Refund after cancellation

Recently i have booked a bus through redbus portal and at the end of the time the bus been cancelled due to some issues with the travel agency. I haven't received the payment even after 1 week and in the site its showing payment failed status.please help....

Payment debited but ticket not booked

All - Have booked ticket through Red bus from Chennai to Salem (Tamil Nadu) and payment got debited but ticket not booked. I went to help option and raised my concern where the auto responses came stating Red bus have not received the payment and the payment get reflect back in 7 days. So, tried booking another ticket and got the confirmation immediately after 5mins got confirmation for the 1st ticket as well (Means I don't get refund). I...

Late service/driver's behaviour

We were supposed to be picked up from Ambala flyover (to Kasol camp) at 11pm. We paid about 3100rs for 3 tickets. The first driver was an hour late so we called him and asked him for his location. The driver asked us to meet at Sahara road which is about 2 km far from the actual pick up point. In redbus app or website thare is no option for change bording point only show option to change date...

Not refunded my ticket amount

I booked my ticket on 8th June from Farrukhabad to Etah in U.P.
Unfortunately they given me ticket on that time at which no janrath bus is running. Now they are not ready to refund my amount because they are dependent on operator and the operation is telling lie.
What I need to to now?

Covid19 rules not followed

I booked ticket to hyderabad from hosur. Its always the direct bus and nonstop but the bus stopped at the bangalore border and exchanging passengers. Orange travels not flowing the covid rules. When we have shifted and entered the bus, the bus is fully messed. Not sanatized, bedsheets were lying here and there, plastic covers were on the path. My only concern is orange travels never informed that there will be change in bus and bus is not...

Breakdown of bus

Regarding this tkt

PNR no: 86M9H3M5

The bus was stopped due to some technical issue from 4:00 àm at morning till 9:30 am we waited for the bus to get repaired but it was invain.

Luckily I got lift to another bus going to delhi with a charge of rs 300/-

As per red bus policy i am eligible for refund so kindly look into this matter as soon as possible...

I have always been traveling by booking tickets with Red bus. Yesterday I booked Bharathi tourist bus from Mangaluru to Belagavi. The bus faced some technical problem and we six passanger were put in Ganesh travels route no 4 at Honnavar. As i was the last to board the bus, I didn't get any seat nor sleeper. The bus conductor/cleaner gave me a stool to sit on. I refused and said I'll take another bus. Then this cleaner from Ganesh travels...

non operation of bus har har mahadev

Sir. Bus was cancelled by the operator. Even this bus remains cancel always. I cancelled my ticket as it was known to me that bus is temporarily not operating on the route. My 400 also charged for cancellation my me. Please remove this bus from you system. I traveled by another bus on 19 Jul. Disgusting. They are taking the booking but in absence for sufficient passenger, they cancelling their bus everyday. You can check form reliable sources...

I booked a ticket from Guntur to Kadapa in redbus in APSRTC
When I was booking the ticket the bus occupancy restricted to 50percent only. Faced harassment in SBSTC Bus after booking online ticket

Dear Team,

This is to inform that, today (16.07.2021) I have booked SBSTC Bus ticket from Kudghat to Burdwan through Redbus, where I have got confirmed ticket with seat number, but SBSTC also provided ticket for same seat number in same bus to another passenger from there end. The Bus route is a regular route from Kushan to Rampurhat.
