This mail is regarding today's afternoon trip . I booked an auto from Urli Devachi St. MAthews Academy and Junior College to Salunke Vihar St. Mathews Academy and Junior College for which the charge was RS.103 only.. The vehicle Number MH12 RP 5675 came latearound 15 minutes late. When the driver started instead of driving straight to our destination, he went to fill CNG which is around 3.5 kms from St. MAthews Academyand Junior College Urli Devachi campus. After he dropped us at Salunke Vihar I paid him RS. 103 as this was the amount shown when I booked. But this driver was charging us Rs. 171 for the extra time he took to fill the CNG for his vehicle which is not at all fair.. I also told him that he should have filled CNG or should have cancelled it if he had not filled to drive smoothly. I refused to pay the extra amount but he stood there asking for the extra money which was charged due to his personal work . I seriously feel such drivers should be given enough knowledge . I am very sorry to say that I had to face this issue which is the first time as I regularly book autorickshaw from Uber morning and afternoon..

      I have done same thing on 13th January I didn't get any refund. I have all proofs that I have made the payment.
      Plz check it and issue my refund as soon as possible.. I am giving you the all explanation of that below..

      I have made transaction of 1, 260 rupees on 13th January 2021 on bus booking of sai Abhishek tours and travels from dombivli to shirpur. I have done payment via Phonepay UPI I'd and I got message that your money against Redbus is successful. But after that on Redbus app they are showing that your payment failed.

        I have done payment of bus ticket booking through Google pay on Redbus app. And I get message that your money debited and your transaction done. But after that on red bus app they are showing that your payment failed. I want my money that were deducted.
        Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Tour Bus Operator Changed in Last Moment

          My Ticket no is TQ2Q82641580. I have booked ticket from Delhi to Manali for 24-Jan in Yellow Pedals Bus operator. Fare was Rs 2342.9 For 2 Passengers which includes GST and Travel Insurance. We also received sms from Yellow pedals operator in which Bus details and Timing are mentioned.But at the last moment they changed the Boarding locations and the Bus Operator agency. We booked ticket for yellow padels but travelled in Northern travels...

          Dear Redbus,
          I tried to book a ticket on 22/1/21 on Red bus for VRL bus date of travelling 26/1/21. seat booked was L7, ticket amount was 765 which was deducted from my account after that your portal shows ticket booking was unsuccessful due to payment not received. I am attaching here both the screen shot of Red bus unsuccessful message and message from my bank saying payment deducted from my account. pls check and return my money to my account.

            सर जी मे कल 23 जनवरी 2020 को हनुमानगढ़ से जयपुर के लिय redbus app से Sunway travel की बस में सीट नंबर s4 online प्राप्त की थी किन्तु बस hanumangarh मे बस बैठते समय बस ऑपरेटर ने अवगत कराया की आपकी सीट सिंगल के स्थान पर डबल मे चेंज कर दिया है और दूसरी सीट ब्लाक कर दिया कोई दूसरा व्यक्ति नहीं बैठेगा किन्तु थोड़ी आगे चल कर बस कन्डक्टर ने उस सीट से उतार दिया और सबसे आगे वाला सीट डबल मे चेंज कर दिया है जबकि उनको मेरे द्वारा पहले ही जानकारी दी गई थी कि मे स्लिप डिस्क की बीमारी से पीड़ित हू और एक बार ही सीट मे बैठने के बाद बार बार ऊपर नीचे च ड ने में असमर्थ हू इसलिए कृपया मुझे हुई शारीरिक परेशानी के लिए क्षतिपूर्ति दिलाने की कृपा करें

                  I booked a bus thru redbus...bcoz of irresponsible behaviour of bus staff, one of the windows glass got broken and all fell.on me...not only I could have lost my eyes and but it could have destroyed my face too...but the buss staff is so causal like nothing happened..they don't have any first aid assistance..they were not ready to change my seat...after lot of begging, they finally let me change my seat..red bus customercare is also vry casual about the same..she said she is transferring chat to supervisor but instead ended the chat..I m really disappointed

The bus has to be at 9;35 pm at kashmeri gate then they change there location and departure time was delayed to 10pm .                         I tried booking my bus tickets in red bus through gpay, transaction status was showing as 'In process' and i closed the window. since i did not get ticket confirmation details, i booked again using my debit card and amount got deducted twice, once from my debit card transaction and another through gpay but ticket got confirmed only once. In gpay transaction details, amount got credited in red bus account but my ticket details are not shown so that i can cancel them. I tried contacting red bus customer care but they did not responded properly. I booked tickets on Jan 21- 2021.

                          Vivek travels KA 15 9174 bus Sagar to banglore on[protected] Seat no 8L & 9L passenger bus not picked .
                          So we want Refund of 1600 Rs for 2 seats.
                          If refund is not done means we will go to consumer court.

                          Give me a refund amount rs 1600
                          Don't trust redbus.
                          They will deduct amount and still ticket will not confirmed.
                          And in redbud we book bus after that bus will not pick us.
                          So don't trust redbus.
                          I lost 1600 rs from redbus.
                          Still now they didn't refund it.

                              As per conversation with travel agent the is cancel on tomorrow, they are saying that we are arranging alternate bus but it is non a/c bus. Actually I book for a/c bus but they are arranging non a/c bus. How it is reasonable, so I am asking one question if you arrange alternate bus with same conditions it's ok for me otherwise you cancel my ticket or arrange alternate a/c for me.

I have a taken an online ticket from Amazon ( Redbus) Ticket ID: 262NZSBU & PNR: 262NZSBU the bus I have taken belongs to Geetha’s Tours and Travels.I am 70 years old, Bus Depature Time 02.pm, I am waiting in Boarding Point at 12.30pm onwards I informed to Geetha bus Managar ( [protected]) He replied wait for same point driver will pick up at 2.pm onwards. I am waiting upto 3.00pmHe is not picked at the boarding Point. Again I call the Manager he told the Driver forgot the pickup point so you will take another bus and use very horrible words also. Already rain also came easily he told take another bus what can I do …? Very worst Service. Again I took Bus I reached at Coimbatore at11.0pm only. Geetha’s Tours and Travels – Coimbatore very very worst customer service. Please take necessary action immediately

                                  I have waited from 5:50 AM to 7 AM in bus stop, still Bus not arrived till 7 AM . Also contacted Bus driver many times, he didn't picked up. Contacted customer service of redbus, and they also contacted bus driver but no use . he has not picked any calls. Request you to refund my full amount 550 rupees.

                                    I booked a ticket from red bus whose ticket number was TQ[protected] jounery date was 11 jan 2021. But due to some reason i cancelled the ticket on 9 jan 2021. Still then i have not refunded by red bus, please help me this regards, for reference i am attaching the ticket cancellation screen shot,
