Hi Team
I tried to book a ticket on the redBus website for 18th July Early Morning from Madurai to Chennai.

I have chosen Nimmadhi Travels since the bus is starting from Madurai Mattuthavani Omni Bus by 1.20 am.

I proceeded to book this bus ticket (TR8E[protected]. In the printout, I noticed the Journey Date is 19th July 2022 instead of 18th. Since it shows the wrong date, I choose the reschedule option....

Redbus cancelled ticket by itself without sending me notification by mail or message

I booked a ticket from redbus from pune to akola money got deducted i got confirmation
Later while boarding the bus company said ticket was cancelled
I called redbus they said it was cancelled from mu side which i really did not
Neother i got msg or notification
I have seen similar thing happening with other consumer, it was very bad experience for me as i was travelling with my wife...

Booked some tickets on redbus but the bus didn't arrive

I booked 3 tickets online from redbus. in to ensure a comfortable and on time journey. The ticket number and PNR numbers are Ticket Number: TR7V86263758 | PNR No:11940 non ac. The bus operator name was khushi tours travels. The bus didn’t arrive at the boarding point we waited there for 2 hours and when tried to contact with bus operator his phone was switched off and he didn’t share the bus detail as well....

Didnt get any response from red bus, it has been more than 12 days,

After that delay message.. no further information about bus was provide by either red bus or by the travel operater.. they didnt responded the phone calls. Unfortunately i had to book another ticket from red bus at 2.00AM..
I filed a complaint with red bus next day for the refund of previous ticket, but no refund has yet been made and whenever...

Bus left without intimation to the passenger before the departure time

I booked a 2 tickets on 6-Julu-2022 to travel from Kadiri to Guntur in AR & BCVR travellers.
