked 2 different tickets in same bus at same time & those are confirmed. Resolve the issue as early as possible or I want Refund.                                 Hi, I took the ticket for Sanjay Neeta travels with Rs.1800 online from redbus. but later got to know the ticket was getting sold in Rs.1000/- and also the bus was not comfortable didnt reach in time.this is the second instance with redbus ticket i had disappointed with larger extend. there was no response to my previous request though.Why such pathetic service.                                   I booked my bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 1st June (Ticket No. TH6W[protected] using Redbus.com by Paying Rs.1, 990. I was travelling with my Lady Friend. My Bus was scheduled to come at 10:15pm on designated Bus Stand (Mekhri Circle). However, we waited till 1:15am on the Bus Stand and the Bus didn't come. We waited for 3 hours in the night. The 2 out 3 Phone numbers given on the Bus Ticket was not working. The only working number was not being picked consistently as were trying to reach the driver for update on the bus status. Every time we call, we said 20 mins the bus would arrive. Post 11:45pm, the number went out of reach and switched off. We waited till 1:15pm and having no success in reaching either the Driver or Redbus call centre (which is closed post 8:00pm or 9:00pm). We leave the bus stand as it was getting extremely unsafe to wait there. We reach home and try the bus driver couple of times and reach him at around 1:30am. The bus driver or conductor, tells us that the bus is cancelled and asked for my seat number. I gave him my seat number. He said the money will be refunded to me by redbus. I wrote to redbus the next day for the refund. Shockingly, Redbus wrote in a email that, I wasn't present at the bus station when the bus arrived. Apparently, the late Bus arrived at 1:30am. Hence, I will not be refunded the money. This is the case of complete cheating as the Bus didn't inform us and we were unable to reach and communicate with them.

                                    I had a worst experience yesterday, unable to travel even i book the ticket before itself. The person whom i contacted many times (Received contact via SMS) for urapakkam (Pick up location) pick up did not responsive, not answering properly and disconnecting call before talk, did not inform me correct location for pick up, i was waiting at Urapakkam school stop but bus crossed me without picking me, he called me and asked why i was not near at Urapakkam tea kadai bus stop. I was called him 4 times before bus arrival but he never told me anything about this, i was begging him to wait for just 2 mins (Can reach that place in 2 mins by auto, just 500 Meters) but he was not listening and disconnected the call by telling they are starting... This is disgusting, ..Feeling robbed, ... Missed an important marriage function at Coimbatore, my family is there, i have to pick them up, ... everything lost because of this irresponsible person (Who talked to me over phone @ [protected])... This is not acceptable, i would suggest everyone about this and not to book the ticket online... Please take an necessary action for not having bad experience like me for others... Also i would request you to refund my paid amount asap...
                                    For this worst service no rating should be given

                                      I have booked a ticket to Nagarkoil on 8-May-2015, Travel Date is 28-may-2015. The Transaction has been failed and the amount has been detected from My card...Once i call for Redbus they said the amount has bee refunded. But when i call for my bak they says the there is no such refund transaction for your account, on other time when i call for Redbus they are saying a different reason. It is shame on Redbus to bluff like this...Poor respose...
