Hi wanted to reschedule Ticket Number: TRC[protected] | PNR No: 15433
I tried for hours from 10 AM to reschedule But it was giving different errors like something went wrong, try after 12 minutes, no bus found and finally window got closed.

The redbus customercare is not reachable for this purpose. Their 24/7 customer care numbers donot reach to any representative, rather it stops with automated pre-recorded voices.

App portal help option too don’t have option for this query.
I dropped mail to [protected]@redbus.in no joy.

In the evening finally after trying all options one by one I reached to customer care agent, but he didn’t give any productive response after putting me on hold for 20 mins.

I shall get full refund.

    Per person there are 10 kgs to carry but this Shalom careers they charged 500 extra and their way of speaking in travel agency office plus drivers harassed in words literally shouting at road.
    This travel is not for passengers they are only for taking luggage better can convert into full and full goods travels
    Not polite and humble
    We lost our Patience and never proceed back.
    Then money motivated. So much of partiality.

      Last week I have booked ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum in murahara travels. In the site they have informed that the bus start from 9pm and arrival time will be 9am in the morning. This was highly manipulative as the ordinary running time of the bus from Chennai to Trivandrum is 14 hours. The bus in question arrives afternoon only at the destination. Those who has scheduled meeting on the assumption of reaching at the destination in the morning was cheated. Even complaint to red bus site regarding this activity has gone to deaf ears and the travels still sell tickets with incorrect arrival time.

        I booked the online ticket after the red bus was booked again, my bus time was 7 o'clock, which is that the bus driver is calling us from the dropping point at 5 o'clock without informing and saying that you should come within 10 minutes or else the bus will leave

        To-Basti toll plaza time-7:00pm date[protected]
        Form- Delhi anand vihar time-4:00 am date[protected]

        I made a complaint by calling the red bus person on 30th date, the red bus person said that your payment will be returned within 24 hours, if I call the red bus person again after 24 hours, no one is giving any response. I am upset with red bus people

          I have cancelled my bus ticket on Oct 21 and not received the money back to my original payment or wallet. I have been contacting them via customer care red buddy . There was no proper response from their employees. They are stating that refund has been initiated on Oct 21 . But doesn't providing me the details where my refund amount had been credited. But according to their terms and conditions it should have got credited to my original payment as of now .

            I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS (Ticket number (TIN): TRA[protected] from Coimbatore to Chennai for dated 4th Oct 2022) and the ticket amount was INR 2, 100/- and cancelled it on 29th Sep 2022 (tracking number is[protected]

            But my problem is that still I have not received the refund amount in my bank account. Even escalated to Grievance officer. Why they are not refunding the cancellation amount is a big question and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me some response as soon as possible.

              I booked a bus by redbus from Lucknow to Delhi . On October 31, 2022 . I entered in Bus that name was Krishna Travells and Bus number was UP 42 BT 7183 . After entering my bus I traveled some kilometers and a place that is Nahariya Chauraha in lucknow bus driver was stopped my bus and a person from bus side came into the bus and came at my seat and Said to me Exchange this seat or pay more for seat I think that name was Habib . I denied and I said I booked my seat by redbus . And I Wil not leave my seat then he abusing me and snatched my blanket and said leave this bus now . This is not your bus you are only booked a seat . But I really booked my seat by Red bus .I have my ticket and ticket number also . I was very scared and I feel very uncomfortable in the bus and I leave then I said plss give me my money refund but he denied . My total waste money was 1500 Rs and faced very unprofessional Behavior.

                I booked 4 bus tickets by REDBUS on 22 October 2022 (Ticket Number: TRBJ[protected] from Adoor to Bangalore from Kallada Travels (Suresh Kallada) for dated November 1 that ticket amount was 5875/- Rs . I booked the tickets even a week before and suddenly I had received a message from 'VK-BITLAA' today(31/10/2022) evening at 5pm saying that the journey has been cancelled due to Vehicle Breakdown . But there was no notification from the side of redBus and I was totally confused on what to do next. So I believe this is a complete fault from the Bus operator's side or from the redBus side and hence I need the full amount as refund as soon as possible. Attaching the tickets and cancellation message as proof.

                    I had booked a bus ticket from Gurugram to Lucknow for 21.10.2022 Ticket No TRB[protected] and PNR no. 238862 which was eventually cancelled by the Bus operator on 15.10.2022 and I was informed that refund of 2703.95 has been initiated to my initial payment method and will be credited to my PAYTM wallet within 5-7 days. However, the same was not credited. I informed Red Bus about the same and it was informed to me that a complaint has been lodged with No. 19970604 on 21.10.2022 and it will be resolved within 72 hrs. Since then I have been following up red bus but I am not getting any positive response from the company.

