Booked sleeper seat got sitting seat fraud

I booked two sleeper tickets from Red bus, Nagpur to Jabalpur at 25/12/2021 for Rs 1300.
Got confirmed seat numbers as BG8, BW7.
When we board the bus, it was sitting bus instead of sleeper.
Conductor misbehaved with us and Redbus doesn't even register a complaint.

Cheating customer by providing incorrect information regarding the bus amenities and punctuality

With reference to my booking on redbus from Chennai to nagercoil, redBus has stated this bus in primo and rates as a good bus but it is very unprofessional they have not maintained punctuality, amenities agreed are not available in the bus, charging port is not functioning, water bottles are not provided and redBus is charged fare including all these facilities....

Go air bus, the bus operator called me and said to me that bus is cancelled today and your money is refunded by redbus soon. But i said them there were no cancellation msg received yet then they said you received it as soon as possible. After this i called redbus and confirmed then about all the situation they after some time...

Issues with app. Total ripoff

We booked 4 tickets through redbus. We wanted to cancel one ticket out of 4. Redbus app say ' do you want to cancel few seats'. I expected all to show me list of all 4 seats and allowing me to decide which ticket I want to cancel.

Instead, app cancelled the whole ticket of 4 people and deducted cancellation fee for 4 people instead of one person.

Took me 45 mins to find a number to call. The customer service...

Can not able reschedule Journey date, as they claim

GST Invoice not provided by Redbus

I travelled from Pune to Mumbai and the other way round on 11th December 2021. And then I travelled from Pune to Baroda on 14th December 2021 and from Baroda to Pune on 17th December 2021. Redbus does not provide a GST invoice and asks customers to get the same from Bus Operators. It's really an arduous process of chasing the Bus Operators as they do not answer the calls. I need GST invoices for the following ticket numbers as I have to claim...

Ticket Reschedule/Cancellation

I availed Ticket reschedule option once for a ticket and my travel plan got changed, and hence wanted to reschedule the ticket but there is NO Reschedule option at all . And no cancellation option as well. Now my ticket booking money is wasted. There is no help at all....

Unable to reschedule bus date

I booked a ticket from Indore to Kota last night, when I reached the boarding point the bus already left. Moreover, I did not get the bus driver's number nor did I get a call from him, so I tried to call the operator. I asked him if there's any bus after this, he denied it. Later I asked him if I could reschedule it, he said we can't do it, RedBus is responsible for such activity....

Ticket amount debited but not reached red bus.

Redus Cab Hire : Operator charged extra amount

Wrong destination showed

I have a serious issue because last night (11/12/21) was completely horrible. Plz see the booking details carefully. I had booked a bus from Pune to Nandgaon (Nashik) and dropping point which came by itself was Nandgaon Titha which to a surprise is a dropping point somewhere in Nandgaon Goa. The above is mentioned complaint number and subject which was submitted to redbus application and email was recieved reffering that it has been resolved. But I didn't not recieved my money back since its more than 1 year . As redbus money refund policy is to refund money with in 6 month.

The bus for which ticket was booked didn't show...

Change the bus and not provide same seat and not provide any refund

I booked bus through red bus service from Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh to Delhi for dated:08/12/2021, Seat No. SU 4, Passanger Name is Ram Achal Maurya. Irregular booking of sleeper

I have booked bus from Gorakhpur to Jaipur. The bus team allowed to sit other person at my booked sleeper seat. At one petrol pump he stopped bus for three hours saying that neither money is available nor petrol. Because of this delay I am to be failed to take my return bus journey....
