I booked ticket for my colleague through redbus agent agent MONICA TRAVELS from Chennai to Bangalore on 13 OCTOBER 2021 Bharathi Travels (716) PNR # TS[protected]CKFG/1582990/A/C and paid INR 1260. This fare higher than normal fare.
The bus was breakdown near Ambur, Driver was not arranged alternative bus, he informed to my colleague, bus operator refund the bus fare through agent, next dy I informed to Travel Agent, after few days one of your executives called and enquired about breakdown information, he told the Patricial amount will be refund through travel agent.
But redbus informed, the bus operator arranged alternative bus so they will not refund. And asking any proof for alternative trvel ticket after 57 days. Find below redbus response.
