Very very worst service.
3am clock sri Bhakyalashmi Travels bus is breakdown nobody pick my call. And also I paid extra amount in another bus my self only take a bus

    Respected sir,

    [protected] i booked a ticket with below details for[protected] journey but the bus operator(Easytrip travels) cancelled the service but REDBUS not refund the amount immediately for alternate booking also I booked return ticket for[protected] travel in same operator but they cancelled return service also for the same REDBUS not refund the amount for the alternate booking. So I mailed them but they not mention any refund time for the amount. Totally I suffered a lot due to this issue.
    So I need refund immediately with compensation for problem created by REDBUS because service is cancelled by your side so you should refund and arrange alternate arrangements for my travel. So please I need refund with compensation else will see..

    We tried connecting you twice on the contact number registered against the booking IDs. Unfortunately, the calls went unanswered.

    We hereby confirm that a complete refund against the booking IDs: TQ5F35784302 and TQ5F54682028 are processed to the source account on 17th April 2021 and the same shall be reflecting in your account within the next 5-7 bank working days from the date of initiation.

      Greetings Sir,
      i have booked a ticket for my brother and his friend in redbus for the journey on 12/04/2021
      on that day the bus was not operated
      The bus management said that the bus is not going to operate because low quantity of passengers
      so the passenger (VijayKumar and Arulprakash) picked a rental car to reach chennai because they have flight that day night to go for dubai.
      Now i complained many times but the redbus is refusing to payback my money.
      please let me get a solution for this issue.

        I booked a ticket from Salem to Chennai on 6/4/2021 at 11.55 PM through SRT Travels. That ticket was cancelled by bus operator due to bus break down. I got the notification as the refund initiated. But, that amount was not received through any mode. The amount will be 349.65. Pls help me to get my refund amount.

Immediatly I used to get a message on whatsapp, But this time no through whatsapp sms and no any information for me. and no sms about seat confirmation message. after leaving the bus, I have been very upset with my family.I was not getting any other trawal immediately and my reservation was not in the railway also. After being disturbed all night, I had to trawal from there on the second day. He also suffered a loss of 1 day in the job. so, please, Refund me my ticket full money.

                I had booked seat no.5 in SriTravels bus through red bus with PNR NO.28743 boarding at NR Colony at 8.35 pm. I was there at 8 pm and waited and called Mr. Umesh which was given in the message No.[protected]. Once he picked up and said it is coming at about 8.40 pm thereafter he did not pick the phone at all. I even tried the mobile number provided in the web site [protected]. But they also did not pick the call. I had waited till 11 pm and the police was very skeptical as there was lock down from 10pm to 5 am. I waited in vain till 11 pm and I could not travel to my native where I had a function today and also documentations to be done for the registration of property tomorrow on[protected]. I came to my house walking without there being any transport facility as there was lock down announced by the government. It is serious deficiency of service and also cheating the general public. I have paid Rs.1045/- for booking the ticket. I am forced to travel today due to the transports negligence and also the agent RedBus. Very horrifying experience. I will take up this issue to police for cheating and also to court for deficiency of service.

                      Booked my bus ticket by redbus on 31 march 2021 (Tin): TQ4X19730695 from JAUNPUR to DELHI for dated 1 April 2021 that ticket amount was 1, 363.94(ticket amount)-149.99(Discount amount)=1, 213.95/- Rs. And Bus operator has cancelled the ticket on their own without any solid reason.
                      The problem is that still i have not received refund amount in my bank account. And in received cancellation mail they mentioned that they will return that amount within 7 days
                      So why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and i request kindly refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible..

                        We tried reaching with no luck. As per TNSTC if the bus is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances and no alternate service was operated in place of the cancelled services, then the passengers reserved in that particular service can get the refund (after deducting the applicable service fee) by sending a refund claim mail to the following mail id,  [protected]@yahoo.com in letter format along with attached E-ticket copy within 25 (Twenty-five) days from the date of journey and no claim will be entertained thereafter.

                          We booked ticket in Sri Krishna Travels through Red bus for journey from Chennai to Cumbum ( april 4 2021 8:15 pm ) On the date of journey by afternoon we received a message that “ trip cancelled due to mechanical issue “ - from Sri Krishna travels . And we raised complaint through redbus and requested for refund. Not refund till and we now received the message that “ as we travelled on that day “ . It totally unfair . Please check and make refund immediately.

