I have raised an issue on 19th October, complaint id 16760064. I have spoken with your executive Rasheed and Vinaya. Every time I had a word they told concern team will get back to me. May I know that when the concern team will get back. What is the TAT to get back with a proper resolution?
For your reference, I have booked a bus for Mr. Abhijeet Yadav from my account. The register no. of my account is [protected]. However, the traveller faced so many issues.
1. The bus operator ask to board the bus 7 km away from the actual boarding point. My traveller was threatened that if he is not going to the said boarding point, he will be left. So he agreed and travelled to the new boarding point.
2. The bus came to the actual boarding point 2hours later, then why did he ask my traveller to reach the new boarding point? Its a sheer harassment.
3. The bus operator allowed other people to board the bus without booking, like a daily passenger bus.
4. Bus operator was not following the correct route, instead to drop the without booking passengers, they are taking the bus off route.
5. I have booked for a sleeper, where there are no window shield, instead a plastic was sticked. Also the AC was dripping, due to which bed was wet. Will share the pic of the bus with you.
6. The bus operator has no permit to come to kolkata, hence at bardhaman, bus was siezed by police and was there in the custody for more than 4 hours. The bus was about to reach kolkata by morning 8:30, however it was at bardhaman at 12pm. Do you really think that your passengers don't have other work rather than travelling? One travels so far for a reason, and e everyone has their own schedule. Why should I be affected by your bus operator's fault. My traveller also has to reach to kolkata by 10am, but still he waited till 12pm but after that it was not possible to wait more, so we have arranged alternatives.
7. I am escalating these issues since last 5 days and your executives are telling me to wait for 24/48 hours more. Now I can't wait anymore. I have paid 1300 for this travel, which seems a total unworthy and the bus service is more than a poor service, along with bus did not came on time. I need a complete refund for the same.
8. Its been more than 2 weeks and I got no resolution. Whenever contacting customer care, they are telling within 24 hrs concern team will call me. Through online mediums only getting autobots reply. I am really frustrated with the service of redbus
