I am vikas mushra, Yesterday[protected]
I book tickit from dhariwal travels, pune to indore by red bus amount of 2940 /- ticket No :-TRBH69917699 bus No MP13P7741 my boarding point nigdi time 9:20PM
My bus miss due to your poor response poor service, I am many time call to driver how many time take to bus reach nigdi every time saying only 20min to 30min

I am waiting from 9:20PM to 11:30pm

On 11:30pm driver say bus not coming nigdi you come on nasik phata I give auto charge I am going nasik phata by auto but bus was not available there I am calling again he saying plz call to office bus is full

I am calling office he is also denied

I was alone on night on road I also I have loss many

the bus service is very poor

I hope you will take some action and do the needful as soon possible.

Plz provide my refund asap

      My bus was scheduled at 9.30 pm but got delayed by 4 hours. I got info about it being 3 hours late well before time. I had been waiting ad trying to contact the operator for 1 hour but neither bus operator not redbus could respond as there is no tracking system. Moreover, I got a call from Ramdev travels to board the bus from the other side of the road as it was completing its previous trip. There is no customer care service to listen to the grievance. Highly unprofessional service. Will never ever recommend it to anyone.

        My sister has booked tickets from Chennai to Hosur and this travel is for Diwali to my home at Hosur. She had booked through red bus and the travels was Bharathi travels. This was booked well in advance and suddenly we got a message that due to bus break down the tickets are cancelled. this was 4 to 5 days before Journey. How come this will happen, The respective company site is still listing the bus as per schedule in their website. If there is a breakdown well in advance the company has to arrange a suitable alternative . THis seems to be a cancellation fraud to make use of the Diwali tickets sale. Which is very much disappointing. We are not sure what control redbus has over this, but as a customer of redbus we are suffering by searching for tickets in other buses and spending more money . This is Absolute cheating and people will lose confidence on redbus as aggregator. This refund takes more than one week, which is not a Geniune reason as well.

          I have by mistake done ticket 1 hour early and I told driver to cancel bus but I didn't get any positive response even I made my cancellation protected by giving extra charge

            I would like to bring this to your notice that this bus operator sahil bus service is a fraud. First of all they changed bus departure time and place. Then they pressurised me to cancel that ticket. When i objected then they send me wrong location of changed pick up point. They made me roam for 40 minutes in noida by sending me wrong locations of bus pick up point. They changed it some 5 times. And finally when i reached at their pick up point they told me that the bus departed at 2:30 pm (which was supposed to depart from anand vihar at 4:00 pm). They sold my ticket to someone else at higher price. But since i was travelling with my mother and they knew we both were females so we will not be messing up with them they took undue advantage of that and made us wait for 3.5 hrs and we finally got a seat at 6:00 pm in some different bus with poor ammenities and the staff was so rude and misbehaving they dropped us at mid way not at the site of dropping point. It was so difficult to get a ride from there. This was the worst journey of my life. If all this was done in your knowledge then nothing can be more disappointing. And i[censored] realise this then do the needful and black list such bus mafia nexsus. I would share u the contact details of bus operator

            They were arrogant and verbally abusive also to the people who objected their fraud. They were charging extra money also on top of ticket fare. There were people who paid the price of ticket but still they did not get any seat and theu were asked to give extra 400 rupees to get a stool so that they can atleast sit on the stool in between compartments. These illiterate goons should be stopped

                I booked a ticket for my 81 years old father from Sundernagar to Chandigarh and as per the ticket the departure time was 11.45 am but the bus did not came. When I enquired they told that bus departure is at 11.45 pm. So I was totally mislead by the company and no refund till now. It seems that redBus is a fake who is looting the people by providing false bus timings.

                  This is Dhanashri Shegokar, I am travelling from pune to Akot by Shree Gajanan Shree Ganesh bus and done a ticket through redbus but these people of this bus are not giving electricity to the charging points and instead of that talking to passengers rudely that they can't do anything to the charging plug issue.how can u keep such bus in your under and I have Paid the full amount but not get the full services i want my half money back then if this is the case or want the charging plugs to charge my phone.

                    I had booked a ticket with single upper berth with ticket number TRBE20512539. I received a call that the bus has been cancelled and they have offered a single seat in other bus as replacement. To my surprise during boarding the seat was in between single seater and double seater in a pathetic condition. No charger point, no pillow, no bedsheet and full of dust.

                    How do they even book this seat. It was a mental trauma travelling. Had tried several times to contact redbus through phone and text but had no response.

                    Red bus doesnt have any timely customer service and pathetic.

                      I booked a bus through red bus from Chandigarh to Jammu but the bus didn't arrive. I was sick and urgently had to go home, I waited for an whole hour and arrived 30 minutes earlier but no signs of the bus resulting in me stranded in the middle of road. Red bus sent me 2 sms with two different contact number, one said the bus would come at 4am and the other one didn't pick up. There was a third contact number in the email which was switched off and useless. My parents had to travel 7 hours after that to pick me because of this fault. Now I want my money back and I don't see any option to report this specific issue on the Red Bus app.

                          I Have raised complaints on consumer complaints platform on 18/10/2022 against Red Bus regarding refund not received I took up follow up with Red Bus customer also when I raised complaint against Red bus online after two weeks I got the call from Red Bus that we will initiate your refund kindly give us your bank details for NEFT they mail me on my registered mail ID for account details "[email protected]" i shared my bank details for NEFT to mentioned email ID & got my refund amount on 14/10/2022.                                 I booked a bus ticket from red bus app on 02/10/2022 from guwahati to Silchar. the bus company was jagannath travels. when it reached its halfway in Ludrymbai, Meghalaya, we stopped for our lunch at 01:00pm. when we hoped into the bus again at 01:30pm; the driver said they were having some minimal repairs to be done on the bus so that it functions smoothly. So we waited. Then till 04:00 pm neither the driver was telling us anything nor they were arranging an alternative bus for us. There were 10 girls on the bus for whom the place was not safe enough to stay. i contacted Red bus help, but they also denied to help us in anyway. i had the most terrible journey that day just because of the inefficiency of Red Bus team and Jagannath Travels.

                                    I had purchased slipper tickets from redbus but was put on a sitting bus while returning from Puri to Kolkata. The bus made an unschedule stop at a nasty slum area filled with dangerous people who forced us to get off the bus. They said a sleeper bus was going to come and pick up up. This was totally unplanned and we were uninformed. We waited for more than 1 hour for the next bus to come in the middle of the road with all our luggage. In the mean while our orthopaedic cushion and costly headphone was stolen by someone in the bus. The seat was damaged and it cut my arm and blood was coming out. There was no sleeper seat even though we paid for it.

                                      I have booked tickets from pune to sangli with ticket no 44882526 translation id[protected]
                                      Not reflecting in the app and system as well. This bus did not arrived at time so didn't traveled. so wanted to cancel but couldn't.

                                        I booked three tickets at Saini Travels from Pune to Nagpur on 14/10/22 from red bus app. I and my two friends missed the bus due to some unavoidable medical situation. We called the bus operator many times to wait some time that we are about to reach but the bus left. After some time the bus operator called me and told that they will cancel our tickets at their end and refund option will be available at the red bus app. But the trip also got over but they didn't cancelled our tickets. Please help us to get refund.
