I Have booked Ticket from Chennai - Singaperumal Koil to Dharapuram on 21st Jan 2022, Ticket No -TR2Q[protected] PNR No: VTA-AP-[protected] - Vetri Travels. Scheduled Time 10.27Pm. Around 8.57pm I have received a confiramtion message of Bus schedule from Red Bus and I have been waiting at the mentioned Bus stop. Still 9.45 pm i have not received Bus number and Contact number of the driver. Then I have called Bus operator (number shared in ticket at the time of booking). That person (Vetri Travels) he told that bus was cancelled. Time was near 10.00pm
. After 10.00 pm our Tamilnadu Govt announced Lock down. what an ordinary comman man can do at 10.00pm on the mid of Road. Then I suddenly booked another ticket with another Bus operator and competed my Travel with huge obstacles and very much worst conditions. But still I have not received any message of Cancellation of bus by Bus operator and refund of my hard earned money.

अभी रात 2 बजकर 20 मिनट हो चुके हैं ...दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर्स से कोई भी रेडपोन्स नही है...बस के रद्दीकरण के सम्बंध में सूचना व्हाट्सप्प पर ऑपरेटर मोहित से मालूम हुआ किन्तु अभी तक मेल में नही आया कोई भी संदेश।मुझे अपने पैसे किसे वापस मिलेंगे।कृपयà�... बताएं

      I have booked tickets in Red Bus app in 12 Jan 2022 in RMJ travals Chennai to Thanjavur ticket no TR2E83524590 Bus boarding location is koyambedu Omni Bus Stop time 11PM...achually I have booked tickets in 10.25 koyambedu Omni Bus stand itself..I am and my wife and my two kids waiting for Bus boarding location... I tried to contact Bus operator contact number but he not picking my call.. after some time the Bus operator contact number was switched off.. I'm totally disappointed ..I'm also tried red bus customer care I'm didn't get any response..I tried to cancel my tickets in app but I can't..than I cancelled my tickets in help chat... after that i got call from Bus operator he told come down urapakkam achually koyambedu to urapakkam nearly 50 km distance in the night me and my family travel is not possible because Tamil Nadu Government implemented night lockdown here there is no transportation facilities...I'm till wait 11.30 pm koyambedu with my family even i dont get any cab for return back to my house.. finally I reached my house ...next only I travelled to Thanjavur... regarding this booking cancellation past 12 day (12 Jan to 24 jan 2022) continuously following Red Bus customer care.. but I don't get any response.. finally Red Bus told me we not giving refund amount there are trying to justifies with their refund policy.. I'm totally disappointed and this kind bad experience with Red Bus..

        It's been more than 48 hours and I didn't receive any cancellation message regarding my bus. The bus operator informed me about the cancellation but I didn't receive any message from REDBUS. I complained several times but no action was taken. No refund process has been initiated.

            Hi,
            I was transacting an amount of 2859 for an online app - Hopscotch. When I was about to pay the amount, my amount was deducted to Redbus account. This happened on 22 January 2022 at 8.42 am.

            I request a refund or return of my money as soon as possible.

                I booked a bus ticket via Red BUS from its website online. I booked it for 1st Jan 2022. I booked a ticket for traveling to Raipur (C.G.) from Pathalgaon (C.G.). My money got debited but I haven't received my bus ticket. I am attaching the proof of transaction. Please verify if, for this transaction, you have allotted a ticket or not because I don't have any other details to show as my browser gets closed after the payment got debited from my account.

                  Bus Journey details from Duliajan to Bokakhat on 19/01/2022 are PNR: 110618, Seat No: 17, Reporting Time: 06:15 AM, Boarding: Duliajan New Astc Bus Stand at 06:30 AM, Service No. DJN-GHY VIA TSK DBR DAY-JT01, Bus No: AR 01 M 2465 and Helpline No:[protected] the above mention details are about the bus details ...and after traveling 100 km the bus got broke down and I have to chnge the bus which wasn't arranged by the Volvo authority and I have to pay again for the fare to reach my destination @bokakhat .

