Ticket No: TQDE46116983 for 21 Dec'21 was booked online through REDBUS, however cancelled by Bus Service Operator on 21 Dec'21. Since then, even after continuous follow ups, this Bus ticketing company has not refunded any amount for this ticket till date.
Enclosed cancellation and mail communication.
Have spoken to their call centre on numerous occasions.
Complain no 17526280 raised dt. 13/01/22, follow up on 19/01/22, 22/01/22, 31/01/22. In Between I was told to wait for resolution from your end. Subsequently, they have sent a mail on 01/03/22 (enclosed) closing this complain no without any resolution till now. Even my Bank has conveyed that they not received any transfer from this agency. Every time I raise requests in their chat box in HELP section in their web page and in Facebook Messenger, I am told that they would get back which does not happen throughout. I feel cheated by REDBUS.
