Sir, I have booked a ticket in red bus for travelling from delhi to rishikesh on30th sep 2021 and the time of my bus was 10 pm from new delhi
But unfornutalely the bus was brokedown in between and the bus conductor and driver shifted us to Local UP bus.
My ticket number was TQAT93259186 ad our seat number were DU 3 and DU 4
The bus number was UP 81 CT 7250.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

    Money not refunded even after bus was cancelled by Happy bus Services. I booked bus ticket No TQAD91579137 for journey from Hyderabad to Athani dated 16 September 2021 for ₹ 1114/-. Bus cancelled message received but refund not received till date. Please do it quickly.

      I had made one booking from Mahabaleshwar to Mumbai with Booking ID A6M7HFEG
      and PNR Number[protected] via HDFC Smart Buy powered by Redbus. My Bus no. is
      MH-04-GP-2612 which got started from Mahabaleshwar on 19-09 but around 1:30 AM there some short circuit happened near the petrol tank and caught fire. Passengers got down immediately rushing to save their lives and within 3-4 mins Bus got completely...

            This is second time i got bad experience with the ''Red BUS portal''.

            Actually the thing is yesterday i have booked Travels through your portal from ''Hyderabad to Eluru'' for ''Nani SVKDT Travels'' as on 25-Sep-21) @ 10:30 PM.

            But they were not updated anything like cancellation of the bus service until my follow-up, Based on this really i faced very much trouble with this travels.

            Kindly provide potential travel parties in your portal, In General we are booking any travels based on your brand image but looks like you are not concentrating on the good Travels, So this will reflect on your brand image and improves your competitors.

            Next time iam not willing to book any travel through your portal / App.

            Finally my point is immediately take an action on this transporter and immediately return my payment with high priority.

                I had booked my bus tickets for the Mussoorie-Delhi journey scheduled for Sunday, September 19, 2021. The details are as under:
                Ticket Number: TQAG49021034
                PNR No: DP[protected]

                The bus while on its way to Delhi, 10-15 minutes into the journey was seized by the Uttarakhand RTO officials and the passengers after waiting for hours had to take another bus by again buying the tickets.

                Now, I have just received a call from Red Bus executive saying that they'll only refund half the amount as the journey was half completed when the bus was seized. This is just preposterous. Red Bus official who called regarding the same offered no explanation for refunding only half the amount and only stated that since they are the intermediary, they can't do anything about it. This kind of a response is totally unjustified. Redbus should be penalized for listing busses that are running illegally on their website to begin with. The passengers should not only be refunded the entire amount but the intermediary (Redbus) should also pay compensation for the mental agony which the passengers had to suffer late at night due to lack of due diligence on the part of the company.

                  Vikram travels fraudulent issue

                  I have booked a ticket TQAH45091196 from Hyderabad to Banaglore on 20th sep 2021 (Vikram travels). I have selected Gachibowli outer ring road entrance (van pick up) boarding point at 8.20pm. But I got a call from Vikram travels that pick vehicle got break down and please get some auto and come near Ameerpet metro station which is far by 15km from the boarding point which I selected. They kept calling me and urged me to come to the location...

                  I mentioned my Boarding point was clearly in the ticket but the bus cleaner / driver who doesnt know my native language (telugu ) and as i didnt get his language (tamil) .He doesnt even know the location of my boarding point and saying to wait near another location point and when i called him after reaching the point said by the bus driver / cleaner he was at another ponit which further away from me .he insists that its my fault for missing the bus .Due to this bus miss i lost my money my time and i have to book ticket for another day so i request for either refund or replacement of ticket with another date

                            I booked 2 tickets on 14th Sept, 2021 from Namrup to Guwahati . We were informed that the bus timing was 8:30 pm so we went to the bus stand but when we reached there we were told that the bus left at 4:30 as it was their regular timing . While trying to complain and reach the customer care we couldn't get a response from them either . Please help us resolve this issue . We were cheated on and even the cancellation cannot be done .

                              Today on 12th September I booked 3 seat for dhanbad from bokaro throght redbus official website, bus detail are follows.

                              My boarding point was naya more bus stand bokaro.

                              Bt the problem occurs when we get into our bus.
                              I had booked 3 seat as I am traveling with my family and there is 10yrs kid also with me.

                              When we get into bus we saw our seat is already sold to other passenger and on asking for our seat to conductor, he offers me other backside 2 searts only... And saying to manage and on asking again for rest one seat, he get angry and arguing with us and also torturing us to sit silently else they will through out us from bus...

                              Is it the way to taking to passenger.
                              How can passenger fill save on journey if buses have conductor like this who torturing and arguing with passenger without passenger fault...

                              We paid for three seat in middle area and geting other seat bt only 2...and also they threatening us.

                              We need justice... I am attaching one video and my ticket also...

                              Please take serious action against it...

                                I try to book a ticket in today at 5.30 pm, 11.09.2021, at rams travels via Tiruchendur to Chennai. But the tickets was not booked at same time amount was debited from my account Rs 1575 . I try help from customer support at red Bus but they doesn't give right response. I want my amount, so give me right response .

                                  I by mistake have booked a ticket and tried to cancel to within 5 mins and it was not possible thats not right .I don't agree with these policies .I need my refund .
                                  What is the use eif I acted instantly and I lost my amount even the bus conductor told to contact urll .

                                    I booked ticket from hyd to ponnur I waited 3 hrs till night 2pm on road from 10.30pm ...customer care senior person his name binesh saying appreciate ur patience ur are great sir thank u for waiting pls wait 30 min like that ...worst exp from red bus
