Kindly find below details and timing at when bus operator acts. Sequence on 24 April Night before reach to boarding point and after reached boarding point- 1: - 10:04 PM - I called at[protected]/ 28958833/ [protected] which are mentioned at RedBus eTicket then I came to know bus has been changedSupreme Travels to Modern- Vigneshwar having bus No. (MH-04-G-8930) and Driver Name Atul (Mob - [protected]).Then I called on Atul num person and asked me to call at Pappuana (Mob - [protected]). After I called came to know that my bus operator name changed to Modern- Vigneshwar bus service. After that I got 1st Msg from AD-STSELR service provider with same above information. So I reached to my boarding point at 10:50 PM. 2:- 11:05 PM – Again got another SMS from DM-SWAMI service provider and contain is – Dear Mr. SANKET, your PNR:28036702 JOURNEY: Mumbai to mahabaleshwar Seat : U19, U 20 Date :[protected]:10 PM Pickup:rabale police chowki is booked. Board Bus : MH 11 9867, Pickup Man : Mr Alam (Mob - [protected]) Thanks You Swami Travels. So I was tried to contact above Alam num to figure it out what was issued but not get success till 11:37 PM…my bus departing time was 11:10 PM only. So situation was I stood on Highway with my family (2 yr age kid). 3: 11:41 PM : Again I got another SMS from AD-SUPREM service provider and contain is – Dear customer your bus no is MH-4-H-8930 please report before 15 minutes at your selected pickup location. Pickup man no. [protected]/[protected]. So I called at above number find new driver number – [protected] at 11:49 PM. So finally I came to know one bus is coming which will pick me next 5 min…. This 5 min became 26 min at highway and bus came at 12:03 AM on 25th Apr, 2015. So at my B’day 25 Apr with my family I was stood at highway till 12:03 AM in suspicious condition whether my bus will come or not. Finally, one bus of swami travels having bus No- MH 11 T 9867 came and unfortunately driver and conductor both don’t know about my birth number. A bit surprises for me My bus Supreme Travels (Volvo A/C Multi Axle Sleeper(2+1) having berth Number A5/6 (FIRST UPPER FIRST LOWER SHHET) changed to Modern- Vigneshwar then Modern to SWAMI (TATA Bus without Air suspension and berth at last sleeper berth U 19/20 where one AC duct was not working). One more imp point to note here sliding gate o[censored]19/20 Berth (which is maintain AC temperature) was partially broke. I took this pics inside the sleeper (please see attachment for the same[protected].25.29.jpg,[protected].25.35.jpg,[protected].25.40.jpg,[protected... So I requested for another sheet so conductor connected me another guy “RAJESH” on call. This guy directly said we have only this sheet or otherwise u can get down here or call your service provider (RedBus) asked for your refund.. I called RedBusat around 12:25 AM on 25Apr but not got luck to connect you. So I was continue my journey with same bus with berth bcz my all other subsequent plan which is mentioned above also effected where I done all prior transactions for i.e. Hotels booking, Taxi booking for site seeing etc. In brief bus operator changes the type of bus from Volvo AC to Tata AC and reach at boarding point 12:03 AM (25th Apr) in place of 11:00 PM (24th Apr). This is too much, how can they change my bus type without inform us. It is a clear case of misuse of my ticket by concerned person, who must have board me on another bus and allotted my seat to some current passengers who paid good cash(because I had seen SUPREME travels AC sleeper bus in between the journey at different point and final destination point at MAHABALESHWAR). It is a clear case o[censored]n professional behavior and sold our tickets which is an act of serious contravention of rules – which has affected us. Please look into the matter and request to consider my case to find the facts and RedBus will refund me the admissible amount. In the light of the above facts/statements, I once again request you to please look into the matter and request the concerned Authority to consider my case to find the facts and refund me the admissible amount.     My name is ganesh. May 11th I booked ticket in ganesh travels through redbus.in from B C Road to Bangalore, ticket no isTH5U79862459. dep time was 10-50pm but I reached 10-30pm... I didn't got any message from redbus.in as well as bus operators so I waited till 12-30 bus has not came I called redbus.in customer support they are not responding so please help me... because of this I'm not able to attend the duty of may 12th.

