I received a refund initiation mail on 9th september 2022 and didn't receive the refund amount. Whenever I call customer care, they say that I get a callback and that never happened. But I used to receive a mail saying that refund got initiated and gets credited to my account in 5-7 working days. Enclosing the screenshot of the mail.

    Due to some personal emergency I was not able to travel on a rescheduled ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore. When I rescheduled the ticket, there was no mention in the redbus that I cannot cancel after rescheduling. Also in the ticket booking policy there is no mention on this type of rule.
    When asked Redbus, I got an answer that this policy is from the operator and not from them. When I checked with the operator, they clearly mentioned that if I book through their website, they can refund deducting the cancellation charges at time. They clearly mention that is it redbus hidden policy.
    Beware of this redbus. I will never book any ticket in my life on redbus. online fraud.

          On 14th of September 2022, I booked a bus ticket in Redbus with KVR travels, HYDERABAD to travel from Hyderabad to Pithapuram with a fare of RSs 2, 300/- .I reached Pickup Point Erragadda Metro Station Pillar No .953 at 8:50 PM to board the bus at scheduled arrival time at 9:30 PM with almost 40 minutes in advance.

          I waited for almost 1.5 hours .When I called Bus driver at 10 PM, he said he already crossed the point and asked me to come to a different point without actually following the route given by REDBUS. When I called him multiple times, he asked me to come to L.B.Nagar after LB Nagar metro station point .

          I reached finally the Pickup point with huge expenses by opting different modes of transport. The driver never called me as he is following a different route and finally said my phone is switched off which is in correct.

          At the age of 60 +, I suffered mental agony, tension and mental torture due to Redbus and KVR Travels.

          Though the final destination is Pithapuram( as per Booked ticket), They dropped me Kakinada Balaji Cheruvu point and behaved ruthlessly and negligently . I made my own Taxi arrangements to reach Pithauram.

          Please refund my full amount of Rs 4, 300/ along with Rs 2, 000/ for my optional travel arrangements to catch the bus and also to reach destination at 11:30 AM.

          If I do not get the amount within 24 hours, I would leave no stone untouched to reach all civil and Criminal forums to get justice.

          You are not moving people but making them tortured for you and your travel partner irresponsible behaviour and negligence.

            So bad experience in this bus 🙏I started my journey from Bhopal in M R travels first of all condition of this bus is so bad another bus stop at May places to take passengers other than booking they stop bus for 15 people they are workers and this bus is night bus and these people are shouting so loudly I can’t even sleep for 1 hour 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
            Really so bad experience i advice not to use this and Redbus at least try to solve these kind of problems

              Hi team i have booked bus ticket through your app, due to the some issues with the bus operator i was forced to cancel the ticked before boarding and i was cancelled the ticket charged Rs.3553 and i booked another ticket last moment with high fare and i got refund rs.1518 and balance amont of Rs.2035 still not received and i have raised disbute through chat support and i have submitted all the proof but still full amount was not yet recived i have contacted you support executive but no support yet.
              Due to this issue i was unable to go to destination on time.

                On sep 4th we booked 2 bus ticket in redbus at National travels madurai .We reached bus stand earlier at boarding point .they call me and say bus will be arrived late we are wating for bus untill 11.30 .after we called and asked driver they already crossed our boarding point they even not informed us . Driver give manager number for next bus but he has not the pick up the call and blocked my numer .I need full refund of Rs.1, 677 .we suffer lot from this service me and brother alone in busstand at night time.

                      Booking the bus from Singapore - Malaysia and need to reschedule since I have family issues. I try to call Redbus immediately but cannot reach them. The line is always dropped. So I need to book the new ticket after the previous ticket 2 hours.

                      I just can reach Redbus via call when I arrive KL. After checking, they said that if I want to reschedule I need to do so before 12 HOURS and if I would like to cancel the ticket I need to do that 3 HOURS before the journey.

