I had booked 3 tickets for going from Amravati to Pune via Redbus dated 16.02.2021
The tickets got confirmed.

Departure: 06:45 PM Feb 16, 2021
Seat Numbers: 13, 14, 16
Total fare paid: Rs.4046.0
But on 15.02.2021, I cancelled the tickets and the company said that the refund of Rs. 3360. 20 will be credited back on my account.
Later the company emailed that the refund is credited on my account.
Your refund of ₹ 3360.20 against your cancelled ticket from Amravati to Pune on[protected] against Ticket no TQ3E47032270 through Prasanna Purple Grand, has been successfully credited back to you.
But when I checked my account, no such amount was refunded.
When I tried to reach out the company, there was no such provision for such type of complaint.
Please help me out for gaining the refunded amount back.
