On 14th of September 2022, I booked a bus ticket in Redbus with KVR travels, HYDERABAD to travel from Hyderabad to Pithapuram with a fare of RSs 2, 300/- .I reached Pickup Point Erragadda Metro Station Pillar No .953 at 8:50 PM to board the bus at scheduled arrival time at 9:30 PM with almost 40 minutes in advance.
I waited for almost 1.5 hours .When I called Bus driver at 10 PM, he said he already crossed the point and asked me to come to a different point without actually following the route given by REDBUS. When I called him multiple times, he asked me to come to L.B.Nagar after LB Nagar metro station point .
I reached finally the Pickup point with huge expenses by opting different modes of transport. The driver never called me as he is following a different route and finally said my phone is switched off which is in correct.
At the age of 60 +, I suffered mental agony, tension and mental torture due to Redbus and KVR Travels.
Though the final destination is Pithapuram( as per Booked ticket), They dropped me Kakinada Balaji Cheruvu point and behaved ruthlessly and negligently . I made my own Taxi arrangements to reach Pithauram.
Please refund my full amount of Rs 4, 300/ along with Rs 2, 000/ for my optional travel arrangements to catch the bus and also to reach destination at 11:30 AM.
If I do not get the amount within 24 hours, I would leave no stone untouched to reach all civil and Criminal forums to get justice.
You are not moving people but making them tortured for you and your travel partner irresponsible behaviour and negligence.