                      It’s ridiculous as I attempted to find the assist from them when I cancelled the ticket on the app. Also, how I cannot reschedule 1 hours before the journey if I have unexpected problem like that? We always need to plan everything before 3 HOURS based on this ridiculous policy??? Even I tried to explain for the agent in the CS line that I have unexpected issues but she still insisted that we need to follow the Redbus policy.

                      The worst CS I ever had. Thanks Redbus for creating this policy.

                          I, Ravindra U Bhat, have booked a sleeper seat in lower bearth to travel from Bangalore to Shimoga. Unfortunately after getting in the bus, an upper bearth allotted me instead of my booking. Presently I am traveling with huge disappointement and request you to do not suggest any passengers to travel in this bus because of these kind of hospitality...
                          Kindly look in to the matter seriously and take necessary action on this travel agency. And also I request the concerned authority to return my traveling charges along with suitable compensation.

                            Today my. Brother had booked ticket through redbus from katra jammu and kashmir to amritsar and at the time of selection of seats at the upper deck he had selected three seats one is sharing as double and one is single seat sleeper as we are three persons that want to travel but when we reach at the point from where bus can start then bus operator said that you have to share seat with some another person, we are in agner that when at the time of selection of seats on redbus app only single seat is reflecting then why new Shivam travel bus operator can give us sharing seat, and when I have discuss the matter with him they said we will not do any thing please discuss with redbus and I am regularly trying to calling to redbus but no one can transfer my call to executive, my ticket no is TRA[protected], please check and raise request for reversal as redbus is doing fraud with us, please call at this no [protected] as I am traving in that bus and ticket is booked by my brother from this no [protected], please call to my this no [protected], as first time I have seen that poor service as I am totally angry with that kind of service, please process request for reversal, and also we are not able to cancel the travel and we are already late, pleas check and do the needful for reversal

                                  I had booked ticket from Kolhapur to Vashi as on 20th Aug, 2022 in INR 699/- for journey as on 6th Sep, 2022 evening.
                                  I have received call & message from bus operator on journey day morning that bus has been canceled due to technical issue pls collect your refund from online.
                                  When i have approached same operator Manjunath Travels in evening they have given reservation with INR 1600/-.
                                  Refund of INR 699/- has been processed by red bus.

                                  Red bus need to refund additional INR 900/- which has been forcefully collected from me for same journey. If red bus is having trusted operates then they need to provide alternate ticket in same cost.

                                    I have booked a ticket from Proddatur to banglore on 09th August and details are as follows:

                                    Bus Operator: Indu Travels
                                    Date of travel: 09th August, 2022
                                    Ticket No: TR[protected]
                                    PNR: 664480

                                    The bus operator on the time of departure said that the bus is cancelled due to electric issue in bus and arranged for alternate bus which is non-AC and i was booked for AC Sleeper.

                                    I have called and informed redbus immediatly and redbus agent tried to reach the operator and he was not reachable for 15 days altogether.

                                    After sweet time of 15 days the bus operator is cooking up new story everytime when redbus agent calls him and redbus is also entertaining instead of providing me refund.

                                    I fed up with redbus its been one month and am still calling your support team everyday. Such a bad position of redbus.

                                      Ticket was booked from Chennai to Bangalore for 6th August 2022 instead of 7th Aug 2022. Then tried to move the ticket where they asked a amount of 555.01 to be paid. I paid the amount and was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not issued.

                                      Also I spoke to the customer care for almost 15 to 20 times and no response. The frustrating part is they close the case and dont worry about any thing.

                                      Finally after a month of followup the amount was credited today. Thank you for all the support and it was a frustrating situation where the customer care did not have an idea of what they were doing wasting peoples time for no reason. Thank you any ways and good bye to redbus.

                                      Each time I called the customer support they start from scratch and they are least bothered to look into the case that was created. They dont bother to help the customers reported issue. They just want to close the case with out proper resolution. Then what is the purpose of having a customer support team just for nothing wasting almost so many hours of my time without resolution

                                        I was promised full refund on 25th.june22. Till date no refund initiated. They are not answering my calls/messages.
                                        I understand that this is their regular way of handling refunds. The customer will forgot or quit.