                      I am traveling to pune from amrawati. The bus operators doesn't update his location so that nobody can track it.the bus delayed about 3 hrs. The timing was 11:30 Pm 29/10/2022 but the bus haven't reached at 1 am 30/10/2022
                      This is a winter season and they provide number they told me that the bus delayed by 3 hrs.this is not a good behaviour by traveling support.

                        Bus operator not drop us to our destination.
                        And redbus customer support said me redbus not responsible for this.

                        Really redbus is not responsible for this?

                        Gagan travel doing this regularly..they not drop to destination (akola) they drop to khamgao only.

                        And redbus saying they are not responsible for this ?
                        It's took 18hrs to khamgao and 20
                        hrs to akola.

                          Redbus needs to authenticate the services provided by bus services before listing them in portal. This has happened to us twice. Sri Tulasi tours and travels running from Bhubaneshwar to Hyderabad show up AC providing bus, but when we travel the the AC is never switched ON or not there at all. This should be either properly listed so passengers book accordingly and the incorrect amount should be refunded. Redbus should also have some mechanishm in place to authenticate the services before listing them.

                            I checked yesterday bus fare on redbus during checking it I linked my Amazon account with it and they just completed my booking with my Amazon pay balance. They don't even ask me to pay via card/usi they just use my wallet balance and now they said we didn't provide you full refund of it they want to deduct 228 rupees but I want full refund because I don't want to book that ticket i just checking offer .and also now offline that ticket price is less so why would I choose redbus to book my ticket .

                              Our Bus details from Pondicherry to Chennai on 29/10/2022 are PNR: UNI429340, Bus No: PY 02 S 4649, Driver details: Nishakan Att, [protected] .
                              It was scheduled for 12.10, but till 1.15 not arrived. They want more time. It was not possible to stand 2-3 hours by a outsider, that to we are told the local people that their are always late by 3-4 hours.
                              Now we have availed a Government bus to travel to Chennai.
                              So, you are requested to refund the money and blacklist the particular bus.

                                    I booked my ticket on 7/10/2022 from Madurai to Chidambaram ticket no - TRB[protected] l cancelled my red bus ticket and refund initiated by red bus but till now refund amount not credited to my bank account. I contacted both red bus and my bank but no positive response seen. I feel red bus is the one to take it forward and resolve my issue, but I see very casual approach and no customer satisfaction behaviour. Even red bus ticket cancellation itself shows amount not credited to my bank but they say it’s already processed from their side and suggesting me to contact bank and get it resolved. The customer care executive behaviour was too bad.

                                      I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 7 October2022(Ticket number (TIN): TRB[protected]from Madura to Chidambaram for dated 11 October 2022 that tckt amount was 945/- Rs. and cancelled the ticket and got a cancellation message that 850/- refund amount will be credited within 5 days

                                      But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days

                                      Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

                                        I had booked a bus from Indore to Bhopal on 22 Oct at 9:00 AM as I was scheduled to travel Bhopal to Hyderabad with my wife and my train was scheduled to depart at 17:05 PM from Bhopal and when I got ready to leave from Indore I received a message around 7:00 AM that bus is delayed by 2 hours so I reached the boarding point at 11:00 after waiting for some time I called the bus operator which is Verma Travels they said bus is delayed and will take more time so they have another bus that has two seating seats you can board the same even though I had booked ticket of sleeper class but I was ready to go in seating class and around 12 I board the alternative verma bus as instructed by operator after entering the bus I found only one seat available I told cleaner that it has only one seat he had no clue what do and was keep driving on I ASKED HIM TO EITHER PROVIDE THE SEAT OR STOP THE BUS AND DROP HE DROPPED ME AND MY WIFE 1.5 KM AWAY FROM OUR BUS BOARDING POINT AND ME AND MY WIFE HAD TO WALK BACK WITH LUGGAGE TO THE BOARDING POINT YOU DON'T BOOK SLEEPER CLASS TO SUFFER LIKE THIS. when I reached boarding point I called redbus they said the bus operator is not responding to them, when I called several time the red bus they said you can board the alternative option and we will resolve your issue. after 1 day I didn't receive any solution finally I had to cancel my plan to go to Hyderabad I am expecting 100% refund of not just only bus tickets but also the train tickets I had booked from bhopal to hyderbad and hyderbad to bhopal. and now 4 days red bus called me and said that they have investigated the matter with bus operator and the operator is saying I had boarded the journey which is completely false there investigation is not truthful I asked him to provide proves of claim that bus provider has given I have all the proves with that I could not take the journey as bus and seating was not available I had to cancel my train tickets I have screenshots of that and I also have screenshots of calls which made around 1: 00 AM. and I can provide all other proofs the red bus customer care was so unprofessional and rude.
