I have booked a bus through redbus from kolkata to digha, booking no TR3P92762101 which costed me 1883. Booking was done for company name Subhadeep tour travels. Suddenly one person Call one day and he said he will change our seats with another bus .trip is for 18th and on 17th that person called us and said he will cancel our booking ..he misbehave with us also if on immediate basis action will be not taken am ready to complain against ur company on consumer forum . I need immediate action for this and I need my booking details or else after 1hour I have to raise this issue through consumer forums. This is harassment and after paying money we will not tolerate anything

Complaint marked as Resolved A person who called me his number 7908778301, ticket no TR3P92762101, subhadeep toura and travels . He misbehaved with us and over the call he cancelled our trip for no reason that is also day before the trip day. But no update is visible and everything is showing perfect on redbus application where we booked the ticket . I want immediate action for this behaviour and I want solution as well
