    U booked my tickets on 18 dec 2021 and cancelled it on 23 dec 2021. I got a confirmation call from bus operator in 25 dec 2021 regarding cancellation. Then again I start receiving messages about tickets confirmation which was not initiated by me.
    Now red bus is not accepting the technical glitches at their end and not refunding my money. I lost 2700+ rupees in that.

      I booked a bus from Delhi to Dehradun ISBT on 3rd January 2022, for my younger sister and her friend they were out of the blue asked to get down at Haridwar at 8pm without any intimation It is soo dangerous for a female passanger to look for a bus or travel that late in an area like this at night there was no further assistance given to them and I have had a word with 6-7 different people from your team each of them saying they will arrange a callback from someone senior and I still haven't received any call.
      The bus driver straightaway told us that the bus never goes to Dehradun so I have no idea why it was showing that the dropping point was Dehradun ISBT.
      The whole customer care department is ignorant they don't care at all about women safety

          Hi, i visited my sister-in-law in KL and i bought a refundable ticket on 31/12/2021. Suddenly on that day she not feeling well and i cannot go to terminal bus alone leaving her in sick. So i canceled that ticket and bought another ticket on 1/1/2022. So now i pay for refundable ticket but i cant get refund. WHY?

              Hi,

              This is with reference to the booking made by us for a tempo traveller thru Redbus. I had the following issues which was brought to the notice of the operator as well as the Redbus executive.

              - The vehicle was supposed to arrive at 7 AM whereas it arrived after 9:30 AM after several calls made to your helpline as well as operator. The support gave a solution that in case our onward journey has been delayed, we can delay the return journey at 'no extra charges' which was hilarious to say the least.
              - The vehicle that arrived, was in a pathetic condition. The seats were very dirty as the driver did not even get the time to clean it as it had arrived at 3 AM on the same day !!! There is no explanation for the same by the customer support.
              - Since the vehicle was not cleaned, not only was it dirty from inside but also it was stinking badly while we expected to be cleaned and sanitised. After 3 days of reporting the issue there was no follow up from Redbus.However, when I called to check for refund as promised, I was told to share the pics of the vehicle after 3 days of reporting even though they have the vehicle number which was given to me.
              - The driver had arrived the same morning at 3 AM . He was just not in a position to drive !! It was quite unsafe.
              - The vehicle was at least 7-8 years old with the front tyres completely worn out.
              - I was given a different vehicle number from redbus whereas the vehicle that arrived had another registration number which was HR 58 B 5169 which was a last minute change.When I informed the support team that these days we need to apply online for an e-pass for entry in Uttarakhand which we had already taken based on the vehicle number shared, they were absolutely clueless of any such process.

              All the above were confirmed by the driver as well as the operator. The actual mobile number of the driver who arrived was [protected] (Rakesh) which is different from what was shared. I had informed all the above at their help line right then and had spoken with Surya who had confirmed that he would be processing the refund immediately. When I spoke to him 2 days later, he denied having any such conversation

              Due to the above, we were forced to take our own vehicle in the last minute.

              When I called today to check on the status of the refund, I was told that no refund can be made since the cancellation was made in the last minute.
              We never expected this kind of service.

                I made 3 unsuccessful attempts to book Train Ticket through red rail on 31-12-21 in which amount is deducted all 3 times, I received refund confirmation messages only for 2 transactions.

                  I bus was supposed to pick us from kasol. But unfortunately we picked up approximately @8:30pm by a cab given by zing bus. Later we reached @bhuntar around 10.15pm . At the time of collecting bags the cab driver was in hurry and said pick your stuff quickly I have other stuff to do as well. Due to that my gloves left in there . I informed the bus operator then and there about it but they were not able to get in touch with guy as he mentioned that guy would be drinking. Later the journey started and blower was not working in the bus and it was so chill in the bus. The suspension of bus was almost zero all the bags were falling down even on highway. And then we were forced to give 5 star rating which I didn’t give. The trip got completed @12.15 pm for next next day which was supposed to be over by 9.40.And they are just closing complaints every time without even having a word with me.

                    Booked Ram Dalal Holidays bus service from Zirakpur to New Delhi on 28th December, 2021 at 2:08am.
                    But the bus didn't came and also no info about . We waited for 45minutes, calling bus operator and other numbers provided by Red Bus, but no one received call.
                    We also called Red Bus customer care, the representative also called bus operator, but no response he got.
                    Such a cheat and disappointed service.
                    Bus didn't show up and after few hour, message came from Red Bus that "Hope you enjoyed your journey".

                              This is Bhargavi
                              Me and my friend Rakesh have booked a bus in redbus sunshine travels from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 29th december being boarding point at paradise hyd to maarathalli Bangalore

                              At paradise the boarding time was 7.30 pm
                              But the bus arrived at 11pm

                              We were waiting on roads and there was no proper response from driver, he was not lifting our calls and denying sometimes..
                              Later when we asked few people sitting over there they said it would arrive at 10.30 and bus had arrived exactly at 11.15 and the reason was mentioned as bus breakdown one time and the second time was some police had caught the bus..

                              That is very funny that it was having two reasons..

                              We have planned another flight journey post our departure thinking we would reach within same time mentioned or any delay of half an hour

                              But it was late by 2 and half hours and we have missed our flight and there were many repurcussions for our business due to this.

                              I highly demand this is unacceptable and would want to bring down the entire travels reputation.

                              Along with me there are other people in the bus who has the similar issues due to the delay .

                              Please look into this as priority and I need my entire refund of this compensating my flight charges and my time waste .

                              How do they think people can wait for 4 hours on roads like dogs?
                              There was no proper response nor any cl backs..

                              This should be prioritised and I demand my full refund and warn the driver to certainly not do such things for the next trips..

                                In sanjana traveling agency there is extra driver seat in between 2+1 arrangement.
                                In seat no 14 Lowe and 15 lower there are two ladies . beside them how can sleep a

                                      I had booked ticket at 10:45 pm on 29 dec 2021 and in 10 mins realised after seeing the ticket that it had been booked for 1.30 am 29 dec 2021 rather than 1:30 pm 29 dec 2021. I raised it but neither can I reschedule it nor cancel, just in 10 mins of me booking the ticket. This is sad. My money got wasted. Why do they mention free date change when thry cant do anything

                                        I booked Athani(Karnataka) To Bangalore date 27/12/2021 Bording Time 21:40 but booking done by red bus from Athani (Kerala) To Bangalore. And again I booked Athani(Karnataka) To Bangalore date 28/12/2021 Bording Time 21:40 but booking done by red bus from Athani (Kerala) To Bangalore...I selected boarding point Athani (Karnataka) and same tickets generated but booked Athani (Kerala)...I very disappointed with red bus website.. Please refund my INR 3043.00
