I refer above caption subject submit that i Hemant kumar meena travelling from Ahmedabad to Pune my TIN no.is TH6U75238752 and PNR is 29449019 on 30.5.15 Travels Prasanna Purple LCD Coach With Choice Of Movie with Seats 3(M) bus no. 1590 Total Fare Paid Rs.1930/- but unfortunately my LCD is not working. I ask bus staff to do something but they are nor attending nor replying, apart from paying such big amount we are not getting service. Who bus company can claim LCD Coach With Choice Of Movie where LCD is not working

    i have booked ticket from Tanuku to Hyderabad, the bus is supposed to arrive at 10:30PM and at 10:40 PM gave an SMS bus got cancelled. I have tried to call redbus, from 10:40PM to 11:00 PM my call was kept waiting and at 11:00PM call hung up. When i tried to call back IVR was telling their office hours are over which is from 07:30 to 11:00PM.., by the time a writing this message its 07:51AM its saying to call after 07:30 AM. Also this is not the first time. The worst and stupid service. at 08:10AM they answered the call and told me they have raised the issue, when i ask for acknowledgement, they say they dont have any acknowledgement saying it was an issue not complaint.

      Hi, I booked a bus for 28th from hyderabad to mumbai. I had to attend a very important function the next day. I booked with Sahara travels with ticket # TH6T95723594. 1 hour before the journey i get a message saying that "today ur service hyderabad to mumbai cancelled technical problem, please contact ur ticket operator and his phn # [protected]". I called him he gave me another # to call and this # know one answered the call. Going for me was imp so i booked another bus instantly with SVR tours and travels with ticket # TH6T63589238.I went to the boarding point 10 mins early and waited there for more than an hour. No bus came the # which was provided with the tickets to call and check for the location both were switched off. Red bus call center hold for 15 mins and still could not get through a customer care. At last i could not make the journey and i am not sure if i would get a refund as not a single person called me and told about what is going on and like a fool i am waiting at the boarding point till night 12 waiting for the bus. Please do something about it because this can lead to big problems and issues in future. And this type of service is not required in this well advanced world. I would like to file a complain i have all the proof with me the ticket and stuff. Please help

        Meenakshi travels bus with scheduled departure on 28th may 2015 9:30 pm From ginger hotel pine never arrived. Understood From operator that this bus is not running since last three days yet red bus never had info about this. I received a message from redbus three hours before journey start that the bus will run as per schedule. Had to bear a cost of 5000 due to their mistake. Red bus was not even ready to arrange for a ticket on the next day. They made false promises when contacted over call center but kept changing the stance every time. Later they are telling that money will be reimbursed in next 7 days rather than arranging for alternative. All operator phone no's provided were not working

          I am Sasidharan C K, 59 years old a central government employ . I was traveled from Valancheri to Trivandrum on 13th May 2015. Travel was just ok. But behaviour and responsibility of galaxy bus staff was very very bad. 'Galaxy' was my bus and My boarding time was at 11-05 pm. I was waiting at Valancery bypass Jn. as per their mobile message guideline details, and there was horrible rain. At last I found my bus(I assume that should be). It was a Blue 'Galaxy' bus They stopped there and i shown my booking details. "They were not agree with that booking details and told me this is not the bus you are booked and your bus will come next to this". But i was waiting along for my bus. I was absolutely worried about journey. Because one of the white 'Galaxy' bus was already passed valanchery just before and also I asked them. their replay was also same . So I decided to wait for another bus. The time was around 12 mid night and nobody was on the road and the rain was aloso getting heavy. Mean time I got a call. It was from one of the bus staffs and he told me "bus already passed valachery by pass and stopped some were else. So have to reach there immediately. Fortunately I got an auto with the help of a shop keeper at valancery bypass Jn. And I reached their newly informed destination, were they waiting for me. I was really angry, when i see the bus.It was same blue 'galaxy' bus was waiting for me. I feel, they ridiculed me. I really got BP. But they were not ready to s even a simple sorry for their mistake. Next day Morning I went hospital for body check up. I lost time, money and health though the journey booked by Red Bus.in. I am expecting to get a from the Indian consumer forum for the bad experience from red bus.in and galaxy travels for their lack of planning. Regards sasidharan CK +91 [protected] +91 [protected]
          I felt very bad !!! with Galaxy bus

          I want to draw you kind attention towards the rude and irresponsible behaviour of both the driver and the bus conductors with the commuters. They look towards the passengers with indifference and behave with them in a very unfriendly and absurd way. They lack etiquettes and use filthy language.

          It is my humble suggestion to the bus owner that before their recruitment, the drivers and the conductors must be taught how to deal with the passengers.

            i booked the ticket from ongole to bangalore through the red bus mobile app and the date of journey is on may23, 2015 and dept time is 9:15pm and My ticket no:TH6J94766576 and Seat Number:11.Unfortunately, i want to cancel it, While cancelling the ticket it is showing Wrong Cancellation charges.So, I called to RED BUS Customer Care for cancelling ticket.they didn't respond correctly to my call so after that i called to the travels in which i book the ticket.ie, JTS Muthalib Travels.that Travels agent said u don't cancel it, If you cancel the ticket online more money will goes to RED BUS people.So, i will cancel your ticket and i will refund your money like that He said.After that i will give my bank Details to him and he said you will get after one day but still i didn't get the my refund amount.After that i am trying to call him but he didn't lift the phone.what's the bloody fool will do with my money..stupid guy and stupid travels.Please take immediate action on that travels.i faced this problem because of this stupid RED BUS, so you have to solve my problem.I ever Never faced this type of problems. thanks and Regards, Your customer

              Hi sir, i booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Tanuku, later i cancelled on the same date thai i booked. they said it takes 5 days for transaction. Till now i didnt get any refund from there and when i checked on " track refund " it shows that " we have processed the refund amount. I didnt get any type of notification regarding to it

                I have booked a ticket from trichur to chennai for 30th May 2015. Then I called the customer care and cancelled the ticket(non ac) and booked a ticket for the same day. While booking, I asked them I can use the amount and book the ticket online. But, they asked me to go for Cash on delivery option for the rest of amount. The next day, I received a call from delivery center saying that they wont deliver. If you need it, then you need to come to T-Nagar and collect. I literally confused on the attitude. And he threatened me if you can not collect in a day time, he will cancel the ticket. Is this the way Red bus treating a customer? If they would have told me the same, I would have booked the tickets online. Now, they are not responding. Is this the way they earning money? Ridiculous treatment !!! Hope someone from red bus would see and intervene.

