Refund money not received

Booked ticket and cancelled it.
Got message and email stating that money been credited to my account.

Still not received it.

Email detail :

Your refund of ₹ 1980.00 against your cancelled ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai on[protected] against Ticket no TPD[protected] through YBM Travels, has been successfully credited back to you....

Refund of payment

I made a booking on 15th december 2020 which was cancelled due to time issues and refund was supposed to be credited in 7 days . Its been 15 days and the refund is still in pending status. And company coustmer care is not responding....

Driver did not pickup

Address:Adil nagar,Kalyanpur, Lucknow

Driver did not pickup and leave us on the road. After call he said me age nikal aya hun. And two minutes before his mobile switch off aftet crossing us on and tell me age nikl aya hun.
Pls refund my money and punish the driver. Other wise We file the case agaist bus and driver....

Complaint for bus service time and bus alloted was different without informing

I had a booking with redbus ticket attached .

I had to wait for the driver for about 2 .30 hours and the bus also was changed at the last moment .
I was waiting at the highway for the bus, it was too risky and bus driver was delaying the trip without informing .

I want full refund and lodge a complaint against the bus service.
Being a girl waiting for the bus on highway alone is so unsafe and bus...

Hi,

I have booked ticket from Chandigarh to Dharmshala I have selected date of 24th December.1st of all date is not correct selected so I tried to change but it can't change.so I have tried to get in the bus today but suprisely bus is not on time it is 1.5hr late.Y I have to suffer because to this I want my refund in my account or change is date to 25the December.

called on this number but not got any proper...

driver denied to drop on dropping point.

I would like to bring it to your notice that this travels was very worst experience.
I have selected Virar East as my Dropping point while booking the ticket but traveller has denied to drop on my Dropping Point.
Traveller has dropped me at Kashimira, Mira Road instead of Virar.
If the bus was not upto the Dropping Point, then why I am getting option of Virar in Dropping point while booking. Otherwise traveller has to...

Refund is not credited

Good morning,

I booked the ticket in our website on 13 Nov 2020. The ticket has been cancelled. Because the bus was break down. So the ticket has been cancelled in travel side. But till date the ticket amount has not credited in my bank account. Please clear this issue as soon as possible.

Redbus ticket cancelled amount not refunded

Hi,

We cancelled ticket no TPDC[protected]through Sugama Tourist from Hubli to Belthangady on[protected]. Today we got confirmation from Redbus that amount Rs 1314 is credited to our account.

But the said amount is not credited to our account. we tried to contact redbus customer care, but there is no option to talk to customer care.

kindly see through that amount gets refunded to our...

Amount paid , ticket not given but not refunded

I have booked ticket on 9th nov 2020 through redbus kukkeshree travels from chennai to bangalore. I didn't received any SMS or email confirmation on ticket booking. I saw in redbus app as transction failed . But amount got debited Rs.1528 .I called the icici bank they said transaction is successful with reference number:[protected]. As ticket didn't
received I did not travel. Now they are not refunding my amount of Rs.1528. Please...

I need GST invoice of bus ticket.

I travelled from JAISALMER to BIKANER on 30/11/2020 6AM R.S. 800/-by CHOUHAN TRAVELS HANUMAN CIRCLE JAISALMER. then I travelled from BIKANER to KURUKSHETRA on 30/11/2020 6:45PM R.S. 1000/- by MILAN TRAVELS. I booked my ticket from REDBUS. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.
REDBUS told me ask BUS OPERATORS and BUS OPERATOR telling me to call REDBUS. I am tired calling both sides. I am providing tickets. Please find attachments....

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 06 DECEMBER 2020(Ticket number (TIN): TPD[protected] from Chennai to Bamgalore for dated 27 DECEMBER 2020 that tckt amount was 1453/- Rs. Through Google Pay (G.Pay Phone no : [protected]), Given phone no for registration was [protected] and cancelled it on the same day 06 DECEMBER(PNR no: TS[protected]MDHT/1255569)

But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in...

I booked Redbus on 27.11.20 from Chandigarh to Delhi. I got cancellation msg on the same day at 11 pm. I have paid Rs. 914/- and I am still struggling to get my refund. Customer Support not responding. Below is the msg received from Redbus:

I am Anseena Anees .I have made a booking on December 1 st 2020 from kollam to kannur and I have done the payment through phone pe and first it got failed and again I tried via PhonePe but redBus shown it has not booked, then I made again via debit card and got booked . But redBus took my money 2 times for the single booking. . They deducted money via PhonePe and also via card . Kindly refund my money 630 Rs ....
