I have booked bus ticket on redbus app for the journey Coimbatore to Chidambaram . Journey date 09/01/2022. Later bus was cancelled due to lockdown restrictions. They have sent me mail that refund has been credited. But refund is not credited into my account. It has been more than a week..

    But now it isWhen you can run a little more
    The automatic turns of.On the way several times.When I inquired further about this.
    Everyone says that this vespa has such a compliant.I'm going to register this case.
    No ordinary person should have such a problem anymore.Please do not buy this VESPA anymore.I kindly request people

      Hello, I have booked the ticket from Parvathipuram to Bhimavaram and cancelled the ticket with ticket id TR2C[protected] days ago. The money is not yet refunded to my bank account but received a reference mail from redBus that refund initiated. .
      I want my money to be refunded back. How can I get back ?

        Hi Sir/Madam,

        I have booked the ticket from chennai-to-Nagercoil on 14th Jan 2022 and return ticket on Nagercoil to chennai on 17th Jan 2022 in vignesh TATranscars,

        Due to emergency reason I tried to cancel the both ticket from chennai-to nagercoil and nagercoil-to-chennai. On 13th Jan 2022,

        Chennai-to-Nagercoil bus ticket got cancelled and money got refunded. but when i cancelled the return ticket of amount rupees 1955 on 13th Jan was failed as "Ticket cannot be cancelled and it falls under 100% cancllation charge window" . I tried 5 days before the booking date and raised compaint on 14th Jan and response from them.

        Please help us get back the refund money.

          Last month 24th at around 10.30 pm i was booked ticket by the using of red bus app but unfortunately ticket will be cancelled automatically, So i was tried two times, for two times amount getting debited from my account, in red bus they refunded 1st amount but 2nd amount till now they are not initiate the refund process i was tried to tell so many times but they not responds my concerns and i will attached regarding of the concerns booked details with bank statement screenshot, So please doing needful

          As informed during our phone conversation, due to technical issues faced at the time of booking, the amount was deducted from your account but the ticket was not confirmed. Since this requires attention from a technical specialist, there was a delay in initiating the refund.

          We are now happy to share, the refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account. As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

            Booking PNR[protected] Bus Info - Bus No: UP22AT 4488, RS yadav travels given to very dirty bus and it's not hygiene bus I have very hardly to travel in this bus, very dirty smell in caben and bus driver not resolve it on travel, seats are very dirty, I will not like to book this type of bus in red bus

                As mentioned in your Help portal, if i cancel the ticket before 12th Jan 5.00PM only 10% will be deducted.

                However when i tried to cancel the ticket today, i am unable to cancel.

                Please let me know why this is not getting cancelled as my journey date is on 14th Jan 2022 only.

                Since i got affected by COVID, i am forced to cancel this booking.

                    Dear Sir
                    This is to inform that i used redbus to travel on 24 th dec from bangalore to goa. The bis was 4 hours late and no communication was given to me. The bus broke down in between 50 kms before the destination and no arrangement was made . The bus driver told that u take refund from redbus So need refund for that.
                    For 26 th dec from goa to bangalore, redbus has changed my pickup point and droping point and my bus was changed without any communication. Also my bis was at 8PM and tbey have called me 10 kms far two hours early .
                    Difference in pickup point - 10 kms
                    Diff in drop point- 20 km
                    Difference in the bus fare- i booked for rs 1999/-
                    But i got a message that bus fare is 1545/-

                    I have already lodged a compliant qith redbus but no resolution is given

                    I expect some positive response from you else i have to file a complaint with consumer court to get the refund .

                    Pls find attached tickets and message received for the same.

                      Booked a bus through red bus from gurgaon to dehradun but the bus dropped me at roorkee and asked me to travel with a local transportation. I have paid for sleeper while forced to travel in a normal sitting chair public transport bus. Driver and co driver misbehaved with me when I asked them why they are doing so.                             U booked my tickets on 18 dec 2021 and cancelled it on 23 dec 2021. I got a confirmation call from bus operator in 25 dec 2021 regarding cancellation. Then again I start receiving messages about tickets confirmation which was not initiated by me.
                            Now red bus is not accepting the technical glitches at their end and not refunding my money. I lost 2700+ rupees in that.

                              I booked a bus from Delhi to Dehradun ISBT on 3rd January 2022, for my younger sister and her friend they were out of the blue asked to get down at Haridwar at 8pm without any intimation It is soo dangerous for a female passanger to look for a bus or travel that late in an area like this at night there was no further assistance given to them and I have had a word with 6-7 different people from your team each of them saying they will arrange a callback from someone senior and I still haven't received any call.
                              The bus driver straightaway told us that the bus never goes to Dehradun so I have no idea why it was showing that the dropping point was Dehradun ISBT.
                              The whole customer care department is ignorant they don't care at all about women safety

                                  Hi, i visited my sister-in-law in KL and i bought a refundable ticket on 31/12/2021. Suddenly on that day she not feeling well and i cannot go to terminal bus alone leaving her in sick. So i canceled that ticket and bought another ticket on 1/1/2022. So now i pay for refundable ticket but i cant get refund. WHY?

                                      Hi,

                                      This is with reference to the booking made by us for a tempo traveller thru Redbus. I had the following issues which was brought to the notice of the operator as well as the Redbus executive.

                                      - The vehicle was supposed to arrive at 7 AM whereas it arrived after 9:30 AM after several calls made to your helpline as well as operator. The support gave a solution that in case our onward journey has been delayed, we can delay the return journey at 'no extra charges' which was hilarious to say the least.
                                      - The vehicle that arrived, was in a pathetic condition. The seats were very dirty as the driver did not even get the time to clean it as it had arrived at 3 AM on the same day !!! There is no explanation for the same by the customer support.
                                      - Since the vehicle was not cleaned, not only was it dirty from inside but also it was stinking badly while we expected to be cleaned and sanitised. After 3 days of reporting the issue there was no follow up from Redbus.However, when I called to check for refund as promised, I was told to share the pics of the vehicle after 3 days of reporting even though they have the vehicle number which was given to me.
                                      - The driver had arrived the same morning at 3 AM . He was just not in a position to drive !! It was quite unsafe.
                                      - The vehicle was at least 7-8 years old with the front tyres completely worn out.
                                      - I was given a different vehicle number from redbus whereas the vehicle that arrived had another registration number which was HR 58 B 5169 which was a last minute change.When I informed the support team that these days we need to apply online for an e-pass for entry in Uttarakhand which we had already taken based on the vehicle number shared, they were absolutely clueless of any such process.

                                      All the above were confirmed by the driver as well as the operator. The actual mobile number of the driver who arrived was [protected] (Rakesh) which is different from what was shared. I had informed all the above at their help line right then and had spoken with Surya who had confirmed that he would be processing the refund immediately. When I spoke to him 2 days later, he denied having any such conversation

                                      Due to the above, we were forced to take our own vehicle in the last minute.

                                      When I called today to check on the status of the refund, I was told that no refund can be made since the cancellation was made in the last minute.
                                      We never expected this kind of service.

                                        I made 3 unsuccessful attempts to book Train Ticket through red rail on 31-12-21 in which amount is deducted all 3 times, I received refund confirmation messages only for 2 transactions.

                                        Contacted Customer Service they are unable to resolve the issue.
