Hi Sir,
I booked tickets from Bangalore to Hyderabad in Red bus. Date of journey was[protected]. I received call from morning star said that bus was cancelled due to break down and they said money got refunded to Redbus. Redbus people saying that bus was not cancelled. Kindly log the complainant and please help me to get the refund money.

Bus number was AP 39 W 2944. I received call from morning star ([protected]) on[protected] for cancellation information.

      I had booked a bus from Redbus mobile app from New Delhi to Rudarpur on 10th Feb 2022. After booking I called the travelling company and got some information about the dropping point.
      And I was told that the bus will reach at Rudarpur bus stand not at Rampur bus station. (I also wanted the same)
      I reached at the pickup place at R K Ashram marg Metro station on the scheduled time at 9 Pm on 15/02/2022.
      But when I called the bus authority, I was told that they do not have any service for Rudarpur.
      So I called the helpline number of Redbus.
      Then I was connected to another bus service provider on conference and I was directed to reach at Anand vihar bus terminal and board another bus without any payment. I was also provided a contact no. on which I called and got response that I will have to pay for the seat.
      So I tried to cancel the earlier booked ticket from the app but the app was showing that the bus had left and I could not cancel it.
      Now I was left with only the option of paying for the seat in the bus having registration no. UP22 AT 1392.
      I have serious concern about the first bus service (Swagatam Holiday) for their totally unprofessional approach and also the inconvenience which I had to face due to Redbus.
      I also strongly recommend Redbus to take any action against Swagatam Holiday and pay my refund asap as I had to pay twice.

        Am 79/80 yrs aged. On 13/02 made contact at around 4.00 pm and reverified journey details with R.S Yadav Travels Customer Care: some Kamal attended phone and verified journey and mentioned my bus would be ending number 2888 . To my surprise i have not received confirmation message after my arrival to mayur vihar extension boarding point. At 8.30 i arrived to boarding point at Mayur vihar extension and found some other person sitting on the seats and on being again contacting r s yadav team on above given number Kamal updated new bus number No:UP22AT 4488, but that bus was not going azamgarh but going to gorakhpur.

        Am senior citizens was traveling with wife aged 70 to my home town with health issues, unable to board / get bus on my schedule after all my efforts. Now i have to reschedule journey for 14 th . This has caused harrassment and discomfort and monetory loss because of non professional services of red bus and rs yadav the operator .
        They should be penalized for their failure giving compensation double to fare they charged to me with giving regret explaination in writing .
        Details of my ticket is as under...
        Am not happy at all with their improper and unprofessional attitude.
        ... Advice me more portal where I can highlight their failures so that people should not face such poor service and harrassment.

            Hi, I have booked the ticket from Gooty to Chittoor (Ticket Number:TR[protected] and PNR:26111) via redbus(Bus operator: Om Sao Tours and Travel), when i booking the ticket it say it will take utmost care on the safety.

            1. When i booked the ticket, it mentioned that the bus will arrive at 12:30 AM but arrived at 4:00 AM (in gooty) which made to wait for 4 hours in national highway, because the bus has not come to the town bus stand
            2. Tried to reach bus operator but not answering the call and bus drive number is swicthoff
            3. I booked U6 seater (Sleeper) in redbus but given another seat, when i request for my seat, they told to take another seat otherwise get down
            4.When i booked the ticker in redbus it shows that covid check will down(i.e., thermal check, Covid certificate, Sanitization, blankets and other amenities will be provided) but most of the services is not provided.
            5.When bus got breakdown at 6:00AM, i got msg from redbus thank you for the journey even though journey is not completed and unable to reach to the customer care as the services is completed, even though i am in the middle of the journey
            6. When i mentioned that breakdown has happened redbus customer care requested to wait for 48 hours, that means i need to wait for 48 hours in the breakdown location?? and when i request for callback, they told to wait for 1 hour for the call i have any services provider who told to wait for 1 hour
            7. they mentioned to search for alternative bus on your own then what is purpose of redbus??

              Redbus provided me wrong boarding location
              I waited at kashmere gate 5 that they gave me
              But bus didn't arrived there... it has arrived so longer distance away from the given location so i missed bus and i want my fund to be refunded

                Had a very very disappointing experience with Zingbus booking done through Redbus.

                My team member, Mr. Akash Patel, was booked on Zingbus from Vadodara to Pune.

