CHEATING WHEN REFUND IS ASKED

I had booked a ticket bangalore-mangalore this was cancelled on the 12th of nov and i received an e mail with refund details ticket number TGC[protected] .Its been nearly a month and every time they say transfer done and bank would take 7 days for the refund, i dont understand why would a bank take 7 days to credit the amount . On October 6, 2014 I have booked my online ticket for October 25, 2014 from Kottayam to Bangalore through redbus. It was A/C Sleeper bus of Hentek Travel. In a last movement they text me saying that the bus is cancel due to breakdown and that they do not have any other replacement. As I called them they said that the fare would be refunded to my account which is Rs.1200/-, In the last movement I had to pay extra money to book current ticket....

Refund amount not returned for cancelled ticket

Denied refund for canceled bus