      SIR, I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET FOR THREE PASSENGERS FROM RATLAM TO SHIRDI ON 10 APRIL2015 FROM redbus.in .THE DATE OF JOURNEY WAS 11/04/2015. ON 11/04/2015, AT NEARLY 2.00PM, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE RELATIVE BUS SERVICE HAS CANCELED ITS SHIRDI TRIP FOR 11/04/2015 AND I WAS INSTRUCTED TO CANCEL MY TICKET. IT WAS SAID THAT THE FULL BOOKING AMT WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU DUE TO CANCELLATION OF BUS. ACCORDINGLY I HAVE CANCELLED MY TICKET BUT I AM SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT ONLY RS. 30/- WAS REFUNDED TO ME IN SPITE OF RS.3630/-(THE BOOKING AMT FOR THREE TICKETS). KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO REFUND THE REST BOOKING AMOUNT TO ME.

        I booked a ticket from Belgaum to Mumbai on the 17th of May 2015. Details being as below Trip ID: 49599989 Payment made through PayU Money Merchant Transaction No. : 40658241 Payment ID : 38135406 RedBus complaint no.: RB[protected] The transaction shows successful but neither is the ticket booked nor is the amount refunded. RedBus support sends the same auto-generated email every time and the good for nothing call support always keeps you on wait. I sure am voiding any potential customers of RedBus.in in the future. I hope to see the amount refunded back in my account as soon as possible.

          This complaint is regarding ticket no TH5Z23354884 booked through redbus.in website for a travel from delhi to lucknow, pickup point anand vihar, Bus operator -Kalpana travels, J&D . I had booked this ticket through the website, butt when i reached the destined pickup location, the kalpana travel agent refused to board me to the bus stating no such bus exists and offered me a bus seat from other bus agency, Intially i had booked a sleeper bus and they offered me a seater ticket . When i called up the redbus customer support number they refused to address my issue and they said they will only escalate the issue but will not be responsible for bus not being present at that location .

                I would have liked if I had boarded my bus at given time. I have booked and I paid for it, and at what cost I had to face that horrible scene. My bus didn't even reached at bus stand. I had waited for 2 more hours at the bus stop but all in vain. From jaipur to Jalore, this journey was very important for me yesterday but you people don't provide the services and why the hell do you ruin our moked Dashmesh travels P ltd. Bus yesterday and when I called the travels they didn't pick up my call and didn't responded in return either. Was I a fool? Or you are making me to loose my temper. I want my money back and I know my consumer rights if I am not properly refunded. All the booking details and bus information are attached in a form of screenshots.                     Dear Sir, I have booked bus in redbus.com application...My PNR number is RMT4256316 and TIN Number is TH[protected]...where we had gone at the departure on 06.05.2015 12.30 am but the rathimeena bus employees told that "this particular PNR Number is for tomorrow (07.05.2015 and that is how our system shows so help yourself or contact redbus ""...But we had highly disappointed since I booked for my sister and for their children... What mistake had we done????...we were on time at the time of departure...this kind of mistakes suffer people like uuss...we were helpless at the midnight. Please give us the justice..                       redBus Ticket - TH5X99489542 It was pathetic experience to book online bus ticket through RED BUS I had booked online line bus ticket through a red bus in Falcon travels Eagle Travel Agency. Ticket booking was of 3rd May at 11 pm from anand (Gujarat) to mumbai. Ticket details were sent to me on my mail ID and i also have the messege confirmation about the same. When I went to board a bus from anand on 3rd may at 10.45 pm, I got to know that there is no booking in my name with Falcon travels Eagle Travel Agency. They told me that the booking with my name was on 2nd May and they showed me their records also. I have print out of the same. I tried calling Red bus imeediately but there was no revert and the number was just ringging. At the moment at 11 pm, just understand that what would be my situation as I was alone travelling. I had trust on red bus but it was completely smashed. I was scared, annoyed, irritated, frustrated, tired and helpless too as there were no seats available in any of the buses at that time. All the buses were full. I was metaly disturbed completely and could not find and way. At 11 pm I was struggling alone on highway for my seat. What a pathetic service and cheating by REDBUS. Finally, I had to travel by sitting seat and that too I have paid 2800 for it and that was also driver's seat. Only because I had to attend office next day. Flight tickets we 6-7 thousand which was very costly. Entire night I could not sleep. Mental stress was at high level. I have written the complain to red bus but still there is not revert.

