Number switch off and not reachable my booking mobile number sim some error not call came i try to another number tippu sultan travels all number but no responce thats y i missed my bus so kindly give refund

      The Bus left me without coming to the boarding point with below mentioned details of boarding point.
      The redBus office staff id not pick up the phone despite of calling in advance. Now I have to pay 4 times the cost and go to nashik.
      Kindly look into it.

        Gud afternoon madam/sir my name is Harish I have booked two tickets from Hyderabad to palamaner (JBT TRAVEL S) on March 3rd 2021 due to some personal reasons I have cancelled tickets on march 3rd itself and It showed me that your refund amount will be credited in your bank account with in 5 to 7 working day's but till today ie 28th March I didn't get any amount so pls solve my issue as soon as possible

          In my booking it was mentioned that your boarding point is 2 phase petrol pump mohali and time will be 5.50 am and i have also travelled in the same bus multiple time
          So it is part of my routine to reach the pump at 5.45 am and the bus will depart at 5.50 from 2 phase petrol pump. But today when i reach the petrol pump at 5.45 i came to know that there was no bus standing in front of petrol pump i searched in back side of petrol but i have found nothing in morning today. The time was about 5.48 am i made a phone call to the customer care number provided by you but your customer care number takes 3-4 minutes usualy to connect to the customer care and i was short in time that, s why i have disconnected the call and tried to contact one other phone number provided by you in my wats app message but he told me that you need to contact the third number because he is associated person with my booking i did the same again contacted the third number and came to know that bus will depart at 6.00 am from same point but i was totally confused because in my confirmation tickets it is mentioned that bus will depart at 5.50 am but your operator is saying that bus will depart at 6.00 am so in confussion i keep on asking other workers of petrol pump and they told me that boarding point is changed you need to go to newly changed boarding point which was 5 to 7 minutes away from my location so i rushed towards new boarding point carrying two bags with me and on reaching new boarding point i found that there is no bus of guardian service so i asked to one of the conductor of maharaja travel bus he clarrified me the entire story he told me the boarding point is changed now the bus departed at 5.50 from this point but will come back at 6.00 am to old boarding point and will pick you and on the basis of assurity given the conductor i again came to old boarding point and bus arrived at 6 .00 am hardly stopped for one minute and picked me. But there was complete harrasment for me for about 15 to 20 minutes in the morning i was totaly confused and keep on moving from one boarding point to other with carrying two heavy bags with me and moreover if only one operator is associated with my booking then why you have provided two other numbers those are not associated with my booking. And moreover if i was unable to meet the conductor of maharaja travel bus then it would Have not been possible for me to board on the bus today and resulting which leads me to the the wastage of money and precious time. just because you have not updated the new boarding point in my email or watsapp booking confirmation message and provided wrong or un complete details about my journey which is quite embarrassing for a brand like redbus and for passengers like me also who keep on trusting the brand name of red bus.the details of my journey are as follows.

            Hi team,
            We booked National Travels
            Madurai Bus to travel from Chennai to Permabalur. Our boarding point was Tambaram opposite to Hindu Mission Hospital. Our time of boarding was at 12.10 AM 28th March 2021. We were waiting in Boarding point from 11.15 PM 27th March 2021. We waited till 12.20 AM and called the contacts which were provided by Redbus. A person asked details and said that Bus has been cancelled and there isn't any alternate arrangements. We don't know whether we are fools to stand alone at midnight. Atleast a prior information should have been given. The highlight here is we got message from redbus around 12.30AM for bus covid safety measures review. This is totally unfair. It is your responsibility to inform us properly on bus details. We want immediate refund of the money paid.

            May we know whether you would pay money for not informing and letting us to panic at midnight? Should we cancel our trips because of your irresponsibility?

