I've been at the boarding point at 720. The bus was delayed by over half hour. Did not wait for more than a minute and left. The bus driver was rude and discourteous. I have made a complaint with redbus. They have told the coach. The company people have agreed it was staff mistake. Yet have not initiated refund. I want my refund of 1680 for services not provided despite following instructions. Case15567446 been registered at redbus. Kindly get me my refund.

    I have booking for Nandurbar to Pune dated 12/03/2021 but anyhow I can't travel before that I informed redbus service customer care number talked with Farukh he didn't resolve my problem then I said him want to talk him senior he promised me he arranged a call back within 30 minutes but I didn't received any call from redBus senior staff after that I call again before 2hours bus departure time I talked one more candidate but he also failed to arrange a call to senior then I called next morning 13/03/2021 redBus service customer care number and I talked Ankita and I told her everything and request to her transfer call to her senior then my call transfer Ms. Rutuja Sr Staff of customer service I told her everything after she said sir date of journey has been crossed so now nothing to do according to her words I understood that if my call connect with senior at right time then I'll get refund of that ticket amount. so I request you please look into this priority basis.       I have booked 02 nos.bus tickets on the name of B. Radhika (39 y) and B.Arnav Reddy ( 9Y) i.e seat no. L7, L8 from Sri krishna Travels through Redbus Services on 04.03.2021 departing from Vizag to Hyderabad on 06.03.2021.I have made payment of an amount of Rs 2650.00 through SBI Net banking against the purchase of tickets.
      The Details of Booked Tickets are as follows:

      TRIP CODE : 163
      Date of Booking: 04.03.2021

      On 06.03.2021 at about 11.57 am i got telephone from sri krishna travels via a phone no.[protected] and informed that the bus service has been cancelled( call record is attached for reference) .I made alternate arrangement and booked APSRTC service (Amaravathi) again through Redbus. I have called the Sri krishna Travels to phone no. [protected] same day and they confirmed the cancellation over the phone( call record is attached ).The next day, i called SKT for refund of ticket amount, they given me a Head office number ( [protected])for further clarification on refund .I called to Head office on above number and they informed me to contact Redbus directly as they said the Redbus do not deposit the ticket amount to SKT for cancelled services
      I approached to Redbus through call center and also sent mail to Redbus customer care many times, they said that bus services was not cancelled and you wont get money.I have sent a mail to Redbus grievance cell with all supporting voice records of SKT staff whom i contacted.I did not get any responce from Redbus till today.I strongly claim that, bus service was cancelled on 06.03.2021 i received cancellation call from SKT, that's why i did not travel by SKT.

          Travelled on 28th Feb 2021 from Bangalore to Pune in Anand travels bus booked through Red bus. Actual dropping point was Wakad but dropped off in Swargate which is 26km from Wakad. \This cost me 500INR to travel to my location but redbus gave me refund of 100 Rs as compensation for last minute change in dropping point because of negligence from Bus operator.

            I had book 3 tick onward journey ticket for Coimbatore From Bangalore and one return ticket. for 6 people.

            One of the passenger could not travel so asked the customer care representative to cancel ticket for that but they said Since the person who was the primary passenger their bus operator does not allow cancellation of primary passenger.

            In confusion the customer care representative cancelled the return ticket which I never told him to cancel.

            I got cancellation message I asked the representative if he cancelled the ticket he told no he did not cancel the tickets.

            He offered Rs200 voucher if I cancel the entire ticket and rebook the tickets for the entire passengers. I denied the offer.

            I got suspicious if he had cancelled the return journey ticket he checked again and told he had cancelled the ticket. Upon asking him he told you only asked me to cancel ticket, changing his own claim of not cancelling it earlier.

            With this act of his I was furious and he told he will connect to their survisor and she was offering Rs100 compesation for the ticket which mistakenly cancelled by the earlier care representative. I denied the offer I told i want total refund no cancellation fee As I dint cancel the ticket. She told that cannot be done.

            She promised that I will be getting a call from redbus to take this matter further but 48 hours are over no one has called me yet.

            I have recording of the entire conversation.

            We see that the NEFT details were requested via email twice. Unfortunately, we haven't received the details yet. We tried calling you again to request the same, but the calls went unanswered.

            I have sent the NEFT details for the third time now.
            Why don't you return the refund to the source account were the money was deducted.
            Anyway I have sent the account details to mail ID [email protected] from my registered mail ID.

            You anyway can refund to source account as well. Why is it a problem?
            Is it another way to cause inconvenience?

                Seat allotment changed in last minute

                Bus services has changed my seat number in last minute. According to boarding station my seat no is 22 while booking I got seat no 9.if I would have been notified, didn't buy the ticket. My ticket details as below

                  I'm nandeesh working as advocate I have booked ticket from Napoklu to Banglore on 5th March 2021 . But on that day bus not operated Im faced so many problems to reach Banglore.

                          I had booked ticket (ticket no:TQ3U[protected]through redbus(RKT tours and travels), travel date on 27th February at 1:45am from Kallakurichi tollgate to Chennai airport (seat LA2, LA3), around 12midnight I have called bus operator([protected]) to confirm my bus schedule and they have said that the bus was delayed for 1hour and I got very shocked because my flight time was early morning at 7am, we have requested operator to give us the alternative...

                            I have booked tickets from jaypur to jamngar non ac sleeper they charged me 1499 rs for sleeper class but when bus came to rajkot they denied for Jamnagar. They told me about jamngar bus will come after 2 hours they wested my time and money . And one other person was available with me at that time he charged same ticket for 900 rs they don't receive my call by red bus and shri balaji travels please do the needful

                                I wanted to cancel my ticket (Ticket No - TQ3Y[protected] hours before timing of Safar express tour and Travels. But now i went through all proces of cancellation got to know that only bus operator can cancel it but he is not ready to cancel. Instead of cancel my ticket he is saying that he will report me as an unreported there.
                                This is really hurtful thing that i have got it from any online services.
                                I was supposed to travel today( 1 March 2021) but can't go due to raising cases of corona in Delhi.
                                Kindly pls help me to get my refund.