                        Dear Sir, I booked a ticket from Palani to Chennai for 10/05/2015 on 05/May/2015 via redbus.in and paid through net banking via PayuMoney. Although money has been debited from my account it seems PayuMoney has not credited it to redbus.in and they have not sent me the ticket. Redbus says transaction has failed and hence the ticket was not confirmed.                             RedbusTicket no: TH4Z63845955The seat was not at all good, I was not able to keep the seat in vertical position as it going back automatically when I lean on the seat. More over I have booked a window seat (seat no:21) and when I entered the bus seat 21 was not a window seat. Really a bad experience in travelling in that bus. I have the screen shot for the same seat showing window seat while booking.

                              I booked a ticket from Shirdi to Pune for 3rd May 2015, Sunday. TIN : TH5Y36332738 PNR : GYNSMJN Travels: Tirupati(Jagdamba) travels, Shirdi. My bus was scheduled at 10:30am. I reached my spot at 10:00 am and was there till 11:30am. No bus arrived. I tried contacting travels number provided by red bus ie [protected], which was switched off. Red bus customer care were not responding despite calling multiple times. I even tried to search out for an alternate number of Tirupati Travel via JustDail, But there was no such travel listed in Shirdi. Dear Concerned, Kindly get into this as soon as possible and try to help me out with this. My hard earned money has gone waste by such negligence. Waiting for a favourable reply. Thanking You.

                                Had booked a bus to Vadodara on 17th April (TH5G[protected] and 5 hrs before journey I received a call from them stating that the bus is cancelled and I need to call back and book alternate bus or cancel the ticket. Called more than 30 times on customer care number but no one could be contacted. I tried on all numbers on my ticket too couple of times but all numbers were un-available. Wrote an email to customer care before departure time to imitate the same. Noone replied for days after that. I am following up for refund post that but they are not giving me the same saying that I did not reach on time and bus was not cancelled whereas I have an email sent to them b4 departure to prove that I had received an intimation from them about cancellation. All thanks to this irresponsible service... I missed my journey. This is my second such bad experience with Red Bus.

Ticket Details: TRAVEL Service- greenlinesgreen lines travels TIN - THTH5F64335777 PNR -3HM3C8 Without any notice, i received a sms on 17th April, stating my ticket is cancelled. And only 74rs. will be refunded. First of all i didn't cancel my ticket at all. When i called Red Bus customer care, they told that they can't do nothing as it's a online cancellation. I asked for the IP address from where the ticket was cancelled. But they were not aware of that. You. RED BUS IS THE WRIST SREVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE

                                      Hi, I booked a bangalore-mumbai ticket for 30th april(Boarding Time- 5.15 pm, Marathalli). Ticket Details: TRAVEL Service- SEABIRD Tourist TIN - TH4U96253856 PNR - TS-RB13863976XQF/2424866 SEAT - 4L FARE - 1574 Without any notice, i received a sms on 29th April, stating my ticket is cancelled. And only 74rs. will be refunded. First of all i didn't cancel my ticket at all. When i called Red Bus customer care, they told that they can't do nothing as it's a online cancellation. I asked for the IP address from where the ticket was cancelled. But they were not aware of that. You fraud peopel. From now onwards i will never book any ticket from your site. Because of your cheating procedure, i had a loss of Rs. 1500. Now i booked the same seat of the same bus from another ticketing agent company. Give me the total root cause analysis of this ticket cancellation as i didn't cancel it. At the same time, refund total ticket price. Otherwise i will to contact to consumer court for same. I will advice all my freind never trust this fraud Red bus in future.
