On 4th Dec, I booked a ticket from Indore to bhopal at 1:52 am, while I was making payment through gpay the amount got deducted twice but no ticket came to me. I received a pop of payment failed but still twice amount deducted.
This is ridiculous.
Call me on [protected] and refund my amount to my account.
I have all screenshots of the payments.
One ticket = One payment but payment deducted twice as you can see in attachment.

    I booked a bus for my brother for travel from Varanasi to Anand Vihar Delhi.
    TRIP SUMMARY

    Bus stopped near Agra, made passengers sit in another bus which was in a pathetic condition. This Bus kept on taking more passengers beyond seat capacity.
    The bus went to Faridabad instead of original destination-Anand Vihar.
    This overall journey was very unprofessional and total waste of my money and time.
    I submitted feedback on thier website, but not able to connect to their customer support- very bad support services.
    I need my refund and serious action to be taken against this bus service.

        Address: A One travel Agency

        I'm booked a ticket from Jaipur to Kota through Red bus online mode with seat number 19 Ticket number TQCW64477223 and PNR 83107 Bus number RJ 19PB 4141 and strat my Journey from Boarding point Bharat Bakers, Durgapura Jaipur on 8.25PM. After Bundi cross I asked to Bus Driver to please dropping me Nayapura Kota which was my dropping point he replied very rudley to me now Kota is so far seat your seat. After some time the Bus cross Chamal river through another out side road of Kota, than I again request him this is not really route of Kota and my dropping point is Nayapura Kota, then again all bus staff behaviour very bad manners, abuse me another passanger. At last bus not enter Kota city and continue on Jhalawar Raod. End last I feel unsafe due to thier manner, I again request I'm not able to home at this time 3.AM from this place. I tracking location but tracking system also off. And last he dropped me at Alniya Mandana Toll Plaza which place is so far away more than 30 KM from Kota. This night is not good, unsafe to my life and very horrible due to Red bus service. If this type service provider are available on Red bus. Really too bad and wrost experience of life, I'm reached my home Kota on after 5.00 AM by take lift truck 🚛 driver with much danger to my life. This night ruin my life and given me mentally stress because Red bus service partner.

          Reschedule

          I want to to reschedule my tickets but it is saying that my TIN is not allowed to reschedule.please allow my ticket for reshedule from 5 Dec to 4 Dec . it's emergency I have a interview . So I should return . So want to travel fast . Please take action till tomorrow...

            My wife cancelled a ticket within 30 min and was charged 300 rs as cancellations charges.. literally 300rs for 30 min.. there policy are not customer friendly... Later on I booked the ticket and it got booked for incorrect date even when i provided correct details... I had only one attempt to change the date or to cancel it...i was afraid as i would have been charged with cancellation fees, i changed the date and again it got booked for wrong date... Now i am unable to use the ticket or cancel it.

            Awesome service Redbus... You guys are so customer friendly...

                  Bus 3 hours delay at pick point and 5 hours delay at drop point

                  I was book a bus ride through redbus on 30/11/21 from Aburoad to delhi (22:40 to 10:15).
                  I have to catch the flight from Delhi Airport @ 14:00.
                  I was along with my wife reached at pickup location @ 21:00 hours.
                  I had call to the mobile no shown in message of my ticket and he replied that bus is ontime and will reach within given time.
                  Further he provides me driver contact no and I call to driver of my bus to know...

                  So I was booking my ticket in the red bus app and they said my payment has apparently failed and hence I went on through with the payment again.
                  Then I was notified that two tickets are booked for me from the same location to the same destination.And now they won't even allow me to cancel one of the tickets, I am allowed to do absolutely nothing.

                    Pl see we have booked one tickets ex bareilly to delhi on 22 nov for 24 nov 2021 4.15 pm from smartbuy hdfc red bus pnr no C6EBG7N4 also order reference no [protected] when i reached bareilly bus station there was no bus after trying we have concect shriram travells he say we are not opperting bus its default red bus also he send us screen shorts for bus cancelled so we was very sad due to false booking we are not in possition to reached delhi for catch up flight for mumbai we take cab and came delhi till day even refund / false booking commalcation not received yet pl see and help us

                        On 20th November 2021 I had booked 2 tickets for the date 20th from pondicherry to bangalore and on the same day I had cancelled the tickets unfortunately my uncle passedaway and refund due was promised to be credited within 3 days but it has been 9days and still did not get my amount

                          Hi, Due to chennai rains my parents are unable to travel via booked ref Ticket Number: TQCK46135541 | PNR No: 2519561.
                          The ticket either need to be rescheduled or cancelled

                          The redbus customercare is not reachable for this purpose. Their 24/7 customer care numbers donot reach to any representative, rather it stops with automated pre-recorded voice replies.
                          There is no email support system available.

                          I am looking for either cancellation&refund or reschedule travel to 5th December. Hope this will be heard atleast through this forum, many thanks!

                          Due to some medical emergency I need to admit in hospital for two days so I'm not able to travel tommorow that's the reason I'm trying to reschedule the ticket or cancel the ticket. I'm trying to reach red bus customer support but they don't respond instead they always cancel the calls with recorded lines. Hope you take my request and respond immediately and do needful.

                            I hate to take bus by seating last row and will never buy if only left last row.
                            When i buy ticket is swat number 9, 10, 12, at the end when we got the ticket seat number become 23, 24, 27 which is last row!
                            This is first time i experience change of seat allocation without informing us!
                            This bus is under company Maharani travels
                            Bad experience for me to travel as my seat got changed.
                            I just wonder if the staff are swop the seat for their relative for better and comfortable seat!

                              I have booked bus from Chitradurga to Bangalore for travel on 27th November 2021 witj pickup time at 5:15am. Bus has not reached the pickup point till 6:00am.
                              They have neither informed about delay nor provided any tracking ID . Their response was also very poor whem contacted.
                              So I need to cancel the bus for which refund was not provided. Kindly look into the issue

                              We can imagine how troublesome the experience must have been due to unexpected cancellation of the bus.

                              This is certainly not the experience we want for your customers and hence we probed the bus operator Seabird Tourists and it was confirmed that the bus arrived to the Chitradurga Bypass at 05:15 AM.

                              The bus operator confirmed that he tried to reach you on 94XXXXXX49. However,  the phone was not reachable. Hence, the refund request is not approved against the ticket by the bus operator. Appreciate your understanding in this matter.

                                    I had booked 6 tickets on 12.nov.2021. my tickets were booked on redbus app. But bichoo travels denied and stopped me to board bus stating my tickets are forged and not reflecting in his app. I need to pay again for 6 tickets, and now redbus is just giving me 24 hours all time till date but no resolution. Fed up
