Very bad service making customer fool.. Your service is totally useless and I'm disappointed I may never do my journey with it ... When I asked the conductor of the bus that the bus was like someone else, but why did this normal bus come?The fare was taken for some other bus which I had booked but we were taken by the normal bus, it is completely fraud. . You guys are a brand, it is not right to do this with the customer, it is a risk with the customer. . In the future, neither will I travel with it nor will I advise anyone to book tickets by red bus.. You have taken 1400 for the normal bus fare. .. Fare refunded because it is completely wrong.

    It seems it suits Redbus not to express clearly about dangers of rescheduling tickets.
    It is natural to think you can cancel ticket as per the table given . That table does not mention zero refund.
    People will keep trying wondering what happened to refund !!
    I am emotionally attached as I belong to Pilani and I know Redbus founder from same college BITS Pilani. I am surprised at poor interface leading to loss of money. Never expected this from Pilani product !!

      It is ok to put penalty on cancellation or additional charge on rescheduling if needed.
      But not paying entire amount if once rescheduled is horrible.
      In real life it is painful shock as no one expects this.
      Writing in fine print or somewhere hidden from clear view is cheating.

      I feel my money should be refunded after deduction before mentioned Nov 15 or 10% etc. I feel I did not understand if I reschedule I am running a risk. If I had known, I would have cancelled ticket to minimise my risk.

          I have booked a ticket from thanjur to Chennai 03rd November 2021 at 10.30pm in YBM travels.due to some boarding point issue they have changed boarding point from SBI ATM to cholan statue without any information. I called the boarding point contact person. They are replying very casually yes we have changed the boarding point near to cholan statue.not even providing proper boarding point information he cut my call. Not even receiving any messages from your end about the boarding point. Totally unsatisfied service in redbus...contact person has not answered properly.

            Delay of more than one hour

            I booked a bus to go to Chennai on 3/11/21 at 12:40 pm . The number of the bus operator given on the app was not reachable from the moment I booked . I went to the boarding point at 12:40pm . For the next 20 mins there was no bus so I called the customer care . They asked to wait further . They told me that the bus is going to be late by 30 mins at 1.15 pm . I waited till 1.45 pm . No bus was there and neither did the bus driver picked his...

            Yesterday ticket book from pune to Amravati pickup time 8:10 Pm but bus late come 8:30 pm and also drop time 10:10am. But til time i m in bus, , now bus in akola 1:15pm...also 2 more hours late...total late 5 hours ...my important time is lost who is responsible.please refund my amount as per your policy

                1. I have booked Sri Ramajeyam Travels through Red Bus operator from Pudukkottai to Chennai - travel date - 07/11/2021 for ₹530. The bus operator cancelled the bus on their own and just a message came that it was cancelled. But when i try to book another ticket i incidentally found that the SAME BUS was listed for ₹950 and open to book for the same date and same time. So, it is clear that they have cancelled all the tickets just to escalate the price more by ₹420 because of festival season. When i checked with Red Bus customer care, they told that it is out of their control and asked me to book another ticket.

                2. From chennai to Pudukkottai, i have booked in Sri Bhakyalakshmi travels to travel on 30/10/2021. They also cancelled that too on the day of travel. I got the same reply from Redbus.

                Then, what is the CONTROL redbus is having on their listed buss. then why you are claiming as an efficient agent. In fact very worst commission mediator.

                Because of cancelled on travel date i ended up booking uncomfortable buss with high ticket and got tension also.

                  Whenever I cancel my Gsrtc ticket, the ticket is not canceled. Through Red Bus and my money goes too.
                  Yesterday I canceled my ticket to the same problem i face it e think you are fraud in gsrtc ticket
                  i want my ticket money refund now

                    Seat change

                    We have booked mumbai to sendhwa 3 bus tickets and after boarding the bus our seat numbers were changed and last seat was given to one o[censored]s which was horrible, they say these seats were allocated in chart,
                    What is the sense of even booking online in advance if we dont get seats we choose,
                    All the while we kept complaining driver but no support.
                    Should we raise the issue to consumer forum that even after booking from...

                    I was going to waraseoni from Indore from pawan travels and the bus was extremely dirty and there was vomiting there and then on that they sprayed a perfume which was very suffocating and after some time even k felt like puking and the bus the bus was quite bouncy like in the straight plain road even it was getting difficult to sit properly and because of all this I HAD TO GET OFF THE BUS AT INDORE ITSELF.
                    Hence, I seek your response and compensation as well.

                      Hi,

                      I have raised an issue on 19th October, complaint id 16760064. I have spoken with your executive Rasheed and Vinaya. Every time I had a word they told concern team will get back to me. May I know that when the concern team will get back. What is the TAT to get back with a proper resolution?
                      For your reference, I have booked a bus for Mr. Abhijeet Yadav from my account. The register no. of my account is [protected]. However, the traveller faced so many issues.
                      1. The bus operator ask to board the bus 7 km away from the actual boarding point. My traveller was threatened that if he is not going to the said boarding point, he will be left. So he agreed and travelled to the new boarding point.
                      2. The bus came to the actual boarding point 2hours later, then why did he ask my traveller to reach the new boarding point? Its a sheer harassment.
                      3. The bus operator allowed other people to board the bus without booking, like a daily passenger bus.
                      4. Bus operator was not following the correct route, instead to drop the without booking passengers, they are taking the bus off route.
                      5. I have booked for a sleeper, where there are no window shield, instead a plastic was sticked. Also the AC was dripping, due to which bed was wet. Will share the pic of the bus with you.
                      6. The bus operator has no permit to come to kolkata, hence at bardhaman, bus was siezed by police and was there in the custody for more than 4 hours. The bus was about to reach kolkata by morning 8:30, however it was at bardhaman at 12pm. Do you really think that your passengers don't have other work rather than travelling? One travels so far for a reason, and e everyone has their own schedule. Why should I be affected by your bus operator's fault. My traveller also has to reach to kolkata by 10am, but still he waited till 12pm but after that it was not possible to wait more, so we have arranged alternatives.
                      7. I am escalating these issues since last 5 days and your executives are telling me to wait for 24/48 hours more. Now I can't wait anymore. I have paid 1300 for this travel, which seems a total unworthy and the bus service is more than a poor service, along with bus did not came on time. I need a complete refund for the same.
                      8. Its been more than 2 weeks and I got no resolution. Whenever contacting customer care, they are telling within 24 hrs concern team will call me. Through online mediums only getting autobots reply. I am really frustrated with the service of redbus

                                I booked family ticket from indore to Aurangabad in etc royal star 1 time my money is deducted but ticket not clear..                                   In red bus time showing 11.55pm when i booked seat .But bus operator said he will reach by 2.30am ...So 2.30 hour i have to wait at boarding point with my family on highway...
