Today my. Brother had booked ticket through redbus from katra jammu and kashmir to amritsar and at the time of selection of seats at the upper deck he had selected three seats one is sharing as double and one is single seat sleeper as we are three persons that want to travel but when we reach at the point from where bus can start then bus operator said that you have to share seat with some another person, we are in agner that when at the time of selection of seats on redbus app only single seat is reflecting then why new Shivam travel bus operator can give us sharing seat, and when I have discuss the matter with him they said we will not do any thing please discuss with redbus and I am regularly trying to calling to redbus but no one can transfer my call to executive, my ticket no is TRA[protected], please check and raise request for reversal as redbus is doing fraud with us, please call at this no [protected] as I am traving in that bus and ticket is booked by my brother from this no [protected], please call to my this no [protected], as first time I have seen that poor service as I am totally angry with that kind of service, please process request for reversal, and also we are not able to cancel the travel and we are already late, pleas check and do the needful for reversal
