Without tickit passengers allow in the bus in a mid way, I paid 1800/- and they allow passengers in 700-800/- of fair. In my near by seat they put 2-3 person which is not applicable.
Next time i will not use redbus Service, will go with other alternate services.
I am sending you a picture with two persons in a one seat in khurana travels bus from Solapur to Nagpur

    I was booking a ticket in red bus from jammu to Chandigarh on 7 may 2021. And for that i paid Rs 661.54 through google pay app. But even after the successful payment no booking is showing in the app, neither there was any confirmation sent to me regarding the booking or refund . So kindly look into the concern and help me getting my money back.

      Hi all,
      Bus journey was scheduled from Mumbai to kalaburagi on 23/04/2021 but the bus operator had cancelled the bus. Bus operators told me that you will get complete refund since bus was cancelled by us but 10 days have been passed i haven't received the refund l. I've mailed and informed to redbus that I haven't received refund but they weren't bothered to update me.

        I rescheduled my booking since bus operator told us that on 1st May, they will surely cancel the bus and he told us that we will get the refund automatically. But we didn't get the refund 😑 plus Bus is also going today 😑.The bus Operator is so liar and let me give his Contact number [protected] plus your customer service is so bad, when we contact the customer service they didn't even help us. It's my request you to contact me for my refund issue 😑😑😑😑😑😑

                      I have one ticket booked for my cusin. From banglore to palakkad. At the time of payment the amount will be debited from my account but the payment has been failed.                         Hello sir/madam.I booked my ticket 23.22021 from the destination tirunelveli to vellore on (25.2.2021) through the redbus.They received my payment but they can't confirmed my ticket. Also they mentioned refund has been initiated in to my wallet account within 5-7 bank working days. Already 2 months gone.. still the payment was not received in to wallet / bank account. I'm so disappointed. I need my amount back rupees.650 immediately. Please try to respond my words.

                              Hi team,
                              We booked red bus service janrath . Our boarding point was anand vihar bus terminal. Our time of boarding was at 4:00pm on 21 april 2021. We were waiting in Boarding point from 3:30 pm on 21 April 2021. We waited till 4:08 pm and called the contacts which were provided by Redbus. A person asked details and said that Bus has been cancelled and there isn't any alternate arrangements. So it was expected Atleast a prior information should have been sent. This is totally unfair. It is your responsibility to inform us properly on bus details. We want immediate refund of the money paid.

                              Should we cancel our trips because of your irresponsibility?

                              Hi red bus, our boarding point was Guntur padmaja petroll.bunk we are.stayed at 8.40.ie currect time but the sai sarvam.travells does not stop at boarding point. We are calling to provide number the number was switch off. He far away from guntur to vijayawada nearly 40 kms long. We have 2 kids in that time nite around 10.00 pm we are reached on bike and catch the bus. Worst worst service

                                Hi,

                                Kritika this side from Jaipur. My registered number is [protected]. I had booked an AC Sleeper bus from Jaipur to Delhi for yesterday from Redbus. Timing of bus was at 11.55pm but at 10pm i got a call that your bus is cancelled and they asked me to shift in Non Ac bus. I didn’t travelled in that bus they said that i will get my refund in 24hrs/today. But i have just got the message from Redbus to give feedback about how my journey was.
                                So i just want to know why i m getting such messages from your company when I haven’t completed my journey from that bus. Also when will i get my refund. Requesting you guys to refund ticket money and revert on this mail as soon as possible.

                                      Very very worst service.
                                      3am clock sri Bhakyalashmi Travels bus is breakdown nobody pick my call. And also I paid extra amount in another bus my self only take a bus

                                        Respected sir,

                                        [protected] i booked a ticket with below details for[protected] journey but the bus operator(Easytrip travels) cancelled the service but REDBUS not refund the amount immediately for alternate booking also I booked return ticket for[protected] travel in same operator but they cancelled return service also for the same REDBUS not refund the amount for the alternate booking. So I mailed them but they not mention any refund time for the amount. Totally I suffered a lot due to this issue.
                                        So I need refund immediately with compensation for problem created by REDBUS because service is cancelled by your side so you should refund and arrange alternate arrangements for my travel. So please I need refund with compensation else will see..

                                        We tried connecting you twice on the contact number registered against the booking IDs. Unfortunately, the calls went unanswered.

                                        We hereby confirm that a complete refund against the booking IDs: TQ5F35784302 and TQ5F54682028 are processed to the source account on 17th April 2021 and the same shall be reflecting in your account within the next 5-7 bank working days from the date of initiation.
