Yesterday (19.11.2021) night I had booked Subramanya Travels to kukke Subramanya and the departure time from gorguntepalya banglore, 11:25. But around 9:00 pm I got a message from Red bus stating Nagashree Travels will be coming to the pick up point at 10:30 and departure at 10:45.
But when I got into the bus, I saw the bus condition was tooo bad, seats were torn and no cleanliness was maintained. And a passanger was Drunk ! As a single women traveling I was scared and asked him if there are any other ladies in the bus . Thankfully the ladies were there, I got into the bus.
The sleeper coach, the local bus not well maintained !!!
And in middle around 2:30 am they stopped for the washroom usage in an open area, I questioned the driver why can't he stop in any hotel or petrol bunk ? Instead he told me, u should use the open area... It was very uncomfortable !!
Later I with other female passanger went 500mts far from the bus and while we were back, the bus had already started moved 100mts without ensuring that all the passangers have got it into the bus or not !!!
Wer is the safety for the travelers ! This is the worst experience ever
I am going to report this issue in all Google services !!

My ticket number is: TRAH30360842 / PNR no: RB451989 wants to reschedule or cancel the ticket.
Due to some medical emergency I need to admit in hospital for two days so I'm not able to travel tommorow that's the reason I'm trying to reschedule the ticket or cancel the ticket. I'm trying to reach red bus customer support but they don't respond instead they always cancel the calls with recorded lines. Hope you take my request and respond immediately and do needful.
