RedBus's Pathetic Service

It is a great disappointment to see that red bus giving such bad services.They are concerned only about the ads and money they earned from their sites.They do not check the vendors background before registering them on their websites. As a result we(the customers) suffer though we pay extra for comfort services and our holidays are ruined.Please bring this site down as soon as possible so that it can be replaced with a better site who are...

reporting time and departure time wrong in redbus

Dear sir/mam, i m a passanger who was traveled yesterday from palani to tuticorin with redbus ticket, the complaint was, i had booked two tickets from palani to tuticorin through this redbus and i got the tickets from aarthi travels on 26 th of this month at night 11.00pm reporting time and departure was 11.15 pm, But the travel agent told me that the travels time was 12.30 pm, how its happens in redbus the both time was wrong, i suffered...

cash back not refunded

this is to inform you that on 24th, jan 2014 i have booked three tickets from delhi to jammu while booking on redbus site an exclusive payu money cash back offer is showing according to which if i book through payu money i will get 5% cash back on any transaction maximum up to 50 rupees .but till yet i didn't received any cash back yet . kindly look into the matter.i am also attaching photo of my ticket with this mail. thanking you karan...

Ticket cancelled but money is not credited yet.

I had booked one seat from redbus.in, but due to some reason i had cancelled the same ticket. The problem is, cancellation amount is not credited yet. Already sent 20- 50 mails... no use. Please do the needful. Regards Vineeth MK [protected]...

booking lapses

Time Issue on Ticket Booking

Hi, I have booked the from Bangalore to Erode on January 02nd, 2015. By the time of booking the ticket in Angel travels the Departure time was 11.15PM on your website. After booking I have received the mail saying Departure time is 9.00Pm which is not possible to me to reach the bus. refund not made

I booked a bus ticket on 24th December 2014 from goa to Belgaum in paulo travels. An amount of rs 450 was debited from my hdfc account, but I did not get a ticket, a refund was promised but when i called the customer care no one answered. I've been trying from a long time. Please help me get my refund....

I got ticket confirmed and when I went to bus, they told ticket not confirmed.

I booked 2 sets of tickets for 8th december 2014. one is for morning 3am in kallada travels from ernakulam to trivandrum and another one is in a1 travels from trivandrum to calicut.@10pm And the cases My first travel was at 3am from ernakulam. I have booked a ticket on 29.11.2014 in Rathimeena travels through Redbus online booking from Chidambaram to Trivanrum to go for my Railway Exam. Rathimeena travela informe that my name was not found in their passenger chart so did not allow me to travel. Not allowing partial cancellation of Bus ticket

CANCELLATION OF BUS SERVICE BOOKED THROUGH REDBUS

i have booked a ticket for my daughter from kannur to banglore on 22 December for travelling on 29.12.2014., vide your ticket number TGDH3582366..But the trip was cancelled on the last day..and iwas asked to board another bus from Thalassery which is 26kms away from Kannur. The Cavery bus operators have not made any arrangement to pick us from Kannur. And the bus from Thalassery which was supposed to pick us at 11 pm reached only by 0100am....

My Brother booked a ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad in Eagle travels through Redbus.in. The date is 23rd Dec 2014. The ticket is confirmed and amount was deducted by Redbus. When boarding, Eagle travels denied that ticket is booked and hence was not confirmed. On what basis Redbus.in book and confirm ticket with Travel agents? On what basis they debit the money of customer ? Why they deny the refund of customer?...