                    I have cancelled my ticket TH[protected] on 12 May and I haven't received my refund till date, and the customer care never answers the calls no matter when I call... highly disappointed with the service, I used to book my travels every time through red bus and I'm highly disappointed with the service...

                      Booked a ticket to Chennai from Coimbatore to travel on the same day(May 20th 2015) and cancelled it on the same day. But no refund is being made and they say it is against policy to cancel the ticket on last day as per operator but operator says redbus is fully responsible for refund. Complaint raised to redbus (#RB[protected] but no response after I escalated the issue. They do not pick my call even after 30 mins I stay on call for them to pick up. Help to get refund on this.
                      Everything is already available if you review the mentioned complaint number#RB[protected].

                        I was booked to travel from banglore to vellore by bharti travels throigh redbus Ticket no: TH6M79875827 PNR no: TS-RB15687619WAW/388825/BLR CHE 03:30 PM on 24/05/2015. At about 1230 pm i get an sms from sangita travels saying my trip is cancelled. IT has put me through great hardship and i had to get a taxi to get me to vellore. please refund the ticket charges. also please reimburse my taxi charges of Rs 4500. please avoid such fraudulent companies using the redbus name.                             I booked the ticket on the RedBus app but ticket got cancelled, and i don't get any of message like ticket booked or ticket cancelled and even not showing booking history in the app even after the money is deducted from my account and don't get any of ticket no. or etc. No responses from the customer care services of the redbus site. Till now my problem or query is not solve out. please help me out to solve the problem. no message related to ticket booking even after money deduction and even not provided any reference no for queries

                                Respected sir, This is Ganapathi.M.D writing a complain about Redbus this is the worst service I have ever seen in my life, I had booked a ticket on 30.4 2015 from Hyderabad to Bangalore in National travels I had got the confirmation message about the ticket but after going there I got to knw that the bus had been cancelled on that day then when I spoke to them about refund they sent me a mess on 2.5.15 that they ll refund 800 rs to my account in 7 days but it's been around 20 days they r playing with my a students amount please take stick action against them and do the need full.                                   On 3rd of may 2015, i've booked a bus from madurai to chennai and when i got the info that the bus was delayed for one hour, i cancelled the ticket and requested for refund. I was promised by the customer support that i would get my refund and the service request no which was given to me is[protected]. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've called many times reg this and the answer i got everytime is i would get an email regarding this issue. I haven't got any such email till now. Kindly view this seriously and take action. I want my refund back.

                                      I would like to share with you all a bad experience I had with Red Bus. Please be careful when you do online booking for any bus services from Red Bus. Recently I booked a ticket to travel from Delhi to Haldwani through Red Bus.in and this was booked online. It was an AC Volvo bus and the ticket cost was around Rs 1300 for 2 tickets. The Bus services providers name, pick up point & the seat number was clearly mentioned in the ticket. The pickup point given was near Anand Vihar bus stop in Delhi which is one of the worst locality of Delhi. When we tried to board the bus standing at the pickup point we were not allowed to do so and the concerned person told me that our name is not listed among the passengers list and he asked me to check other bus. We were running here and there for almost more than an hour just to understand where our bus is, whether it exists or not ?, there is no one whom you can get help from. Neither Red Bus has deployed any staff to help the customers nor the Bus Services provider. And to my surprise Bus Service provider (JBG Volvo Bus Service) are not the actual Bus Service providers after speaking to many people I realized that JBG do not have their own Buses, these buses are run by Blue World and when I went to Blue World office they ask me to check with JBG Volvo Bus Service. But my question is how will I check with JBG floks ? I could not find a single person of JBG and they had listed some numbers in the ticket none of them could be reached when needed. I have never heard of JBG but I trusted Red Bus and I though Red Bus is a reliable source to do online booking. It was a big mistake. Our scheduled departure from Delhi for Haldwani was at 22:15 on 8th May 2015 but because we were not allowed to board and it was 23:00 already and we were still at Anand Vihar. I wanted to reach Haldwani next morning at any cost. Finally I was forced to buy ticket of Non AC bus and travel on that pathetic jam packed bus sitting cramped whole night with mosquito bites. Agony is inspite to buying a AC bus ticket hoping that we can have a pleasant journey with good sleep we travelled in a Non AC bus with mosquitoes to make sure that we are on our toes whole night. When I complained Red Bus customer care about this, first of all they took almost a week to review my complaint and then came up with a reply mentioning that the refund cannot be done because as per their record the customer has already completed the journey. I asked them to show me the proof which shows that I have actually travelled, whereas I have the proof the ticket of the other bus which I actually took. Too my surprise I was not the only victim, most people who did the online booking were the victimized in similar manner and I heard from a co-passenger that it has been happening for long time. I do not expect them to refund my ticket money but I wanted to share this bad experience with the world so that everyone is aware and do not fall on such trap of Red Bus, JBG, Blue World etc. etc.