                  I did paid via online ₹827 rs ...I want my money as per the bus operator he told me that via online I will get my money back, but till now I didn't get it and no one contact me yet so kindly solve my refund process .

                    I was booked single ticket for Alathur to chennai on 18/01/2022, I was booked only one ticket cost Rs.945 but amount debited in my account double time Rs.945, Traveling date 18/01/2022 but ticket booked date on 17/01/2022, I was waiting for past 4 days for money will credit in my account but not yet credited, I attached account statement and ticket proof also, please rectify my queries and credit my money in account.                       I want to complaint against Red bus.Bus name is go air bus..the ticket for going from basti to Delhi was issued on 14th December..the name of the primary passenger is mohd Sajid//55-male..he called 14th December and said that the bus will not go today and some problem has arisen in the bus which has been cancelled and your money will be returned in 1 week, and I called them again and again, so they said that tomorrow your payment will be returned, the day after tomorrow it will be returned, but today it has been 1 month and they are not returning the payment yet and talking so rudely...

                        Dear Authority,
                        I have booked a ticket in Metur Super Services(MSS) transports for my son to travel Nagercoil to Bangalore on 16th January 2022. MSS had canceled the bus service for 16th Jan as COVID lockdown was announced on that day. We were not informed about the cancellation and the alternate arrangement.
                        Since I was left dark in this matter, I had booked a new ticket for 17th January 2022 on the MSS website, as my son's journey was an important one.
                        When he has boarded the bus on 17th Jan he was informed the 16th ticket was swapped to 17th.
                        As no information was passed on to me about the cancellation and alternate arrangement, I was in a position to book one more ticket for the same journey unnecessarily. I hope that the amount for the canceled trip will be refunded soon.

                            I have booked bus ticket on redbus app for the journey Coimbatore to Chidambaram . Journey date 09/01/2022. Later bus was cancelled due to lockdown restrictions.                               Everyone says that this vespa has such a compliant.I'm going to register this case.

                                Hello, I have booked the ticket from Parvathipuram to Bhimavaram and cancelled the ticket with ticket id TR2C[protected] days ago. The money is not yet refunded to my bank account but received a reference mail from redBus that refund initiated. .
                                I want my money to be refunded back. How can I get back ?

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                                  I have booked the ticket from chennai-to-Nagercoil on 14th Jan 2022 and return ticket on Nagercoil to chennai on 17th Jan 2022 in vignesh TATranscars,

                                  Due to emergency reason I tried to cancel the both ticket from chennai-to nagercoil and nagercoil-to-chennai. On 13th Jan 2022,

                                  Chennai-to-Nagercoil bus ticket got cancelled and money got refunded. but when i cancelled the return ticket of amount rupees 1955 on 13th Jan was failed as "Ticket cannot be cancelled and it falls under 100% cancllation charge window" . I tried 5 days before the booking date and raised compaint on 14th Jan and response from them.

                                  Please help us get back the refund money.

                                    Last month 24th at around 10.30 pm i was booked ticket by the using of red bus app but unfortunately ticket will be cancelled automatically, So i was tried two times, for two times amount getting debited from my account, in red bus they refunded 1st amount but 2nd amount till now they are not initiate the refund process i was tried to tell so many times but they not responds my concerns and i will attached regarding of the concerns booked details with bank statement screenshot, So please doing needful

                                    As informed during our phone conversation, due to technical issues faced at the time of booking, the amount was deducted from your account but the ticket was not confirmed. Since this requires attention from a technical specialist, there was a delay in initiating the refund.

                                    We are now happy to share, the refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account. As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

                                      Booking PNR[protected] Bus Info - Bus No: UP22AT 4488, RS yadav travels given to very dirty bus and it's not hygiene bus I have very hardly to travel in this bus, very dirty smell in caben and bus driver not resolve it on travel, seats are very dirty, I will not like to book this type of bus in red bus
