Dear Sir,

I booked a car on 21st April, 2022 from Ahmedabad to Mount Abu (booking if 16505J2KVYZP) by paying advance of Rs. 702 as advance for booking. Immediately I cancelled after booking without wasting a single moment.

I was shocked to see Rs. 585 been cut and only 157 was refunded to me.

I want to mention following points:

1. While booking, it was no where mentioned that the car is non ac car. I am attaching the screen shot for the same and after the booking it was shown as non ac car. In the general information its mentioned AC will be switched off in hilly area. So it is deemed that in the non hilly area it will be on.
2. The cancellation and refund policy mentioned is as per the attached document.
3. However while cancelling the policy, the amount cut was inappropriate and not justifiable.

I am a non working person and loosing so much amount is a real concern for me. Please consider my case and refund me the balance amount. You can consider cutting little amount as cancellation fee.

Please find attached the required documents. I request you to consider as my request and pay me the remaining amount.

    Not providing GST invoice for ticket bookings

    I have booked a ticket in redbus mobile application on April 07, 2022. I have received a ticket.However, i have not received any GST invoice. I have reached out to customer care and followed up multiple times. Inspite of the same i have not received any invoice.

    As per Section 31 (2) of CGST Act, 2017, A registered person supplying taxable services shall, before or after the provision of service but within a prescribed period,...

    Ticket booking - payment done but ticket not given

    Chennai to kurnool ticket booked on 19.04.2022 while ticket booking my amount was deducted but ticket not given.

    Deducted amount : 1347.19

    i got the message from red bus your amount will be refund within 5to 7 working days.

    It is very disappointing to know that there are multiple changeover of buses during the journey. The fact that the passengers will have to change their bus after the mentioned changeover is irritating and very discomforting. I had booked a bus from nagpur to ahmedabad on 18 Apr 2022 for one of my relative. I have following grievances for the mentioned journey.

    1. No clarity on changeover of bus before and during the booking
    2. The operators than surprised the passengers with the news of second changeover of bus.
    3. The bus for the second changeover was not inspected for its road worthy and hence made the passengers wait for one complete hour due to some mechanical fault in the bus (and that too in the scorching heat)
    4. Over to it, instead of covering the time loss the bus service ensured that passengers reach their destination one hour late.
    5. The late arrival had costed my relative to miss her important exam in the college.

      We had booked bus ticket online.
      Journey was scheduled for mumbai to mantha.
      Bus operators did not reach the destination Mantha.
      I have booked ticket for N T white House travels but at boarding point bus came with different name (maharaja travels). With more than one hour delay. They dropped me at near Jalna location.
      And said another seating bus is coming, wait for that bus in 10 minutes. I waited there almost more than one hour but no bus is there.
      So we request to take appropriate actions on Red bus and the bus travel agency N T white house travels.
      We need to get companciate for it

              Hello sir,
              My self RATNAKAR MISHRA residence at B-228, Vasant Kunj Enclave South West Delhi India 110070,
              I would like to complaint about My bus booking from Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh to Delhi and Journey date was 08.12.2022 by RS yadav through Redbus.com @2ticket one in the name of RATNAKAR MISHRA and an other is Amit kumar the total cost of the ticket was Rs 3500 approx.
              But but was cancelled without intention to me, so We are came to pickup point on time as per schedule to departure the bus, after waiting more than 2.5 hours when I was contacted with bus operator of RS Yadav they are told me that your bus is cancelled for today.
              I was surprised to hear about cancellation because the of the bus because I was booked train 🚆 on next day from Delhi to Goa at this setuation we will loosed train.
              We have beared loose of Rs 15000.
              And waiting till date we have not received single paise against booking of my two tickets from Redbus.com or RSYadav.

              So, it is humble request to you please do needful at your end.

                We had to pay Rs.4200 to travel from Nagercoil to Coimbatore though the regular price for 2 tickets is Rs.1700. please help as we had to pay Rs.2500 extra.

                  Price of tickets three times the normal ticket

                  I have booked ticket from redbus (hajipur to Asansol) ticket no TR5F96195489 on 17/ 04/2022.the bus was at 4:30 pm so i called on the given phone no by redbus, and asked about bus information so the person reply that bus is cancelled today(which i have call recording of it) so i try to reach the customer care of redbus but the no given in it didnt connect.so i try to chat with them at the app but they didnt call me.but at about 4 o i check once again for my refund but the app didnt show the bus cancelled.so i called once again to the given no but this time the same person said the bus is going.and he accepted the he said it was cancelled but the bus is going.And now they are not giving me my refund and not even ready to listen my problem.please look into this matter.and i am going to file a written complain in consumer court about it and about my harresment caused by the company.

                    The bus no. Is UP-15-CT-6620. The bus is so unhygienic. The seats are so uncomfortable and dirty. I paid ₹1769 for this and what I get so so bad service. Also, the timings was 20:30 for this bus from Palampur and the bus arrived at 21:42.
                    Kindly do the needful. This is totally fraud for the amount paid for this bus.

                      I booked ticket from ktc bus stand Panjim (19:55)to Vadodara, but in the ticket kasal bus stand(19.55) was there.

                        I have travelled with the Mahindra travels whose bus no. CG 04 NB 1121. The staff misbehaves with the pessenges and the familes. I have pay extra 1000 than the other travels for early arriving at drop point, But the bus was 2hours let at boarding point and 5 hours let at drop point. The bus was fully loaded. and the conductor pick the any passenger that seen in the road without ticket. The passenged sit at the walking path of the bus. And dur to this all passenger suffer. Due to let drop of bus I missed my interview. I want to return my all money from red bus. I have attached photos and videos please seen.

                          Please find tkt no for reference TR5D20241494.
                          Bus didn't reached the pic up point by schedule time.
                          So i tried to contact them by the phone no prided by you on the tkt. It is found that given number doesn't exist. So i contact and travel also.
                          Request you to refund the amount.

                            There are multiple complaints on this bus.
                            1. Bus operator forced me to go another point
                            2. Reason quoted that traffic, but there is not traffic
                            3. Bus operator denied to come asper route. He wish to take diversion to another rout.
                            4. Information has not given earlier, but given when bus delayed to reach point
                            5. Impolite behaviour from bus operator, responded roodly
                            6. I initially denied to go to other point as there was raining heavily and I am carrying company's laptop.
                            7. He said if you want to cancel and need refund asked me to contact Redbus.
                            8. Any how I have taken risk in the rain and crossed road to catch auto.
                            9. I have spent again Rs. 300 from my packet
                            10. I have demanded sorry from his rudeness, but he denied that he asked contact Redbus since bus operator does not responsible for anything, since booking happens at Redbus not with bus operator

                              Bloody is this even a service ??                                 I’m Rinku my brother booked us bud mr travels, from Harihar to mumvai, they charged on the spot 4000 rs per person,

                                But when we came here, inside bud, it’s filled like dog, no one calls it as Volvo, 4 hours late from the running time, we were about to reach by 1 din reach yet, it’s 3;30

                                N this people have filled the bus like it’s some local bus,

                                I would want my bloody refund or I’m filing a complaint against this company, what kind of company this people even register, we trust this guys, n this is what we get

                                  I Book a bus from Thrissur to sulthan bathery on 13th April. The arrival time in ticket was 12 Pm. The bus got delayed almost 5 hours.
