I booked the ticket on the RedBus app but ticket got cancelled, and i don't get any of message like ticket booked or ticket cancelled and even not showing booking history in the app even after the money is deducted from my account and don't get any of ticket no. or etc. No responses from the customer care services of the redbus site. Till now my problem or query is not solve out. please help me out to solve the problem. no message related to ticket booking even after money deduction and even not provided any reference no for queries

    Hi, I had done the reservation on 14/04/2015 from Trivandrum to Palakkad.But during payment amount is deducted from my account and reservation was not done. My number is [protected], and the Ref for Refund is = 47979975, Very much worried about the pathetic services has been given in this regard this is not the first time this issue occuring- pl refund the amount immediately.       Respected sir, This is Ganapathi.M.D writing a complain about Redbus this is the worst service I have ever seen in my life, I had booked a ticket on 30.4 2015 from Hyderabad to Bangalore in National travels I had got the confirmation message about the ticket but after going there I got to knw that the bus had been cancelled on that day then when I spoke to them about refund they sent me a mess on 2.5.15 that they ll refund 800 rs to my account in 7 days but it's been around 20 days they r playing with my a students amount please take stick action against them and do the need full.         On 3rd of may 2015, i've booked a bus from madurai to chennai and when i got the info that the bus was delayed for one hour, i cancelled the ticket and requested for refund. I was promised by the customer support that i would get my refund and the service request no which was given to me is[protected]. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've called many times reg this and the answer i got everytime is i would get an email regarding this issue. I haven't got any such email till now. Kindly view this seriously and take action. I want my refund back.

            I would like to share with you all a bad experience I had with Red Bus. Please be careful when you do online booking for any bus services from Red Bus. Recently I booked a ticket to travel from Delhi to Haldwani through Red Bus.in and this was booked online. It was an AC Volvo bus and the ticket cost was around Rs 1300 for 2 tickets. The Bus services providers name, pick up point & the seat number was clearly mentioned in the ticket. The pickup point given was near Anand Vihar bus stop in Delhi which is one of the worst locality of Delhi. When we tried to board the bus standing at the pickup point we were not allowed to do so and the concerned person told me that our name is not listed among the passengers list and he asked me to check other bus. We were running here and there for almost more than an hour just to understand where our bus is, whether it exists or not ?, there is no one whom you can get help from. Neither Red Bus has deployed any staff to help the customers nor the Bus Services provider. And to my surprise Bus Service provider (JBG Volvo Bus Service) are not the actual Bus Service providers after speaking to many people I realized that JBG do not have their own Buses, these buses are run by Blue World and when I went to Blue World office they ask me to check with JBG Volvo Bus Service. But my question is how will I check with JBG floks ? I could not find a single person of JBG and they had listed some numbers in the ticket none of them could be reached when needed. I have never heard of JBG but I trusted Red Bus and I though Red Bus is a reliable source to do online booking. It was a big mistake. Our scheduled departure from Delhi for Haldwani was at 22:15 on 8th May 2015 but because we were not allowed to board and it was 23:00 already and we were still at Anand Vihar. I wanted to reach Haldwani next morning at any cost. Finally I was forced to buy ticket of Non AC bus and travel on that pathetic jam packed bus sitting cramped whole night with mosquito bites. Agony is inspite to buying a AC bus ticket hoping that we can have a pleasant journey with good sleep we travelled in a Non AC bus with mosquitoes to make sure that we are on our toes whole night. When I complained Red Bus customer care about this, first of all they took almost a week to review my complaint and then came up with a reply mentioning that the refund cannot be done because as per their record the customer has already completed the journey. I asked them to show me the proof which shows that I have actually travelled, whereas I have the proof the ticket of the other bus which I actually took. Too my surprise I was not the only victim, most people who did the online booking were the victimized in similar manner and I heard from a co-passenger that it has been happening for long time. I do not expect them to refund my ticket money but I wanted to share this bad experience with the world so that everyone is aware and do not fall on such trap of Red Bus, JBG, Blue World etc. etc.

                Redbus making profit out of cancellation tickets. On 2-April around 2PM booked tickets from Hyderabad to Chennai and cancelled same day at 5PM (travel time is 7PM). As per Redbus policy, for the tickets cancelled after 4PM refund is allowed. But I received SMS and email from transporter (SRM travels) confirming 50% refund and ask me to touch base with Redbus to get this. Communicated the same to Redbus with proofs, and initially one of their call center managers agreed to refund and later sent email with denying refund. I have association with Redbus since 2008 and made nearly 100+ bookings also faced couple issues and complained the same but no action noticed. But this current issue in a kind of fraud by creating base less rules and polices. Here I dn’t see option to attachment SMS & email screen. Ticket no: TH4Z97479444, PNR no: RB8FF04C7

                  This is nagarjuna, booked ticket for travelling from Tirupati to Bangolure on 18th morning. in SVR Travells. TIN-TH6E68273965 PNR-APPL400815 DATE- 18 MAY 2015 SEAT - 40 inline to ticket conformation went to SVR travellers to took the bus, came to know that my seat was already allocated to some one..because of this my entaire plan got failed.. this is worrest of the worrest situvation i phased in my entaire life... if your not in possition to justify will take this issue into ligal way.

