I have book ticket on bhagwati travels via red bus from Lucknow to Ahmedabad first they have changed bus, they on early morning 4:30 they stop bus and leave us at Jaipur. What we can do in this condition. Kindly suggest.

    I booked ticket from Surat to Dombivli, on 28-11-21, cancelled ticket from Surat to Dombivli on[protected] against Ticket no TQCR70150383. Email received amount credited to account, but it's not reflecting in my account.

      Bus 3 hours delay at pick point and 5 hours delay at drop point

      I was book a bus ride through redbus on 30/11/21 from Aburoad to delhi (22:40 to 10:15).
      I have to catch the flight from Delhi Airport @ 14:00.
      I was along with my wife reached at pickup location @ 21:00 hours.
      I had call to the mobile no shown in message of my ticket and he replied that bus is ontime and will reach within given time.
      Further he provides me driver contact no and I call to driver of my bus to know...

      So I was booking my ticket in the red bus app and they said my payment has apparently failed and hence I went on through with the payment again.
      Then I was notified that two tickets are booked for me from the same location to the same destination.And now they won't even allow me to cancel one of the tickets, I am allowed to do absolutely nothing.
      I want a refund for one of not both the tickets

        Pl see we have booked one tickets ex bareilly to delhi on 22 nov for 24 nov 2021 4.15 pm from smartbuy hdfc red bus pnr no C6EBG7N4 also order reference no [protected] when i reached bareilly bus station there was no bus after trying we have concect shriram travells he say we are not opperting bus its default red bus also he send us screen shorts for bus cancelled so we was very sad due to false booking we are not in possition to reached delhi for catch up flight for mumbai we take cab and came delhi till day even refund / false booking commalcation not received yet pl see and help us

            On 20th November 2021 I had booked 2 tickets for the date 20th from pondicherry to bangalore and on the same day I had cancelled the tickets unfortunately my uncle passedaway and refund due was promised to be credited within 3 days but it has been 9days and still did not get my amount

              Hi, Due to chennai rains my parents are unable to travel via booked ref Ticket Number: TQCK46135541 | PNR No: 2519561.
              The ticket either need to be rescheduled or cancelled

              The redbus customercare is not reachable for this purpose. Their 24/7 customer care numbers donot reach to any representative, rather it stops with automated pre-recorded voice replies.
              There is no email support system available.

              I am looking for either cancellation&refund or reschedule travel to 5th December. Hope this will be heard atleast through this forum, many thanks!

              My ticket number is: TRAH30360842 / PNR no: RB451989 wants to reschedule or cancel the ticket.
              Due to some medical emergency I need to admit in hospital for two days so I'm not able to travel tommorow that's the reason I'm trying to reschedule the ticket or cancel the ticket. I'm trying to reach red bus customer support but they don't respond instead they always cancel the calls with recorded lines. Hope you take my request and respond immediately and do needful.

                I hate to take bus by seating last row and will never buy if only left last row.
                When i buy ticket is swat number 9, 10, 12, at the end when we got the ticket seat number become 23, 24, 27 which is last row!
                This is first time i experience change of seat allocation without informing us!
                This bus is under company Maharani travels
                Bad experience for me to travel as my seat got changed.
                I just wonder if the staff are swop the seat for their relative for better and comfortable seat!

                  I have booked bus from Chitradurga to Bangalore for travel on 27th November 2021 witj pickup time at 5:15am. Bus has not reached the pickup point till 6:00am.
                  They have neither informed about delay nor provided any tracking ID . Their response was also very poor whem contacted.
                  So I need to cancel the bus for which refund was not provided. Kindly look into the issue

                  We can imagine how troublesome the experience must have been due to unexpected cancellation of the bus.

                  This is certainly not the experience we want for your customers and hence we probed the bus operator Seabird Tourists and it was confirmed that the bus arrived to the Chitradurga Bypass at 05:15 AM.

                  The bus operator confirmed that he tried to reach you on 94XXXXXX49. However,  the phone was not reachable. Hence, the refund request is not approved against the ticket by the bus operator. Appreciate your understanding in this matter.

                            On 18th November 2021 I had booked 3 tickets from solapur to Hyderabad and on the same day I had cancelled the tickets due to some scheduling issues and refund due was promised to be credited within 3 days and the refund status says that the amount due has been paid but it has been 5 days and still there has been no such refund in my bank account.i hope this issue will be solved and I expect my refund as soon as possible

                              I travelled from BANGALORE to COIMBATORE on 30/10/2021 by DREAM LINE TRAVELS PVT. LTD - TICKET NO: TQBS32205854. then I travelled from NAMAKKAL to BANGALORE on 07/11/2021 by ORANGE TRAVELS - TICKET NO: TQC[protected]. I booked my ticket from REDBUS. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.
                              REDBUS told me ask BUS OPERATORS and BUS OPERATOR telling me to call REDBUS. I am tired calling both sides. I am providing tickets. Please find attachments.

                                National Travel Bus has cheated the customers on Red Bus.

                                Bus booking is form Burhanpur but they don't have permission to bring bus to Burhanpur from Maharashtra . So they put the bus on border ( Raver). And took the customers to Raver by local Auto ( chota hathi, tempo).

                                The bus demand high price from 1500 to, 1900 without AC. If customer book the bus from Raver they have to pay only 1100 to 1300 that also for AC travels.

                                As shown in bus amenities nothing provide to customer, no charger, no blanket, also no safety measures for COVID.

                                The bus doesn't have any conductor to support the customers. No body in the bus was happy with the bus service.

                                People are using Bad word's here nobody is here to stop them. According to bus service Act drunk people are not allowed in the bus, but drunk people are there in the bus.

                                I am claiming for the refund of the service from RED bus, as they have not confirmed the bus service befor allowing them on portal.

                                One lady was cheated with the ticket of Rs, 1500 . Firstly they allowed to seat on the seat then they push her to the cabin because seat was already booked.

                                Please requesting Ban the bus from Red Bus and provide the refund to us. If you want you can cross check with the customers.

                                      I had booked 2 tickets for my employee from Bangalore to chennai in interciti smart bus through red bus on[protected].55pm

                                      The bus operator forcefully left 2 passenger, stating that one passenger was drunk and other passenger was not drunk

                                      They left both the passenger and went,
                                      Both the passenger was illustrates and that was the only reason they left then since they will not question them or quarrel with them

                                      I need proper justification on this issue and kindly treat every one equally
                                      Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
