Sudden cancelation of ticket

Suddently my ticket got cancelled 1 day before my travel and got the refund. I need to register this complaint as it had caused a big loss for me....

Dear sir/madam,
I My self Narsinh Prajapati.i am book my ticket using Redbus application. So my Boarding time 04:49 AM jan 22, 2021 but bus get early around 04:00 AM and driver call me around 10 minute early so I am miss my buss. As per contact person talk its refund my amount but still amount not refund in my account. so please needful for this.

Bus accident

I booked a bus thru redbus...bcoz of irresponsible behaviour of bus staff, one of the windows glass got broken and all fell.on me...not only I could have lost my eyes and but it could have destroyed my face too...but the buss staff is so causal like nothing happened..they don't have any first aid assistance..they were not ready to change my seat...after lot of begging, they finally let me change my seat..red bus customercare is also vry casual...

I am travelling from bangaloru to mundargi on 22nd of jan 2021, by Sugama travels bus no- KA51AC6412, & i am given a seat combined with an unknown pessenger, The pessenger is coughing might be possible he has ccvid19 symptoms, where government is instructing to follow social distancing I am given a sharing sleeper seat.I want its solution right now otherwise I am going to raise this issue to government.Who will be responsible if anything...

Delay and change of place

I have booked my tickets in R.S yadav Travels from Delhi to Amritsar of Friday, 22 Jan. The bus has to be at 9;35 pm at kashmeri gate then they change there location and departure time was delayed to 10pm . The bus was 35 min lates the bus didnt departed toll 10;35-10:40 .. and the services to be provided was not provided like tv in our compartment...

Amount get deducted twice

I tried booking my bus tickets in red bus through gpay, transaction status was showing as 'In process' and i closed the window. since i did not get ticket confirmation details, i booked again using my debit card and amount got deducted twice, once from my debit card transaction and another through gpay but ticket got confirmed only once. In gpay transaction details, amount got credited in red bus account but my ticket details are not shown...

Refund

Vivek travels KA 15 9174 bus Sagar to banglore on[protected] Seat no 8L & 9L passenger bus not picked .
So we want Refund of 1600 Rs for 2 seats.
If refund is not done means we will go to consumer court....

As per conversation with travel agent the is cancel on tomorrow, they are saying that we are arranging alternate bus but it is non a/c bus. Actually I book for a/c bus but they are arranging non a/c bus. How it is reasonable, so I am asking one question if you arrange alternate bus with same conditions it's ok for me otherwise you cancel my ticket or arrange alternate a/c for me....

Bus not arrived at stop , waited for more than 1 hr

I have waited from 5:50 AM to 7 AM in bus stop, still Bus not arrived till 7 AM . Also contacted Bus driver many times, he didn't picked up. Contacted customer service of redbus, and they also contacted bus driver but no use . he has not picked any calls. Request you to refund my full amount 550 rupees.

Cancelled ticket refund not credited to me

Double amount debited for single ticket

Hi sir.
I Booked ticket from coimbatore to sivakasi at jan 05 2020 ticket no TQ[protected] passenger name karthik seat number 15 Firat I made a payment through google for 450 it shows payment processing for so long time next I tried again for 450 it was debited after sometimes earlier payment also debited
transactions with different transaction id. I have request to refund the amount for 1 ticket.

I am complaining about bus service

I booked a tikit from bankura to Kolkata karunamoyee. When I am entering the bus, the bus was fully loaded with passengers. Covid guidelines does not follow. The bus provider does not follow the rules..bus is overloaded, not wearing the mask, not checking temperature, no hand sanitizer is there...staff behavior is very rude......

Amount debited twice

I booked a ticket on 2nd january on redbus app. Ticket booked but my money got debited twice for single ticket.
First the app got struck so i entered the otp twice and money deducted twice.
The ticket charge was rs.699/- when i check my bank account money debited twice for one ticket. Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply....