                    Hi red bus team, We had very worse travel on yesterday night from kodaikanel to chennai. We have booked in k.s travels from KodaiKanel to chennai. The bus was not in proper condition to travel in hills.. No head light, no battery, not proper driver and I don't know weather he licensed driver or not. Due to bad lighting the bus met with accident unfortunately no one suffered. But driver didn't care about passengers and started driving...The way of driver approach was totally worst.                       Bus Operator reallocated my seat to some other passenger without my permission and I have completed my journey without a single seat. Bus operator didn't pickup my phone call from 9 pm to 11.30 pm since his phone was ringing and busy alternatively. Due to this I missed my bus and then chased the bus and got into it.                         Dear All, I have booked one ticket from redbus.in from greater noida to kanpur on 15/may/2015. booked bus operator-New Shatabdi Bus, ServiceSharma Tours AndTravels ticket no-TH[protected] PNR No-P54XCTA Seat No-K (AC/Sleeper) Boarding place-PARI CHOWK, ZERO POINT After getting confirm ticket, i reached the boarding place before time and i was waiting for bus, After the given time (11.30PM) bus came to pari chowk but bus conductor told me that there is no seat for me as bus is full, we have shown our ticket to conductor (seat number-K). Conductor told me you have reservation for my bus but we dont have seat so please contact person/link from where you have taken reservation. When i have called the number [protected] (given by redbus), he told me that we will send next bus at your boarding point, you can travel by that bus and made his phone ([protected]) switched off. We were waiting for bus for 3 hours but no bus came there and responsible person has switched off his number ([protected]). Note- point to note that pari chowk is very unsafe place where we were waiting bus for 4 hours (whole night). I will not suggest anyone to book ticket from redbus as the persons from bus operator to redbus customer support are not responsible.

                        Compensation is the other thing still after 2 days (48hrs) they have not refunded money. Very disappointed with the services provided by redbus.

                          We booked 9 AC sleeper tickets in SRS Travels from Madurai to Chennai (Each Rs. 850), later when we boarded the bus we came to know that its all Semi-sleeper Non-AC. We were not even notified on this regard. Very frustrated to be in this position.
                          SRS Travels (Madurai to Chennai) - We booked 9 AC Sleepers tickets (850 each), but we came to know that it were are semi-sleeper non-AC BUS. We are not even provided with the refund, and the BUS Agents are not responding to our questions. This is a total Forgery and we suggest everyone not to choose SRS BUS Services. Its a total Forgery and they are stealing money from people like this...

                                  your ticket TGBR32892574 on Sunday, November 09, 2014 has been cancelled, cancellation details are as follows: Total amount paid: Rs. 3300/- Cancellation amount: Rs. 1650/- Amount refunded: Rs. 1650/- [protected][protected][protected][protected] But the amount was not yet refunded to bank account.

                                    I was trying to book 3 tickets from Tirupati to Hyderabad on 07.05.2015 at around 7.30 A.M through REDBUS. I chose 3 seats in KESINENI TRAVELS Volvo AC Semi sleeper and made payment through my SBI debit card. Amount Rs. 3148.20 was deducted from my account (no.[protected]) whereas tickets not booked. A message was displayed as 'your booking was unsuccessful our customer care person will contact you soon'. Transaction Id 49358729. I have awaited one week still the amount not remitted to my account.
                                    I have provided sufficient information in my complaint. Please resolve my issue since it is already more than 2 weeks. still nobody contacted me and my amount not remitted to my acount. my mobile number [protected], [protected]

                                      This is to inform you that I cancelled my ticket on 25/04/2015 for the trip from chennai to coimbatore in KPN tavels.And, I received the confirmation message for cancelled and the message reads that the refund amount will be sent to our bank within 24 hours and the bank processing may take up to 7 to 10 working days. But, I didnt receive the amount yet. And when I mailed regarding this on 6th May 2015 the one of the person from redbus replied me that the amount was sent only on 4th May to our bank and the bank process may take up to 7 working days to credit the amount. Now the date is 14th May But I didnt receive the amount yet. Kindly advice. My reference no. 3900131 Ticket no. TH[protected]

                                        I have booked a ticket for a travel from "Anand Vihar" to "Muzaffarnagar" on 13 may 2015 for time 5:00 PM. I booked the ticket on 13 my 15 at 2:45PM. My Ticket No. is: TH6B79992894 It was a UPSRTC bus. But i could not find any information regarding assembing point or any bus No on the ticket. Assuming that i have booked the ticket from anand vihar to muzzaffarnagar; i reached anand vihar & went to all the inquiry booths & showed my ticket, even they could not tell from where i could get that bus. i even asked many bus drivers regarding this, even they were clueless. In all this confusion, i missed my bus & could not locate the bus . After reaching home, i thought to cancel my tickets, but system did not allowed me to do this. I dont really understand how this 'RedBus' service is running, i even gave multiple calls at customer care no. '[protected]' but the call was transfered to executive but they never answered the call. This is utter nuisance creating panic & confusion all around, i have never seen such pathetic service from any Online portal except 'RedBus'. I want my complete money back i.e Rs 384.