                            Booked my bus ticket by redbus on 12 march 20 21 (Tin): TQ4B30430059 from Jamshedpurr to Raipur for dated 12 march 2021 that tckt amount was 1050/- rs. And Bus operator was cancelled it on 12 march
                            But my problem is still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 7 days
                            Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible

                              There was a booking by my family from Digha to Kolkata vide PNR no 46RGV8FH, Ticket no TQ4T4812 3046 for 5 passengers bearing seat numbers 36 to 40.

                              A copy of the ticket is attached.

                              My family arrived at the pickup point and did see any bus. The scheduled time of departure was 11.30 am. Not seeing the bus my family called the number provided on the ticket [protected] first at 11.07 am and it replied that the bus will be at the petrol pump.

                              As I am Kolkata now and when my family informed I too called on this number and he informed that the bus is at the petrol pump. When I said my family is waiting there he gave me the conductor no which is [protected] at 11.45 am he said he is 20 minutes away and can do nothing. How can he be 20 minutes away if the scheduled time of departure is 11.30??
                              I called back the number ending 3903 and he didn't have a definite reply.

                              Now the bus did not pick up the passengers I would request you to refund the booking amount.

                              Take necessary steps and ensure this kind of bad experience is not repeated otherwise your app will be unreliable.

                              Request your urgent feedback all your phone numbers are either automated or not responding. Very unfortunate service.

                              In addition to my complaint here, I lodged a complaint with Red bus too. I got a reply from redbus that they had investigated the matter and as per their investigation the bus operated as per scheduled time and the passengers were at fault so no refund can be entertained.

                              But the fact is that the passengers pressed upon the contact person and he arranged an alternative bus and no additional fare was charged.

                              Under this situation, we are not claiming any refund but want to point out the inefficiency on the part of Redbus to check the simple facts rather than just blindly complete the job without even going through the complaint properly.
                              In addition to it, the people are keeping themselves shielded with a very complicated HELP page which is very difficult to lodge a complaint or even navigate. The purpose I fear is that number of genuine sufferers will be reduced and issues to handled will be less.
                              Red bus need to relook at the customer service.

                              Now the gets complicated. Today a call came from a number [protected] saying that he is calling from Redbus. He said he will be arranging for a refund. He told me to download the "Anydesk" app. I refused then he said then I will not get a refund and disconnected.

                              Whoever is reading don't post your number in the complaint.

                              The gist is raise a voice and you will definitely get cheated.

                              Redbus representative called me. She patiently listened to the issue and since as mentioned by me earlier an alternate bus was organised I do not claim any refund.
                              She had noted the improvements that can be made for better service and assured that redbus will try to improve on it.

                                        In my booking it was mentioned that your boarding point is 2 phase petrol pump mohali and time will be 5.50 am and i have also travelled in the same bus multiple time
                                        So it is part of my routine to reach the pump at 5.45 am and the bus will depart at 5.50 from 2 phase petrol pump. But today when i reach the petrol pump at 5.45 i came to know that there was no bus standing in front of petrol pump i searched in back side of petrol but i have found nothing in morning today. The time was about 5.48 am i made a phone call to the customer care number provided by you but your customer care number takes 3-4 minutes usualy to connect to the customer care and i was short in time that, s why i have disconnected the call and tried to contact one other phone number provided by you in my wats app message but he told me that you need to contact the third number because he is associated person with my booking i did the same again contacted the third number and came to know that bus will depart at 6.00 am from same point but i was totally confused because in my confirmation tickets it is mentioned that bus will depart at 5.50 am but your operator is saying that bus will depart at 6.00 am so in confussion i keep on asking other workers of petrol pump and they told me that boarding point is changed you need to go to newly changed boarding point which was 5 to 7 minutes away from my location so i rushed towards new boarding point carrying two bags with me and on reaching new boarding point i found that there is no bus of guardian service so i asked to one of the conductor of maharaja travel bus he clarrified me the entire story he told me the boarding point is changed now the bus departed at 5.50 from this point but will come back at 6.00 am to old boarding point and will pick you and on the basis of assurity given the conductor i again came to old boarding point and bus arrived at 6 .00 am hardly stopped for one minute and picked me. But there was complete harrasment for me for about 15 to 20 minutes in the morning i was totaly confused and keep on moving from one boarding point to other with carrying two heavy bags with me and moreover if only one operator is associated with my booking then why you have provided two other numbers those are not associated with my booking. And moreover if i was unable to meet the conductor of maharaja travel bus then it would Have not been possible for me to board on the bus today and resulting which leads me to the the wastage of money and precious time. just because you have not updated the new boarding point in my email or watsapp booking confirmation message and provided wrong or un complete details about my journey which is quite embarrassing for a brand like redbus and for passengers like me also who keep on trusting the brand name of red bus.the details of my journey are as follows.
