    I book a ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore on Red Bus app. While I’m booking Red Bus app shows Coimbatore Dropping location but didn’t show boarding location on chennai. But after booked, Red Bus shows Boarding point at Melmaruvathur. But Melmaruvathur is Kanchipuram district. Chennai and Kanchipuram is different district. While I’m first compliant on Red Bus, one of the employee told, I take as compliant to higher authority in Red Bus. But still now I didn’t receive any compliant registered details via email or msg.
    I call after 5days another employee told, it is still on processing. When I’m ask for compliant details she gives me a compliant number.
    What Red Bus doing, fooling the customer, and put mistakes to Bus operator. But, It is actually RedBus app mistake.

    Very worst service from RedBus.

      I booked ticket on 17.08.2022 from Haladi to Bangalore and cancelled it on 03.09.2022. My Ticket no is.TR9E20136449.The Ticket was cancelled and I also received message on successful refund amount but i haven't received the amount yet to my source account.

        I am currently traveling by Balaji travels from Sagara to Bangalore and have paid Rs.1378 for the same.. It's raining right now and my seat is all drenched and I cannot sleep. Water is literally splashing on the seat though windows are closed. Complained the same to bus operator and finally they arranged a seat for me to sit in a corner of some other passengers seat.. I have paid to sleep not to sit in grief. I want partial refund

              Cannot cancel my ticket

              I traveled by red bus at 23 August.. i booked my ticket, but bus operators not allotted my seat, Traveling time I call to customer care but i couldn't get any solution, customer service told me you will get refund within 48 hours, if i facing problem I called to customer service in traveling time than why i didn't get solution but i didn't get any refund, i am telling him again everytime he is telling me 48, hours 72 hours... Why are you giving this type of bad service... This is so fustrating service... Bad bus operators.. conductor abusing passenger, bad bus quality, customer service not solving passenger issue, ... I want my refund right now... It's not good... You are doing fraud with customer

                    My bus ticket was 11:45pm Mayang sari, and my destination was Air hitam.
                    I been there waiting seen 11pm until 1am but the bus were not arrived, after I contact counter and the person say the bus already at bukit besi, after I reached the driver keep scolding me and threatened me, he keep saying want to kill me or want to throw out the bus, after I reached but he keep continued threaten me cuz I’m only one girl did it have any friend and family accompany me .
                    So I wish redbus will contact me and give me a good reason why I and other person should pick redbus as good company .

                      Hi this is Prem, on 29th august I got a bus to travel bangalore from Khammam Telangana, I got bus at 6pm at source location and I have departure 8 at destination location but bus delayed almost 4 hours and I have missed my office one day and I also lost my one day salary and bus was not same as it shown in red bus. Simply cheating people no windows cover in bus no bedsheets on bus and no bed covers - if we question them they are very serious on us and very arrogant. Please do proper justification to me

                            I m writing here to get refund of my cancelled ticket. I booked ticket from Dewas to Bhopal for 18 th August 2022 for me and my friend. The bus belonged to Hans travels. When I contacted the given number regarding status of bus, i was informed by the conductor that bus was late for 2 hrs since passenger who were boarding had their flight delayed.He even told me that bus may be delayed for indefinite time and it won't start until passenger from indore whose flight is delayed comes. The bus was scheduled to reach Dewas at 10:00AM and Bhopal at 12:00PM . My train for further journey from Bhopal was scheduled at 2:00PM . The travel company not even rescheduled me in another bus. In all hustle bustle me and my friend were forced to travel in a local unhygienic bus to Bhopal so that we can reach on time.
                            When i contacted the travels company and costumer care regarding the issue they refused to cancel the ticket and refund, talking very rudely that though our bus is delayed it is not cancelled and getting late is your problem not ours.After explaining the issue several times one of the female executive assured me that i will get refund within 24hrs which I have not received until date. From that day I m contacting costumer care everyday and every time someone new picks up the call and I have to recite the same situation again and again. This is very frustating and waste of time .
                            Despite of not using your services, facing all the trouble and inconvenience and misbehavior i decided to write this matter to you hoping to get my refund back.
                            Not only my time and money was wasted but me and my friend both females had to go through trouble and inconvenience by traveling in a local unhygienic bus. This was not we had imagined while booking your services.
                            This is the worst travel services i have ever come across.
                            No respect for people's money and time.
                            No respect for women. Very pathetic behaviour from your services. Disrespecting people and looting them.
                            I am providing my details of bus and travel.
                            I even have proof that bus was late more than 2 hrs . All details are attached with the email.
                            I m hoping for a positive response from your side as soon as possible.

