Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Nishaila from Bangalore,
Yesterday (19.11.2021) night I had booked Subramanya Travels to kukke Subramanya and the departure time from gorguntepalya banglore, 11:25. But around 9:00 pm I got a message from Red bus stating Nagashree Travels will be coming to the pick up point at 10:30 and departure at 10:45.

But when I got into the bus, I saw the bus condition was tooo bad, seats were torn and no cleanliness was maintained. And a passanger was Drunk ! As a single women traveling I was scared and asked him if there are any other ladies in the bus . Thankfully the ladies were there, I got into the bus.

The sleeper coach, the local bus not well maintained !!!

And in middle around 2:30 am they stopped for the washroom usage in an open area, I questioned the driver why can't he stop in any hotel or petrol bunk ? Instead he told me, u should use the open area... It was very uncomfortable !!

Later I with other female passanger went 500mts far from the bus and while we were back, the bus had already started moved 100mts without ensuring that all the passangers have got it into the bus or not !!!

Wer is the safety for the travelers ! This is the worst experience ever

I am going to report this issue in all Google services !!

    I had booked bus east west traveler from Dharwad to Shimoga dated 20th Nov, 6.30 AM... I did not receive any bus number... I tried calling the number given in contact... Also, I did not receive any call from bus ... I could n not board the bus .. request to refund amount...

      I am utterly dejected about this Bus Ticket booking with Convenience Charge
      Reason:

      1) Today 20 Nov 2021 on reaching my Boarding Point ie ESPLANADE SBSTC Bus Stand --- I have found that my Booked Seats No 02 & 01 has been allotted to other passengers in Manual Ticket by SBSTC Person --- and Bus Conductor (Route Kudhghat to Rampurhat Tarapith dept time 08:15 am Bus ).

      2) Your office should definitely contact SBSTC Booking Authority for this anomaly.

          I booked two night bus tickets from redbus with zingbus from bhuj to surat on 19.11.21. They give all confirmation, otp, ticket number etc. Evening they messaged that ticket is cancelled due to operational issues. And no other night bus available at lone rto circle of bhuj. Zingbus had planned two bus on same day. One bus was standing at rto circle bhuj and it was clearly seeming that there were no operational issues. Due to less passengers, they cancelled one bus. Atleast they should inform a day earlier. Troubled us a lot on last moment and ruined trip fun.

            On 18th nov 2021, i have purchased two tickets of Rs.2, 310 from Tirupati to Vijayawada from redbus of Rajesh travels... The bus was cancelled by the operator due to heavy rains.                   I booked my bus tickets from redbus.in online for journey on 30.12.2021 from siliguri to kolkata. On paying Rs.3597.00 they confirmed journey by royal cruiser (seat nos. 1, 2 & 8).
                  Subsequently on 05.11.2021 at 22.48 hrs. and again on 12.11.2021;16.21 hrs. one message was sent by redbus that they can not allot me seats and that the full refund of money will take place.
                  But unfortunately I have not been paid back the amount of Rs.3597.00 even after lapse of 10 days.
                  It is quite embarassing and matter of mental tension.
                  Please look into the matter and send me feed back of the status.

                          Booked a bus through Red bus on 12th november from Delhi to Agra. Pick up man Amit kesarwani [protected] from hans travels was extremely rude and threatened us to get down from the bus. Asked for extra money. Misbehaving with the passengers. He was drunk and abused us for no reason. He said things I cannot even write it down here. It was a extremely bad experience. I will never use this travel agency again and will recommend other the same. We like to travel to have good time in life. Not to fight with pity staff of your. The situation was extremely embarassing

                            Hi, i was booked ticket of BABA travels on 3 rd of NOV 21 from pune to udgir. I was waiting since boarding time i.e. 9:30 pm & taken so many follow-ups with driver and operator but they answered me like we are here and there and lastly they missed their responsibilities they never forget to pick me . i called to customer care as well 2 3 times but i never get any positive reply . this is my humble request to you please make refund otherwise ill take strong action against this issue.

                              I have booked my ticket in Nov 13 but it is not booked and amount debited. After some time refund directly to my red bus wallet in place of my UPI without my knowledge.There no proper support also.

                                    We have booked 2 seats for Malegaon Nasik from Ahmednagar and bus went to Aurangabad road. My wife having idea of road and they said bus can't go to Malegaon Nasik.
                                    Bus is for Malegaon vashiim. Very bad service by red bus. They drop down wife and children's in ghodegaon which is 35 Km away from Ahmednagar which is pickup point.
                                    Who is responsible if any thing mishappened?
                                    We don't have vehicle for pickup of wife and children s?
                                    We will definitely escalate the matter with higher authority and media.
