I Have raised complaints on consumer complaints platform on 18/10/2022 against Red Bus regarding refund not received I took up follow up with Red Bus customer also when I raised complaint against Red bus online after two weeks I got the call from Red Bus that we will initiate your refund kindly give us your bank details for NEFT they mail me on my registered mail ID for account details "
[email protected]" i shared my bank details for NEFT to mentioned email ID & got my refund amount on 14/10/2022.
