Wrongly entered passenger's gender

Address: PALASH DUTTA,BONGALPUKHURI(EAST)

Dear sir/ ma'am.
Please do me a favour. The gender of the passengers of ticket no. 17 and 18 in Rishi India bus service for 19.10.2021 at 10:30 a.m. from Jorhat to Ghy should be female instead of male.

I booked 3 tickets from red bus of safar bus on 13 oct.
It was from Ujjain to Delhi dated 17 oct.ay 7:15 pm
But on 17 oct.at 12 :30 pm I got the mail that bus to Delhi is cancelled.I called at custmor care no.but their attitude was casual .when I questioned how I will travel now at such ashort notice.
The was MANAGE YOURSELF.
My family has to check out hotel.I have to face lot of agony, stress.No bus is available from Ujjain to Delhi
.I have to hire cab till Indore.and search bus from there.
Such unprofessional treatment with custmor was not expected from you.
It was your responsibility to arrange an alternative for us.
Very disheartening and rude
behaviour.

      Customer Services regarding Boarding Points

      Boarding point was changed from tenzing Norgay to Matigara Bus Stand without any information to the passenger and I have travel with my family where two small kids and heavy language and I have spent extra cost for hire a auto of Rs 200/ -plz credit the amount as physical and mental harassment due to poor customer service of Changed Boarding Point. If it is not resolved within reasonable time, I will appeal to the consumer forum against your...

      As per redbus site reschedule policy mentioning...but practically the site not allowing to reschedule confirmed tickets before ...its making business to cancel and rebook tickets to get amount

        I booked my ticket from Sumerpur to Ahmedabad, I have 5 luggage and two kids with me I started my journey from Sumerpur, and after 60 km near Swaroop Ganj, Bus member asked us to change the bus and transfer all the luggage to another bus and all of this happened suddenly, the question in my mind was WHY? No issue in existing bus than why suddenly this happened.
        Also, the condition of 2nd bus was too. Bad. I will not travel again with MR.

          I have booked a ticket with phone number [protected] from vizag to ongole for 9.00 pm bus of srikrishna travels on 12th oct(seats 11 and 12) for travelling on 13th

          I haven't received any booking update in redbus app though money debited. So I booked another tickets with numbers 14 and 15th for the same bus and that was confirmed through redbus app.
          Now all the tickets 11, 12, 13, 14 got booked on my name. There was wastage of 2 tickets and money worth 2, 500 due sheer negligence of redbus in sending me booking details. Though I checked app for many times booking details weren't shown

              Amount Rs. 735 debited from my account but shown as transaction failed. Plz refund the amount immediately. After that again transaction done & successful & bus booked from Jaipur to Banswara Rajasthan. 2 times payment done, so plz refund of 1 trxn of 735/- to my account. Waiting.

                I Had book the ticket 25/8/2021 and the ticket was conformed but unfortunately the bus was cancelled on the travel day and I had got the Cancellation alert . But still I didn't receive the refund amount and I had followed the customer care on several times but there is no proper response.

Payment was done but no booking details generated.Later i have booked for the same and Payment was done and booking details also generated. The earlier transaction was done but no booking details.                             I have booked the ticket from Pune Shivajinagar to Parbhani on 3rd oct Req id: 16643318 and after my money deduction the booking on redbus shown as failed to book the seats.

                            When I check with Redbus customer care, I informed them that I received the msg from my bank that money has been deducted and they told that they have not received any money check with your bank.
                            Therefore I check with my bank regarding this transaction and the transaction through bank was successful.

                            Whenever I am checking with redbus customer care I am not receiving any positive answer which is ridiculous.

                                Sir, I have booked a ticket in red bus for travelling from delhi to rishikesh on30th sep 2021 and the time of my bus was 10 pm from new delhi
                                But unfornutalely the bus was brokedown in between and the bus conductor and driver shifted us to Local UP bus.
                                My ticket number was TQAT93259186 ad our seat number were DU 3 and DU 4
                                The bus number was UP 81 CT 7250.
                                I want my refund as soon as possible.

                                  Money not refunded even after bus was cancelled by Happy bus Services. I booked bus ticket No TQAD91579137 for journey from Hyderabad to Athani dated 16 September 2021 for ₹ 1114/-. Bus cancelled message received but refund not received till date. Please do it quickly.
