- Date of incident = 28th December, 2021 at 2:08am

- Booked Ram Dalal Holidays bus service from Zirakpur to New Delhi on 28th December, 2021 at 2:08am.
But the bus didn't came and also no info about . We waited for 45minutes, calling bus operator and other numbers provided by Red Bus, but no one received call.
We also called Red Bus customer care, the representative also called bus operator, but no response he got.
Such a cheat and disappointed service.
Bus didn't show up and after few hour, message came from Red Bus that "Hope you enjoyed your journey".
Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi, i booked a ticket form chennai to kerala on 17th dec 2021, but by mistaken we selected the wrong date and we rescheduled then we selected to date for 31st on dec 2021, we paid 4500 rs for tickets but now we want to cancel the trip due to omnicron pandemic in kerala, but customer care tell that because we rescheduled that we cannot refund the money, its not in our policy like that, i want refund pls check and help

        The bus has left the boarding point without intimation and i have reached the boarding point half an hour before the actual time and i informed in the travels office. they told me bus will come we have to wait after waiting of half an hour they told me the bus has left and they have cancelled my seats, after so much argument they told me do whatever you want to do .
        their behaviour is very rude and unethical .

          Have booked 1 non a/c sleeper tickets from indore to udaipur on 26/12/2021 at city shrinath solitaire using redbus app with ticket no: TQDM80843304. But bus operator called and said your bus is cancelled then i called redbus regarding this but they said we can't initiate refund as we're unable to communicate with operator. Hence refund the paid amount of rs.500/- with immediate effect. Have attached the eticket snap for ref.

            Amount deducted twice. Need refund

            I booked two sleeper tickets from Red bus, Nagpur to Jabalpur at 25/12/2021 for Rs 1300.
            Got confirmed seat numbers as BG8, BW7.
            When we board the bus, it was sitting bus instead of sleeper.
            Conductor misbehaved with us and Redbus doesn't even register a complaint.

              With reference to my booking on redbus from Chennai to nagercoil, redBus has stated this bus in primo and rates as a good bus but it is very unprofessional they have not maintained punctuality, amenities agreed are not available in the bus, charging port is not functioning, water bottles are not provided and redBus is charged fare including all these facilities.

                My booling mobile number is [protected].
                I have booked ticket from muzzafarpur to delhi on 15 dec 2021.
                Go air bus, the bus operator called me and said to me that bus is cancelled today and your money is refunded by redbus soon. But i said them there were no cancellation msg received yet then they said you received it as soon as possible. After this i called redbus and confirmed then about all the situation they after some time confirm me about the canceled bus and wait for 72 hours for refund. Then after 5 days i check i don't get any money form them and when i called red bus they said to me bus was scheduled right time and bus was not cancelled.

                Now i'am giving you a warning if my matter not cleared in between 72 hours then its not good for both redbus company and that bus services.

                I will get you in court and making red bus service feedback that much poor you cant think.

                  We booked 4 tickets through redbus. We wanted to cancel one ticket out of 4. Redbus app say ' do you want to cancel few seats'. I expected all to show me list of all 4 seats and allowing me to decide which ticket I want to cancel.

                  Instead, app cancelled the whole ticket of 4 people and deducted cancellation fee for 4 people instead of one person.

                  Took me 45 mins to find a number to call. The customer service was very rude and tried to give us 'gyaan'. Stay away. Call the travel agent directly who will give to u a much better service for the price..

                          GST Invoice not provided by Redbus

                          I travelled from Pune to Mumbai and the other way round on 11th December 2021. And then I travelled from Pune to Baroda on 14th December 2021 and from Baroda to Pune on 17th December 2021. Redbus does not provide a GST invoice and asks customers to get the same from Bus Operators. It's really an arduous process of chasing the Bus Operators as they do not answer the calls. I need GST invoices for the following ticket numbers as I have to claim...

                          I availed Ticket reschedule option once for a ticket and my travel plan got changed, and hence wanted to reschedule the ticket but there is NO Reschedule option at all . And no cancellation option as well. Now my ticket booking money is wasted. There is no help at all.

                            I booked a ticket from Indore to Kota last night, when I reached the boarding point the bus already left. Moreover, I did not get the bus driver's number nor did I get a call from him, so I tried to call the operator. I asked him if there's any bus after this, he denied it. Later I asked him if I could reschedule it, he said we can't do it, RedBus is responsible for such activity.

                              I have booked a ticket for Pune-Banagalore on 14th Decemeber of worth 1500 k. The amount is debited from my account but redbus says they did not receive it. My bank asks me to report a complaint to redubus. I tried reporting a complaint on their mail [protected]@redbus.in. But they no longer accept complaints on that mail. so I tried their 'Help' option on their official website, But I have to chat with a bot which says " I am sorry about the transaction failure. However, please note we haven't received any payment from your end." How do I get my money back?

                                I booked ticket for my colleague through redbus agent agent MONICA TRAVELS from Chennai to Bangalore on 13 OCTOBER 2021 Bharathi Travels (716) PNR # TS[protected]CKFG/1582990/A/C and paid INR 1260. This fare higher than normal fare.

                                The bus was breakdown near Ambur, Driver was not arranged alternative bus, he informed to my colleague, bus operator refund the bus fare through agent, next dy I informed to Travel Agent, after few days one of your executives called and enquired about breakdown information, he told the Patricial amount will be refund through travel agent.

                                But redbus informed, the bus operator arranged alternative bus so they will not refund. And asking any proof for alternative trvel ticket after 57 days. Find below redbus response.

                                  I had booked cab for outstation on Redbus before 14 days and 2 days before I had received operator details. On journey day, Operator had cancelled my booking. I called Redbus customer service & took follow-up for 6-7 hours but they did nothing and totally wasted my time.
                                  As Redbus customer service unable to arrange another operator before 2 hrs. of my journey time so I requested cab operator to continue my booking so he charged me extra 2388 Rs for total journey.
                                  I request redbus to look into this matter & arrange for refund asap.
