On 24 Mar 2021, at 2131 IST (1611 UTC), abus ticket was booked from Kolkata to Patna on Dayan and company for 25 Mar 2021 through red bus app. Ticket no: TQ4Q93553561 PNR no: 468UDE5E, Amount 3300 for 3 people.. After deduction of money, message on screen displayed - oops, something went wrong select seat. At 2137 IST, 3 different Seats were again selected with the same three names as those three seats were showing blocked. For which after payment, successful booking came. After checking the mail, it was observed that both tickets are sent on mail. Same time one ticket was cancelled around 2200. But RS1650 got deducted. As 5his is not my fault, it is the fault of your software, hence, full amount to be refunded. No person in Costumer care to attend the phone.

We understand your disappointment. We tried reaching you on the registered contact number multiple times and we are getting a busy tone.
As per the update from our technical team for both the transactions there wasn't any failed transaction messages sent. We will not be able to initiate a refund for the cancellation charges.

As discussed on the call, As per your complaint, when you attempted the transaction, money was deducted from your account but the ticket was not issued. This occurred due to a technical error at your bank’s end. However, we have not received this amount in our redBus account.
This transaction may have failed while being processed by your bank’s system. In such a scenario, banks have the policy to refund the amount within 2 business days. If you do not get this refund within this time frame, we request you to contact your bank.
