Dear sir
on dt 20.10.2021 I booked my ticket from kullu to chandigarh through your company with ICE angels tours and travels in the name of MUKESH aged 62 yrs. I paid Rs. 1050.00 on line from your office/company i received my confirmation of ticket.And mobiles no.s were provided for further help/ enquiry. when I contacted on same no.s operator denied for my confirmation although i had sent your confirmation ticket screen shot to him.Rather he told me that seats are booked already offline . Apart from my financial losses i was mentally harrased. Inspite of relaxation or other benefits your company management humilated a senior citizen.
i request you to refund my money and take a n examplary action against the erroring one. Along with my compaint I am a sending /attaching proofs of my confirmed ticket.

As a gesture of goodwill we’re happy to provide you with a credit of Rs. 1050/- back to the source used to make the payment at the time of booking on 26/01/2022.

As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus.

    Hello,
    Last night I booked ticket from kullu to delhi via ice angel travel agency. The charges of ticket was 1050 . I booked this ticket from redbus but when I told the operator to check the ticket, he clearly denied and said there is no booking of this ticket number .

    I am filling this complaint for showing your inconvenience behavior and I am requesting you to send my money back.

      Respected sir,

      I will book a ticket from Kannur to Bangalore on October 15 at 11 Pm . That time first payment was done at Google pay . But Google pay will some server issue .so payment was on processing .So I do another payment method like Paytm .That payment was successful and my ticket was confirmed.After few minutes Google pay money also debited to redbus for that same ticket.So, for that ticket two time, my money was debited to my account.Due to some family issue I was cancelled that confirmed ticket and that amount will be refunded for me .But Google pay money is not refunded.
      I also visited my bank and they will say money will debited to redbus, they will definitely refund your money . Same response is taken to Google pay helpline.
      So I humbly request you to take necessary action for this valuable problem.

          On the date of October 17th 2021 .I have booked a ticket with PNR no SKT937213 from Ramatalkies Visakhapatnam to Ganesh Nagar chintal, Hyderabad
          .Hear I have a problem with the halting station which showed while booking ticket..
          But while conversation with driver, they told me that there is no halting station at chintal... kindly take action on refund our money or else I will file a complaint at consumer court of law.

                I booked 3 tickets from red bus of safar bus on 13 oct.
                It was from Ujjain to Delhi dated 17 oct.ay 7:15 pm
                But on 17 oct.at 12 :30 pm I got the mail that bus to Delhi is cancelled.I called at custmor care no.but their attitude was casual .when I questioned how I will travel now at such ashort notice.
                The was MANAGE YOURSELF.
                My family has to check out hotel.I have to face lot of agony, stress.No bus is available from Ujjain to Delhi
                .I have to hire cab till Indore.and search bus from there.
                Such unprofessional treatment with custmor was not expected from you.
                It was your responsibility to arrange an alternative for us.
                Very disheartening and rude
                behaviour.

                    Customer Services regarding Boarding Points

                    Boarding point was changed from tenzing Norgay to Matigara Bus Stand without any information to the passenger and I have travel with my family where two small kids and heavy language and I have spent extra cost for hire a auto of Rs 200/ -plz credit the amount as physical and mental harassment due to poor customer service of Changed Boarding Point.                     As per redbus site reschedule policy mentioning...but practically the site not allowing to reschedule confirmed tickets before ...its making business to cancel and rebook tickets to get amount

                      I booked my ticket from Sumerpur to Ahmedabad, I have 5 luggage and two kids with me I started my journey from Sumerpur, and after 60 km near Swaroop Ganj, Bus member asked us to change the bus and transfer all the luggage to another bus and all of this happened suddenly, the question in my mind was WHY? No issue in existing bus than why suddenly this happened.
                      Also, the condition of 2nd bus was too. Bad. I will not travel again with MR.

                        I have booked a ticket with phone number [protected] from vizag to ongole for 9.00 pm bus of srikrishna travels on 12th oct(seats 11 and 12) for travelling on 13th

                        I haven't received any booking update in redbus app though money debited. So I booked another tickets with numbers 14 and 15th for the same bus and that was confirmed through redbus app.
                        Now all the tickets 11, 12, 13, 14 got booked on my name. There was wastage of 2 tickets and money worth 2, 500 due sheer negligence of redbus in sending me booking details. Though I checked app for many times booking details weren't shown

                              I Had book the ticket 25/8/2021 and the ticket was conformed but unfortunately the bus was cancelled on the travel day and I had got the Cancellation alert . But still I didn't receive the refund amount and I had followed the customer care on several times but there is no proper response.

                                I have booked a ticket from Vijaywada to Anantapur on 10/10/2021 . Payment was done but no booking details generated.Later i have booked for the same and Payment was done and booking details also generated. The earlier transaction was done but no booking details.