                              I booked 21.08.2022 by online to go to Rameswaram on SRS travels bus through Red Bus app.but they left me without giving correct information.The driver said to stop at Toppur tollgate in Dharmapuri but it didn't stop and the red bus track showed that it was coming at 2.25 am. So I was planned reached the boarding place at that time 2.25am. But the bus crossed at 10.45pm at my boarding place. This is frustrating in my mind.So I request to refund my ticket money.
                              No action has been taken to resolve the problem with my trip.So please correct it immediately and refund my travel amount to my bank account. Otherwise I hereby inform that legal action will be taken against their company.

                                Hi My self Ajit Dubey i was booked ticket thru RedBus on 16th which was Re-schedule on 17th from Rajasthan to Mumbai, but Bus was cancelled, same was immediately inform to Redbus and they gives the assurity that refund will come in 6 working days still i dint get the refund, and after calling him on 25th still they are asking for another 72hours for update.

                                Please help, payment was made thru Simpl app and now they are asking me about the payment and levy late fees charges on me.

                                  I had booked tickets on 20th august 2022 from chennai to muthupettai. the bus supposed to arrive at boarding point at 9.50pm but got msg saying that bus delayed 1 hr due to heavy traffic. i waited till 11.45pm at boarding point but bus dint arrived. I tried to contact the bus operator but the number was switched off, meanwhile i contacted the red bus customer service and the person who attended the call asked me to hold for few minutes so that he can contact the bus operator after long time he replied that redbus team also not able to contact the bus operator so he asked me to find the alternate and promised that i will get back my ticket money back in 48 hrs. but even after 4 days they havent refunded my money and now redbus send the mail saying that "During our investigation regarding your complaint, we received information from the Universal Bus (UBS) that the bus operated as per the scheduled timings. For this reason, we will not be able to process a refund against your ticket. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated. " This is so worst from redbus. i waited with my 65 yrs old mom who suppose travel that day for important family function and redbus is cheating the customer without any curtesy. I will keep posting in all known platform till i get my money back. And I'm even ready to approach consumer court. i will not allow them to loot my hard earned money. Im also attaching the proof of the ticket nd customer care response.

                                    My trip was from Rajkot to Ahmedabad airport, i have booked zingbus from redbus, i was stuck at 115 KM (Approx) away from airport because bus was punctured and driver was failing to replace the tire, i had to take lift from mahasagar bus for ISKON and then after Rikshaw for Airport, i have been paid 50% (1000 for Bus and 750 for Rikshaw),

                                    I have registered complain in red bus on 18 Aug, they said they will replay in 48 hours but they didn't, i call on 22 Aug they said they will replay in 24 Hours but they didn't i call today (24 Aug) they said they can refund 300 INR, they are denying to pay full refund, the service is ridiculous.
                                    I want full off refund from redbus.

                                    I got call from the redbus team again, they are willing to give me the 500 INR in the wallet,
                                    They are saying their bus team was saying we are 10KM away from the destination, That not true,
                                    Let's say the Mahasagar bus driver was wrong I am not exactly 70-90KM away from ISKON, but what about the rikshaw driver, I have used google Maps and it was clearly showing 19 KM Approx. Distance from Ahmedabad Airport.

                                      We have booked 4 tickets A/C Sleeper of Prasanna Purple from Pune(9th Aug) to Nanded(10th Aug) through Redbus app.
                                      While travelling at midnight at 2 AM our bus got failed, Our driver boarded us on non-A/C bus with seating arrangement with 4 members on one seat with luggage aside travelled to destination for 7-8 hrs. It was horrible experience to travel this journey while seating.
                                      The bus we booked was going to reach at destination at 7.30 AM but the other bus reached at 10.30 AM which delayed our office timings.
                                      I want my refund back for inconvenience caused to us family.

                                      Very poor service provided in case of Bus failure.