                  A complete fraud system is organized in redbus my ticket was on 27th of March 21 with yatra guru travels the bus timing was 6:15 it get delayed 2.30 hours also the boarding point was changed. And reason which was shared i.e technical was completely false and operators were filling seats by their different sources.
                  Also their was no safety precautions regarding covid. Also one bus operators seems to be drunk. And redbus customer care don't have any solution and didn't do anything. A complete unsafe, unsecure, unhyegenic, waste of money, loss of time, is there why there is a kind of dadagiri going on.

                      As discussed on the call, As per your complaint, when you attempted the transaction, money was deducted from your account but the ticket was not issued. This occurred due to a technical error at your bank’s end. However, we have not received this amount in our redBus account.

                      This transaction may have failed while being processed by your bank’s system. In such a scenario, banks have the policy to refund the amount within 2 business days. If you do not get this refund within this time frame, we request you to contact your bank.

                        Traveling in AS202063 from Guwahati to Tezpur on 25 Mar 21...the bus is overcrowded and in worst possible state ...the codriver has filled in many passengers for reduced fare .

                          On 24 Mar 2021, at 2131 IST (1611 UTC), abus ticket was booked from Kolkata to Patna on Dayan and company for 25 Mar 2021 through red bus app. Ticket no: TQ4Q93553561 PNR no: 468UDE5E, Amount 3300 for 3 people.. After deduction of money, message on screen displayed - oops, something went wrong select seat. At 2137 IST, 3 different Seats were again selected with the same three names as those three seats were showing blocked. For which after payment, successful booking came. After checking the mail, it was observed that both tickets are sent on mail. Same time one ticket was cancelled around 2200. But RS1650 got deducted. As 5his is not my fault, it is the fault of your software, hence, full amount to be refunded. No person in Costumer care to attend the phone.

                            @redBus_in I faced a worst experience in redbus . Am a magician and i use redBus app mostly. On 19th march 12:56AM I booked a bus for viluppuram to Coimbatore and the bus departure time is 01:35AM . After booking the bus i got the travel agent number and I called him he gave the bus driver number, then I called the driver he said bus already crossed the spot, then I asked the driver ‘sir i saw on redBus app they mentioned the departure time is 1:35am then y u took earlier then he replied the road was clear so i took earlier that is not our problem like that . Then i call back the bus agent (VETRI TRAVELS) he told u give complaints on redBus customer care we ll refund the full amount. This is really worst . I trusted redbus but why they put sale for unavailable buses then whole night I didn’t sleep if i book bus directly on the bus agent I don’t get this type of problem. Then now i got call from redbus they told me they won’t give refund. WTF then y u charge me for un available bus . And i got call from vetry travels they talk me really worst . Now I was cheated from redBus and Vetri travels. I don’t know i ll get refund are not . But red bus customer care lady spoke me ash ...

                                  I was travelling from amritsar to delhi, i booked a sleeper and paid for that successfully.
                                  Then when i call the boarding point for the bus location he told me that he can only give me seat Not the sleeper for which i paid for.
                                  and he also said, if i am not okay with this he will leave me.
                                  It was 10:00PM, Where can i go?
                                  so i taken the seat and had the worst journey ever.

                                      We had booked ticket for 19th March 2021 8:55am from Somnath to Dwarka (PNR:G40123934 and Ticket no: TQ4H[protected] from red bus website but upon reaching bus stand we got to know the actual arrival timing of bus was 10:45 am and not 8:55 am.Upon contacting customer care, neither were they aware of the actual bus timings nor were they able to track the bus. Also we didn't receive any message or communication that bus would be arriving 2 hours late.

                                      Since we had other connecting bookings so upon asking customer care for cancellation since it was red bus platform's fault that your platform was showing wrong information the customer care said that bus timings are 8:55am and they can't refund.
                                      This is pure customer harassment as my family(senior citizens) not only had to sit and wait for the bus at bus stop which had no proper facilities but also because of the wrong information given on redbus website but we have suffered financial loss and also lost our planned time.

                                        I booked the ticket from Delhi to Gorakhpur of 19 march 2021, i paid through google pay, it confirmed but the ticket isn't confirmed. and message not received, neither on email or mobile number.
