Refund not received for bus ticket cancellation - Reg

Address:No.4(GF-1),29 th cross st, Avvai nagar, Lawspet, Puducherry -605008.

I had booked bus ticket in SETC through your red bus app on[protected].I had cancelled the ticket on[protected] morning.I got the message that an amount of Rs131.25 was refunded to the same source of credit ( Vijaya Bank Debit card - Now it is bank of Baroda).But till date the was not credited in my bank account.I have send so many messages but I had received very poor response only.Kindly take necessary steps to refund my amount. Ridiculous Bus Services

I had 5 Tickets booked from Mithapur to Ahmedabad for traveling on Feb 21, 2020 at 7:55 PM in Paavan Travels. The bus operator didn't even cared to call me once when I couldn't reach bus pick up point in time. I had to catch up with the bus taking private vehicle that caused me extra charges. Totally dissatisfied with services of booking agent of Paavan Travels in Mithapur....

Wrong dropping point

I shared my issue to Red bus customer care executive .
She refused to refund amount Rs.600, which I spent for wrong dropping point by prassanna purple's driver even full amount paid by me ie start to end Rs.1700/person Total Rs.3400.

Total west of time and money.
After this I will never book any tickets from redbus.
Worst service you are providing....

Complaint against MR.Travel

I have book a ticket No TQ3N60249870 from pune to jodhpur on date 20 February 2021, through Red bus and Bus is MR Traval.
My Pick point was Nashik phata, at 16:50.pm at Ishwar Travels, I reached at Ishwar traval at 16:00pm and same informed bus driver at 16:10.
I waited till 17 :00 pm, but bus didn't reach at pick up point and driver didn't called me.
So I called to bus driver and he replied you need to come at wakad...

I have to pay a huge cancellation fee just because I missed date. They deducted 390.

They said they will refund if I book another ticket within half an hour which I did. There too they charged rs 100 more. And for the previous ticket that I cancelled within 15 mins of booking they charged me Rs 390 more. There customer care can never be reached. Is this a service or extorting money?...
