I booked a ticket from Indore to Kota last night, when I reached the boarding point the bus already left. Moreover, I did not get the bus driver's number nor did I get a call from him, so I tried to call the operator. I asked him if there's any bus after this, he denied it. Later I asked him if I could reschedule it, he said we can't do it, RedBus is responsible for such activity.

    I, Satyanshu Kumar had booked a bus from Muzzaffarpur, Bihar to Delhi as on 04/12/21. The bus came under Yatra Guru Travels.

    Ticket number- TQCX50293562
    FARE- RS 1535.40 /-
    The scheduled departure was 15:00 .But unfortunately the vehicle suffered a break down.The operator messaged me at 13:00 hours, explaining about the cancellation of journey and the upcoming refund through Redbus. in the next 72 hours.

    But it didn't go as he had said. Tired of waiting for the refund, , I decided to contact Redbus customer care myself and to seek their assistance.
    Hence, I called their customer care number on 08/12/21.Alas, they couldn't do anything more than apologizing for the absence of their 'Supervisor".
    Since then, I have reached them out several times.Yet my hands are empty. Now, I want to take some strict actions in order to obtain my refund.

      I have booked a ticket for Pune-Banagalore on 14th Decemeber of worth 1500 k. The amount is debited from my account but redbus says they did not receive it. My bank asks me to report a complaint to redubus. I tried reporting a complaint on their mail [protected]@redbus.in. But they no longer accept complaints on that mail. so I tried their 'Help' option on their official website, But I have to chat with a bot which says " I am sorry about the transaction failure. However, please note we haven't received any payment from your end." How do I get my money back?

        I booked ticket for my colleague through redbus agent agent MONICA TRAVELS from Chennai to Bangalore on 13 OCTOBER 2021 Bharathi Travels (716) PNR # TS[protected]CKFG/1582990/A/C and paid INR 1260. This fare higher than normal fare.

        The bus was breakdown near Ambur, Driver was not arranged alternative bus, he informed to my colleague, bus operator refund the bus fare through agent, next dy I informed to Travel Agent, after few days one of your executives called and enquired about breakdown information, he told the Patricial amount will be refund through travel agent.

        But redbus informed, the bus operator arranged alternative bus so they will not refund. And asking any proof for alternative trvel ticket after 57 days. Find below redbus response.

          I had booked cab for outstation on Redbus before 14 days and 2 days before I had received operator details. On journey day, Operator had cancelled my booking. I called Redbus customer service & took follow-up for 6-7 hours but they did nothing and totally wasted my time.
          As Redbus customer service unable to arrange another operator before 2 hrs. of my journey time so I requested cab operator to continue my booking so he charged me extra 2388 Rs for total journey.
          I request redbus to look into this matter & arrange for refund asap.

            Hi Team,

            This complain is against- PNR[protected].

            I booked the ticket at 10:57pm on arriving the given address -
            Near to alam Bagh, avadh hospital, VIP road [protected]
            Landmark: Near to alam Bagh, avadh hospital, VIP road [protected].

            I was there only when I booked ticket and then I called to the given number that i received after booking of ticket. That person suggested me to go on different place to pick the bus, I went there as he suggested and there again there was no bus, that person kept me engaged for 15minuts and at end he mentioned that bus is 25km away, sorry u can not pick it.

            At the same time when i asked him to help me in bus cancellation so that i can get my refund, that person told me please dont worry you don't need to do anything and he will cancel the ticket in next morning to initiate my refund. In next morning when i called him to please cancel my ticket, he become abusive and told me that you have paid to red bus so call them for refund and blocked my number.

            Please help me and refund my money, I am already in trouble and it was an emergency when i was travelling with my family in mid night

              I have a serious issue because last night (11/12/21) was completely horrible. Plz see the booking details carefully. I had booked a bus from Pune to Nandgaon (Nashik) and dropping point which came by itself was Nandgaon Titha which to a surprise is a dropping point somewhere in Nandgaon Goa. We had to go to Nandgaon near Manmad. Somehow my husband checked the details again and we asked the bus operator many times and they confirmed Itz going to Goa and not Manmad. Now at 11:30 pm we didn’t get any other bus and had office to attend today (12/12/21). We had to book an Ola and pay Rs 6500 I need my complete money back for this mistake of yours. This was the worst experience with Red Bus

                We have resolved your concern[protected] ref:_00D281KZyA._50010ywBzt:ref

                The above is mentioned complaint number and subject which was submitted to redbus application and email was recieved reffering that it has been resolved. But I didn't not recieved my money back since its more than 1 year . As redbus money refund policy is to refund money with in 6 month.