                Ticket ID TR[protected]
                PNR ZB[protected]
                Date of journey 03Feb22

                He went at the boarding stop (Golden chowkdi) at the scheduled time. However, the bus had already left early.
                Zingbus rescheduled the ticket to the next day. Please find below the email from Zingbus about the rescheduled ticket.
                It was not possible for Akash to stay back for a day as he has important work at Pune today, hence he had to catch another bus last night.

                Zingbus is not ready to refund the amount. It was completely their fault, hence they immediately rescheduled the ticket. But we want the refund.

                The Zingbus team is not responding properly and is being highly rude.

                Please help us with this to get an immediate refund.

                    I tried to book 2 tickets on redbus from chennai to hyderabad. while booking money got deducted and got a notification that these seats aren't available. i didnt get any booking confirmation message and it didnt even reflect it in app also . we booked some other bus then i got a call from operator saying that they got booked. i tried cancelling but i cant. raised the request but no response.

                          Hi, i booked ticket from abohar to Chandigarh for today 28th Jan 6:45 am, when i reached the boarding point there was no bus and I got to know that the bus was rescheduled to 4:30 Am and i was not aware about it. No prior intimation was given.
                          My whole plan of travel got delayed and affected. Didn’t expect this to happen.

                          Please HELP ME WITH MY REFUND ASAP.

                            I Have booked Ticket from Chennai - Singaperumal Koil to Dharapuram on 21st Jan 2022, Ticket No -TR2Q[protected] PNR No: VTA-AP-[protected] - Vetri Travels. Scheduled Time 10.27Pm. Around 8.57pm I have received a confiramtion message of Bus schedule from Red Bus and I have been waiting at the mentioned Bus stop. Still 9.45 pm i have not received Bus number and Contact number of the driver. Then I have called Bus operator (number shared in ticket at the time of booking). That person (Vetri Travels) he told that bus was cancelled. Time was near 10.00pm
                            . After 10.00 pm our Tamilnadu Govt announced Lock down. what an ordinary comman man can do at 10.00pm on the mid of Road. Then I suddenly booked another ticket with another Bus operator and competed my Travel with huge obstacles and very much worst conditions. But still I have not received any message of Cancellation of bus by Bus operator and refund of my hard earned money.

                            अभी रात 2 बजकर 20 मिनट हो चुके हैं ...दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर्स से कोई भी रेडपोन्स नही है...बस के रद्दीकरण के सम्बंध में सूचना व्हाट्सप्प पर ऑपरेटर मोहित से मालूम हुआ किन्तु अभी तक मेल में नही आया कोई भी संदेश।मुझे अपने पैसे किसे वापस मिलेंगे।कृपया बताएं

                                I have booked tickets in Red Bus app in 12 Jan 2022 in RMJ travals Chennai to Thanjavur ticket no TR2E83524590 Bus boarding location is koyambedu Omni Bus Stop time 11PM...achually I have booked tickets in 10.25 koyambedu Omni Bus stand itself..I am and my wife and my two kids waiting for Bus boarding location... I tried to contact Bus operator contact number but he not picking my call.. after some time the Bus operator contact number was switched off.. I'm totally disappointed ..I'm also tried red bus customer care I'm didn't get any response..I tried to cancel my tickets in app but I can't..than I cancelled my tickets in help chat... after that i got call from Bus operator he told come down urapakkam achually koyambedu to urapakkam nearly 50 km distance in the night me and my family travel is not possible because Tamil Nadu Government implemented night lockdown here there is no transportation facilities...I'm till wait 11.30 pm koyambedu with my family even i dont get any cab for return back to my house.. finally I reached my house ...next only I travelled to Thanjavur... regarding this booking cancellation past 12 day (12 Jan to 24 jan 2022) continuously following Red Bus customer care.. but I don't get any response.. finally Red Bus told me we not giving refund amount there are trying to justifies with their refund policy.. I'm totally disappointed and this kind bad experience with Red Bus..

                                  It's been more than 48 hours and I didn't receive any cancellation message regarding my bus. The bus operator informed me about the cancellation but I didn't receive any message from REDBUS. I complained several times but no action was taken. No refund process has been initiated.

                                    I travelled to lucknow on 31 July.2021 from Lucknow to Meerut but not able to generate GST invoice for reimbursement form company.

                                      Hi,
                                      I was transacting an amount of 2859 for an online app - Hopscotch. When I was about to pay the amount, my amount was deducted to Redbus account. This happened on 22 January 2022 at 8.42 am.

                                      Account that received the payment - Anurag gupta - redbus.[protected]@hdfcbank

                                      I request a refund or return of my money as soon as possible.
