Hi Team,
This complain is against- PNR[protected].
I booked the ticket at 10:57pm on arriving the given address -
Near to alam Bagh, avadh hospital, VIP road [protected]
Landmark: Near to alam Bagh, avadh hospital, VIP road [protected].
I was there only when I booked ticket and then I called to the given number that i received after booking of ticket. That person suggested me to go on different place to pick the bus, I went there as he suggested and there again there was no bus, that person kept me engaged for 15minuts and at end he mentioned that bus is 25km away, sorry u can not pick it.
At the same time when i asked him to help me in bus cancellation so that i can get my refund, that person told me please dont worry you don't need to do anything and he will cancel the ticket in next morning to initiate my refund. In next morning when i called him to please cancel my ticket, he become abusive and told me that you have paid to red bus so call them for refund and blocked my number.
Please help me and refund my money, I am already in trouble and it was an emergency when i was travelling with my family in mid night