                The bus for which ticket was booked didn't show up for more than 6hr of its scheduled time. Being waiting at stop tired to contact bus conductor but he was not responsive. Spoke to red bus support through application and call and they suggested to take any other mode of transport as timing was priority and recommended to log complain for refund of amount. I did same but amount is not refunded yet.

                Kindly look into issue and do needful

                  I booked bus through red bus service from Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh to Delhi for dated:08/12/2021, Seat No. SU 4, Passanger Name is Ram Achal Maurya. On date of journey 08/12/2021 at 16:00Hrs bus operator operator told us that your bus is cancelled even buswas not cancelleds showing on red bus app. They provide us different bus same travel company Krishna Travels but not provide sleeper seat for which i pay to red bus service instead of that they provide sitting seat and did not give any refund. I complained to red bus service that bus was not cancelled so I can't do anything. Then who is responsible for that type of problem created by bus operator at time of journey. I need refund for that. Screen shot of messsage that i got from diffrent bus is attached. They are not send any bus cancellation message to us they only call to us that your bis was cancelled.                       I have booked bus from Gorakhpur to Jaipur. The bus team allowed to sit other person at my booked sleeper seat. At one petrol pump he stopped bus for three hours saying that neither money is available nor petrol. Because of this delay I am to be failed to take my return bus journey.

                        I have booked from Gorakhpur to Jaipur. He allowed to sit other person on my seat also. Apart from this there was abnormal delay in journey also. Apart from this he stopped bus on petrol pump up to 3 hours and said neither money is available for refilling nor petrol is available. Due to this, I am going to fail for my return journeys.

                            On 4th Dec, I booked a ticket from Indore to bhopal at 1:52 am, while I was making payment through gpay the amount got deducted twice but no ticket came to me. I received a pop of payment failed but still twice amount deducted.
                            This is ridiculous.
                            Call me on [protected] and refund my amount to my account.
                            I have all screenshots of the payments.
                            One ticket = One payment but payment deducted twice as you can see in attachment.

                              I booked a bus for my brother for travel from Varanasi to Anand Vihar Delhi.

                              Bus stopped near Agra, made passengers sit in another bus which was in a pathetic condition. This Bus kept on taking more passengers beyond seat capacity.
                              The bus went to Faridabad instead of original destination-Anand Vihar.
                              This overall journey was very unprofessional and total waste of my money and time.
                              I submitted feedback on thier website, but not able to connect to their customer support- very bad support services.
                              I need my refund and serious action to be taken against this bus service.

                                  I'm booked a ticket from Jaipur to Kota through Red bus online mode with seat number 19 Ticket number TQCW64477223 and PNR 83107 Bus number RJ 19PB 4141 and strat my Journey from Boarding point Bharat Bakers, Durgapura Jaipur on 8.25PM. After Bundi cross I asked to Bus Driver to please dropping me Nayapura Kota which was my dropping point he replied very rudley to me now Kota is so far seat your seat. After some time the Bus cross Chamal river through another out side road of Kota, than I again request him this is not really route of Kota and my dropping point is Nayapura Kota, then again all bus staff behaviour very bad manners, abuse me another passanger. At last bus not enter Kota city and continue on Jhalawar Raod. End last I feel unsafe due to thier manner, I again request I'm not able to home at this time 3.AM from this place. I tracking location but tracking system also off. And last he dropped me at Alniya Mandana Toll Plaza which place is so far away more than 30 KM from Kota. This night is not good, unsafe to my life and very horrible due to Red bus service. If this type service provider are available on Red bus. Really too bad and wrost experience of life, I'm reached my home Kota on after 5.00 AM by take lift truck 🚛 driver with much danger to my life. This night ruin my life and given me mentally stress because Red bus service partner.

                                    I want to to reschedule my tickets but it is saying that my TIN is not allowed to reschedule.please allow my ticket for reshedule from 5 Dec to 4 Dec . it's emergency I have a interview .                                       I book a ticket for mahagoan karnataka and red bus book for kholhapur arav choudary said i m putting complaint within 48 hours we will get back to u i get 60 rs refund my ticket waS rs600 when will i get remaining money and redbus customer care is the worst persons all are fraud i want my money back

                                        My wife cancelled a ticket within 30 min and was charged 300 rs as cancellations charges.. literally 300rs for 30 min.. there policy are not customer friendly... Later on I booked the ticket and it got booked for incorrect date even when i provided correct details... I had only one attempt to change the date or to cancel it...i was afraid as i would have been charged with cancellation fees, i changed the date and again it got booked for wrong date... Now i am unable to use the ticket or cancel it.

                                        Awesome service Redbus... You guys are so customer friendly...
